Based on positive psychology, this study investigates how a strengths-based psychological climate promotes voice behavior via two motivation states. Drawing on the model of proactive motivation, we develop a moderated-mediation model of the motivation processes linking a strengths-based psychological climate and voice behavior. We further argue that these relationships are moderated by employees' collectivism. To test our hypotheses, we performed a three-wave survey to collect data from 192 Chinese employees. Results showed that a strengths-based psychological climate directly promoted employees' voice behavior while self-efficacy and felt obligation mediated the relationship. Employees' collectivism moderated the indirect effects of a strengths-based psychological climate and voice behavior via self-efficacy and felt obligation. In this paper, we report a reconfigurable multifunctional polarization converter (RMPC) based on positive-intrinsic-negative (PIN) diodes, enabling to achieve different functions in different bands and states. The simulations and experiments show that when the PIN diode is off, it acts as a broadband linear polarization (LP) converter at 9.12–15.93 GHz. Simultaneously, when the PIN diode is on, the LP incident wave is converted into a left-handed circular polarization wave at 8.69–11.41 GHz and a cross-polarization wave at 13.40–14.97 GHz, whereas full reflection is obtained at 12.05–12.54 GHz. The RMPC consists of two dielectric plates and three layers of metal copper plates. Finally, a sample was fabricated and measured, the simulated and experimental results were in good agreement. Compared with other works, the RMPC has more working states and wider operating frequency bands, which has an application potential in the field of radar stealth and satellite communication. Numerous studies have established a correlation between social anxiety and poor cognitive control. However, little is known about the cognitive control pattern of individuals with high social anxiety (HSAs) and the underlying mechanisms. Based on the Dual Mechanisms of Control framework and the Expected Value of Control theory, this study explored whether HSAs have an impaired cognitive control pattern (Experiment 1) and whether motivational deficiencies underlie the impaired control pattern (Experiment 2). In Experiment 1, 21 individuals with low social anxiety (LSAs) and 21 HSAs completed an AX‐Continuous Performance Task. Results showed that HSAs had a smaller P3b amplitude than LSAs, indicating their weakened proactive control in the cue processing stage, but a larger contingent negative variation (CNV) on cue B as compensation for the negative effects of anxiety in the response preparation stage. No group difference was found in N2 and P3a amplitude on probes, suggesting that reactive control in HSAs was not affected compared to LSAs. In Experiment 2, 21 LSAs and 21 HSAs completed a cued‐flanker task, where the likelihood of proactive control engagement was manipulated. The results revealed that HSAs exhibited motivation deficiencies in engaging in proactive control, as evidenced by P3b, CNV amplitude, and response times. These findings shed light on the impaired cognitive control pattern of HSAs and suggest that motivational deficiencies may be the crucial underlying factor. This current study confirmed that individuals with high social anxiety (HSAs) are associated with the impaired cognitive control patterns characterized by weakened proactive control and provide electrophysiological evidence. This is the first study that found HSAs have motivational deficiencies to engage in proactive control, which supports the Expected value of control theory and provides a new intervention direction. Compared with the wheat steamed bread, this article was to explore the quality (color difference, structure, texture, sensory evaluation, etc.) and physiological activity (antioxidant properties, in vitro digestive characteristics and glucose production index) of the steamed breads with different ratios of black rice spent grains (BRSG). The results showed that BRSG had significant effects on the specific volume, color difference, structure and texture of steamed bread (P<0.05). When the BRSG addition amount was 5%, the BRSG steamed bread had better morphology and odor and taste and more popular than those of wheat steamed bread. The polyphenol content (0.066-0.088 mg/g), flavonoid content (0.266-0.379 mg/g), DPPH radical scavenging rate (25.1%-70.4%) and ABTS+ radical scavenging rate (37.4%-71.6%) of BRSG steamed bread increased significantly (P<0.05) with the increase of BRSG addition. Meanwhile, BRSG could improve the content of resistant starch in steamed bread, when the addition amount was 15%, the content of resistant starch increased by 1.49 times, which could be suitable for the preparation of resistant starch products. Diet is a modifiable factor in healthy population aging. Additionally, oral health and diet are important factors affecting depressive symptoms. To assess the mediating role of dietary diversity (DD) in oral health and depressive symptoms in older adults, we selected 8442 participants aged ≥ 65 years from the 2018 Chinese Longitudinal Health Longevity Survey (CLHLS) for a cross-sectional study. Depressive symptoms were determined based on scores on the 10-item Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CESD-10). Dietary diversity scores (DDS) were established based on the frequency of intake of food groups. Oral health was measured by denture use and toothbrushing frequency. Stepwise multiple linear regression and PROCESS macros were used for mediated effects analysis and testing. The sample had a positive detection rate of 44.1% for depressive symptoms, 40.8% for denture use, and 41.9% for once-a-day toothbrushing. Denture use (ρ = −0.077, p < 0.01) and toothbrushing frequency (ρ = −0.115, p < 0.01) were negative predictors of depressive symptoms in older adults. DD significantly mediated the association between denture use (indirect effect −0.047; 95%CI: −0.068–0.028; p < 0.001), toothbrushing frequency (indirect effect −0.041; 95%CI: −0.054–0.030; p < 0.001), and depressive symptoms. Denture use and toothbrushing frequency not only directly reduce the risk of depressive symptoms in older adults, but also indirectly affect depressive symptoms through DD. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
