To investigate the effect of auricular acupoint combined therapy on gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by abnormal changes of cerebral intestinal axis in 1 case of intracranial infection. The application of auricular point comprehensive therapy (auricular point massage, auricular Bian-stone scraping, auricular acupoint sticking) technology, with emotional nursing, rehabilitation guidance, health education and so on. The gastrointestinal dysfunction of patients was significantly improved. Auricular acupoint combined therapy has a good effect on gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by abnormal changes of cerebral intestinal axis in intracranial infection. Based on the basic concepts and connotations of digital twin, this paper analyzes the application advantages of digital twin technology in coal mine power grid. The operation management of the coal mine power grid is assisted by two means of synchronous entity operation status and digital simulation operation. The technology has the characteristics of data-driven, real-time update and synchronous feedback. The basic framework of the digital twin system of the coal mine power grid is proposed. The framework is composed of physical entity layer, digital twin model layer, user service management layer and data exchange layer. The operation mode of the digital twin system of the coal mine power grid is explored from two aspects of the physical entity and the digital twin model. This paper introduces the key technologies for establishing the digital twin system of the coal mine power grid. The technologies include digital twin model construction of coal mine power grid, intelligent data acquisition, intelligent communication based on 5G, digital twin intelligent database, and digital twin equipment intelligent management platform. The application scenarios of digital twin technology in the coal mine power grid are proposed. The scenarios include the condition evaluation of underground electrical equipment, fault location and protection of the coal mine power grid, intelligent monitoring of the coal mine power grid and intelligent inspection of underground lines. The digital twin technology is applied to the coal mine power grid to carry out dynamic simulation modeling on the state and operation of the coal mine power grid. On the one hand, the higher operation requirement of the current large-scale coal mine power grid relative to the ground power grid can be met. The safety of coal mine production can be guaranteed. On the other hand, the intelligent process of the coal mine power grid can be promoted. The efficient and reasonable utilization of data resources can be realized.

In the evolving field of food safety, rapid and precise detection of antibiotic residues is crucial. This study aimed to tackle this challenge by integrating advanced inkjet printing technology with sophisticated microfluidic paper‐based analytical devices (µPADs). The µPAD design utilized "green" quantum dots synthesized via an eco‐friendly hydrothermal method using green white mulberry leaves as the carbon source, serving as the key fluorescent detection material. The action mechanism involved a photoinduced electron transfer system using red carbon dots (CDs) as electron donors and blue CDs combined with two‐dimensional layered molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) nanosheets as electron acceptors. This system could quickly detect antibiotics within 10 min in pork and water samples, demonstrating high sensitivity and recovery rates: 6.5 pmol/L at 99.75%–110% for sulfadimethoxine, 3.3 pmol/L at 99%–105% for sulfamethoxazole, and 8.5 pmol/L at 98.5%–105% for tetracycline. It achieved a relative standard deviation under 5%, ensuring reliability and reproducibility. A finite model incorporating microstructure was developed to investigate the thermal shock resistance of TiB2‒B4C composite ceramic cutting tool materials. Numerical simulations were conducted to analyze changes in the transient temperature field and thermal stress field during the thermal shock process. TiB2‒B4C composite ceramic tool materials were fabricated using discharge plasma sintering technology. With different B4C contents, different sintering temperatures and holding times as study variables, optimization of the sintering process parameters and ceramic material components was achieved through testing the mechanical and microscopic morphology of the ceramics. Thermal shock water quenching experiments were performed, and the strength‐decay method was employed to assess the thermal shock resistance of TiB2‒B4C ceramics. The findings indicate that the optimal sintering conditions are temperature of 1700°C and holding time of 5 min. The TiB2‒B4C ceramic material containing 20 vol% B4C exhibits superior comprehensive mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance, and its relative density, fracture toughness, hardness, and flexural strength were 99.3%, 6.8 MPa m1/2, 22.8 GPa, and 598 MPa, respectively. After a single-phase grounding fault occurs in the mine high-voltage power network, it is important to identify the fault section quickly for the safe and stable operation of the mine power network. The existing research on fault section location in distribution networks rarely involves mine high-voltage power network, while the traditional steady-state method has a dead zone when it is used for neutral point grounding system via arc suppression coil. And the transient method needs to be used with phase selection device and has the disadvantage that the fault characteristic quantity decays with time. By analyzing the characteristics of the one-mode component of the current obtained by Clark transform under the single-phase grounding fault additional state of the mine high-voltage power network, it is concluded that the one-mode component of the current upstream of the fault point is significantly larger than that downstream of the fault point, and the one-mode component of the current is not affected by the fault phase and the arc suppression coil current. A location method of the fault section of the mine high-voltage power network based on the one-mode component without phase selection is proposed. The method uses Clark transform to obtain the current one-mode components of each monitoring point in the fault additional state of the mine high-voltage power network, and calculates the current one-mode component amplitude difference on both sides of each section. The fault path is determined according to the minimum current one-mode component amplitude difference at the fault path branch node, and then the fault section is determined according to the maximum current one-mode component amplitude difference on both sides of the fault section at the fault path. Simulation and experimental results show that the method can achieve accurate fault location when a single-phase grounding fault occurs in any phase of the mine high-voltage power network, and is not affected by the initial fault angle, fault grounding resistance, fault location and system running mode.

The necessity of automatic single-phase leakage fault zone location is analyzed in this paper from two aspects, namely, the need for leakage detection and the value of leakage fault zone location. Three single-phase leakage fault mechanism models' principles are introduced, namely, fault steady-state process sequence network model, fault transient state process sequence network model and transient steady-state integrated sequence network model, and the problems are pointed out as follows. The steady-state characteristics are applicable to systems with ungrounded neutral points, and in the system with grounded arc suppression coil, there are blind spots in the steady-state characteristics. The inconsistency of transient steady-state modeling methods leads to inconsistent subsequent fault signals. For research on single-phase leakage fault mechanism models, it is suggested to integrate the transient and steady-state processes for accurate modeling and explore the data-driven fault process research. The principle of the fault characteristic signal processing method based on wavelet (packet) and other algorithms is introduced, and the problems are pointed out as follows. The existing fault characteristic law studies mainly focus on line selection and distance measurement. There are few research on the signal characteristics and its distribution of the upstream and downstream zones of the fault. The obtained fault characteristic law is mainly for permanent faults, and there are few researches on arc faults. The extracted signal characteristics are aliased. For the study of fault characteristic law, it is suggested to study the mechanism and characteristic law of arc faults and study the practical and effective signal analysis and characteristic extraction algorithms. The principle of single-phase leakage fault zone location method based on steady state and transient state quantities is introduced, and the problems are pointed out as follows. The steady-state characteristics are easily affected by the compensation effect of the arc suppression coil, which leads to inaccurate zone location. The transient characteristics are fast decaying and unstable, and cannot be used to locate faults such as voltage zero crossing and high resistance grounding. The single-phase leakage fault characteristics are weak and easily affected by unstable fault arcs and random factors. For research on automatic single-phase leakage fault zone location methods, it is suggested to apply pattern identification, artificial intelligence, digital twin and other technologies. These technologies are used to explore fault zone location methods for small-current grounding systems applicable to different neutral point operation modes, and eliminate the influence of arc suppression coils on fault identification. For weak and complex fault signals, special high-precision sensors are studied to achieve accurate acquisition of signal detection.

The development of neuromorphic optoelectronic systems opens up the possibility of the next generation of artificial vision. In this work, the novel broadband (from 365 to 940 nm) and multilevel storage optoelectronic synaptic thin‐film transistor (TFT) arrays are reported using the photosensitive conjugated polymer (poly[(9,9‐dioctylfluorenyl‐2,7‐diyl)‐co‐(bithiophene)], F8T2) sorted semiconducting single‐walled carbon nanotubes (sc‐SWCNTs) as channel materials. The broadband synaptic responses are inherited to absorption from both photosensitive F8T2 and sorted sc‐SWCNTs, and the excellent optoelectronic synaptic behaviors with 200 linearly increasing conductance states and long retention time > 103 s are attributed to the superior charge trapping at the AlOx dielectric layer grown by atomic layer deposition. Furthermore, the synaptic TFTs can achieve IOn/IOff ratios up to 106 and optoelectronic synaptic plasticity with the low power consumption (59 aJ per single pulse), which can simulate not only basic biological synaptic functions but also optical write and electrical erase, multilevel storage, and image recognition. Further, a novel Spiking Neural Network algorithm based on hardware characteristics is designed for the recognition task of Caltech 101 dataset and multiple features of the images are successfully extracted with higher accuracy (97.92%) of the recognition task from the multi‐frequency curves of the optoelectronic synaptic devices. Background: A newly introduced obesity-related index, the weight-adjusted-waist index (WWI), emerges as a promising predictor of cardiovascular disease (CVD). Given the known synergistic effects of hypertension and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) on cardiovascular risk, we aimed to explore the relationship between the WWI and CVD risk specifically within this high-risk cohort. Methods: A total of 2265 participants with hypertension and OSA were included in the study. Multivariate Cox regression analysis was used to calculate hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) for CVD events. The restricted cubic spline (RCS) was used to further evaluate the nonlinear dose-response relationship. Results: During a median follow-up period of 6.8 years, 324 participants experienced a CVD event. Multivariate Cox regression analysis revealed that compared to the reference group, the HRs for the second, third, and fourth groups were 1.12 (95% CI, 0.79– 1.59), 1.35 (95% CI, 0.96– 1.89), and 1.58 (95% CI, 1.13– 2.22), respectively. Moreover, RCS analysis illustrated a clear J-shaped relationship between the WWI and CVD risk, particularly notable when WWI exceeded 11.5 cm/ , signifying a significant increase in CVD risk. Conclusion: There was a J-shaped relationship between WWI and CVD in hypertensive patients with OSA, especially when the WWI was greater than 11.5 cm/ , the risk of CVD was significantly increased.
