This study takes stock of business and economics research on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and provides a dynamic panorama of the overall knowledge structure of this ever-growing body of work ever since its inception in 1966. Our bibliometric analysis based on the full archive of 1024 studies identifies the main trends of and the major intellectual contributors to the extant knowledge of AI in business and economics research. Specifically, our results show that (1) AI-focused business and economics research wintnessed growth over three stages, particularly with a sharp increase after 2017. (2) While this body of research has gained tremendous momentum across the globe, the United States is by far the center of knowledge generation. (3) Research collaborations are still limited in this area. (4) Research topics flourished, ranging from early decision support systems, neural networks, and scheduling methods to more recent machine learning, automation, and big data. The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of different proportions of Moringa oleifera leaf powder (MOLP) and mulberry leaf powder (MLP) on the performance of laying hens. The use of MOLP and MLP as animal feed can meet the nutritional requirements of livestock and improve antioxidant status. Combinations of different feeds could produce a synergistic effect in animals. Two hundred and ten birds were randomly divided into three groups. The control group was fed a basal diet and the treatment groups received a basal diet supplemented with 2.5% MOLP + 2.5% MLP and 5% MOLP + 2.5% MLP, respectively. The results showed that the supplementation of 5% MOLP + 2.5% MLP significantly decreased the laying rate, albumen height and Haugh unit. Yolk colours were significantly more intense after MOLP and MLP supplementation. Significant decreases in abdominal fat index were observed in the 5% MOLP + 2.5% MLP group. The levels of superoxide dismutase 2 (SOD2) mRNA expression were significantly increased, while those of apolipoprotein B (APOB) were significantly reduced, as determined by qRT-PCR analysis. The combined administration of MOLP and MLP could have regulated the antioxidant status and lipid metabolism by affecting SOD2 and APOB gene expression. OBJECTIVE: This present study aimed to compare the treatment response, survival profile, quality of life (QoL), and safety between drug-eluting bead bronchial arterial chemoembolization (DEB-BACE) and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-smallcell lung cancer (NSCLC). PATIENTS AND METHODS: Totally, 44 advanced NSCLC patients were analyzed retrospectively and were divided into DEB-BACE group (n=23) and chemotherapy group (n=21). Treatment response, European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer QoL Questionnaire-Core 30 (EORTC QLQ-C30), progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), and adverse events were assessed during the follow-up. RESULTS: At month (M) 2, M4 and M6 post initial treatment, objective response rate (ORR) was elevated (all p <0.05), and disease control rate (DCR) tended to be higher (without statistical significance) in DEB-BACE group compared with chemotherapy group. Regarding the QLQ-C30 item scores, the scores of physical functioning, role functioning, emotional functioning, cognitive functioning, social functioning were increased, while the scores of nausea and vomiting, dyspnea, constipation were decreased in DEB-BACE group compared with chemotherapy group (all p <0.05). Based on survival profile, DEB-BACE group achieved better PFS and OS compared with chemotherapy group independent of TNM stage, which was also supported by further subgroup analysis and Cox's proportional hazard regression analysis (all p <0.05). Furthermore, two groups all exhibited mild and tolerable adverse events. CONCLUSIONS: D EB-BACE has the potential to be an additional treatment option with favorable therapeutic efficacy, improved QoL, and tolerable safety for advanced NSCLC patients. High-frequency surface wave radar (HFSWR) can be effectively used to detect ships in the exclusive economic zone. However, the ship signal is concealed and interfered with various clutter and background noise in the Doppler spectrum. In this letter, a range-Doppler (RD) image-based novel ship detection algorithm is proposed by exploiting spatial-frequency information and a unique feature fusion based on the analysis of variance. The algorithm subsumes three successive stages: Stage I—the plausible region of interest is captured, Stage II—the features from different sources are fused into one generalized feature space, and Stage III—an extreme learning machine-based classifier is utilized to localize the ships. Experimental results on challenging HFSWR-RD datasets demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has a competitive performance over other ship detection algorithms. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This research evaluated the effects of mulberry leaf in diet on growth and meat quality in rabbits. Five treatment diets were prepared by using a proportion of 0% (CK), 5% (ML5), 10% (ML10), 15% (ML15) and 20% (ML20) mulberry leaf powder (MLP), respectively. Results showed that average daily gain (ADG) in the ML20 group was significantly (P ≤ 0.05) lower than that in the CK, ML5 and ML10 treatments. Feed conversion ratio (FCR) in the ML20 treatment was significantly (P ≤ 0.05) higher than that in all other treatments. Most of the carcass characteristics had no significant differences among the five treatments (P>0.05), however, abdominal fat percentage in the four MLP treatments was significantly (P ≤ 0.05) lower than that in the CK. The L* and a* values in most of MLP treatment samples of longissimus dorsi and hind leg muscles were significantly increased and the b* value significantly declined than those in the CK (P ≤ 0.05). Drip loss values in the ML10, ML15 and ML20 group were significantly (P ≤ 0.05) lower than those in the CK. Moisture, fat and ash contents in the higher MLP level treatments (ML15 and ML20) were significantly (P ≤ 0.05) lower than those in the CK. In conclusion, MLP for a certain proportion in diet (≤ 15%) is greatly valuable for improvement of growth and meat appearance of rabbits and a high proportion of MLP (e.g. ≥ 20%) may impede growth of young rabbits. The edge effect of forest communities in Kunyu Mountain Nature Reserve of China due to two small-scale roads was studied. By setting 3 groups of sample plots: sample plot beside 2.5 m road corridor, sample plot beside 5.0 m road corridor and sample plot in wildwood area, forest investigation was carried out using typical sampling method to evaluate and reveal the influence of edge effect (caused by 2.5 m and 5.0 m scenic road corridor) on the community structure, species composition and diversity of plants in Kunyu mountain national nature reserve. Results show (1) that compared with wildwood area, the average DBH (diameter at breast height) of tree layer at 2.5 m and 5.0 m scenic road corridor in Kunyu mountain national nature reserve decreases with the increase of width of road corridor. In shrub layer, edge effect is balanced by increasing the number of low-diameter shrubs while decreasing the number of high-diameter shrubs. It is worth noting that the edge effect of 2.5 m scenic road corridor is significantly higher than that of 5.0 m scenic road corridor. (2) In tree layer, the four indexes all showed as follows: sample plot near 5.0 m scenic road corridor was significantly higher than the sample plot near 2.5 m scenic road corridor and wildwood area. In shrub layer, the four indexes abovementioned can be ranked as sample plot near 5.0 m scenic road corridor>sample plot near 2.5 m scenic road corridor>wildwood area. In herb layer, the 4 indexes are ranked as sample plot near 5.0 m scenic road corridor>wildwood area>sample plot near 2.5 m scenic road corridor. Main conclusion: The 2.5 m scenic road corridor exerts an inhibition effect on the species composition and diversity of plants in Kunyu mountain national nature reserve, however, 5.0 m scenic road corridor has a promoting effect. With 7 figures and 6 tables Garlic is widely consumed for its culinary and medical benefits. Six hundred and thirteen accessions of garlic and its relatives with diverse origin were evaluated for genetic diversity at eight recently novel simple sequence repeat loci in this study. A total of 113 alleles were detected, the average allelic richness was 14.1 alleles per locus. Using a heuristic approach, a core set of 95 accessions was successfully developed, which showed 100% coverage of alleles with minimum redundancy. The model‐based structure analysis here revealed the presence of four subpopulations in the selected core set, which was basically consistent with clustering based on the genetic distance. The analysis of molecular variance based on this core set showed that between‐population component of genetic variance is <15.6% in contrast to 84.4% for the within population component. Overall FST value was 0.1560, indicating a moderate differentiation among the four groups. These results will provide an effective aid for future allele mining, association genetics, mapping and cloning gene(s), germplasm conservation, and improvement programs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Thirty microsatellite loci for further genetic analysis of Citrus species were developed by constructing a microsatellite- enriched library using capture with streptavidin-coated magnetic beads and used to assess genetic diversity in 40 Citrus accessions. In total, 150 alleles were detected, with an average of five alleles per locus. The average gene diversity and polymorphism information content values were 0.58 and 0.52, and ranged from 0.35 - 0.74 and from 0.32 - 0.70, respectively. Values for the observed and expected heterozygosities ranged from 0.13 - 1.00 and from 0.36 - 0.75, respectively. Fifteen loci deviated from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P < 0.05). The mean similarity coefficient among accessions was 0.5906. Based on the UPGMA algorithm, two main groups were successfully identified. Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological features and molecular genetics of diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (DLBCL) with concurrent or secondary to nodal T-follicular helper cell lymphoma, angioimmunoblastic-type (nTFHL-AI). Methods: The clinicopathological features and molecular genetics of DLBCL associated with nTFHL-AI diagnosed between January 2015 and October 2022 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were analyzed using histology, immunohistochemistry, PCR, EBV-encoded RNA in situ hybridization and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Clinical information was collected and analyzed. Results: A total of 6 cases including 3 nTFHL-AI with secondary DLBCL and 3 composite lymphomas were reviewed. There were 4 male and 2 female patients, whose ages ranged from 40 to 74 years (median 57 years). All patients presented with nodal lesions at an advanced Ann Arbor stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ (6/6). Bone marrow involvement was detected in 4 patients. All cases showed typical histologic and immunophenotypic characteristics of nTFHL-AI. Among them, 5 cases of DLBCL with concurrent nTFHL-AI exhibited numerous large atypical lymphoid cells and the tumor cells were CD20 and CD79α positive. The only case of DLBCL secondary to nTFHL-AI showed plasma cell differentiation and reduced expression of CD20. All of cases were activated B-cell (ABC)/non-germinal center B-cell (non-GCB) subtype. Three of the 6 cases were EBV positive with>100 positive cells/high power field, meeting the diagnostic criteria of EBV + DLBCL. The expression of MYC and CD30 protein in the DLBCL region was higher than that in the nTFHL-AI region ( n =5). C-MYC , bcl-6 and bcl-2 translocations were not detected in the 4 cases that were subject to FISH. Four of the 6 patients received chemotherapy after diagnosis. For the DLBCL cases of nTFHL-AI with secondary DLBCL, the interval was between 2-20 months. During the follow-up period ranging from 3-29 months, 3 of the 6 patients died of the disease. Conclusions: DLBCL associated with nTFHL-AI is very rare. The expansion of EBV-infected B cells in nTFHL-AI may progress to secondary EBV + DLBCL. However, EBV-negative cases have also been reported, suggesting possible other mechanisms. The up-regulation of MYC expression in these cases suggests a possible role in B-cell lymphomagenesis. Clinicians should be aware that another biopsy is still necessary to rule out concurrent or secondary DLBCL when nodal and extranodal lesions are noted after nTFHL-AI treatment.

Objective: To study the clinicopathological characteristics, and further understand primary central nervous system T-cell lymphoma (PCNSTCL) in children and adolescents. Methods: Five cases of PCNSTCL in children and adolescents were collected from December 2016 to December 2021 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. The clinicopathological characteristics, immunophenotypic, and molecular pathologic features were analyzed, and relevant literatures reviewed. Results: There were two male and three female patients with a median age of 14 years (range 11 to 18 years). There were two peripheral T-cell lymphomas, not otherwise specified, two anaplastic large cell lymphoma, ALK-positive and one NK/T cell lymphoma. Pathologically, the tumor cells showed a variable histomorphologic spectrum, including small, medium and large cells with diffuse growth pattern and perivascular accentuation. Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization showed CD3 expression in four cases, and CD3 was lost in one case. CD5 expression was lost in four cases and retained in one case. ALK and CD30 were expressed in two cases. One tumor expressed CD56 and Epstein-Barr virus-encoded RNA. All cases showed a cytotoxic phenotype with expression of TIA1 and granzyme B. Three cases had a high Ki-67 index (>50%). T-cell receptor (TCR) gene rearrangement was clonal in two cases. Conclusions: PCNSTCL is rare, especially in children and adolescents. The morphology of PCNSTCL is diverse. Immunohistochemistry and TCR gene rearrangement play important roles in the diagnosis.
