Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of microparticle oral mucosa vaginoplasty.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 149 patients with reproductive tract malformation (MRKH syndrome and vaginal atresia) who required vaginoplasty and were treated at Gansu Provincial Maternal and Child-Care Hospital from February 2013 to January 2024. Patients were divided into three groups based on the surgical method: oral mucosa vaginoplasty group (n=95), peritoneal vaginoplasty group(n=31), and biological patch vaginoplasty group (n=23). Surgical-related indicators, artificial vagina-related indicators, and sexual function indicators were compared to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of microparticle oral mucosa vaginoplasty. At present, Chinese colleges and universities pursue “innovative talents” more strongly than ever. The status quo of creativity is closely related to the relatively low success rate of Chinese college students’ entrepreneurship. This paper combs the research results on the impact of creativity on college students’ entrepreneurial intention, and conducts a confirmatory analysis on the regulatory effect of creativity on entrepreneurial intention of Chinese vocational college students. This paper takes creativity as the independent variable, takes entrepreneurial intention as the dependent variable, makes an empirical analysis on the final sample data of 508 vocational college students, taking Chinese vocational college students as the survey objects. We find that creativity has a positive and distinctive impact on entrepreneurial intention of Chinese vocational college students. At the same time, we can see that there are obvious differences between entrepreneurial cultures of different countries and creativity of college students. It is suggested that the Chinese government should guide college students to cultivate entrepreneurial thinking, bring innovative thinking and adventurous spirit into their study and life, and actively advocate the establishment of a diversified and sustainable entrepreneurial ecology.

An important research topic is how teachers explore emotional intelligence in international Chinese language teaching and utilize emotional factors to cultivate students’ motivation to learn. Based on the theoretical model of emotional intelligence, this paper constructs a system of emotional intelligence factors for international Chinese teachers by combining cross-cultural communication theory. In terms of obtaining the relevant factors affecting teachers’ emotional intelligence, this paper introduces structural equation modeling to measure the pertinent aspects. It constructs the PLSSEM emotional intelligence model by estimating the model’s parameters through partial least squares. In terms of analyzing the level of emotional intelligence of international Chinese teachers, this paper chooses a total of 200 international Chinese teachers from various Chinese universities as the research sample. It uses SPSS software to analyze the data in terms of the parameter estimation of the emotional intelligence model, the test evaluation, and the differences in the level of emotional intelligence in multiple dimensions. The results show that the path coefficients of each latent variable of the PLS-SEM emotional intelligence model exceeded 0.3, and the value-added fitness index of the model exceeded 0.95. The emotional intelligence level scores of the 200 teachers averaged 4.557, and there were significant differences in their gender, teaching age, and education level within the 1% range. The emotional intelligence factor system of international Chinese teachers can clarify the specific reasons affecting their development. It can help teachers better develop emotional intelligence and help improve the quality of international Chinese education and teaching.

It remains a huge challenge for clinicians to diagnose Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia (PJP) by a conventional method, which leads to delay in diagnosing PJP, accounting for higher mortality in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). A 69-year-old woman, who suffered from RA for years, developed acute respiratory failure. The computed tomography scan showed diffused effusion and ground glass opacity in both lungs, which could not be differentiated from interstitial pneumonia. Metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) revealed P. jirovecii in both serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid with reads per million (RPM) of 17 and 437, while other diagnostic tests did not detect any pathogenic microorganism. The results were verified by quantitative polymerase chain reaction (mtSSU region) against the same samples. The DNA RPM of P. jirovecii declined notably after treatment with trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole. The patient was discharged without treatment and finally passed away. This case fully highlights the sensitivity of mNGS in early diagnosis of PJP, which is of great significance for prognosis and treatment. Nonetheless, the clinical application of mNGS is worth further standardization and normalization.

The goal of relativistic heavy-ion collisions is to determine the phase boundary of quantum chromodynamics (QCD) phase transitions. Critically sensitive observables are suggested to be higher-order cumulants of conserved charges. The non-monotonous behavior of higher cumulants was observed at the relativistic heavy-ion collider (RHIC). However, it remains unclear whether these non-monotonous behaviors are critically related. We studied the influences of non-critical fluctuations, finite system size, and limited evolution time to determine if they cause non-monotonous behavior. First, we examined the minimum statistics required for measuring the fourth cumulant. The minimum statistic obtained using the centrality bin width correction (CBWC) method was 25 M. We suggest using a 0.1% centrality bin in the CBWC method instead of each Nch. With a 0.1 centrality bin width, 1 M statistics are sufficient. We then pointed out the statistical fluctuations from the limited number of final particles. By assuming the independent emission of each positive (or negative) charged particle, the statistical fluctuations of positive (or negative) charged particles were presented by a Poisson distribution, and the statistical fluctuations of net-charged particles were their evolution. The obtained statistical fluctuations for net protons, net electronic charges, and net baryons were consistent with those from the Hadron Resonance Gas model. In addition, the measured cumulants at RHIC/STAR are dominated by these Poisson-like statistical fluctuations. At the end of this section, we suggest the pooling method of mixed events and demonstrate that the sample of mixed events accurately presents the contributions of the background. Dynamic cumulants were defined as the cumulant of the original sample minus that of the mixed sample. Dynamical cumulants were shown to simultaneously reduce the influence of the statistical fluctuations, centrality bin width effects, and detector efficiency. Second, because the system is finite, the correlation length at the critical point is not developed to infinity in contrast to the system at thermal limits. Using a Monte Carlo simulation of the three-dimensional three-state Potts model, we demonstrated the fluctuations of the second- and fourth-order generalized susceptibilities near the temperatures of the external fields of the first-, second-, and crossover regions. Both the second- and fourth-order susceptibilities showed similar peak-like and oscillation-like fluctuations in the three regions. Therefore, non-monotonic fluctuations are associated with the second-order phase transition and the first-order phase and crossover in a finite-size system. The exponent of finite-size scaling (FSS) characterizes the order of transitions or crossover. To determine the parameters of the phase transition using the FSS, we studied the behavior of a fixed point in the FSS. To quantify the behavior of the fixed point, we define the width of the scaled observables of different sizes at a given temperature and scaling exponent ratio. The minimum width reveals the position of the fixed point in the plane of the temperature and scaling exponent ratio. The value of this ratio indicates the nature of the fixed point, which can be a critical, first-order phase transition line point, or crossover region point. To demonstrate the effectiveness of this method, we applied it to three typical samples produced by a three-dimensional three-state Potts model. The results show that the method is more precise and effective than conventional methods. Possible applications of the proposed method are also discussed. Finally, because of the limited evolution time, some processes in relativistic heavy-ion collisions may not reach thermal equilibrium. To estimate the influence of the nonequilibrium evolution, we used the three-dimensional Ising model with the Metropolis algorithm to study the evolution from nonequilibrium to equilibrium on the phase boundary. The order parameter exponentially approaches its equilibrium value, as suggested by the Langevin equation. The average relaxation time is defined. The relaxation time is well represented by the average relaxation time, which diverges as the zth power of the system size at a critical temperature, similar to the relaxation time in dynamical equations. During nonequilibrium evolution, the third and fourth cumulants of the order parameter could be positive or negative depending on the observation time, which is consistent with the calculations of dynamical models at the crossover side. The nonequilibrium evolution at the crossover side lasts briefly, and its influence is weaker than that at the first-order phase transition line. These qualitative features are instructive for experimentally determining the critical point and phase boundary in quantum chromodynamics.

Objective To explore the impact of venous thromboembolism (VTE) on the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer patients. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of lung cancer patients with VTE treated in Peking University Cancer Hospital. The incidence of VTE was calculated and the relation between VTE and lung cancer was analyzed. Results Among 1766 patients with lung cancer, VTE occurred in 115(6.5%) patients. Among 115 VTE cases, there were 78(67.8%) males patients; 82(71.3%) cases were deep venous thrombosis, 21(18.3%) cases were pulmonary embolism, 12(10.4%) cases were deep venous thrombosis with pulmonary embolism; 74(64.3%) cases were symptomatic VTE; 102(88.7%) patients received antithrombotic therapy. Among the patients who received antithrombotic therapy, 97(95.1%) cases chose drug therapy. In drug treatment, 65(67.0%) cases used adequate/standard dose. Among 115 VTE cases, 52(45.2%) patients had improvement or disappearance of thrombus, 32(27.8%) patients had no improvement, and 31(27.0%) patients with unknown results; 11(9.6%) patients had adverse reactions such as bleeding during antithrombotic therapy; 30(26.1%) patients changed antineoplastic treatment plan due to VTE. Conclusion VTE is a common complication of lung cancer patients. Antithrombotic therapy for lung cancer patients with VTE is complex, the treatment effect is not ideal and the risk of adverse reactions such as bleeding is high. VTE has a great impact on the implementation of anti-cancer treatment.

The globoidal cam planetary mechanism is difficult to machine， the assembly precision is difficult to guarantee， and its manufacturing cost is high. These problems are caused by the toroidal structure of the outer annulus cam. A new type of squirrel-cage globoidal cam planetary mechanism is proposed to solve this problem. The new type of mechanism mainly improves the structure of the outer annulus cam in the mechanism. The new structure not only reduces the difficulty of machining the outer annulus cam， but also avoiding the problem that the assembly accuracy is not high due to the outer annulus cam split structure. Through the three-dimensional modeling and motion simulation of squirrel-cage globoidal cam planetary mechanism， the accuracy of the mechanism movement is verified by the simulation results.

Aiming at the problem of modeling difficult of complex meshing surfaces of globoidal cam planetary mechanism,a method of 3D modeling by using simulated motion method is proposed in order to facilitate the modeling of the mechanism. The kinematics analysis of the mechanism must be carried out in this method and the motion simulation of analog components is carried out according to the motion relationship. The trajectory obtained by using simulation is scanned on the modeled component. Finally,the 3D model of the component is obtained. It is proved that the model is global free of interference and the motion form is simulated correctly.The method is efficient and accurate,the trajectory curve obtained by the simulation method can directly reflect the meshing law of the components.

By using Beidou high-precision positioning technology, drone autonomous flight technology, and drone communication technology, a drone inspection system has been constructed. In order to further improve the work efficiency of UAV inspection on transmission lines, a single-base tower UAV inspection track optimization method based on the filtering method of the sphere unit limit is proposed. With the assistance of precision positioning services, the autonomous drone inspection hovering accuracy can reach an average of 5cm (E-W), 6cm (N-S), and 7cm (H), which meets the requirements of fine line inspections. The method proposed in this paper can further improve the efficiency of UAV fine independent inspection while improving the intelligent level of transmission line inspection.

This paper investigates relay selection and subcarrier assignment in cooperative OFDMA systems with considerations of QoS requirements. The joint resource allocation problem is formulated as a 0-1 integer linear programming problem with the objective of maximizing the system throughput. The efficient joint optimal algorithm is proposed to tackle the problem. By using the penalty function, the complicating constraints are included in the objective function and the special model with a totally unimodular constraint coefficient matrix is constructed that could be solved rapidly as a linear programming with reduced computational complexity. Numerical results show that the proposed algorithm significantly outperforms previous works in terms of both heterogeneous services support and QoS guarantees.
