Many cancers exhibit resistance to chemotherapy, resulting in a poor prognosis. The transcription factor NRF2, activated in response to cellular antioxidants, plays a crucial role in cell survival, proliferation, and resistance to chemotherapy. This factor may serve as a promising target for therapeutic interventions in esophageal carcinoma. Recent research suggests that NRF2 activity is modulated by ubiquitination mediated by the KEAP1-CUL3 E3 ligase complex, highlighting the importance of deubiquitination. However, the specific deubiquitinase responsible for regulating NRF2 in esophageal cancer remains unknown. In this study, a novel regulator of the NRF2 protein, Ubiquitin-Specific Protease 35 (USP35), has been identified. Mechanistically, USP35 modulates NRF2 stability through enzymatic deubiquitination. USP35 interacts with NRF2 and facilitates its deubiquitination. Knockdown of USP35 leads to a notable increase in NRF2 levels and enhances the sensitivity of cells to chemotherapy. These findings suggest that the USP35-NRF2 axis is a key player in the regulation of therapeutic strategies for esophageal cancer.

Haematococcus pluvialis residue powder, which has been extracted with astaxanthin, was used as the raw material to prepare Haematococcus pluvialis protein by alkaline extraction and acid precipitation method. The protein structure of Haematococcus pluvialis was characterized, and the effects of pH and ion strength on the functional characteristics of Haematococcus pluvialis protein were studied. The results showed that the isoelectric point of Haematococcus pluvialis protein was 4.2. The molecular weight of the subunit was around 14.4, 18.4 and 38 kDa, respectively and the content of α-helix, β-fold, β-corner and disordered structure in the secondary structure was 14.86%, 18.47%, 40.3% and 26.37%, respectively. It contained 7 kinds of essential amino acids required by the human body, accounting for 36.38% of the total amino acid content. Microscopic observation showed that the protein of Haematococcus pluvialis was rod-shaped and sheet-like, with a rough and porous surface. With the increase of pH, the solubility, water absorption, emulsion capability, foam stability and foam stability of the protein of Haematococcus pluvialis increased first and then decreased, while the emulsification stability showed the opposite trend. With the increase of NaCl concentration, the foam capability, foam stability, emulsion capability and emulsification stability of the protein of Haematococcus pluvialis increased first and then decreased, while the solubility showed a trend of first decreasing, then increasing, and then decreasing again.

Tuberculosis (TB), caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M.tb), remains one of the leading causes of fatal infectious diseases worldwide. The only licensed vaccine, Mycobacterium bovis Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG), has variable efficacy against TB in adults. Insufficiency of immune cell function diminishes the protective effects of the BCG vaccine. It is critical to clarify the mechanism underlying the antimycobacterial immune response during BCG vaccination. Macrophage mannose receptor (MR) is important for enhancing the uptake and processing of glycoconjugated antigens from pathogens for presentation to T cells, but the roles of macrophage MR in the BCG-induced immune response against M.tb are not yet clear. Here, we discover that macrophage MR deficiency impairs the antimycobacterial immune response in BCG-vaccinated mice. Mechanistically, macrophage MR triggers JAK-STAT1 signaling, which promotes antigen presentation via upregulated MHC-II and induces IL-12 production by macrophages, contributing to CD4+ T cell activation and IFN-γ production. MR deficiency in macrophages reduces the vaccine efficacy of BCG and increases susceptibility to M.tb H37Ra challenge in mice. Our results suggest that MR is critical for macrophage antigen presentation and the antimycobacterial immune response to BCG vaccination and offer valuable guidance for the preventive strategy of BCG immunization.

Objective To investigate and compare the efficacy of endoscopic-assisted hematoma evacuation and burr hole hematoma drainage combined with urokinase in the treatment of septated chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH). Methods A total of 38 patients with septated CSDH who were admitted in Peking Union Medical College Hospital and received endoscopic-assisted hematoma evacuation (endoscopy group, n = 19) or burr hole drainage combined with urokinase (burr hole group, n = 19) from January 2022 to December 2023. The change rate of the hematoma cavity was calculated, the modified Rankin Scale (mRS) and Barthel Index (BI) were used to evaluate neurological function prognosis and abilities of daily living. In addition, postoperative drainage time, postoperative hospitalization time, total hospitalization cost and incidence of cerebrospinal fluid leakage were recorded. Results The two treatment modalities did not show differences in the change rate of the hematoma cavity (t = 0.858, P = 0.396). Both endoscopy group (Z = - 4.116, P = 0.000) and burr hole group (Z = - 4.195, P = 0.000) had lower mRS scores on discharge than on admission, while the difference between the 2 groups on discharge was not significant (Z = - 0.502, P = 0.616). The endoscopy group (Z = - 1.557, P = 0.119) and burr hole group (Z = - 0.091, P = 0.928) had no significant difference in BI scores on discharge versus on admission, and the difference in BI scores between the 2 groups on discharge was also not statistically significant (Z = - 0.853, P = 0.394). Postoperative drainage time was longer in the endoscopy group (t = - 2.488, P = 0.018), but postoperative hospitalization time was longer in the burr hole group (t = - 3.894, P = 0.000). Total hospitalization cost in both 2 groups (t = 1.175, P = 0.248) and the incidence of cerebrospinal fluid leakage (Fisher's exact probability: P = 0.313) were not statistically significant. Conclusions Both neuroendoscopic surgery and burr hole drainage combined with urokinase treatment are safe and effective in treating septated CSDH. They can clear the hematoma and improve neurological function; neuroendoscopic surgery can faster improve the neurological function and shorter postoperative hospitalization time.

Objective The existing theoretical calculation method of earth pressure does not take into account the discrete characteristics of pebble stratum such as large porosity and loose structure, and the calculated results are different from the actual earth pressure. Therefore, it is necessary to study the earth pressure calculation method suitable for pebble stratum in Chengdu area. Method Based on Chengdu Rail Transit Line 7, the differences between the earth pressure in deep foundation pit of pebble stratum and the theoretical Rankine value are analyzed, and an earth pressure calculation method for deep foundation pit excavation is established. Using discrete element numerical simulation and statistical data analysis, the distribution characteristics of static earth pressure, passive earth pressure and active earth pressure under the three basic displacement modes of the enclosure structure translation, rotation around the wall top and rotation around wall bottom are obtained. By comparing with the calculation results from Rankine earth pressure theory, the correction coefficient of the earth pressure under three different displacement modes are obtained, and the calculation method of earth pressure correction for deep foundation pit is established. The proposed earth pressure calculation method is verified by further comparison with the on-site measured data. Result & Conclusion The distribution of active earth pressure and passive earth pressure shows strong nonlinearity, which can be described by double fold lines, and the intersection points are located at the buried depth of 8m and 9m respectively. The static earth pressure correction coefficient is distributed between 0.91 and 0.96, not need for correction in use. The active earth pressure correction coefficient is distributed between 0.33 and 0.78, and the passive earth pressure correction coefficient is between 0.52 and 0.91, should be corrected in use. The calculated results of earth pressure in deep foundation pit of pebble stratum are in good agreement with the on-site measured results, providing a reference for similar rail transit projects.

Flavor compounds are important indicators of edible quality and nutritional value of corn. The quality deterioration of corn during storage is closely related to its flavor compounds. Corn samples harvested in four years from 2019 to 2022 were detected by solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (SPME-GC-MS/MS), and multivariate statistical analysis of flavor compounds relative content was carried out by principal component analysis and partial least squares discriminant analysis. The results showed that 129 volatile flavor compounds were detected in corn, including alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, esters, benzenes, heterocycles, acids, ethers, hydrocarbons and phenols. The multivariate statistical analysis showed that volatile flavor compounds and storage years of corn were correlated. According to the importance of variable projection, 47 compounds had significant diversity between corn samples with various storage years. Among them, the relative contents of 1-octen-3-ol, neryl butyrate and 2-pentylfuran increased with the extension of corn storage years, while the relative content of pantolactone, methyl octanoate and 2-acetylfuran decreased with the extension of corn storage years. These 6 compounds were identified as characteristic differential compounds. The partial least squares discriminant analysis classification model was constructed, and had good discrimination for corn storage years (R2=0.99, Q2=0.97, prediction accuracy was 1). The model will provide technical means for dynamic monitoring of corn storage quality, which is of great significance for ensurance national food security and reduce grain loss.

A simultaneous partial nitrification, anammox and denitrification(SNAD) micro-aerobic system was constructed. The effects of different particle sizes of ZVI on the micro-aerobic system were investigated from the aspects of operation, microbial performance and community structure by adding 120 mg of zero-valent iron(ZVI) into the system. The results showed that the TIN removal rate of the system stabilized at 83.591% and the electron transport system activity(ETSA) was 1.48 times of the inoculated sludge under the domestication of ZVI with a partical size of 50 nm (50 nZVI), which was higher than the influence of other particle sizes of ZVI. The smaller the particle size, the more production of extracellular polymers promoted by ZVI, the more stable of the activated sludge structure. This was due to the fact that ZVI of smaller particle size was more easily adsorbed and utilized by microorganisms. The results of microbial community analysis showed that the smaller the particle size, the higher the diversity of the microbial community mediated by ZVI, and the more complex the community structure. ZVI mediation promoted the enrichment of microorganisms that were not sensitive to oxygen demand. Candidatus_Brocadia and Candidatus_Kuenenia, two kinds of AnAOB were the main bacteria detected in the samples with the highest abundance of 4.650% and 0.692% under the influence of 50 nZVI. Under nZVI, AnAOB acted together with two facultatively anaerobic denitrifying bacteria, Gemmobacter and norank_f_Comamonadaceae, which constituted the denitrification pathway of SNAD. In contrast, facultatively anaerobic denitrification was the main denitrification pathway mediated by mZVI.

The neutron tube is the core component of the controllable neutron source logging instrument. Its working stability, temperature resistance, neutron yield and other indicators have an important impact on the working performance of instrument. At present, with the requirement of deep logging, the neutron tube used in logging is supposed to improve neutron yield, temperature resistance, operating life and working stability. In this paper, the structure, materials and manufacturing process of drive-in target neutron tube are designed and optimized to reduce power consumption and improve operating time. The temperature resistance, operating life, and neutron yield of sample tube have tested to estimate the performance of ENT2465 with an outer diameter of 25 millimeters. Place the sample tube in the oil tank of the neutron testing platform and connect the cable. Record the temperature, cumulative working time, neutron yield, target voltage, target current and anode current during the work of the sample tube. The results show that under the target voltage of 80 kV and target current less than 60 μA, the accumulated operating life of the sample tube exceeds 1 000 hours, including 23 hours of continuous operation at 175℃ and more than 500 hours of accumulated operation, and 36 hours of continuous operation at room temperature. The neutron yield only decreases by 5.3 % after 1 000 hours under the same target voltage and current.

The huge weight parameters and complex network layer structure of convolutional neural network make its computational complexity too high, and the required computing resources and storage resources also increase rapidly with the increase of network layers, so it is difficult to deploy in airborne embedded computing systems with strict requirements on resources and power consumption, which restricts the development of airborne embedded computing systems towards high intelligence. Aiming at the demand of ultra-lightweight intelligent computing in the resource-constrained airborne embedded computing system, a set of optimization and acceleration strategy of convolutional neural network model is proposed. After ultra-lightweight processing of the algorithm model, a convolutional neural network accelerator is built by combining acceleration operators, and the function verification of network model reasoning process is carried out based on FPGA. The results show that the established accelerator can significantly reduce the occupancy rate of hardware resources and obtain a good algorithm speedup ratio, which is of important significance for the design of airborne embedded intelligent computing system.

Thawing is an important unit operation in the processing of frozen meat. Some of the major concerns for its application are thawing duration, temperature uniformity, juice loss, cooking loss, freshness, texture characteristics and taste changes. Good thawing quality for frozen meat can be obtained by choosing appropriate thawing technologies and processing parameters. The traditional thawing technologies include air thawing and water immersion thawing, while several novel physical field thawing methods have been developed include microwave thawing, radio-frequency thawing, infrared thawing and ohmic thawing. The microwave and radio-frequency methods, which both utilize high-frequency electromagnetic wave as excitation source, have seen increasing application in the field of frozen meat processing because of short operating time and high efficiency. This article reviews dielectric thawing technology, summarizes its key influential factors, discusses the changes in meat quality during the dielectric thawing process, and puts forward some thoughts regarding the common problems and future research directions in dielectric thawing.

Photothermal therapy (PTT) of nanomaterials is an emerging novel therapeutic strategy for breast cancer. However, there exists an urgent need for appropriate strategies to enhance the antitumor efficacy of PTT and minimize damage to surrounding normal tissues. Piezo1 might be a promising novel photothermal therapeutic target for breast cancer. This study aims to explore the potential role of Piezo1 activation in the hyperthermia therapy of breast cancer cells and investigate the underlying mechanisms. Results showed that the specific agonist of Piezo1 ion channel (Yoda1) aggravated the cell death of breast cancer cells triggered by heat stress in vitro. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) production was significantly increased following heat stress, and Yoda1 exacerbated the rise in ROS release. GSK2795039, an inhibitor of NADPH oxidase 2 (NOX2), reversed the Yoda1-mediated aggravation of cellular injury and ROS generation after heat stress. The in vivo experiments demonstrate the well photothermal conversion efficiency of TiCN under the 1,064 nm laser irradiation, and Yoda1 increases the sensitivity of breast tumors to PTT in the presence of TiCN. Our study reveals that Piezo1 activation might serve as a photothermal sensitizer for PTT, which may develop as a promising therapeutic strategy for breast cancer.

Background: An increasing number of research have applied neuroimaging techniques to explore the potential neurobiological mechanism of Cancer-related cognitive impairment (CRCI). Purpose: To explore the correlation between resting brain glucose metabolism and CRCI using 18F-FDG PET/CT in ovarian cancer (OC) patients. Methods: From December 2021 to March 2022, 38 patients with OC were selected as the study group, and 38 healthy women of the same age (±1 year) who underwent routine physical examination using PET/CT were selected as the control group. Patients received further assessment with the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) and Perceived Deficit Questionnaire (PDQ). Independent sample t-test and Spearman correlation were conducted for data analysis. Results: The resting brain glucose metabolism in the OC group was significantly lower than in the healthy controls. 60.52 % patients had neuropsychological impairment and retrospective memory were the most serious perceived cognitive impairments. The resting brain glucose metabolism in OC patients did not significantly correlate with neuropsychological performance but had significant positive correlation with subjective cognitive evaluation. Discussion: Resting glucose metabolism was low in OC patients and associated with subjective cognitive impairment but not objective neuropsychological test results. 18F-FDG PET/CT can be used to evaluate brain function in OC patients and provide reliable imaging indicators for early recognition of and intervention for changes in cognitive function.

Objective To investigate the correlation between clinical symptoms and imaging features with quality of life in patients after endoscopic transnasal or transoral approach for resection of skull base chordoma. Methods The clinical and imaging data of 14 patients with skull base chordoma who underwent endoscopic transnasal or transoral approach for resection in Tianjin Huanhu Hospital from March 2016 to March 2022 were retrospectively analysed. Quality of life after endoscopic skull base chordoma resection was measured by 36‑Item Short‑Form Health Survey (SF‑36). The correlation between clinical symptoms and imaging features with SF‑ 36 was investigated using Point‑Biserial correlation and partial correlation analyses. Results Correlation analyses indicated that headache (r = ‑ 0.998, P = 0.043), diplopia (r = ‑ 0.999, P = 0.032), visual disturbance (r = ‑ 0.998, P = 0.037), sinus symptoms (r = ‑ 0.997, P = 0.047）, subtotal or most partial removal (r = ‑ 0.998, P = 0.038) were negatively correlated with body pain in SF‑36, while postoperative radiotherapy (r = 0.998, P = 0.038), total clival tumor (r = 0.998, P = 0.036) and tumor volume > 20 cm3 (r = 0.999, P = 0.035) were positively correlated with body pain in SF ‑ 36. Conclusions Patients with skull base chordoma who have headache, diplopia, visual disturbance, sinus symptoms, and subtotal or most partial removal possibly have reduced quality of life after endoscopic resection. The patients with the clinical symptoms and imaging features above deserve more attention.

Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a ubiquitous brain cell degeneration disease and presents a significant therapeutic challenge. By injecting 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) into the left medial forebrain bundle, rats were made to exhibit PD-like symptoms and treated by intranasal administration of a low-dose (2 × 105) or high-dose (1 × 106) human neural stem cells (hNSCs). Apomorphine-induced rotation test, stepping test, and open field test were implemented to evaluate the motor behavior and high-performance liquid chromatography was carried out to detect dopamine (DA), 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC), serotonin, and 5-hydroxyindole-3-acetic acid in the striatum of rats. Animals injected with 6-OHDA showed significant motor function deficits and damaged dopaminergic system compared to the control group, which can be restored by hNSCs treatment. Treatment with hNSCs significantly increased the tyrosine hydroxylase-immunoreactive cell count in the substantia nigra of PD animals. Moreover, the levels of neurotransmitters exhibited a significant decline in the striatum tissue of animals injected with 6-OHDA when compared to that of the control group. However, transplantation of hNSCs significantly elevated the concentration of DA and DOPAC in the injured side of the striatum. Our study offered experimental evidence to support prospects of hNSCs for clinical application as a cell-based therapy for PD.

The content of ethanol in wine can affect its quality. Some edible alcohol contains small amounts of methanol, and its accumulation can cause serious health problems. Therefore, it is very important to test the contents of methanol and ethanol in alcohol products. In this paper, a rapid method for the determination of methanol and ethanol by ambient corona discharge ionization mass spectrometry was developed. The method is based on the interaction of water radical cation with methanol and ethanol, respectively. In the positive ion mode, the water dimer radical cation (H2O)2+· (m/z 36) with ambient corona discharge ionization source was prepared by using ambient corona discharge ionization source, and it was introduced into the mass spectrometer with methanol or ethanol through a dual-channel low-energy corona discharge ionization device. The two reacted with each other to form the corresponding water radical cationic complex [CH3OH+H2O]+· (m/z 50) and [CH3CH2OH+H2O]+· (m/z 64), which realized the direct and rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of methyl alcohol and ethanol in different kinds of alcoholic beverages. The result showed that the limits of detection and the limits of quantification of methanol and ethanol were 0.011 and 0.004 mg/L, 0.038 and 0.014 mg/L, respectively. The correlation coefficients of the target ionic strength curves obtained by the interaction of different concentrations of standard methanol and ethanol with water free radical cation could reach to 0.990 4 and 0.991 1, respectively. By using this method, no methanol was detected in common alcoholic drinks, and the ethanol content in liquor was higher than beer. In the actual work, the method has good practicability through the experimental exploration and verification of different wines. This method does not require sample pretreatment, has the advantages of simple operation and fast analysis, and is especially suitable for the detection of aqueous system. This study has important guiding significance for the quantitative detection and analysis of methanol and ethanol in complex system, provides technical support for the detection of alcoholic beverages and food, and also provides an effective strategy for the quantitative detection of the content of small and medium molecular alcohols in actual samples.

Microdroplets have many unique features such as small size and high electric field, therefore they can be accelerated to initiate chemical reactions and even promote some reactions that cannot be carried out in liquid phase. N, N-Dimethylaniline (DMA) is commonly used in medicine as a raw material for the synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates. At present, the study involving in the detection of DMA is mainly focused on quantitative detection, and there is few reports on oxidation reaction and gas phase dissociation reaction of DMA. In this paper, the oxidation behavior and dissociation reaction of DMA and related compounds were studied by microdroplet spray mass spectrometry and tandem mass spectrometry. It was found that the ultra-high electric field spontaneously generated by microdroplets at the air-water interface can enable the oxidation reaction of DMA and related compounds to form abundant radical cation DMA+·. By changing the reaction distance, carrier gas pressure, injection velocity, sample concentration and substituent groups, the influence of experimental conditions and substituent modes on the generation of DMA+· was explored. The result showed that the presence of electron donor groups is benefit for the stability of radical cations. After the dissociation of DMA+·, the main product ions were generated by elimination of hydrogen radical and a successive elimination of HC≡N via methyl migration reaction. In addition, when the electron-donating CH3 group was connected with DMA, the intensity of related radical cation increased obviously, indicating that the electron-donating groups promoted the migration reaction. In conclusion, the stable transient intermediate DMA+· that is difficult to prepare by other means, was obtained by microdroplet reaction in this study. This method is helpful to deepen the understanding of the chemical promoted oxidation reaction characteristics of water droplets and enriches the rearrangement reaction types of aniline compounds in gas phase dissociation. It is expected that the prepared active species such as high reactivity radical cations will be applied to chemical industry or pharmaceutical fields in the future.

Platelet elevation is a rare manifestation in the peripheral blood of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). In this paper, we report for the first time a case of CML combined with cerebral hemorrhage manifested by abnormally elevated platelets. The patient had elevated platelets in the peripheral blood, showed normal coagulation function, and underwent intracranial hematoma removal due to cerebral hemorrhage. After the operation, bleeding from the operated area and other systems occurred, and the patient was diagnosed as having accelerated CML after combining bone marrow biopsy and genetic testing. His condition was controlled after administration of flumatinib through a jejunal tube. Based on this patient's experience, the feasibility ofadministering flumatinib via a jejunostomy tube was determined, which is the first report of its kind in China and abroad.This article summarizes the diagnosis and treatment process of this patient, with the aim of providing a warning and reference for clinicians.

Neural tube defects (NTDs) represent a developmental disorder of the nervous system that can lead to significant disability in children and impose substantial social burdens. Valproic acid (VPA), a widely prescribed first-line antiepileptic drug for epilepsy and various neurological conditions, has been associated with a 4-fold increase in the risk of NTDs when used during pregnancy. Consequently, urgent efforts are required to identify innovative prevention and treatment approaches for VPA-induced NTDs. Studies have demonstrated that the disruption in the delicate balance between cell proliferation and apoptosis is a crucial factor contributing to NTDs induced by VPA. Encouragingly, our current data reveal that melatonin (MT) significantly inhibits apoptosis while promoting the restoration of neuroepithelial cell proliferation impaired by VPA. Moreover, further investigations demonstrate that MT substantially reduces the incidence of neural tube malformations resulted from VPA exposure, primarily by suppressing apoptosis through the modulation of intracellular reactive oxygen species levels. In addition, the Src/PI3K/ERK signaling pathway appears to play a pivotal role in VPA-induced NTDs, with significant inhibition observed in the affected samples. Notably, MT treatment successfully reinstates Src/PI3K/ERK signaling, thereby offering a potential underlying mechanism for the protective effects of MT against VPA-induced NTDs. In summary, our current study substantiates the considerable protective potential of MT in mitigating VPA-triggered NTDs, thereby offering valuable strategies for the clinical management of VPA-related birth defects.

Water pollution and protection of water resources have become an urgent task for humanity today and are also important components of environmental risk assessment. In response to the problems of high risk level and low risk credibility in the current environmental health risk assessment of urban water sources, this article aims to use fuzzy set theory to comprehensively evaluate the environmental quality and quickly monitor the safety of urban water sources. Therefore, this article analyzed the health factors of the urban water source environment and then studied the content and uncertainty analysis of health risk assessment. Finally, it constructed a health risk assessment system and proposed corresponding water environment protection strategies. In the experimental section, the risk level and risk credibility of the water environment were analyzed. Through comparison, it was found that the risk level in the new water environment health risk assessment was 0.16 lower than that in the traditional water environment health risk assessment, and the risk credibility was 0.11 higher than that in the traditional water environment health risk assessment. The water quality monitoring effect in the new water environment health risk assessment was 7.3% higher than that in the traditional water environment health risk assessment, The health hazard effect is 8.2% lower than traditional water environment health risk assessment. In summary, water environment health risk assessment plays an important role in protecting the water source environment. Health risk assessment of the water environment helps to reduce water pollution, improve water quality, and ultimately improve human health. Moreover, using fuzzy set theory makes it easier to comprehensively and efficiently evaluate the water environment. The innovation of this article lies in paying attention to the importance of fuzzy set theory in water pollution risk assessment and applying fuzzy technology to water pollution control strategies, to better improve water quality and optimize water source environmental health risk assessment methods.

Introduction: Uremic pruritus (UP) is a prevalent symptom in patients suffering from uremia, yet its underlying etiology and mechanisms remain incompletely elucidated. Given the significant incidence of UP, identifying specific alterations in proteins present in the blood of UP patients could offer insights into the potential biological pathways associated with UP and facilitate the exploration of biomarkers.Methods: In this study, we employed LC-MS/MS-based data-independent acquisition (DIA) mode to analyze serum samples obtained from 54 UP patients categorized as DKD-UP, HN-UP, and GN-UP (n = 18 for each subgroup), along with 18 uremic patients without pruritus (Negative) and 18 CKD patients without pruritus (CKD). Through DIA mode analysis, a total of 7075 peptides and 959 proteins were quantified. Within these, we identified four upregulated and 13 downregulated Differentially Expressed Proteins (DEPs) in DKD-UP versus Negative, five upregulated and 22 downregulated DEPs in HN-UP versus Negative, and three upregulated and 23 downregulated DEPs in GN-UP versus Negative. Furthermore, we conducted an intersection analysis of the DEPs across these three comparison groups to derive a set of common DEPs (COMP). Subsequently, a total of 67 common DEPs were identified in the three UP groups when compared to the CKD group, with 40 DEPs showing upregulation and 27 DEPs displaying downregulation.Results: Following Gene Ontology (GO), Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), and Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) analyses, we observed that the DEPs distinguishing UP from CKD were primarily associated with mitochondrial function (MT-CYB, PRDX2, TOMM22), inflammation (CD59, CSF1), renal injury (WFDC2), and neural function (CAP1, VGF).Discussion: Our findings contribute to a potential molecular comprehension of UP pathogenesis, shedding light on the identification of these DEPs as plausible biomarkers for UP.

In recent years, the investment amount of university engineering construction has been increasing significantly, and the establishment of scientific and reasonable cost management system has become particularly important in the investment control of engineering construction. This paper explores the investment control of university engineering construction and designs the basic framework based on three parts: whole process cost control, full caliber cost audit and full gradient grading management. With the help of BIM, we build a cost management system, which is divided into the planning stage, bidding stage, mid-construction, until the completion of the collation of cost data, extraction and preservation of cost indicators. After establishing a full range of cost management systems, the adjacency matrix X algorithm and functions are used to calculate. The experiment proves that: the investment estimate before the project construction affects more than 75% of the overall investment, and the all-round cost management system built based on BIM can make the investment estimate accurate and stable at 75%, and the negotiation change rule based on this is to save nearly 25% of the investment funds. The comprehensive cost management system has a comprehensive and detailed grasp of the cost process of specific construction projects and specific issues during construction, fully protecting the university’s investment interests.

Microsurgical technique is essential for neurosurgeons, which demands good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. It is therefore necessary to provide systematic microsurgical training for young doctors with limited clinical experience. However, there is currently a lack of unified training programs in China. Based on clinical needs, the Neurosurgery Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital has developed an integrated, immersive, and high-intensity microsurgical training course that covers training closely related to clinical practice, such as the use of microsurgical instruments, suture of gauze holes, anastomosis of artificial blood vessels, anastomosis of middle cerebral artery, and the use of micro drills. Since March 2022, six training sessions have been completed with a total of 12 trainees, and all have passed the assessment. Four of them have been recognized as microsurgical main surgeons. Preliminary data shows that this training course has helped to improve the microsurgical skills of young neurosurgeons, providing a reference for future microsurgical training programs.

Mitochondria play a key role in the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Although the extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 inhibitor PD98059 (PD) is a selective and reversible flavonoid that can protect the mitochondria in a rat model of cardiac arrest/cardiopulmonary resuscitation, its role requires further confirmation. In this study, we investigated whether PD could maintain mitochondrial homeostasis and decrease reactive oxygen species (ROS) production in neuroblastoma (SH-SY5Y) cells exposed to oxygen–glucose deprivation/reperfusion (OGD/R). PD improved the mitochondrial morphology and function, reversed the increase in ROS production and cell apoptosis, and reduced total-superoxide dismutase and Mn-superoxide dismutase activities induced by OGD/R. PD decreases ROS production and improves mitochondrial morphology and function, protecting SH-SY5Y cells against OGD/R-induced injury.

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a relatively common senile neurodegenerative disease and the main manifestation of senile dementia. In the pathological changes of AD, the asymmetry of the brain also changes. Therefore, finding an early diagnosis method of AD based on asymmetry is the key to the treatment of Alzheimer’s. Magnetic resonance (MR) imaging can quantitatively reflect the structural and functional changes of various tissues in the brain. It has the advantages of non-invasive, high spatial resolution, and non-radiation, and has been widely used in the early diagnosis of AD. In this work, asymmetric images were extracted from multiple brain MR images, and different morphological and texture features were extracted. By establishing a feature selection classification integration model, image features in the image were deeply fused to obtain higher and more stable recognition results than before. By filtering image samples, the corresponding sample feature matrix was obtained. Support vector machine was used for classification, and its classification accuracy had improved significantly compared with that before selection. In the experimental data of normal control group and AD group, the accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of the feature selection algorithm were 93.34, 90.69, and 95.87%, respectively. In the normal control group and the mild cognitive impairment group, the accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of the feature selection algorithm in this work were 85.31, 79.68, and 88.54%, respectively. On the whole, the classification accuracy of the feature selection algorithm in this work was much higher than that of other items. In addition, from the classification ability and distribution of asymmetric features, it can be seen that this asymmetric feature had a more significant consistent diagnostic role in clinical practice.

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of the extended endoscopic endonasal approach (EEEA) in the resection of suprasellar invasive pituitary adenoma. Methods and Results A total of 68 patients with suprasellar invasive pituitary adenoma admitted to The Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from June 2019 to June 2022 were treated with EEEA for tumor resection, of whom 73.53% (50/68) achieved gross total resection (GTR), 17.65% (12/68) achieved subtotal resection, and 8.82% (6/68) achieved partial resection. The GTR rate of giant adenoma was 37.40% (10/27). The average follow⁃up was (12 ± 6) months, 75.81% (47/62) improved visual acuity, 19.35% (12/62) had no change after surgery, 4.84% (3/62) deteriorated visual acuity. The improvement rate of visual field defect was 74.14% (43/58), no change was 15.52% (9/58), and symptom aggravation was 10.34% (6/58). The symptoms of diplopia disappeared completely in the patients with oculomotor nerve palsy at the last follow ⁃ up (3 cases). Postoperative complications included cerebrospinal fluid leakage [1.47% (1/68)], central diabetes insipidus [16.18% (1/68)], intraoperative hematoma [4.41% (3/68)], delayed nasal hemorrhage [4.41% (3/68)] and intracranial infection [7.35% (5/68)], with no death. Conclusions EEEA for large or giant pituitary adenomas invading the anterior skull base, suprasellar region and the third ventricle has a high GTR rate, less trauma and fewer complications, and is worthy of clinical promotion.

The effect of baking degree on the change of seven chlorogenic acid compounds in 10 different origins (origin 1: Yunnan, origin 2: Africa and America) of Cardim coffee. The content of chlorogenic acid, neochlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, isochlorogenic acid A, isochlorogenic acid B, isochlorogenic acid C and 5-ferulicquinic acid in green coffee and baked coffee were determined by high performance liquid chromategraphy (HPLC). The optimum extraction conditions of seven chlorogenic acid compounds were optimized by response surface methodology. 100 mL 0.1% phosphoric acid solution was extracted in water bath for 30 min, and the calibration curves of the seven chlorogenic acid compounds showed good linearity with correlation coefficients of above 0.999 4 in the range of 2~150 mg/L. Limit of the detection (LOD) and the limit of the quantitative (LOQ) were 0.005~0.5 mg/g and 0.02~2 mg/g respectively. In air traffic management, the controller uses the control instruction to adjust the aircraft status, and the pilot confirms by repeating the control instruction. The correct understanding of control instruction is of great significance to flight safety. This paper proposes a new method of air traffic control information extraction, which is based on pre-training and fine tuning of the pre-training language model. It uses transfer learning to extract regulatory information under the condition of small samples. This method can not only reduce the cost of training data annotation, but also improve the accuracy of information extraction. The simulation results show that the accuracy of the new model is not less than 98%, and the key information in the control instructions can be extracted effectively. This method can improve the intelligence of air traffic control system, assist controllers to understand the contents of control instructions, support flight conflict detection, and ensure air transport safety.

Hydrocephalus is one of the most common neurosurgical disorders, which is characterized by enlargement of ventricles and disrupted cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) homeostatis. Hydrocephalus is divided into multiple categories, of which trauma, posthemorrhagic and postinfectious hydrocephalus are the most important clinical types. Mechanism of secondary hydrocephalus is still unknown. In recent years, researches observed inflammation in both postinfectious hydrocephalusand posthemorrhagic hydrocephalus. Regulated inflammation is a significant protective respond that eliminates foreign pathogens, while abnormal inflammation deteriorates tissue damage. Apart from the traditional CSF homeostatis model, accumulating evidence have shown that neuroinflammation plays an important role in secondary hydrocephalus. This article reviews epidemiology, mechanisms and treatment of secondary normal pressure hydrocephalus. Understanding the mechanisms of secondary hydrocephalus might be helpful in developing more effective therapies.

As a new resource food in China, acer truncatum seed oil is rich in oleic acid, linoleic acid and neuroic acid and other components, and their nutritional value and medicinal health care effects are prominent, which has been increasingly valued by the industry and consumers. In recent years, the new preparation and application development technology of Acer truncatum seed oil has been continuously presented. It has not only been developed for food, but also appeared successively in the flavoring of Acer truncatum seed oil, complex dairy products,tablet candy, etc. It has also been applied in the fields of daily chemical industry, medical care and so on. This paper reviewed the current research progress and the existing problems in the preparation, efficacy evaluation, industrial application and development, and putted forward some suggestions for these problems, which could promote the development and perfection of Acer truncatum seed oil industry.

Objective To screen the risk factors for ventriculoperitoneal shunt (VPS) after tumor resection in children with supratentorial neoplasms due to new hydrocephalus or progression of existing hydrocephalus. Methods Total 199 children who underwent supratentorial neoplasms resection at Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, from January 2011 to January 2021 were included. Socio-demographic data, course of disease and imaging data, tumor resection- related indicators and hydrocephalus occurrence and progression were collected. The risk factors for the occurrence or progression of existing hydrocephalus after supratentorial neoplasms resection were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression. Results Fifteen of 199 children (7.54%) with supratentorial tumors required VPS after surgery, of which 14 had new hydrocephalus or progression of existing hydrocephalus within 2 weeks after surgery. Logistic regression analysis showed the presence of preoperative coexisting hydrocephalus (OR = 14.756, 95%CI: 3.451-63.089; P = 0.000), tumor adjacent to the midline (OR = 5.466, 95%CI:1.409-21.203; P = 0.014), and large intraoperative bleeding (OR = 1.295, 95%CI: 1.016-1.650; P = 0.037) were risk factors for the need of VPS in children with supratentorial tumors. Conclusions Development or progression of hydrocephalus after tumor resection in children with supratentorial neoplasms occurs mostly within 2 weeks after surgery. Children with preoperative coexisting hydrocephalus, tumor adjacent to the midline, and large intraoperative bleeding should be alerted to development and acute progression of hydrocephalus after surgery.

This article presents an effective method for improving the structure and performance of coal rock masses, thereby facilitating coalbed methane extraction—the grouting solidification technique. A systematic review is conducted on grouting solidification materials, process methods, evaluation techniques, and other related aspects. In conclusion, it is emphasized that the grouting solidification technique requires further refinement in its system, and its continued significance in the dynamically evolving energy and coal industry is underscored. This is crucial for ensuring the efficient development and sustainable utilization of coal and coalbed methane resources.

Objective: Aiming to obtain the weight of fragrant pear quickly to provide a basis for developing the fragrant pear grading device. Methods: This method acquired RGB-D images of fragrant pear by Kinect camera and converted them into point cloud data. The point cloud data was pre-processed and interpolated to generate a fragrant pear model. Then calculated the size parameter of the fragrant pear model. Finally, using the fragrant pear's volume predicted its weight. Results: Experimental results showed that the average relative error of the volume was 2.8%. Then the volume of fragrant pears was calculated by the error-compensated measurement method of the body scale parameter, and its weight was predicted and compared with the actual weight. The experimental results showed that the average relative error of the predicted weight was 1.96%. Conclusion: The fragrant pear quality prediction method provides a reliable reference for developing fragrant pear grading equipment.

Objective To analyze the expression of immune cells and immunosuppressive factors in the immune microenvironment of glioblastoma. Methods A total of 30 glioma specimens, all of which were glioblastoma (IDH⁃wildtype), were surgically removed and completely preserved in the First Affiliated Hospital of Ji'nan University and Guangdong Sanjiu Brain Hospital from November 2020 to April 2021. T lymphocytes (CD3+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells), suppressive immune cells [FoxP3+ regulatory T cell (Treg)], immunosuppressive factors [transforming growth factor⁃β (TGF⁃β)], immunosuppressive factors [programmed cell death protein ligand 1 (PDL1)] in the immune microenvironment of glioblastoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The proportion of CD4+ T cells in glioblastoma was very low. CD3+ T cells accounted for more than 3% in 15 cases (50%), and CD8+ T cells were similar to CD3+ T cells. Few FoxP3+ Treg cells were detected in only 2 cases (6.67%). The cytoplasm of 24 cases (80%) of glioblastoma showed strong positive expression of TGF⁃β, and its expression was correlated with the distribution of CD3+ T cells. No CD3+ T cells were found in the areas with high expression of TGF⁃β, and CD3+ T cells were widely distributed in the areas with low expression of TGF⁃β. PDL1 expression was non⁃detected. Conclusions TGF⁃β protein was highly expressed in glioblastoma, and future drugs or immunotherapies designed to target TGF⁃β may contribute to the clinical treatment of glioblastoma.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ultra-wide-field scanning laser ophthalmology(UWF-SLO) in tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC)-associated retinal astrocytic hamartoma (RAH) by comparing the detection rate of RAH lesions between UWF-SLO and traditional color fundus photography (CFP). Methods The clinical data of patients with established TSC-associated RAH diagnosis by the Department of Internal Medicine and Ophthalmology of Peking Union Medical College Hospital from October 2018 to March 2021 were retrospectively reviewed. The detection rate of TSC-associated RAH lesions between 9-fixation-point CFP and UWF-SLO was compared with fundoscopic recordings as the reference standard. The factors that may affect the detection of lesions were analyzed. Results A total of 24 patients with TSC-associated RAH were included in this study. UWF-SLO (composed pseudocolor dual-channel images) performed better than 9-fixation-point CFP in the identification of TSC-associated RAH lesions[98.6%(138/140)vs. 65.7%(92/140), P < 0.001], especially for RAH lesions located in the mid and far peripheral retina (P < 0.001). In UWF-SLO, red-channel (633 nm) images showed significantly lower detection rate than green-channel (532 nm) [52.1% (73/140) vs. 98.6% (138/140), P < 0.001] and composed dual-channel images[52.1%(73/140) vs. 98.6%(138/140), P < 0.001]. Undetected RAH lesions in red-channel UWF-SLO images were all type 1 RAH, and the lession thickness was significantly higher in the detected group than that in the undetected group [(527.3±134.7)μm vs. (389.7±76.6)μm, P < 0.001], while the location and retinal involving depth of type 1 RAH were not significantly different(P=0.812, P=1.000). Conclusions Compared to CFP, UWF-SLO may be associated with higher detection rate of TSC-associated RAH and could be applied to the evaluation of TSC-associated RAH.

Benzenes of wide sources can cause serious air pollution. In this study, a novel enrichment sampling device based on multi-capillary column was developed and coupled to portable photoionization time-of-flight mass spectrometer (PI-TOF-MS) to highly and sensitively detect benzenes in ambient air. The enrichment sampling device was composed of seven identical HP-PLOT Q capillary columns (0.10 m×0.53 mm×40 μm) coated with polystyrene-divinylbenzene, which could achieve efficient adsorption of benzenes at room temperature. The homebuilt portable PI-TOF-MS has a volume of (0.47×0.35×0.38) m3, a weight of 35 kg, and a resolution of better than 1 000 (full width at half-maximum, FWHM) at m/z 92. Benzene, toluene and p-xylene gas diluted by nitrogen were used to optimize the operating parameters of the whole system. The optimal sampling flow rate was selected as 500 mL/min, the enrichment time was 4 min, the thermal desorption temperature was 160 ℃, and the analytical time for single sample was less than 10 min. Compared with direct sampling, the signal intensities of benzene, toluene and p-xylene were enhanced by 130, 220 and 255 folds under the optimal conditions, respectively. The linearity, limit of quantitation (LOQ) and stability of the system were evaluated. As a result, the linear concentration range of 6.96-1 741.05 μg/m3 for benzene, 8.21-2 053.55 μg/m3 for toluene, and 9.46-2 366.05 μg/m3 for p-xylene were obtained with the correlation coefficients (R2) of 0.993 8, 0.999 7 and 0.999 1, respectively. The limits of quantification (LOQs, S/N=10) were 0.78, 0.63 and 0.76 μg/m3, respectively. The relative standard deviations of the signal strengths for the three compounds were less than 6% during seven analytical cycles. Finally, the developed multi-capillary column enrichment portable PI-TOF-MS was used for comparative analysis of indoor and outdoor air in the laboratory. As a consequence, toluene and p-xylene were detected in both indoor and outdoor air of the laboratory. The indoor concentrations of the two compounds were 2.6 and 23.3 μg/m3, respectively, which were much lower than the legal limit concentrations. Due to better ventilation, the outdoor concentrations of toluene and p-xylene were 0.5 and 16.4 μg/m3, respectively. In addition, ethanol, methanthiol, acetone, etc. were also detected in indoor air of the laboratory, which may come from human exhalations or chemical reagent emissions. The results showed that the instrument can meet the requirements of trace benzenes detection in ambient air, and has broad application prospects in the field of on-site environmental analysis.

Restoration of teeth after removal of previous restorations is a common problem in the dental clinic. The situation of teeth after removal of previous restoration is complex and often requires multidisciplinary cooperation. However, there is a lack of systematic and concise guidelines for determining the treatment plan for those teeth. Through a combination of restorative clinical experience and the opinions of endodontic specialists, the author systematically described the problems that may exist after the removal of previous restorations in the teeth that have not undergone or have undergone root canal treatment (RCT) and those with post and core restorations. And summarized the corresponding treatment recommendations according to their pulpal and periapical status, the quality of RCT and the presence or absence of post and core restorations. ①For teeth without RCT, the vitality of the pulp, the occurrence of pulpal/periapical disease and the amount of re-preparation need to be assessed to determine whether RCT is necessary. ②For teeth with RCT, if the quality of RCT is good and no periradicular lesion exists, direct restorative treatment can be considered. If the quality of the RCT is unsatisfactory but no periradicular lesion exists, root canal retreatent (re-RCT), follow up or direct restorative treatment should be performed as appropriate and treatment plan can be developed in conjunction with the endodontist if necessary. If the quality of the RCT is unsatisfactory and periradicular lesion exists, re-RCT is necessary before restorative treatment.③For teeth with post and core restorations, if the quality of RCT is good and no periradicular lesion exists, direct restorative treatment can be considered. If the quality of the RCT is unsatisfactory but no periradicular lesion exists, follow up or direct restorative treatment should be performed as appropriate and treatment plan can be developed in conjunction with the endodontist if necessary. If the quality of RCT is unsatisfactory and periradicular lesion exists, for teeth with thin post and thick root canal walls, re-RCT after removal of the post can be attempted. For teeth with thick post and thin root canal walls, preservation of the post and apical surgery can be considered. For the teeth with excessively large defects or extremely poor periodontal conditions, extraction is recommended. The author refined the above recommendations into a set of treatment procedures, aiming to provide a reference for the selection of treatment options for teeth after removal of previous restorations.

In this paper, a MMP algorithm is proposed. Compared with the classical algorithm, the proposed algorithm reduces the noise threshold of stably extractable parameters by 15 dB and reduces the computing time by ten or more. As an efficient way to interpret the measurements of high-frequency Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR), the Geometric Theory of Diffraction (GTD) model provides concise features of complex targets. However, the existing parameter extraction algorithms suffer from high computational complexity and poor ability against noise. To solve these challenges, a Maximum Matching Pursuit (MMP) algorithm is proposed in this paper. The proposed algorithm achieves parameter estimation by searching the maximum value of the dictionary matrix and observation signal matrix product. Compared to the classical OMP algorithm, the proposed algorithm significantly reduces the computational complexity by estimating params without cycles. To demonstrate the reconstruction efficiency of the improved algorithm, the Root-Mean-square-error (RMSE), and the computer time of the proposed algorithms are compared with the original algorithms, such as the OMP and the Estimating Signal Parameters via Rotational Invariance Techniques (ESPRIT) algorithm, under different Signal-to-Noise-Ratio (SNR). The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm reduces the noise threshold of stably extractable parameters by 15 dB, reducing the computing time by ten or more.

With the large-scale integration of distributed new energy sources into power grids and the wide application of power electronics， the power grid’s risk of oscillation has reached epidemic proportions and is resolving into broadband domain oscillation. Given the lack of effective means to monitor the broadband domain characteristics of the power grid on the dispatching side， a grid-oriented broadband monitoring system is developed. First， the hardware and software architectures of the system are introduced， and a broadband monitoring model is designed based on two mainstream extended versions of harmonic communication specifications. Then， a unified broadband data acquisition architecture and a unified broadband data service technology are proposed. Functional modules such as harmonic/interharmonic overrun alarm， historic broadband data query， and broadband oscillation alarm forwarding are developed to realize distributed acquisition， centralized monitoring， and analysis of high-capacity and high-rate broadband signals. Finally， it is shown through engineering practice that the broadband monitoring system provides powerful data support for dynamic monitoring， risk identification， prevention， and control in the more broadband domains in power grids.

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, especially the application of deep learning (DL), the detection and quantitative evaluation of typical imaging markers of small cerebral vascular disease (CSVD) has been accelerated and the accuracy has been improved. In recent years, it has attracted much attention in the field of medical imaging. This paper intends to summarize the research progress and problems of deep learning in the imaging markers of CSVD such as cerebral microbleeds (CMBs), white matter hyperintensities (WMH), enlarged perivascular space (EPVS), lacunes, recent small subcortical infarcts (RSSI) and cerebral atrophy, so as to provide support for the precise treatment of CSVD.

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of patients treated in the KC19 group by the neurosurgery department of a tertiary hospital in Beijing, and provide reference for the refinement of diagnosis related groups(DRG). Methods The medical records of 3809 patients from January 1, 2017 to November 30, 2021 were reviewed, and relevant influencing factors were determined using descriptive statistics, univariate analysis, and multivariate linear regression. Results Among the 3809 patients included in this study, the average total hospitalization cost was 36 166.82 yuan, and the average hospital stay was 9.42 days. Neuroendoscopy accounted for 35.2%, while major complications or comorbidities (MCC) and complications or comorbidity (CC) accounted for 40%. Univariate analysis found that hospitalization costs were associated with gender, length of hospital stay, number of other diagnoses, number of surgical procedures, use of neuroendoscopy, and the presence of MCC or CC. Multivariate analysis found that the main influencing factors were the length of hospital stay, followed by the number of other diagnoses, the number of surgical operations, whether neuroendoscopy was used, whether there was MCC or CC, and gender. Conclusion In the follow-up fine grouping of KC19, the above influencing factors should be considered, and the use of neuroendoscopy and the presence of MCC or CC should be included in the grouping criteria.

In order to effectively repair groundwater pollution and remove petroleum hydrocarbons, two petroleum hydrocarbon degrading bacteria SYT-1 and SYT-2 were isolated from long-term petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated groundwater. The rescreening experiments showed that the degradation rates of SYT-1 and SYT-2 were 65.16 % and 52.52 %, respectively. SYT-1 and SYT-2 were identified as Moraxella and Acinetobacter. The degrading bacteria SYT-1 and SYT-2 were identified as Moxa and Acinetobacter by physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequencing. The experimental results provide strain resources and technical support for bioremediation of petroleum pollution in groundwater.

ObjectiveTo investigate the quality of life and demands of family members of patients with mental disorders in hospice care， in order to create a better medical care environment for patients to meet their demands.MethodsA total of 205 family members of patients with mental disorders in hospice care were consecutively sampled from two special psychiatric hospitals in Deyang city with convenient sampling method. The Chinese version of WHO Quality of Life-BREF （WHOQOL-BREF） and Critical Care Family Needs Inventory （CCFNI） were used to assess the quality of life and demands of family members.ResultsAmong the patients' family members， WHOQOL-BREF scored （68.08±9.98） in the physiological field， （63.82±9.39） in the psychological field， （70.73±12.61） in the social relations field， and （64.24±11.87） in the environmental field. The magnet of permanent magnet magnetic resonance instrument is susceptible to the interference of temperature and other environmental magnetic fields, resulting in fluctuations of the main magnetic field, which affects the repeatability and accuracy of the measurement. In this paper, two locking methods to solve the magnetic field fluctuation are discussed. On the one hand, the transient magnetic field caused by environmental fluctuation is detected by fluxgate sensor with high sensitivity, and then the field programmable gate array is used for real-time processing and calculation of the magnetic field compensation. On the other hand, the time-domain digital frequency discrimination locking method is employed for the slow magnetic field drift caused by changes in ambient temperature. After the locked sample being excited by radio frequency, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) signal is converted to a lower frequency range through frequency mixing, converted into a square wave signal, and directly sent to the field programmable gate array for periodic measurement. The magnetic field compensation amount is also obtained by calculation. The magnetic field compensation obtained by the two methods is superimposed, and then converted into current signal to drive B0 compensation coil mounted on the magnet, thereby a magnetic field locking system is developed to realize the locking of the magnetic field. The test is carried out on a 0.5 T food rapid detection magnetic resonance analyzer. When subjected to transient interference, the magnetic field can be stabilized within the range of ±4 Hz (corresponding to ±0.093 9 μT), and the magnetic field drift caused by temperature can also be accurately measured, which verifies the feasibility of the magnetic field locking method presented in this paper.

Wheat tempering is an important step in wheat milling process. Appropriate tempering method is beneficial to shorten tempering time, reduce microbial content, improve the quality of flour and by-products, reduce energy consumption and save production cost. However, tempering process is often affected by multiple factors such as raw grain varieties, water quality, water addition, time, temperature, season and climate. At present, wheat flour processing enterprises are facing technical problems such as uneven tempering and easy breeding of microorganisms in the tempering process. In this paper, the basic principle of wheat tempering and the effects of raw grain, water addition, different temperature and humidity, time and other factors on wheat tempering were introduced in detail. The effects of different tempering methods such as heat treatment, vibration, ultrasound, vacuum, fracturing damage, biological enzyme preparation, salt water, acid water and other sterilization treatment on wheat processing and product quality were emphatically expounded. The advantages and disadvantages of different tempering methods and their application in current domestic production were also summarized in order to provide reference for wheat milling enterprises. Finally, it is pointed out that further research should be carried out on the accurate calculation and regulation of water content and the combination of different tempering methods and its effects on flour application quality for different wheat varieties.
