Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a major food crop in China, and its high and stable yield is crucial for ensuring food security in the country. However, over the past few years, extreme weather events induced by global climate change have impacted rice growth. For example, the effects of heat stress on rice quality and yield have been significant. Therefore, it is fundamental to conduct in-depth research on the heat-tolerance mechanisms of rice and to cultivate superior new thermotolerant rice varieties. This review summarizes the adverse effects of high temperatures on rice growth at various stages, the heat-tolerance mechanisms in rice, and the heat-tolerance genes and QTLs that have been identified in recent years. We also discuss strategies to enhance the heat tolerance of rice, offering new insights for rice breeding research.

"Zibo Barbecue," "Village Premier League," "Erbin Phenomenon," "Tianshui Spicy Hot Pot," "Wang Po Matchmaking," "Chengdu Disney," "London's Canary Wharf," and other phenomenal events at home and abroad have become popular on the Internet, shaping a new landscape of online and offline network technology and a new form of social space. The new comprehensive spatial effects of network technology and traffic orientation have led to clear changes in daily life, spatiotemporal structure, social organizational forms, relationships, placeness, and identity. However, academic research on this phenomenon has been insufficient. Against the backdrop of new media technology that promotes social change and frequently affects people's daily lives, further discussion is necessary. This study organized well-known experts and young scholars to conduct academic analysis of the digital practice of Internet-famous sites and the production of new spatial forms. Presenting scholars' understanding of and reflections on the phenomenal events of Internet-famous sites from different perspectives is conducive to enhancing deep understanding of new phenomena in academia. In practice, the presentation of this research can both be a reference and provide inspiration for network technology, spatial-order guidance, local construction, and socioeconomic development.

BackgroundMajor depressive disorder is one of the most disabling mental diseases. Currently， medication in combination with physiotherapy and psychotherapy remains the most commonly used treatment modality for the disease， whereas only a few randomized controlled studies have been conducted on physiotherapy， and even fewer studies have focused on medication combined with physiotherapy.ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy and safety profile of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation （rTMS） versus modified electroconvulsive therapy （MECT） in combination with antidepressants in the treatment of major depressive disorder， so as to provide an optimized treatment plan for patients with major depressive disorder.MethodsPatients with major depressive disorder （n=335） hospitalized in Shandong Daizhuang Hospital from January 1， 2019 to April 30， 2023 were included， all of whom met the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases， tenth edition （ICD-10）. Depending on their disease condition， patients were subjected to either MECT in combination with drugs （n=141） or rTMS in combination with drugs （n=194） after admission. Depressive symptoms were assessed using Hamilton Depression Scale-24 item （HAMD-24） at the baseline and the end of the 1st， 2nd， 3rd and 4th week of treatment， and the adverse reactions were documented in patient's medical records.ResultsAnalysis of variance on HAMD-24 revealed a significant effect of time （F=3.081， P=0.042）， but no effect of group （F=1.023， P=0.313）， and the interaction effect between the time and the groups was not statistically significant （F=1.642， P=0.191）. No statistical difference was reported between two groups in response rate and full remission rate （P>0.05）. Throughout the course of treatment， 58 cases （41.13%） of recent memory impairment and 74 cases （52.48%） of headache or neck muscle pain occurred in MECT combined with drugs group， and 27 cases （13.92%） in rTMS combined with drugs group experienced headache or head skin discomfort.ConclusionAntidepressants in combination with rTMS or MECT show equivalent efficacy in the treatment of major depressive disorder， while rTMS combined with antidepressants demonstrates a superior safety profile compared to MECT.

Abstract [Objective] Apocynum venetum L. is an important wild plant germplasm in China, which has important medicinal, ecological, and economic values. Although A . venetum is strong in salt tolerance, its wild population is gradually declining due to habitat destruction and increased soil salinization. Therefore, exploring the mechanism of salt tolerance in A . venetum is crucial for the protection and utilization of wild germplasm resources. [Methods] In the present study, a tandem mass tag (TMT)-based quantitative proteomics technology was used to conduct quantitative proteomic study of A . venetum under salt stress. Common differentially expressed proteins and core proteins were screened using Venn analysis and protein network interaction analysis methods. [Results] (1) Eleven common differentially expressed proteins were identified, which were mainly involved in protein-FAD linkage, negative regulation of transporter activity, negative regulation of ion transporter activity, negative regulation of anion transmembrane transport, negative regulation of anion channel activity, and thiazole metabolism. (2) Ribosomal proteins were the main proteins obtained by the interaction of differential protein networks at different stress times, among which the ribosomal protein L2-2 (TRINITY_DN13265_c0_g1_i1_9) was the core protein in differential proteins at 12 h and 24 h under stress. The results indicate that the ribosomal proteins play an important role in response to salt stress in A . venetum . [Conclusion] In the present study, the key proteins of A . venetum in response to salt stress were screened, and the molecular resources in response to salt stress in A . venetum were expanded, which provide theoretical bases for the discovery and utilization of natural resistant germplasms of A . venetum .

China’s equipment manufacturing system and Europe’s experience in project complement each other. Firstly, this paper focused on the industrial chain and key technologies of floating offshore such as wind turbines, floating foundations, mooring and anchoring system, dynamic submarine cables, survey and design, construction, transportation and installation, operation and maintenance, etc. An evaluation system for the industrial chain with deep vertical analysis and horizontal expansion and comparison was established. Then, combined with the results of China-Europe comparison in different segments, 18 key cooperation areas were proposed. Finally, the study also explored the 4 stages of cooperation paths: exchange & sharing, cooperative construction, scale application and global promotion. It is expected to solve the problems of sole form of demonstration prototype foundation, high cost and immature industry chain,and provide certain ideas and inspiration between China and Europe floating offshore wind power cooperation.

The advent of the digital era has also provided new opportunities for developing fashion illustration art. To explore the development trend of digital media fashion illustration art this paper explores the development trend of digital media fashion illustration art based on the content analysis method through four aspects of creative themes, application carriers, acceptance, and understanding of a digital media platform fashion illustration. The results show that in terms of creative theme styles, the growth rates of the political theme category, regional theme category, and retro theme category are 36.77%, 44.91%, and 40.91%, respectively, while the styles of digital media fashion illustration have developed most rapidly in group theme category and popular theme category, with a growth of 370% and 55.94% respectively in the past ten years. This indicates that with the development of digital media technology, more popular elements are beginning to be explored and gradually applied to fashion illustration in the group and corporate culture. In terms of acceptance, 58.38% said they accept the application of digital media to fashion illustration, and in terms of understanding, nearly 60% said they understand it. In terms of application carriers, over the past ten years, because of the development of digital media, mobile media has become 66.48% of people understand and receive news about fashion illustration, while the percentage of those who understand fashion illustration for television media has decreased from 75.17% to 2.47%. This shows that the art of fashion illustration in the digital era has begun to develop towards mobile media, which is more portable and faster. The fashion illustration theme also became closer to popular elements and corporate cultural values.

In this paper, an intelligent fusion teaching system is constructed in the context of deep learning. Firstly, a convolutional neural network is utilized to extract multi-level knowledge point features, and a nonlinear function is combined to accelerate the fusion of knowledge point features. Then, semantic features are integrated into keyword extraction, and the SKE algorithm calculates the semantic contribution value of words, and word centering density, and the words are matched according to the keyness. Finally, multiple regression analysis is used for the dynamic mining of online learning behavior data to get the frequent dynamic metric distribution set of the data so as to realize intelligent recommendations. The results show that 75% of the students believe that the integration of curriculum Civics in the cultural and creative majors can enhance the values and is conducive to the integration and development of Civics education and the construction of cultural and creative majors.

The advent of the information age has ushered in a new epoch for transmitting history and culture, fundamentally reshaped by digital and visual media innovations. This research explores the potent impact of visual reconstruction on the conveyance of historical and cultural narratives, spotlighting a significant leap in public engagement. From 2012 to 2019, the audience for digital historical Content witnessed an astounding growth from 1.35 million to 26.18 million—an 18.38-fold increase. The study demonstrates that visual methods make history and culture more captivating and instructive and drastically boost user interaction, with Content receiving an average of 192,700 likes. Through a set of targeted recommendations, this paper aims to refine the visual presentation on digital platforms and amplify the interactivity of historical and cultural education, offering strategic insights for enhancing the digital and visual storytelling of our past.

Objective This article aims to study the effect of endovascular treatment of Budd-Chiari syndrome (BCS) and perioperative nursing experience. Methods The clinical data of 139 patients with BCS who received endovascular treatment in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. In this article, the technical procedure was described in detail, and the perioperative complications and follow-up results were summarized. Results Totally 128 patients received endovascular therapy successfully, with a technical success rate of 92. 09%(128/139). Among them, 112 cases were simply balloon dilated and 16 cases were stent implanted. The average pressure of inferior vena cava decreased from (29. 80±6. 20) mmHg before operation to (8. 90±2. 00) mmHg after operation. Postoperative complications occurred in 9 patients, including 2 cases of pulmonary embolism, 1 case of cardiac tamponade, 1 case of vena cava rupture, 5 cases of left heart failure and pulmonary edema, and 3 cases of perioperative all-cause death (2. 16%). 114 patients were followed up after operation, with an average follow-up of 36 months. The 1-year restenosis rate after simple ball expansion was 22. 45%(22/98), and the 1-year restenosis rate after stent implantation was 12. 50%(2/16); the 3-year survival rate of patients was 90. 35%(103/114). Conclusion Endovascular technique is a safe and effective method for the treatment of BCS. The first choice for treatment is simple balloon molding. If elastic retraction and restenosis occur after balloon expansion, stent implantation can be considered. Close cooperation with perioperative nursing of BCS can promote the rapid recovery of patients. The seismic method is often used to analyze the correlation between porosity and permeability of caved coal and rock in goaf. Most of the existing studies adopt the effective medium theory, which convert the anisotropy and inhomogeneity of caved coal and rock in goaf into equivalent medium parameters. The influence of particle size, porosity, spatial characteristics and other factors on the seismic wave is less considered. Taking the caved coal and rock in goaf as the research object, the broken coal and rock samples are prepared according to the actual particle gradation and porosity of the caved coal and rock in goaf. The porosity and wavelength-particle size ratio of the caved coal and rock samples are verified to be consistent with those of the caved coal and rock in the actual goaf. On this basis, the influence of coal and rock particle size, porosity and seismic wave frequency on wave velocity, amplitude attenuation coefficient and permeability is analyzed through experiments.The P-wave velocity in broken coal and rock decreases with the increase of porosity, increases with the increase of particle size, and is less affected by seismic wave frequency. The amplitude attenuation coefficient increases with porosity and decreases with the increase of particle size, and is more easily affected by seismic wave frequency when porosity is larger. The permeability of broken coal and rock increases with the increase of porosity and particle size. According to the Kozney-Carman equation, the permeability prediction formula of coal and rock in goaf is established based on the experimental results. The calculated permeability of caved coal and rock in goaf is 1 225× 10−12-178 930×10−12 m2. In order to eliminate the influence of particle size on the amplitude attenuation coefficient of seismic wave and the permeability of coal and rock samples, the amplitude attenuation coefficient of unit wavelength (amplitude attenuation factor) is proposed. The empirical relationship between the amplitude attenuation factor and the permeability is obtained by least square fitting. The study provides a thought for preliminarily judging the permeability of caved coal and rock in goaf.

Standard requirement generation method is a core technique of standard formation. Due to the lack of systems approach, missing of standard technical elements, weak correlation between standards and research and development(R & D) activities are appeared frequently. Deficiencies in integrity, applicability and traceability of standards can be observed noticeably, which makes the equipment standards cannot bring into full play of cost reduction and efficiency improvement, cannot promote the equipment technology development effectively. According to the positive development requirements of independent and controllable standards, an activity-based standard requirement capture scene model is defined, a mechanization of standard requirement identification is described, a standard configuration, standard element definition and standard requirement integration methods are provided, a mapping matrices of activities, tools, database and standard requirement are established, a process-oriented standard requirements generation method for equipment R & D is finally proposed. By applying in aircraft engine compressor aerodynamic design field, the proposed method shows that the effectiveness of the building relationships between the standards and equipment R & D activities, which can ensure the integrity, availability and uniqueness of standard requirements, support equipment standard systems independent and controllable development.

Water and sediment regulation is critical for the long-term safety of the Yellow River. Influenced by both natural factors and human activities such as water and soil conservation, the amount of water and sediments of the Yellow River continues varying. The amount of water resources decreases slightly and sediments decrease sharply. A scientific prediction of the amount of sediments in the future is crucial for formulating the strategy for water and sediment regulation of the Yellow River. In this paper, we analyze the variation characteristics of the amount of water and sediments from 1919 to 2020, predict the annual sediment transport of the Yellow River in the next 50 years, and systematically summarize the main problems regarding water and sediment regulation in the Yellow River Basin such as river sedimentation atrophy in the upper reaches, incompatibility between river regulation strategies with high-quality development requirements in the lower reaches, and mismatched measures of soil and water loss control in the Loess Plateau. Three targeted strategies for water and sediment regulation under new conditions are proposed. The first is to perfect the water and sediment regulation engineering system with focus on the development of Heishanxia reach and the construction of the Guxian water conservancy project. The second is to manage regionally floodplains at the lower reaches, renovate river channels, and release a part of the floodplains. The third is to adjust soil and water conservation measures according to local nature and water conditions.

ObjectiveTo assess the specificity of P50 auditory-evoked potential in schizophrenic patients with violent and aggressive behaviors， so as to provide objective biological markers for predicting violent behaviors of schizophrenic patients.MethodsA total of135 schizophrenic patients who met the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases， tenth edition （ICD-10） were divided into aggressive group （n=70） and non-aggressive group （n=65） according to the assessment results of the Modified Overt Aggression Scale （MOAS）， meantime， another 60 healthy individuals matched for age and gender were set as healthy group. Then the P50 auditory-evoked potentials of all selected individuals were measured using EP/EMG system （MEB-9200， Nihon Kohden， Japan）.ResultsAmp S2 of the aggressive group was significantly higher than those of the non-aggressive group and healthy control group， with statistical differences ［（9.86±6.04）μV vs. （7.06±3.88）μV， P=0.004； （9.86±6.04）μV vs. （7.82±3.87）μV， P=0.031］. The proportion of S2/S1 ratio ≥0.5 was 72.88%， 43.86% and 30.00% in aggressive group， non-aggressive group and healthy group， which was the highest in aggressive group， with statistical differences （P

A solar heat pump heating system with an aluminum tubular collector is proposed in this paper. Mathematical models are established for solar energy absorption and air energy absorption of the aluminum tubular collector, as well as the heat-absorption coefficient of the working substance. The electronic expansion valve is controlled via the fuzzy PID method to adjust the working substance flow rate, as well as to control the evaporator overheating and set the indoor heating temperature. TRNSYS is used to analyze the effects of the wind speed, solar radiation amount, environment temperature, and working substance flow rate on the heat transfer performance of the aluminum tubular collector. The results indicate that the heat transfer performance of the aluminum tubular collector is significantly affected not only by the solar radiation but also the wind speed. For wind speed > 2 m/s, the absorbed power of the collector increases rapidly with an increase in the wind speed; when the working-medium flow rate reaches 4 m/s, the collector absorption power tends to be saturated. Subsequently, an experimental heating system with a heating area of 170 m2 is constructed. Experiments revealed that the maximum coefficient of performance (COP) of the heating system is 4.46, and the average COP value is 3.95, indicating good heating effect.

In China, Budd-Chiari syndrome has been transliterated into six names according to the pronunciation of the letters. To standardize and unify the Chinese names of the disease, multi-disciplinary experts suggest translating Budd-Chiari syndrome into hepatic vein inferior venal cava obstruction syndrome as its Chinese name after reaching a consensus through discussion.

An adenocarcinoma of the appendix invading the urinary bladder, which is difficult to be diagnosed before the operation, is an extremely rare disease. Only a few cases have been reported. Here we reported a case of patient diagnosed with the mucinous adenocarcinoma of the appendix invading the urinary bladder. The case reported in this study was a 54-years old man who was admitted due to a 6-month history of intermittent episodes of irritative voiding symptoms of the bladder, and weight loss. The patient did not have any gastrointestinal symptoms. The physical examination, laboratory examination, cytology of the urine, computed tomography and cystoscopy were inconclusive. The partial cystectomy, subsequent exploratory laparotomy and intraoperative frozen analysis revealed the appendiceal mucinous adenocarcinoma with a fistula to the urinary bladder. The appendectomy and the right hemicolectomy with a ileocolic anastomosis, the lymphadenectomy and the partial cystectomy limited to the anterior wall was performed. Six months after operation, the patient was in a good health with no obvious discomfort, no recurrence or distant metastases. The recommended treatment for the adenocarcinoma of the appendix invading the bladder with a fistula formation is as follows: appendectomy, right hemicolectomy with ileocolic anastomosis, lymphadenectomy, partial cystectomy and intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemoperfusion.

In order to solve the problem that the classical PID control algorithm can not adapt to the nonlinear controlled system,the robustness is weak and the anti-interference ability is poor,a control method was designed based on classical PID control and auto disturbance rejection technology. This control method provides real-time observation and compensation for uncertainties and external disturbances in aircraft attitude calculation.Finally, the digital simulation model of the classic cascade PID controller and the auto disturbance rejection PID controller is built in Simulink, and then the simulation results show that the response time of the auto disturbance rejection controller is 30% faster than the traditional cascade PID controller，the state error is 15% lower than the traditional cascade PID controller, and the overshoot is reduced by 20%. It is concluded that the quadrotor control method of PID combined auto disturbance rejection technology can be well adapted to the quadrotor aircraft nonlinear system, which can achieve the effect of suppressing external interference and compensating system control error.

The drivers of immune evasion are not entirely clear, limiting the success of cancer immunotherapies. Here we applied single-cell spatial and perturbational transcriptomics to delineate immune evasion in high-grade serous tubo-ovarian cancer. To this end, we first mapped the spatial organization of high-grade serous tubo-ovarian cancer by profiling more than 2.5 million cells in situ in 130 tumors from 94 patients. This revealed a malignant cell state that reflects tumor genetics and is predictive of T cell and natural killer cell infiltration levels and response to immune checkpoint blockade. We then performed Perturb-seq screens and identified genetic perturbations-including knockout of PTPN1 and ACTR8-that trigger this malignant cell state. Finally, we show that these perturbations, as well as a PTPN1/PTPN2 inhibitor, sensitize ovarian cancer cells to T cell and natural killer cell cytotoxicity, as predicted. This study thus identifies ways to study and target immune evasion by linking genetic variation, cell-state regulators and spatial biology.

The process of landslides in mine dumps is a dynamic, large-delay, highly nonlinear characteristic problem. There are many factors affecting the landslide of mine dumps, and each characteristic index has mutual influence. But there is no strict division standard of landslide warning for dumping sites, this paper proposes a method of combining Adaptive Boosting(AdaBoost), improved Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) and Extreme Learning Machine(ELM) for short-term prediction of mine dumps. Firstly, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to obtain the optimal input parameters of the ELM model. Then, the adaptive learning algorithm is used to form a plurality of extreme learning machine weak predictors into a new strong predictor and predict it. The data collected by the soil field is taken as an example. The results show that the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm, adaptive lifting algorithm and extreme learning machine model combination method have better prediction accuracy than the extreme learning machine model optimized by particle swarm optimization algorithm and separate one. The prediction accuracy of the extreme learning machine model is close to the true value, which provides a possibility to realize the landslide warning of mine dumps.

High temperature corrosion of the water wall tube in a 50 MW thermal power plant was investigated which caused several boiler accidents. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) equipped with energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) were used to observe the cross-sectional morphology of the tube and analyze the oxide scales. Results show that the boiler water and the coal quality did not meet the requirements. High temperature corrosion of water wall tubes was attributed to the using of coal which had a higher ash content and lower received lower heating value. Higher dissolved oxygen and incrustation in the boiler water caused serious corrosion at the inner surface of water wall tube, which led to the possibility of decarburization and degradation of the steel. Suitable coal blending and stability of the thermal load were the effective means to prevent the high temperature corrosion of the tube.

Production system of mine was classified according to energy consumption intensity of large-scale electromechanical equipment and main energy consuming equipments of each subsystem were listed. Electricity consumption of large-scale electromechanical equipment in mine was gotten according to relevant information of a coal mine, and influence factors on energy consumption of the equipment were summarized. Formula of energy consumption of the equipment was derived in details, and working efficiency of the equipment was optimized by use of the best square approximation method for calculating energy consumption of the equipment according to the optimization results. A design scheme of coordinative control system of large-scale electromechanical equipment in mine based on Internet of things was introduced. The actual application shows that coordinative control method of large-scale electromechanical equipment in mine based on efficiency optimization can effectively reduce energy consumption of coal mine production.
