With limited number of labeled samples, hyperspectral image (HSI) classification is a difficult Problem in current research. The graph neural network (GNN) has emerged as an approach to semi-supervised classification, and the application of GNN to hyperspectral images has attracted much attention. However, in the existing GNN-based methods a single graph neural network or graph filter is mainly used to extract HSI features, which does not take full advantage of various graph neural networks (graph filters). Moreover, the traditional GNNs have the problem of oversmoothing. To alleviate these shortcomings, we introduce a deep hybrid multi-graph neural network (DHMG), where two different graph filters, i.e., the spectral filter and the autoregressive moving average (ARMA) filter, are utilized in two branches. The former can well extract the spectral features of the nodes, and the latter has a good suppression effect on graph noise. The network realizes information interaction between the two branches and takes good advantage of different graph filters. In addition, to address the problem of oversmoothing, a dense network is proposed, where the local graph features are preserved. The dense structure satisfies the needs of different classification targets presenting different features. Finally, we introduce a GraphSAGE-based network to refine the graph features produced by the deep hybrid network. Extensive experiments on three public HSI datasets strongly demonstrate that the DHMG dramatically outperforms the state-of-the-art models.

LnPO4·nH2O rhabdophane is considered as one of potential material for precipitation-enrichment actinides in high-level radioactive waste liquid owing to its outstanding properties relating to the high chemical stability and the high selectivity and strong incorporating capacity of actinides. In this work, the phase composition, microstructure and thermal behaviors of LnPO4·0.667H2O(Ln=La, Eu, Gd) were systematically investigated by combining with XRD, SEM, TG-DSC, BET and ICP-MS. Based on the PCT leaching test methods, the differences of chemical stability between LnPO4·0.667H2O and its thermal products were first discussed in detail. The results reveal that the single phase of LnPO4·0.667H2O(Ln=La, Eu, Gd) with the microstructure of hexagonal shaped nanorodcrystals can be synthesized by chemical precipitation reaction in 90 ℃ aqueous solution. LnPO4·0.667H2O has the excellent structural stability and the reversibility behaviors associated with dehydration and adsorption of water molecules. The process of phase transition can be described as: LnPO4·0.667H2O25-80 ℃LnPO4·0.5H2O80.240 ℃LnPO4(rhabdophane)661-935 ℃LnPO4(monazite). Moreover, the excellent chemical stability has been observed in LnPO4·0.667H2O rhabdophane and its thermal products in PCT leaching test. For instance, the values of LRLn are ranged from 10-7 g/(m2·d) to 10-4 g/(m2·d) after leaching 28 d in different leaching solutions(pH=3/7, T=90/150 ℃), where the acidic solution is more likely to corrode sample surface, further resulting in a relative high LRLn value. Importantly, the phase transition can improve the chemical stability of initial rhabdophane. As a typical example of Gd-rhabdophane, after leaching 28 d in 90 ℃/pH=3 solutions, the evolution of chemical stability is found as: GdPO4·0.667H2O(1.8×10-4 g/(m2·d))

Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common type of arthritis characterized by progressive cartilage degradation, with its pathogenesis closely related to chondrocyte autophagy. Chondrocytes are the only cells in articular cartilage, and the function of chondrocytes plays a vital role in maintaining articular cartilage homeostasis. Autophagy, an intracellular degradation system that regulates energy metabolism in cells, plays an incredibly important role in OA. During the early stages of OA, autophagy is enhanced in chondrocytes, acting as an adaptive mechanism to protect them from various environmental changes. However, with the progress of OA, chondrocyte autophagy gradually decreases, leading to the accumulation of damaged organelles and macromolecules within the cell, prompting chondrocyte apoptosis. Numerous studies have shown that cartilage degradation is influenced by the senescence and apoptosis of chondrocytes, which are associated with reduced autophagy. The relationship between autophagy, senescence, and apoptosis is complex. While autophagy is generally believed to inhibit cellular senescence and apoptosis to promote cell survival, recent studies have shown that some proteins are degraded by selective autophagy, leading to the secretion of the senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP) or increased SA-β-Gal activity in senescent cells within the damaged region of human OA cartilage. Autophagy activation may lead to different outcomes depending on the timing, duration, or type of its activation. Thus, our study explored the complex relationship between chondrocyte autophagy and OA, as well as the related regulatory molecules and signaling pathways, providing new insights for the future development of safe and effective drugs targeting chondrocyte autophagy to improve OA. Objective: As the population ages and technology advances, lateral lumbar intervertebral fusion (LLIF) is gaining popularity for the treatment of degenerative lumbar scoliosis (DLS). This study investigated the feasibility, minimally invasive concept, and benefits of LLIF for the treatment of DLS by observing and assessing the clinical efficacy, imaging changes, and complications following the procedure. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed for 52 DLS patients (12 men and 40 women, aged 65.84 ± 9.873 years) who underwent LLIF from January 2019 to January 2023. The operation time, blood loss, complications, clinical efficacy indicators (visual analogue scale [VAS], Oswestry disability index [ODI], and 36‐Item Short Form Survey), and imaging indicators (coronal position: Cobb angle and center sacral vertical line–C7 plumbline [CSVL–C7PL]; and sagittal position: sagittal vertical axis [SVA], lumbar lordosis [LL], pelvic incidence angle [PI], and thoracic kyphosis angle [TK] were measured). All patients were followed up. The above clinical evaluation indexes and imaging outcomes of patients postoperatively and at last follow‐up were compared to their preoperative results. Results: Compared to the preoperative values, the Cobb angle and LL angle were significantly improved after surgery (p < 0.001). Meanwhile, CSVL–C7PL, SVA, and TK did not change much after surgery (p > 0.05) but improved significantly at follow‐up (p < 0.001). There was no significant change in PI at either the postoperative or follow‐up timepoint. The operation took 283.90 ± 81.62 min and resulted in a total blood loss of 257.27 ± 213.44 mL. No significant complications occurred. Patients were followed up for to 21.7 ± 9.8 months. VAS, ODI, and SF‐36 scores improved considerably at postoperative and final follow‐up compared to preoperative levels (p < 0.001). After surgery, the Cobb angle and LL angle had improved significantly compared to preoperative values (p < 0.001). CSVL–C7PL, SVA, and TK were stable after surgery (p > 0.05) but considerably improved during follow‐up (p < 0.001). PI showed no significant change at either the postoperative or follow‐up timepoints. Conclusion: Lateral lumbar intervertebral fusion treatment of DLS significantly improved sagittal and coronal balance of the lumbar spine, as well as compensatory thoracic scoliosis, with good clinical and radiological findings. This paper researches into a fixed-time consensus tracking problem for a class of second-order multi-agent systems (MASs) subject to external disturbances based on a fixed-time observer. First, we adopt a state observer to change the states of each agent from unknown to known. The observer is designed so that observed states and the leader's state reach consensus. Second, according to the designed controller, states of each agent and observed states achieve consensus, namely leader-following consensus is realized and the setting time of which is obtained without depending on initial states. By employing Lyapunov stability theory, some sufficient criteria are obtained to achieve fixed-time consensus tracking for second-order MASs with disturbances. Based on the measured agrometeorological data of meteorological observation stations and agrometeorological stations in the main production area of summer grain and oil crops in China from 2022 to 2023, the climate suitable index and disaster index were used to analyze the agrometeorological conditions in the growing season of major summer harvest crops, including winter wheat and rape. The results showed that there were sufficient thermal conditions and sunlight in the main production areas during the winter and rape growing season. At the same time, precipitation and soil moisture conditions are suitable for crop growth and development. Further, agricultural meteorological disasters such as wet damage, late frosts and crop diseases and pests had relatively light effects. It was sunny during most of the mature harvest stage, so the overall progress of the summer harvest was fast. During most of the ripening stage the weather was sunny, so the overall progress of the summer harvest was rapid. However, continuous rainy and heavy precipitation occurred in southern Shaanxi, southern Huanghuai and eastern Jianghan area from May 25th to June 4th, which resulted in delayed wheat harvest, significant decline in wheat quality and local germination mildew. Henan province has been the worst affected in terms of wheat yield and quality. Due to successive droughts in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river and Guizhou, sowing and emergence of rapeseed was delayed significantly and rapeseed seedling condition deteriorated in the later growth. Additionally, the yield of winter wheat and rape was affected by continuous drought in the southern area of Southwest China in winter and spring. Overall, the 2022/2023 winter wheat and rapeseed growing season was slightly less climatically suitable than the previous year, with slightly deviated meteorological conditions. According to the observed meteorological data in 2022 and the historical data from 2467 meteorological stations in China, the agrometeorological evaluation index, the climate suitability degree model and agrometeorological disaster index model were used to evaluate the agrometeorological effects on yield of major autumn harvest crops, such as corn, single rice, later rice, soybean and cotton. The results showed that: the light conditions and thermal conditions were sufficient for crop growth and development in the growing season. The precipitation and soil water conditions were non-uniform distribution in time and space, which restricted the yield increase of corn, rice, soybean and other crops. The impact of low temperature, sunless, continuous rain, rainstorm and flood disasters during the main growth period was light, while the meteorological conditions were favorable for crop development growth and yield. The comprehensive intensity of high temperature in summer in the Yangtze River basin reached the highest level since 1961. The single rice during filling maturation suffered heat injury, while the corn suffered continuous drought in summer and autumn. The rainstorm disasters occurred frequently especially Jilin, Liaoning and Shandong provinces which caused the crops to heavy losses, and some crops were out of harvest. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
