The evolution of the microstructure and texture of CSP thin-gauge non-oriented silicon steel was investigated by OM, XRD and EBSD. Results show: (1) the equiaxed surface grains with 28.13 µm average grains size accounted for 19.14% of through-thickness, while deformed band structure dominated the center layer and the other maintained at a composite structure with the first two. With the cold-rolled reduction rate enhancing to 91.15%, the stratification structure transformed into a complete fibrous structure. Annealing from 925 °C to 975 °C, the average grain size of the annealing plate similarly increased, which begins with 67.3 µm and ends at 80.58 µm. (2) The texture of the hot-rolled sheets mainly located at Cube and Goss texture, while with the cold-rolled process executing, the type and volume of texture change and finally stabilize at α fiber texture ({110}//RD) with the peak at {114}<110> at 91.15% reductions rate. The {411}<148> texture on the α* fiber line throughout maintained the strongest texture at different annealing temperatures. (3) The initial re-crystallization temperature is in the range of 600–620 °C, and the re-crystallization is roughly completed at 700 °C. Part of {411}<148> oriented grains nucleated at {411}<148> sub-grains originated from α fiber deformed structure, and the others nucleate at the grains boundaries of the deformed α fiber grains or in the inner of {111}<110> and {111}<112> grains. When the re-crystallization was accomplished at 750 °C, {411}<148> oriented grains are significantly larger than other oriented grains compared to 680 °C or the less. (4) Best magnetic properties were obtained at 975 °C with the B50 = 1.506 T and P10/400 = 16.19 W/kg. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To evaluate the clinical diagnosis value of ultrasonic for screening fetal abnormalities in primary hospitals. Methods Ultrasound examination was performed on 17, 401 fetuses at 11-39 weeks gestation in three stages, and then examination of fetal abnormalities was recorded and compared with the results after childbirth, postpartum and partial autopsy. Results 130 fetal abnormalities with total of 170 cases were confirmed after childbirth, postpartum and partial autopsy. 159 cases were detected using ultrasound, and the rate was 9.14%0, with diagnose accordance rate of 93.52%. 11 cases of missed diagnosis accounted for 6.47%. Conclusion Ultrasound is a non-invasive, convenient and inexpensive screening method with an important clinical value in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, and has become a major tool for diagnosis of fetal malformations in obstetrics of primary hospitals. Objective To investigate the role of ultrasound in evaluating the therapeutic effect of mirena (levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (LNG-IUS) on uterine adenomyosis. Methods Ultrasound was used to observe the uterine body size, the endometrium thickness, uterine wall and the changes of the attachment in the follow up of 65 patients with uterine adenomyosis placed mirena before and after treatment. Results One month after placed mirena, the endometria became obviously thinning, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After 12 months, uterine body size shrinked, but there was no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05); 6 months after placed mirena, most of the echoes of diffuse lesions in uterine wall transferred into focal lesions, cyst shrinked in attachment area. Conclusion The regular ultrasound inspection is a direct-viewing simple method to observe the therapeutic effect of mirena (LNG-IUS) on uterine adenomyosis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this study, a sensitive infrared photodetector (IRPD) composed of a germanium nanocones (GeNCs) array and PdSe2 multilayer is presented, which is obtained by a straightforward selenization approach. The as‐assembled PdSe2/GeNCs hybrid heterojunction exhibits obvious photovoltaic behavior to 1550 nm illumination, which renders the IRPD a self‐driven device without external power supply. Further device analysis reveals that the PdSe2/GeNCs hybrid based IRPD exhibits high sensitivity to 1350, 1550, and 1650 nm illumination with excellent stability and reproducibility. The responsivity and external quantum efficiency is as high as 530.2 mA W−1 and 42.4%, respectively. Such a relatively good device performance is related to the strong light trapping effect of GeNCs array, according to the theoretical simulation based on finite‐difference time‐domain. It is also found that the IRPD shows an abnormal sensitivity to IR illumination with a wavelength of 2200 nm. Finally, the present individual IRPD can also record the simple "F" image produced by 1550 nm, suggesting the promising application of the PdSe2/GeNCs hybrid device in future infrared optoelectronic systems. Here, a sensitive and broadband perovskite photodetector is developed by using crystalline topological insulator (TI) Bi2Se3 film as the electrode, which is synthesized by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE). The as‐fabricated Bi2Se3‐FA0.85Cs0.15PbI3‐Bi2Se3 photodetector exhibits apparent sensitivity to 650 nm illumination with an on/off ratio of 0.8 × 105 and good reproducibility. The responsivity, external quantum efficiency, and specific detectivity are estimated to be 8.4 A W−1, 1604%, and 1.7 × 1013 Jones, respectively, which are better not only than the perovskite device using Au as electrode, but also than the majority of other perovskite materials based devices. It is also interesting to find that the TI based perovskite photodetector displays obvious photoresponse to near infrared light (NIR) with 980 nm due to contribution of TI Bi2Se3 layer. It is believed that the present TI based perovskite photodetector holds promise for broadband and high‐performance optoelectronic applications in the future. A broadband photodetector assembled from FA0.85Cs0.15PbI3 perovskite and topological insulator (Bi2Se3 film) is demonstrated. The as‐assembled device exhibits very obvious photoresponse with peak sensitivity at 650 nm with a responsivity of 8.4 A W−1. The corresponding eternal quantum efficiency, detectivity, and on/off ratio are estimated to be 1604%, 1.7 × 1013 Jones, and 0.8 × 105, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this work, a sensitive deep ultraviolet (DUV) light photodetector based on inorganic and lead-free Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 crystalline film derived by a solution method was reported. Optoelectronic characterization revealed that the perovskite device exhibited nearly no sensitivity to visible illumination with wavelength of 405 nm but exhibited pronounced sensitivity to both DUV and UV light illumination with response speeds of 26.2/49.9 ms for rise/fall time. The I light / I dark ratio could reach 127. What is more, the responsivity and specific detectivity were calculated to be 64.9 mA W -1 and 6.9 × 10 11 Jones, respectively. In addition, the device could keep its photoresponsivity after storage in air environment for a month. It is also found that the capability of Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 crystalline film device can readily record still DUV image with acceptable resolution. The above results confirm that the DUV photodetector may hold great potential for future DUV optoelectronic device and systems.

In this work, we reported the utilization of mesoporous α-Fe 2 O 3 films as optical sensors for detecting organic vapors. The mesoporous α-Fe 2 O 3 thin films, which exhibited obvious Fabry-Perot interference fringes in the reflectance spectrum, were successfully fabricated through electrochemical anodization of Fe foils. Through monitoring the optical thickness of the interference fringes, three typical organic species with different vapor pressures and polarities (hexane, acetone and isopropanol) were applied as probes to evaluate the sensitivity of the α-Fe 2 O 3 based interferometric sensor. The experiment results showed that the as-synthesized mesoporous α-Fe 2 O 3 interferometer displayed high reversibility and stability for the three organic vapors, and were especially sensitive to isopropanol, with a detection limit of about 65 ppmv. Moreover, the photocatalytic properties of α-Fe 2 O 3 under visible light are beneficial for degradation of dodecane vapor residues in the nano-pores and refreshment of the sensor, demonstrating good self-cleaning properties of the α-Fe 2 O 3 -based interferometric sensor., Competing Interests: There are no conflicts to declare., (This journal is © The Royal Society of Chemistry.)
