Network information development speeds up digital and text mining and influences the optimization of university talent training. We analyze the basic process and main text mining algorithms in this paper and combine the bag-of-words model and TF-IDE to complete the vectorization of text information. The model for generating document topics, i.e. LDA topic model, is refined and analyzed in terms of sampling methods. Analyze the degree of influence of education management talent skill development on other professional skills using quantitative means. Analyzing the education management curriculum system and talent cultivation characteristics, the cultivation of college students’ education management talents involves several skills, including communication skills, organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to control the overall situation. Problem-solving and learning abilities are given greater attention regarding professionalism, with 85.3% and 82.5%, respectively.

A neural network adaptive integral terminal sliding mode control method with input saturation is proposed for the horizontal vibration problem of high‐speed elevator car systems caused by uncertainties such as guideway excitation and shaft piston wind change. First, considering the input saturation problem existing in the elevator control actuator, a class of smooth functions is introduced to approximate the nonlinearity of switching saturation, and an eight‐degree‐of‐freedom asymmetric anti‐saturation nonlinear system model of the high‐speed elevator car is established; second, in order to solve the singularity problem existing in the terminal sliding‐mode control, a nonlinear term is introduced into the sliding‐mode design, and a neural network is utilized for the fitting of the complex unknown function, and the design of the an adaptive integral terminal sliding mode controller (AITSMC), which enables the state variables of the system to achieve finite time convergence and proves the stability of the system by using Lyapunov theory; finally, under the action of two typical guide excitations, the proposed controller is compared with the passive control and adaptive control (AC), and the results show that, after adopting the proposed control method, the vibration acceleration eigenvalue is reduced by more than 60%, which effectively suppresses the horizontal vibration of the car system and verifies the effectiveness of the proposed controller. Efficient neutrophil migration to infection sites plays a vital role in the body's defense against bacterial infections and natural immune responses. Neutrophils have a short lifespan and cannot be mass‐cultured in vitro. Therefore, developing more stable artificial neutrophils (AN) in a controllable manner has become a research focus. However, existing AN lack chemotaxis, which is the ability to migrate toward high‐signal‐concentration positions in a dynamic blood‐ flow environment. Supplying AN with chemotaxis is key to designing AN that are more similar to natural neutrophils in terms of morphology and function. In this study, micrometer‐sized, spherical, biocompatible AN are developed. These AN consist of zeolitic imidazolate framework‐8 nanoparticles encapsulating two enzymes, coacervate droplet frameworks, and outer phospholipid bilayers carrying enzymes. The AN exhibit responsiveness to elevated hydrogen peroxide levels at inflammation sites, actively chemotaxing toward these sites along concentration gradients. They also demonstrate effective combat against Staphylococcus aureus infections. The capabilities of the AN are further validated through in vitro experiments and in vivo evaluations using vascular graft infection models. This study replicates natural neutrophils in terms of chemical composition, functionality, and physiological impact. Boride materials have drawn great attention in surface engineering field, owing to their high hardness and good wear resistance. In our previous work, a plasma-sprayed TiB2-based cermet coating was deposited, but the coating toughness was significantly influenced by the formation of a brittle ternary phase (Ni20Ti3B6) derived from the reaction between TiB2 and metal binder. In order to suppress such a reaction occurred in the high-temperature spraying process, the high-velocity oxygen-fuel spraying technique was applied to prepare the TiB2-NiCr coating. Emphasis was paid on the microstructure, the mechanical properties, and the sliding wearing performance of the coating. The result showed that the HVOF-sprayed coating mainly consisted of hard ceramic particles including TiB2, CrB, and the binder phase. No evidence of Ni20Ti3B6 phase was found in the coating. The mechanical properties of HVOF-sprayed TiB2-NiCr coating were comparable to the conventional Cr3C2-NiCr coating. The frictional coefficient of the TiB2-NiCr coating was lower than the Cr3C2-NiCr coating when sliding against a bearing steel ball. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
