Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of microparticle oral mucosa vaginoplasty.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 149 patients with reproductive tract malformation (MRKH syndrome and vaginal atresia) who required vaginoplasty and were treated at Gansu Provincial Maternal and Child-Care Hospital from February 2013 to January 2024. Patients were divided into three groups based on the surgical method: oral mucosa vaginoplasty group (n=95), peritoneal vaginoplasty group(n=31), and biological patch vaginoplasty group (n=23). Surgical-related indicators, artificial vagina-related indicators, and sexual function indicators were compared to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of microparticle oral mucosa vaginoplasty.
