Background. Although the incidence and mortality of complicated skin and soft tissue infections have decreased, this infection is still relatively frequent and can be associated with lethal complications. In this study, the authors present our clinical experience of patients with complicated posterior cervical skin and soft tissue infections (CPCSSTIs) diagnosed and treated in a reconstructive unit in northeastern China. Methods. A retrospective chart review of patients diagnosed with CPCSSTIs from January 2009 to December 2018 was performed. To make the results objective and convincing, a data analysis was performed relating to demographic characteristics, clinical presentation, predisposing factor, bacterial culture, laboratory and radiographic evaluations, diagnostic clues, management, and complications as well as the clinical course and outcome. Results. During the ten-year period, there were 174 consecutive patients admitted to our reconstructive center with final diagnosis of CPCSSTIs included. All the patients were adults, and the majority were male (67.2%). The patient’s mean age was 51.3 years (range, 15-88 years). There were 114 patients (65.5%) that had associated systemic diseases, with diabetes mellitus (40.2%) as the most common predisposing factor. Common presented clinical symptoms were pain (90.8%), swelling (85.1%), and erythema (77%) of the neck. Surgical treatment was performed in all the patients, and most of them (83.9%) received the first surgery within 24 h. The most commonly isolated pathogen was Staphylococcus aureus (30%). Vancomycin (21.3%) was the most commonly used antibiotics, followed by cefepime (18.4%). All the patients survived and were discharged with a mean duration of hospitalization of 28.7 days. Those patients with predisposing factors (31.4±12.35 days) or complications (41.0±12.5 days) tended to have a longer hospital stay. The mean total costs of admission per patient were 47 644 RMB. Conclusion. This study highlights the high cost burden of CPCSSTI patients. Those patients with predisposing factors or complications tended to have a longer hospital stay.

The existing network connectivity discriminant algorithms have high time complexity, which could not satisfy the requirement of quick connectivity discrimination for large-scale networks, such as computer networks, communication networks and energy networks, etc. Aiming at the strong connectivity discriminant problem of directed networks, this paper extends the Warshall algorithm from simple directed networks to complex ones and gives an improved discriminant algorithm, which can reduce the time complexity of the Warshall algorithm by half. This is of great practical value to the connectivity discrimination for various large-scale complex directed networks.

The mechanism of biomass pyrolysis carbonization technology was introduced. Then the stage and characteristic of pyrolysis carbonization technology were expounded. The research status of the biomass pyrolysis carbonization and biomass pyrolysis carbonization equipment were reviewed. Finally, these people point out that the fixed bed pyrolysis carbonization equipment and new heating technology shall be the main focus for future research and development.

In order to ensure the security of massive data and user’s privacy in cloud computing, encrypting is a preferred method to protect their security. Due to some characteristics of massive data,such as large scale and structural complexity, it makes that the traditional encryption algorithms cannot be directly used to protect the security of massive data in cloud computing. Considering the real-time and reliability of encryption algorithms, we propose a hybrid algorithm, which combines DES algorithm and one-dimensional logistic map by using the parallel computing architecture of the MapReduce. Our experimental results and analysis show that our algorithm could effectively implement massive data encryption with high security.

Gold nanoparticles were synthesized by two bolaform cholesteryl imide derivatives with different lengths of ethyleneamine spacers at a liquid-liquid interface. By stirring the aqueous solution containing AuCl4- ions with the chloroform solution of bolaform amphiphile, AuCl4- ions were transferred into the organic phase and reduced to gold nanoparticles. Spectral and morphological measurements indicated that both bolaform amphiphiles could serve as both capping and reducing agents. Different gold nanostructures could be obtained depending on the different spacers and the molar ratios of amphiphile to AuCl4- ions.

The fusion dynamic mechanism of heavy-ions at energies near the Coulomb barrier is complicated and still not very clear up to now. Accordingly, a self-consistent method based on the CCFULL calculations has been developed and applied for an ingoing study of the effect of the positive Q-value neutron transfer (PQNT) channels in this work. The typical experimental fusion data of Ca + Ca and Ni + Ni is analyzed within the unified calculation scheme. The PQNT effect in near-barrier fusion is further confirmed based on the self-consistent analysis and extracted quantitatively.

The experiments of two-alpha emission from Ne-17,Ne-18 excited levels were performed at the HIRFL-RIBLL facility of the Institute of Modern Physics, Lanzhou. The beams of Ne-17 at the energy of 49.9 MeV/u and Ne-18 at 51.8 MeV/u bombarded a Au-197 target to populate excited states of Ne-17,Ne-18 via Coulomb excitation. Complete kinematics measurements were achieved by the detectors of a silicon strip and CsI+PIN array. The experimental results combined with simple MC simulations show the characteristic of sequential two-alpha emission via O-14 excited states for Ne-18. The results of two-alpha emission from Ne-17 are preliminary and need further analyses.

The angular distributions of fission fragments for the 32S+184W reaction near Coulomb barrier energies are measured. The experimental fission excitation function is obtained. The measured fission cross sections are decomposed into fusion-fission, quasi-fission and fast fission contributions by the dinuclear system (DNS) model. The hindrance to completing fusion both at small and large collision energies is explained. The fusion excitation functions of 32S+90,96Zr in an energy range from above to below the Coulomb barrier are measured and analyzed within a semi-classical model. The obvious effect of positive Q-value multi-neutron transfers on the sub-barrier fusion enhancement is observed in the 32S+96Zr system. In addition, the excitation functions of quasi-elastic scattering at a backward angle have been measured with high precision for the systems of 16O + 208Pb, 196Pt, 184W, and 154,152Sm at energies well below the Coulomb barrier. Considering the deformed coupling effects, the extracted diffuseness parameters are close to the values extracted from the systematic analysis of elastic and inelastic scattering data. The elastic scattering angular distribution of 17F+12C at 60 MeV is measured and calculated by using the continuum-discretized coupled-channels (CDCC) approach. It is found that the diffuseness parameter of the real part of core-target potential has to be increased by 20% to reproduce the experimental result, which corresponds to an increment of potential depth at the surface region. The breakup cross section and the coupling between breakup and elastic scattering are small.

Two-proton emissions from the excited states of 17,18Ne, 28P and 28,29S were investigated experimentally by the radioactive beams bombarding on the 197Au target via the Coulomb excitation. The complete-kinematics measurements were actualized by the stacks of silicon-strip detectors and CsI+PIN array detectors. The invariant mass of final systems as well as the relative momentum, opening angle, and relative energy of the two emitted protons was reconstructed under the framework of relativistic kinematics. Visible proton-proton correlations were observed in these systems. The mechanisms of two-proton emission were analyzed in a simple schematic model, in which the extreme decay modes like 2He cluster emission, three-body phase-space decay, and two-body sequential decay were taken into account. With the help of Monte-Carlo simulations, the two protons emitted from the 6.15 MeV excited state of 18Ne and the excited states in the energy region of 9.6–10.4 MeV of 29S, respectively, exhibited prominent features of 2He cluster decay while for the other cases, no obvious diproton emissions were observed.

The coatings containing zirconia were produced on LY12 Aluminium alloy by micro-arc oxidation in K2ZrF6 and NaH2PO2 solution. The composition, structure, hardness, friction and wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied by XRD, SEM, EDS, ball-on-disk friction tester and electrochemical analyzer, respectively. The results show that coating was composed of m-ZrO2 and t-ZrO2. There were a large amount of Zr and O and a little Al, P and K in the coating. The thickness of coating prepared for 3h was 168μm and the maximum value of the hardness was up to 16.75GPa. The friction and wear resistance and corrosion resistance were improved, compared with the LY12 aluminium alloy substrate.

Ceramic coatings containing ZrO 2 were prepared in situ on LY12 aluminum alloy by microarc oxidation (MAO) in the mixed solution of zirconate and phosphate solution. The phase composition and morphology of the coatings were studied by XRD and SEM, respectively. The growing mechanism of ceramic coatings was discussed in a preliminary manner. The results show that with an increase in MAO time, the compactness of the coating improved and the thickness increased. From the inner layer to the coating surface, the content of Zr increased, while the content of Al decreased. In addition, the coating was composed of m-ZrO 2 , t-ZrO 2 , and a little amount of γ-Al 2 O 3 . With an increase in reaction time, the relative content of t-ZrO 2 within the coating sharply decreased while the relative content of m-ZrO 2 sharply increased, and then both generally kept at a constant level after 60 min.

The excitation function of quasi-elastic (QEL) scattering at a backward angle has been measured for 9Be+208Pb. The barrier distribution was extracted by means of the first derivative of the measured excitation function and calculated with the coupled-channel model. The present work shows that the experimental barrier distribution extracted from QEL scattering is shifted to the low energy side by 1.5 MeV as compared with the theoretical one. This energy discrepancy indicates that breakup is important in the colliding processes of the weakly bound nucleus system.

In this paper, Y-factor method of measuring antenna noise temperature is described simply using spectrum analyzer. Effect of spectrum analyzer noise floor on noise power measurement is analyzed. Calculation formula and numerical value curve of correction factor are given. Calculation of correction Y-factor is described. At fast, measuring results of C-band 13-metre vehicle antenna noise temperature are given. Test result show that effect of spectrum analyzer noise floor on antenna noise measurement is not neglected when ratio of spectrum analyzer measuring noise power to noise floor power is less than 20dB.

A Petri Net is a mathematical modeling language for the description of distributed systems. A Petri net is a directed bipartite graph, in which the elements consist of place, transition, and arc. A Petri Net offers a kind of graphical notation for stepwise processes which include choice, iteration, and concurrent execution. However, when the system is getting large, the complexity of Petri Nets will be increased more quickly. In this paper, we propose a new Petri Net modeling language which is based on the Boolean Function Transition (BFT-PN, for short). Via combining the function with Boolean mathematic, it can describe both of PTP (Place-Transition-Place) table and the state transition of system more easily. BFT-PN can also reduce the complexity of transition of system on when the system is getting large and having a lot of events. In the other words, it can be dealt with very complex transition states by stepwise process not only more easily but also very clearly.

In response to the changes in the registration procedure at the universities, i.e. one university has several districts and different registration requirements; this paper proposes the distributed digital registration system that can be customized. We then elaborate on the design and realization method of the system. The university registration procedure is standardized with the use of this system, and the distributed data of related departments are integrated. It is confirmed that the system can operate in good conditions.

In complicated software system it is very important research task to improve software reliability by improving single component. This paper introduces a kind of sort method by calculating sensitivity of component-based reliability. Considering dynamic and static character of software and complexity, using frequency, dependent intensity of component, this method calculates and sorts sensitivity of component-based reliability to help system manager to allocate resource in developing and testing reasonably.

In this paper, we propose a dynamic forensics system (DFS) with intrusion tolerance by using Hierarchical Fuzzy Coloured Petri-Nets (HFCPNs), which is utilized to analyze the risk level of the traffic packets received from real server. We improve the intrusion tolerance mechanism [6] by using the HFCPNs. When the server is under some threats of intrusion, the malicious packets can be detected by the DFS, and will redirect them to shadow server. By way of using the Coloured Petri Nets and depending on the operator’s experience of fuzzy control, we support more detail design for DFS which can detect more malicious threats than [6]. Therefore, the design of transition will be more flexible for preventing various malicious threats in the DFS.

The investigation of beta-delayed proton decay mode has become a powerful probe to study the proton-rich nuclei and their nuclear structure. To study exotic nuclei with extremely low purity produced by the Radioactive Ion Beam Line in Lanzhou, we perform an experiment of beta-delayed proton emission of 36,37Ca under a high-intensity continuous-beam mode. Ions are implanted into a double-sided silicon strip detector, where the subsequent decays are correlated to the preceding implantations in time sequence. The energy spectra of delayed protons from 36,37Caβ decay, half-lives and decay branching ratios are measured. The experimental results confirm the previous literature data and some improved results are obtained as well, demonstrating the feasibility of our detection approach and the reliability of our data analysis procedure. This allows for the development of more powerful detection arrays and further research on nuclei closer to proton-drip line on the basis of present work.

Recently, an indirect method has been proposed to study the optical model potential of exotic nuclear systems by fitting the transfer reaction angular distribution. The sensitivity test of this transfer method is performed with 208Pb(7Li,6He)209Bi as an example, by varying the potential parameters individually. The results indicate that, except for the ambiguity in the real potential depth V, other optical potential parameters of 6He+209 Bi as well as the structural information of the reactions can be extracted reliably. Moreover, the radius parameter of the bound state, rbound, is an extraordinarily sensitive parameter, which should be taken care of in the calculation procedure. The present work provides a theoretical reference for the application of the transfer method.
