Drug therapy is the main treatment for elderly cancer patients. Given the unique characteristics of elderly patients with cancer, including aging and underlying comorbidities, inadequate medication literacy not only decreases medication adherence but may also lead to adverse drug events. This study provides a review of the current status, influencing factors and intervention strategies related to medication literacy during oral chemotherapy in elderly cancer patients. The aim is to offer insights for enhancing medication literacy and ensuring medication safety during oral chemotherapy in elderly cancer patients. This paper summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing of a case of severe diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) with acute intestinal obstruction complicated with pneumonia secondary to gastric adenocarcinoma treated with anti-PD-1. The main points of nursing included: disease monitoring, nausea and vomiting nursing, lack of knowledge and other general nursing measures. The key and difficult points of nursing for this case were complicated with intestinal obstruction and ICPis related diabetes. Therefore, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing and corresponding nursing measures were taken to relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the rehabilitation of the patient. Research on bullying and victimization has largely focused on univariate analyses on older children. Little is known regarding the bullying and victimization experience of young children with a person-centered approach, especially in Chinese affordable kindergarten settings. The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence and underlying profiles of bullying and victimization experiences. The study was based on a sample of 92,528 children aging from 2 to 6 years old enrolled in 582 Chinese affordable kindergartens. Latent profile analysis (LPA) was conducted to identify latent profiles of participants based on their bullying-victimization characteristics. The results suggested that the most common bullying form was physical bullying, followed by verbal bullying, and social bullying. A three-class model was identified from the involved participants: not involved class, physical bully-victim class, and verbal-physical victim class. Male children were more likely to be in the "physical bully-victim" and "verbal-physical victim" class than female children. Children with one or more siblings were more likely than children with no sibling to be in the "physical bully-victim" and "verbal-physical victim" class. Our study suggests that bullying may be prevalent in affordable kindergarten and it is urgent to create a policy framework to identify, intervene and prevent bullying behaviors.

Although numerous meta-analyses of single-case design (SCD) research have been published, no systematic review has been conducted to holistically reveal the trends in content focus, and the state-of-the-art practices in conducting SCD meta-analyses for school-aged students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This study synthesized the intervention/practices and participant characteristics, and identified the trends and limitations in previous SCD meta-analyses. Systematic review of meta-analyses can contribute to the summary of current evidence and further identify ways to improve SCD meta-analyses. We conducted a systematic literature search and identified 30 articles that met the inclusion criteria. Findings suggest that multiple interventions may be employed to improve various outcomes for school-aged students with ASD. Researchers may use our findings to map out the intervention and targeted outcomes and identify underresearched areas. Meanwhile, findings suggest several measures to improve the quality of future SCD meta-analysis practices and publication, such as documenting racial/ethnicity information, using a set of potential moderators to conduct heterogenetic analysis, and effects in reducing publication bias. Future research directions are also provided.

The hydrogen-electric coupling system is an important and indispensable part of a new-type power system， and its safety is a prerequisite for large-scale application. The hydrogen-electric coupling system is studied， and the accidents in key hydrogen-related equipment are summarized and investigated.Furthermore， fault tree analysis （FTA） is used for safety risk evaluation on the combustion and explosion of the hydrogen-electric coupling system caused by hydrogen leakage. The study shows that hydrogen storage and compression equipment is prone to safety accidents， and design defects， sealing， and operation errors are major causes of hydrogen accidents. The fault tree analysis shows that there are five ways to effectively prevent the hydrogen-electric coupling system from fire or explosion due to hydrogen leakage. The importance of the hazard sources and basic events of the system obtained from the study lays the foundation for developing safety protection measures.
