16. Investigation on the mold‐less curing process of 3D printing continuous carbon fiber reinforced thermoset composites based on thermoplastic shells constraint.

Abstract

To overcome the dependence of continuous carbon fiber reinforced thermoset composites (CCFRTCs) on molds during the curing, a thermoset continuous fiber prepreg filament and thermoplastic filament alternate printing method was proposed. CCFRTCs with thin thermoplastic shells were prepared based on the method, and the confinement of thermoplastic shells enabled the mold‐less curing of CCFRTCs. The influence of key curing process parameters on the flexural properties of the specimens was systematically investigated. The experimental results showed that the flexural properties of the prepared composites were correlated positively with the vacuum degree and showed a tendency of first increasing and then decreasing with the increasement of impregnation time and curing temperature. Through x‐ray computed tomography (CT) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis, the effect of key curing process parameters on the flexural properties of the CCFRTCs was clarified. Under the guidance of suitable curing process parameters, the flexural strength and modulus of the composite reached 482.89 MPa and 35.11 GPa, which were significantly better than most existing 3D printed continuous carbon fiber reinforced polymer composites. Finally, complex components were prepared to verify the feasibility and versatility of the technique. Abstract

Geo-Spatial Data, or geospatial data, refer to quantitative measurement data, qualitative descriptions, and graphical image data related to spatial location information that express profound geological connotations. Digital and intelligent collection of field geology data is a basic step in the construction of mineral resources exploration data and plays an important role in the actual process of mineral resources exploration. Conventionally, geological data collection in mineral resource exploration adopts the means of using a traditional field book, which is inefficient and also not conducive to the digitization of data. To address this issue, our paper presents a method and system for field geological data collection based on a speech recognition technique. In the system, the mobile device firstly receives the voice and then recognizes the received voice through the voice recognition technology to obtain the corresponding text information. If a control instruction is received, then the corresponding instruction is generated; otherwise, the data acquisition and storage device performs corresponding actions or stores text information according to the control instruction. The system designed in this paper helps users to use voice to accomplish the data collection. It will automatically convert the input voice into text data and store it in the database. The system is simple and convenient to operate and can overcome the problem of inconvenient operation of the data acquisition device in the field, thereby improving the efficiency of geological data collection in the geological exploration.

Abstract

The traditional GPS exits the large location error and the issues unable to verify the precision of location information considering the adaptation to the urban complex traffic environment. An information interaction model based on multiple groups of RFID tags is proposed, which can realize the real-time precise position detection by integrating the location, CAN message, tag distance and other information. Based on the multi-tag information detection system, a multi-tag information interactive communication GCD (i.e., the GPS location, CAN message, tag distance) model is designed. Meanwhile, a multi-dimensional GCD model is proposed, which adapts to the multi-dimensional space-time characteristics of the urban complex traffic environment. A case study of the proposed GCD model is carried out by taking dual-source trolleybus charge and bus priority control as examples. The results show that based on the proposed GCD model, the charging design can theoretically increase 36% of each bus capacity in a single day, The operating speed in the past four years is increased from 13.5km/h before construction to about 19.36km/h.

Abstract: With the wide application of multi-core processor, the software is required to be more efficient. Although Massey Algorithm solved the comprehensive problems of the linear feedback shift register, its research mainly focused on the single core platform. Based on the multi-core processor platform, parallel algorithm was designed and realized, the distribution problem of multi-core processor in Massey Algorithm was solved. After the analysis and verification of Massey iteration algorithm, the improved algorithm made the running time shorter, and the efficiency of the software enhanced dramatically.
