17-4 PH stainless steel alloy has been widely used in the field of defence industry such as weapon equipment, aerospace, nuclear energy, and so on because of its high strength, high toughness, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. In order to meet the flexible manufacturing requirements of multi-variety small batch complex structure products with lower cost and higher efficiency, selective laser-melted 17-4PH stainless steel alloy has become the focus of research in the field of rapid alloy manufacturing in recent years. In this article, the density characteristics and the distribution characteristics of holes and spheroidization phenomena of 17-4 PH pre-alloyed powder subjected to multidimensional temperature conduction under selective laser melting are studied, and the mechanism of defect generation under temperature conduction is proposed. Finally, the optimal selection of the combination of different process parameters was carried out by orthogonal test, and it was found that the comprehensive mechanical behaviour of the 17-4 PH stainless steel alloy after being formed exceeded the ASTM A564 standard (the yield strength is 1,132 MPa, the tensile strength is 1,323 MPa, and the elongation is 16.6%).

Unhealthy eating is a serious public health issue that continues to burden the U.S. health system. But, due to data limitations, most extant research lacks a direct explanation of unhealthy eating behaviour. Using data compiled from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Census' American Community Survey, SafeGraph mobile device ping data, and web-scraped restaurant characteristics, we examine the relationships between restaurant characteristics, socioeconomic characteristics, health awareness, and the number of patrons at unhealthy eating establishments in the United States. Results obtained through various alternative empirical models confirm the effect of health awareness on unhealthy eating habits. This study adds to a growing literature which study people's eating behaviour related to weight gain along with other chronic diseases. The relation between education and health has been well established in the literature, especially as it pertains to chronic diseases like obesity. But, due to data limitations, most extant research lacks a direct explanation of unhealthy eating behaviour. The current study examines this relationship among a diverse set of compositional place indicators with direct measurement of healthy and unhealthy eating behaviour across census block groups in the United States. We empirically examine the relationships between education, obesity, and the number of patrons at healthy and unhealthy eating establishments in the United States. Results obtained through various alternative empirical models show the effect of education on unhealthy eating habits. People who reside in areas with low education show higher frequencies of unhealthy eating behaviours. We also found that the number of reviews is essential to both healthy and unhealthy restaurants. Furthermore, we observed a significant change in food choices on weekdays vs. weekends. On weekends, consumers are less sensitive about the price for both healthy and unhealthy restaurants. These results contribute to previous studies on the reduced health status in low-educated geographical locations. During chemodynamic therapy (CDT), tumor cells can adapt to hydroxyl radical (˙OH) invasion by activating DNA damage repairing mechanisms such as initiating mutt homologue 1 (MTH1) to mitigate oxidation-induced DNA lesions. Therefore, a novel sequential nano-catalytic platform MCTP-FA was developed in which ultrasmall cerium oxide nanoparticle (CeO2 NP) decorated dendritic mesoporous silica NPs (DMSN NPs) were used as the core, and after encapsulation of MTH1 inhibitor TH588, folic acid-functionalized polydopamine (PDA) was coated on the periphery. Once endocytosed into the tumor, CeO2 with multivalent elements (Ce3+/4+) could transform H2O2 into highly toxic ˙OH through a Fenton-like reaction to attack DNA as well as eliminating GSH through a redox reaction to amplify oxidative damage. Meanwhile, controllable release of TH588 hindered the MTH1-mediated damage repair process, further aggravating the oxidative damage of DNA. Thanks to the excellent photothermal performance of the PDA shell in the near-infrared (NIR) region, photothermal therapy (PTT) further improved the catalytic activity of Ce3+/4+. The therapeutic strategy of combining PTT, CDT, GSH-consumption and TH588-mediated amplification of DNA damage endows MCTP-FA with powerful tumor inhibition efficacy both in vitro and in vivo.
