In the process of logistics distribution of manufacturing enterprises, the automatic scheduling method based on the algorithm model has the advantages of accurate calculation and stable operation, but it excessively relies on the results of data calculation, ignores historical information and empirical data in the solving process, and has the bottleneck of low processing dimension and small processing scale. Therefore, in the digital twin (DT) system based on virtual and real fusion, a modeling and analysis method of production logistics spatio-temporal graph network model is proposed, considering the characteristics of road network topology and time-varying data. In the DT system, the temporal graph network model of the production logistics task is established and combined with the network topology, and the historical scheduling information about logistics elements is stored in the nodes. When the dynamic task arrives, a multi-stage links probability prediction method is adopted to predict the possibility of loading, driving, and other link relationships between task-related entity nodes at each stage. Several experiments are carried out, and the prediction accuracy of the digital twin-based temporal graph network ( DTGN) model trained by historical scheduling information reaches 99.2% when the appropriate batch size is selected. Through logistics simulation experiments, the feasibility and the effectiveness of production logistics spatiotemporal graph network analysis methods based on historical scheduling information are verified. Objective: To study the changes of autoantibodies and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in patients with Graves disease (GD) after clinical treatment. Methods: A total of 68 patients with GD admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects. The thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb), thyroid stimulating antibody (TSAb), and antithyroglobulin antibody (TgAb), ICAM-1, insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Interleukin 17 (IL-17) before and after treatment were examined. On the basis of the hydrogeology of the Dousitu River drainage basin, the changes of water flow rate, δ18O and δD along the Dousitu River are discussed according to measured and analytical results. Changes of flow rate along the Dousitu River agree well with groundwater level contours and the recharge and discharge of groundwater to the river. When compared with other types of water in the area, it is obvious that the 18O and D of river waters have experienced evaporation. The changes of δ18O and δD along the Dousitu River are mainly caused by combined effects of groundwater recharge and river water evaporation. The recharge of groundwater makes δ18O and δD of the river water decrease. Evaporation makes δ18O and δD of the river water increase. The evaporation fractions of the river water are calculated using the kinetic fractionation theory. Results showed as much as 10–30% of water was evaporated in different segments of Dousitu River.

- Abstract
Background: Studies of related individuals have consistently demonstrated notable familial aggregation of cancer. We aim to estimate the heritability and genetic correlation attributable to the additive effects of common single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) for cancer at 13 anatomical sites. Methods: Between 2007 and 2014, the US National Cancer Institute has generated data from genome-wide association studies (GWAS) for 49 492 cancer case patients and 34 131 control patients. We apply novel mixed model methodology (GCTA) to this GWAS data to estimate the heritability of individual cancers, as well as the proportion of heritability attributable to cigarette smoking in smoking-related cancers, and the genetic correlation between pairs of cancers. Results: GWAS heritability was statistically significant at nearly all sites, with the estimates of array-based heritability, h(l)(2), on the liability threshold (LT) scale ranging from 0.05 to 0.38. Estimating the combined heritability of multiple smoking characteristics, we calculate that at least 24% (95% confidence interval [CI] = 14% to 37%) and 7% (95% CI = 4% to 11%) of the heritability for lung and bladder cancer, respectively, can be attributed to genetic determinants of smoking. Most pairs of cancers studied did not show evidence of strong genetic correlation. We found only four pairs of cancers with marginally statistically significant correlations, specifically kidney and testes (rho = 0.73, SE = 0.28), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and pediatric osteosarcoma (rho = 0.53, SE = 0.21), DLBCL and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) (rho = 0.51, SE = 0.18), and bladder and lung (rho = 0.35, SE = 0.14). Correlation analysis also indicates that the genetic architecture of lung cancer differs between a smoking population of European ancestry and a nonsmoking Asian population, allowing for the possibility that the genetic etiology for the same disease can vary by population and environmental exposures. Conclusion: Our results provide important insights into the genetic architecture of cancers and suggest new avenues for investigation.

Lung cancer is a leading cause of cancer-related deaths throughout the world. Recent genome-wide association studies and consecutive validation supported that the 5p15.33 region containing telomerase reverse transcriptase gene ( TERT) and cleft lip and palate transmembrane protein 1-like ( CLPTM1L) gene showed significant association with lung cancer in multiple populations. Here we studied a large Chinese Han cohort consisting of 1759 cases and 1804 controls. In the 1st stage (784 cases versus 782 controls) we genotyped 13 tag SNPs within 5p15.33 region to further investigate the association. After the 2nd stage validation (975 cases versus 1022 controls), the study clarified the association that rs2736100 of the TERT gene conferred the highest significant risk of lung cancer ( P = 4 × 10−3 in the 1st stage association, P = 4 × 10−4 in the 2nd stage validation, and P = 1 × 10−5, odds ratio = 1.24 in the combined population). The Ordos Cretaceous Groundwater Basin, located in an arid-semiarid area in northwestern China, is a large-style groundwater basin. SO
2− 4 is one of the major harmful components in groundwater. Dissolved SO2− 4 concentrations, and δ34 S-SO2− 4 and δ18 O-SO2− 4 in groundwater from 14 boreholes and in gypsum from aquifer were analyzed. Results show that SO2− 4 in shallow groundwaters originates from precipitation, sulfide oxidation, and dissolution of stratum sulphate, with a big range of δ34 S values, from −10.7‰ to 9.2‰, and addition of SO2− 4 in deep groundwater results from dissolution of stratum sulphate, with bigger δ34 S values, from 7.8‰ to 18.5‰, compared with those in shallow groundwater. This research also indicates that three types of sulphate are present in the strata, and characterized by high δ34 S values and high δ18 O values-style, high δ34 S values and middle δ18 O values-style, middle δ34 S values and low δ18 O values-style, respectively. The δ34 S-SO2− 4 and δ18 O-SO2− 4 in groundwater have a good perspective for application in distinguishing different groundwater systems and determining groundwater circulation and evolution in this area. - Abstract
Abstract  On the basis of the hydrogeology of the Dousitu River drainage basin, the changes of water flow rate, δ18O and δD along the Dousitu River are discussed according to measured and analytical results. Changes of flow rate along the Dousitu River agree well with groundwater level contours and the recharge and discharge of groundwater to the river. When compared with other types of water in the area, it is obvious that the 18O and D of river waters have experienced evaporation. The changes of δ18O and δD along the Dousitu River are mainly caused by combined effects of groundwater recharge and river water evaporation. The recharge of groundwater makes δ18O and δD of the river water decrease. Evaporation makes δ18O and δD of the river water increase. The evaporation fractions of the river water are calculated using the kinetic fractionation theory. Results showed as much as 10â30% of water was evaporated in different segments of Dousitu River. 32. Changes of autoantibodies and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in patients with Graves disease after clinical treatment.

- Abstract
Objective: To study the changes of autoantibodies and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in patients with Graves disease (GD) after clinical treatment., Methods: A total of 68 patients with GD admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects. The thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb), thyroid stimulating antibody (TSAb), and antithyroglobulin antibody (TgAb), ICAM-1, insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Interleukin 17 (IL-17) before and after treatment were examined., Results: The levels of TSAb, TgAb and TPOAb after treatment were remarkably lower than those before treatment (P<0.001); the levels of ICAM-1, IGF-1, IL-17 and IL-6 after treatment were noticeably lower than those before treatment (P<0.001); the FT3 and FT4 levels of patients after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.001), and the FSH level was significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.001)., Conclusion: Clinical treatment can remarkably reduce the levels of autoantibodies, ICAM-1 and IGF-1 in GD patients, improve thyroid function, and relieve inflammation.
