In order to obtain Al–Al2O3–ZrO2 composite refractories with excellent oxidation resistance, erosion resistance and thermal shock stability, metallic aluminium and fused Al2O3–ZrO2 were used as the raw materials, while phenolic resin was used as the binding agent. The microstructure was characterised by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy tests. Based on the reaction between zirconia and metallic aluminium under N2 flowing at 1300 °C, the reaction mechanism of zirconia and metallic aluminium in-situ reaction at 1300 °C to generate (Al2OC)x(AlN)1−x solid solution, zirconium nitride, and aluminium–zirconium alloy was revealed, and a model for the evolution of the phases in the aluminium-added Al–Al2O3–ZrO2 specimen was constructed to realise the Al–Al2O3–ZrO2 composite refractories phase controlling. Based on the good corrosion resistance of ZrO2 to CaO and the excellent results of the in-situ reaction of metallic aluminium to generate a large number of non-oxide reinforcing phases capable of replacing elemental C, this work is of great significance for the study of refractory in erosion-heavy environments, such as calcium-treated steel. This study aims to examine the inhibitory effects of quercetin on MRGPRX2-mediated mast cell degranulation via CLM-1. Results: We found that C48/80 stimulation resulted in significantly increased release of β-hexosaminidase, histamine and Ca2+ in CLM-1-knockdown LAD2 cells than in NC-LAD2 cells. Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and molecular docking analyses revealed high-affinity binding between quercetin and CLM-1 (KD = 2.962× 10− 5 mol/L) mediated by the formation of hydrogen bonds. In addition, quercetin can selectively bind to CLM-1 on mast cells, leading to SHP-1 phosphorylation and subsequent inhibition of downstream MyD88/IKK/NF-κB signaling. Furthermore, activation of CLM-1 modulated the surface expression of MRGPRX2 by inhibiting F-actin, leading to internalization of the MRGPRX2 receptor via the PI3K/AKT/ Rac1/Cdc42 pathway. Conclusion: Quercetin is a promising treatment for allergic diseases by acting as a CLM-1 agonist that inhibits MRGPRX2-mediated mast cell degranulation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The combination of few-shot learning and graph neural networks can effectively solve the issue of extracting more useful information from limited data. However, most graph-based few-shot models only consider the global feature information extracted by the backbone during the construction process, while ignoring the dependency information hidden within the features. Additionally, the essence of graph convolution is the filtering of graph signals, and the majority of graph-based few-shot models construct fixed, single-property filters to process these graph signals. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an Adaptive Filtering Graph Convolutional Neural Network (AFGN) for few-shot classification. AFGN explores the hidden dependency information within the features, providing a new approach for constructing graph tasks in few-shot scenarios. Furthermore, we design an adaptive filter for the graph convolution of AFGN, which can adaptively adjust its strategy for acquiring high and low-frequency information from graph signals based on different few-shot episodic tasks. We conducted experiments on three standard few-shot benchmarks, including image recognition and fine-grained categorization. Photocatalytic hydrogen production from water splitting is an environmentally friendly and cost‐effective technology to achieve green hydrogen. In recent years, bimetallic sulfides (BMS) have been considered as promising candidates compared to monometallic sulfides due to the tunable energy band structure, higher number of active sites, and good chemical stability, resulting in high performance of photocatalytic hydrogen production. Herein, recent progress of BMS in photocatalytic hydrogen production has been addressed comprehensively. First, two commonly employed methods for synthesizing BMS with tailored morphological characteristics are discussed and compared. Then, the main functions of BMS are unraveled to aid in promoting photocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance intrinsically. Detailed applications of BMS both as a single photocatalyst and in heterojunction composite systems of three typical categories with unique properties and catalytic performance are summarized, focusing on their charge transfer behaviors and hydrogen production performance. In the end, research trends and prospects of BMS‐based photocatalysts are also proposed. This review is believed to unveil new advances and features of BMS‐based nanomaterials toward practical benefits and future research for highly efficient and robust photocatalytic H2 generation catalysts. This work aims at improving the medium- and low-temperature strength of Al2O3-C unfired slide plate materials. Sucrose, nickel nitrate hexahydrate, ethyl orthosilicate and oxalic acid aqueous solution with the mass ratio of 1:0. 15:2. 7:0 0.03 were added to ethanol aqueous solution in turn, and dried at 110 °C for 18 h, obtaining SiC polymer precursor. Then, tabular corundum, α-Al2O3 micropowder and flake graphite were used as the main raw materials, added with the SiC polymer precursor and Zn powder, pressed at 150 MPa into green bodies of 150 mm x25 mm x25 mm, cured at 180 °C for 24 h, and then heat treated at 600, 800, 1 000, 1 200 and 1 400 °C for 3 h under carbon embedded conditions. The effects of the SiC polymer precursor and Zn powder on the properties of Al2O3-C materials were studied. The results show that the Al2O3-C material has the optimal comprehensive performance when adding 4.5% SiC polymer precursor and 1.5% Zn powder; at low temperatures, Zn powder melts and forms metal bonding phases in the material system; at medium temperatures, the pyrolysis reaction of the SiC polymer precursor and the catalysis of Zn powder after evaporation make the system form SiC fiber bonding phases. They work together to give Al2O3-C unfired slide plate material high medium- and low-temperature strength, which overcomes the failure problem caused by the low strength in application. Phenolic resin‐bonded Al2O3‐Al‐MgO refractories were prepared from sintered alumina and aluminum as raw materials, adding 3 wt%, 9 wt% and 15 wt% high‐purity magnesia. The green samples were treated at 200°C and heated at 1300°C and 1600°C in a nitrogen atmosphere. The results showed that the phases after heating at 1300°C were α‐Al2O3, spinel solid solution (MgAlON), Al4O4C, Al4C3 and unreacted aluminum. The phases after heating at 1600°C were α‐Al2O3, spinel solid solution (MgAlON), Al4O4C, Al4C3, (Al2OC)x(AlN)1‐x solid solution, Al8O3N6, and unreacted aluminum, with a tendency to shift from Al‐O‐C to MgAlON with increasing MgO content. MgAlON was obtained by in situ synthesis of MgO, Al2O3, Al, and N2 at 1300°C. With sufficient magnesia, the stability of Al4O4C and Al4C3 decreases at 1600°C, and AlON is formed with better stability and can be solubilized into MgAlON. That is, when magnesia was added to the phenolic resin‐bound Al2O3‐Al composite under a nitrogen atmosphere, more stabilized MgAlON was formed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Anaphylaxis is a type of potentially fatal hypersensitivity reaction resulting from the activation of mast cells. Many endogenous or exogenous factors could cause this reaction. Silibinin is the main chemical component of silymarin and has been reported to have pharmacological activities. However, the anti‐allergic reaction effect of silibinin has not yet been investigated. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of silibinin to attenuate pseudo‐allergic reactions in vivo and to investigate the underlying mechanism in vitro. In this study, calcium imaging was used to assess Ca2+ mobilization. The levels of cytokines and chemokines, released by stimulated mast cells, were measured using enzyme immunoassay kits. The activity of silibinin was evaluated in a mouse model of passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA). Western blotting was used to explore the related molecular signaling pathways. In results, silibinin markedly inhibited mast cell degranulation, calcium mobilization, and preventing the release of cytokines and chemokines in a dose‐dependent manner via the PLCγ and PI3K/Akt signaling pathway. Silibinin also attenuated PCA in a dose‐dependent manner. In summary, silibinin has an anti‐pseudo‐allergic pharmacological activity, which makes it a potential candidate for the development of a novel agent to arrest pseudo‐allergic reactions. This work intends to provide a comprehensive review on the development of Al2O3-C refractories with low/ultra-low carbon content. It covers three parts: carbon materials, microstructure optimization of the refractory matrix by ceramic phases, and application of metal Al as raw material. Carbon black, expanded graphite, and ultrafine microcrystalline graphite, as pricecompetitive carbon materials, can be chosen to prepare the low-carbon Al2O3-C refractories after some special treatment. Ni/Co/Fe-catalyzed phenolic resin contributes to improving the properties of the low-carbon Al2O3-C refractories. The performance deterioration of the low-carbon Al2O3-C refractories can also be improved by in-situ formed or pre-synthesized ceramic phases. Metal Al, characterized by plasticity forming, acceleration of sintering, oxidation resistance, and high reactivity, can be used as raw materials to completely replace graphite, and the prepared resin bonded Al-Al2O3 based refractories are one novel development direction of the ultra-low carbon Al2O3-C refractories. Autophagy and M1 macrophage polarization play important roles in the regulation of inflammation in atopic dermatitis (AD). Dictamnine is one of the main ingredients in Cortex Dictamni, a widely used traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of dermatitis. In the present study, we investigated the anti-inflammatory effects of dictamnine on AD like skin lesions and M1 macrophage polarization. A 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) triggered AD like skin lesions models in mice was established to identify the ameliorative effects of dictamnine on AD in vivo. In addition, an M1 macrophage polarization model was co-stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) using phorbol myristate acetate (PMA) differentiated THP-1 cells, to investigate the effect of dictamnine on promoting autophagy and inhibiting inflammatory factor release. Dictamnine suppressed DNFB-induced skin inflammation by inhibiting M1 macrophage polarization, up-regulating the expression of microtubule-associated protein 1A/1B-light chain 3 (LC3) expression, and promoting macrophage autophagy at inflammatory sites. Dictamnine also could reduce the release of interleukin-1β (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1), and interleukin-8 (IL-8), and down-regulate the mRNA expression of these genes in LPS-IFN-γ triggered M1 polarized macrophages. Dictamnine ameliorates AD like skin lesions by inhibiting M1 macrophage polarization and promoting autophagy. Hence, dictamnine is expected to be a potential therapeutic candidate for AD.
