Objective: This study proposes to visually review the current situation and progress of standards sets by the International Organization for Standardization/Technical Committee on Traditional Chinese Medicine (ISO/TC 249). The review aims to explore the development strategies of the standards, which will exhibit the considerable impact on the economy, trade and exchanges, and cooperation in the area of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods: ISO/TC 249 standards were searched on the ISO website, and their title, proposed time, current stage, scope, and classification were obtained for further summarization. Gephi was utilized to portray the co-occurrence network graph of the ISO/TC 249 standards subject. Results: In ISO/TC 249, there were 116 standards, including 81 published standards and 35 developing standards by April 30, 2022. Two withdrawal standards were published after revision, which were not counted in the total standards. The number of published standards has been increasing since the first standard was published in 2014, whose title was “Sterile acupuncture needles for single use”. Among these standards, 17.24% (20/116) standards were in review, 56.03% (65/116) in publication, 3.45% (4/116) in approval, 5.17% (6/116) in enquiry, 3.45% (4/116) in committee, and 14.66% (17/116) in preparation, respectively. With 116 standards, most of the research focused on the medicament, as its classification of the International Classification for Standards (ICS) showed the proportion reaching 49.54%. The network analysis data revealed that the top five most frequent words were “materials” “root” “requirements” “products” and “system”, after removing the noise data, such as prepositions, conjunctions, and pronouns. Additionally, the word “system” co-exists with the terms “computerized” “coding” “image” “tongue” and “analysis”; the word “requirement” co-exists with “manufacturing” “decoction” “process” and “materials”; whereas the word “devices” co-exists with “pulse” “electric” “skin” and “measurement”. Conclusion: With the increased diversification and complexity of problems, the development of standards is also oriented to multidisciplinary fields to cultivate the interdisciplinary talents, and especially the international standardization talents of compound TCM. Multi-angle analysis, formulation, and demonstration of standards, in line with industry needs in different disciplines, enhance the availability of standards and the ability to serve the industry.

The Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China (referred to as the Ministry of Education) has issued a series of training plans for outstanding engineers in new engineering disciplines, emphasizing accelerating the digital transformation of education and promoting the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents. The teaching purpose of medical–engineering integration professional courses is to cultivate new engineering talents with interdisciplinary backgrounds in medicine and engineering technology. This article aims to cultivate the comprehensive engineering practical ability of new medical information engineering talents to explore a new model based on the deep integration of Massive, Open, Online, and Course, and Conceive, Design, Implement, and Operate engineering talent training. This model integrates a variety of teaching methods, such as flipped classroom and project teaching, which is more conducive to achieving the talent training goals of cultivating innovative thinking, interdisciplinary thinking, analysis and problem‐solving abilities, and teamwork skills. This study uses the "Introduction to Digital Healthcare" course as an example to carry out the teaching practice of the new model, showing the practicability and effectiveness of this teaching model in cultivating the comprehensive practical literacy of new engineering talents. In summary, the new model proposed in this article can provide a reference for the teaching of medical information engineering professional courses and also provide a new model of thinking for the teaching of medical–engineering integration professional courses. Background and Purpose: Platycodon grandiflorum is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine, which can disperse lung, promote pharynx, dispel phlegm and expel pus. Its processing history was first seen in the "Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang" of the Jin Dynasty in China. Through processing, effective substances in plants can be enriched and negative substances can be reduced. Therefore, this study explored the effects of different processing methods on the antitussive and expectorant effects of Platycodon grandiflorum through metabolomics and pharmacology, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application. Experimental Approach: The changes of metabolites before and after processing of Platycodon grandiflorum were analyzed by Nexera UHPLC LC-30A-HILIC-Orbitrap-Q Exactive HF-X platform. The antitussive and expectorant effects of processed Platycodon grandiflorum were verified by mouse concentrated ammonia induced cough method and tracheal phenol red drainage method. Key Results: After processing, some metabolites of Platycodon grandiflorum changed, among which 24 kinds of terpenoid metabolites changed significantly. Through the experiment of ammonia-induced cough in mice and phenol red expectorant experiment, it was found that fresh JZI 40%, fresh CZ 80%, dry JZZ 40% and dry JZI 80% had obvious antitussive effect, and dry JZZ 40% had obvious expectorant effect. Conclusions and Implications: Some processing methods can indeed further improve the antitussive and expectorant effects of Platycodon grandiflorum, which may be due to the effect of increasing the content of triterpenoids after processing, but the mechanism of processing to improve the effect of relieving cough and expectorant needs further study. In the current study, the anti-gravity directional self-migration of droplets on an inclined surface driven by wettability gradient (ω) was investigated using a front-tracking method. A unified mechanical model of droplet motion on an inclined wettability gradient wall was derived, considering the driving force generated by ω ( F d ), gravity (G), and flow resistance ( F f ). The model demonstrates that ω , G , and inclination angle (α) are key parameters affecting droplet motion. By varying ω , Bond number (B o), and α , the droplet dynamic characteristics were analyzed, and a real-time Capillary number (C a) was introduced to measure the droplet migration speed. The results indicate that a larger ω generates a greater F d , leading to faster migration and more pronounced spreading. When the ratio of the channel width to the droplet diameter is 0.7, the droplet can cross three regions, obtaining double F d , and C a curve exhibits a bimodal structure. When the ratio of the channel width to the droplet diameter is 1.2, the droplet slides and spreads in the middle region without ω , resulting in a trimodal C a curve. A larger B o implies a stronger gravity effect, reducing the net driving force for upward migration and slowing the migration speed. At α = 30 ° and ω = 0.54 , B o reaches its critical value at 0.5, where G exceeds F d , causing the droplet to slide downward along the wall. α affects droplet motion by controlling the gravitational component along the wall ( G x ). To imminently better the ability of college education to favor social and economic development, professional building of digital media major is exposed to upcoming opportunities and challenges, amid the newly unveiled new liberal arts construction. Featuring interdisciplinary integration, digital media major should take timely actions to transform the requirements for talent training, adjust the professional orientation to adapt to the times, and set new goals. Taking the digital media technology and digital media art majors of Shandong Xiehe University as examples, this paper dissects the correlation between the new liberal arts and digital media majors, deficiencies of ideological and political construction of digital media majors, and the ideological and political education and teaching of digital media majors in the new context, thereby providing reference for the construction of digital media majors.

In the current study, the dynamic characteristics of droplets impacting a hydrophilic/hydrophobic inclined wall are investigated using the front-tracking method. The morphological and kinematic features of the droplets are examined across various contact angles (θ), low Weber numbers (W e ≤ 10), and inclination angles (α). A sequence of events, including deposition, spreading, contraction, rebound, and subsequent re-spreading, is observed when a droplet impacts a hydrophobic wall, according to the results. The droplet exhibits both a small dimensionless spreading area ( A * ) and significant fluctuation, along with a noticeable slip on the wall. As W e increases, the spread and rebound effects become more pronounced, and the slipping velocity also increases. As α increases, the slipping velocity becomes greater, and both A * and the dimensionless tangential spreading diameter (β) decrease. When a droplet impacts a hydrophilic wall, continuous deposition, spreading, and a subtle slip with inconspicuous rebound are observed. As W e increases, A * expands at an accelerating rate. Furthermore, the wetting effect of hydrophilic surfaces on droplets cannot be overlooked. Consequently, it also shows that as α increases, there is a larger diffusion range along the wall with a longer diffusion film and a larger β.
