AIM:To investigate the application of virtual reality(VR)technology in ocular trauma teaching for medical students.METHODS: A total of 90 medical students who participated in the Ophthalmology teaching program between November 2022 and April 2024 were recruited as subjects. Using a case-control method, 45 students in the case group attended traditional ocular trauma teaching program combined with VR virtual simulation experiments, and 45 students in the control group solely attended traditional ocular trauma teaching program. After the teaching practice, the two groups were compared in terms of their examination performance of theoretical knowledge and case analysis, learning ability(evaluated by the Self-Directed Learning Rating Scale), and the satisfaction survey on the quality of teaching; the statistical analyses were performed using t-test or Chi-square test.RESULTS: The scores of theoretical knowledge and case analysis examinations of the case group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(scores of theoretical knowledge examination: 57.27±2.78 vs 53.91±3.20; scores of case analysis examination: 35.71±3.73 vs 32.67±5.52, both P

Currently, China has 32 Earth observation satellites in orbit. The satellites can provide various data such as optical, multispectral, infrared, and radar. The spatial resolution of China Earth observation satellites ranges from low to medium to high. The satellites possess the capability to observe across multiple spectral bands, under all weather conditions, and at all times. The data of China Earth observation satellites has been widely used in fields such as natural resource detection, environmental monitoring and protection, disaster prevention and reduction, urban planning and mapping, agricultural and forestry surveys, land survey and geological prospecting, and ocean forecasting, achieving huge social benefits. This article introduces the recent progress of Earth observation satellites in China since 2022, especially the satellite operation, data archiving, data distribution and data coverage.

Objective On December 18, 2023, an MS 6.2 earthquake occurred in Jishishan County, Gansu Province, China. Coseismic geological hazards induced by the earthquake crucially threatened the safety of personnel and property. Existing research is mainly concentrated in the vicinity of active faults and the concentrated distribution area of hidden danger points. Moreover, no special susceptibility assessment studies have been carried out on coseismic geological hazards in the administrative area of Jishishan County, making it challenging to meet the needs of the county's post-disaster recovery and reconstruction planning. Hence, the development laws of coseismic geological hazards must be summarized and analyzed crucially, and county susceptibility must be analyzed in time to support post-earthquake recovery and reconstruction. Methods The development characteristics of coseismic geological hazards are analyzed and summarized through emergency investigations, field surveys, and result analysis. Using the newly added and exacerbated coseismic hazard points identified during post-earthquake investigations as analysis samples, influencing factors were selected using the Pearson correlation coefficient and random forest Gini coefficient analysis methods. Then, a machine learning-random forest model was applied to assess the susceptibility of coseismic geological hazards in Jishishan County. Results In analyzing the development characteristics of coseismic geological hazards, we identified 134 instances of increased and exacerbated hazards in Jishishan County. Overall, the degree of development of these hazards was relatively low, with primarily small-scale occurrences. These hazards were categorized into three main types and eight sub-categories: ① Collapse (including cut slope loess collapse, high loess collapse, and high rock collapse); ② Landslide (encompassing loess landslide, secondary sand/mudstone landslide, and potential landslide); and ③ Debris flow (comprising gully debris flow and slope debris flow). In terms of factor selection, 15 influencing factors were screened. Regarding the susceptibility assessment results, the AUC value of the susceptibility assessment results of coseismic geological hazards in most Jishishan counties was 0.961, and the results showed that the areas of extremely high susceptibility accounted for approximately 8.67 %, mainly distributed in Hulinjia, Xuhujia, Liugoujia, and other townships. The statistical results of the proportion of susceptibility zones in 17 townships in Jishishan County showed that the top three townships with the largest proportions of extremely high-susceptibility areas are Hulinjia (24.67%), Xuhujia (21.24%), and Biezang (20.94%). Conclusion (1) Most coseismic geological hazards in Jishishan are distributed in the loess hilly area, with few occurrences in the Jishishan area and the right bank terrace of the Yellow River. (2) The influence of elevation and peak ground acceleration (PGA) on hazard occurrence is notably greater than that of other factors, playing a predominant role in developing coseismic geological hazards. (3) Utilizing the random forest model, the susceptibility assessment of coseismic geological hazards in Jishishan County demonstrates high accuracy, with hidden danger points clustered in highly susceptible areas. This alignment between susceptibility assessment results and the spatial distribution of hidden dangers underscores the reliability of the assessment outcomes. Significance In addition to identifying existing hidden danger points, this study offers predictive insights into slope deformation and potential landslides significantly affected by seismic cracking. The assessment results exhibit high accuracy and reliability, offering valuable geological safety support for post-disaster recovery and reconstruction planning in the county.

Background Experiential effective prescription optimized Kuijie decoction can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with ulcerative colitis (UC), promote the intestinal mucosal healing and clinical remission, but its mechanism remains unclear now. Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of optimized Kuijie decoction in UC rats with TCM syndrome differentiation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods From September to October 2023, 70 SPF-grade male SD rats were randomly divided into the blank-control, model, salicylazosulfapyridine, low-dose, standard-dose, Qi-enhancing and Blood-activating groups, with 10 rats in each group. UC model with TCM syndrome differentiation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis was established by trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid (TNBS) /ethanol secondary inflammation combined with restraint method. Rats in the blank-control group were enucleated with 0.9% sodium chloride solution at the time of modeling and were grasped and fixed synchronously with the rats in the other groups, and were given an equal volume of water by gavage once per day after the establishing for 14 days; rats in the model group were given an equal volume of water by gavage once per day after the establishing for 14 days; rats in the salicylazosulfapyridine, low-dose, standard-dose, Qi-enhancing and Blood-activating groups were given intragastric administration with salicylazosulfapyridine suspension (0.54 g/kg), low-dose optimized Kuijie decoction (0.837 g/kg), standard-dose optimized Kuijie decoction (1.674 g/kg), Astragalus suspension (1.8 g/kg) and Safflower suspension (0.9 g/kg) once per day after the establishing for 14 days, respectively. High-precision transmission electron microscope was used to observe the ultrastructural changes in the colonic tissues of the seven groups of rats after intervention, the expression levels of CXCR4, VEGFA, and TAK1 were compared among the seven groups of rats after intervention. Results The ultrastructure of colonic tissue of rats in the low-dose and standard-dose groups tended to be normal after intervention. For various engineering applications in public, ceramics with exceptional strength, toughness and shock resistance are imminently required, but traditional ceramics struggle to meet these demands due to their fragility. Inspired by the shape of natural conch shells, this work offers a simple hot press approach to fabricate layered porcelain ceramic tile/Kevlar fabric composites, yielding excellent mechanical properties and the capacity for non-catastrophic failure. It was concluded that composites’ excellent mechanical performance is attributed to the resin/fabric content. The composite with the resin/fabric content of 45.5 vol.% had an outstanding combination of high strength (310.5 ± 6.2MPa) and excellent fracture toughness (6.83 ± 0.09MPa•m1/2), whereas the sample with 36.4 vol.% resin/fabric content had the maximal impact energy of 2.04 ± 0.09 J, which is much better than those of traditional ceramics. The strong resistance to fracture is a result of the proper interfacial bonding and the presence of elastic component, which enables toughening mechanisms such as crack deflection, fibre pull-out and interfacial debonding. This finding provides useful guidance for replacing lowperformance ceramics in engineering applications with cost-effective ceramic composites.

Objective To investigate the molecular mechanism of DNA methylation of the abnormally high expression of Krüppel-like factor 4 (KLF4) in psoriasis vulgaris lesions. Methods The skin lesions of 20 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were taken as experimental group and those from 13 healthy individuals as control group. Bisulfite sequencing (BSP) was used to detect the DNA methylation of KLF4 promoter in the skin samples and in HaCat cells with ten-eleven translocation 3 (TET3) overexpression and interference, respectively. Real time PCR and Western blotting were employed to detect the expression levels of KLF4, TET1, TET2 and TET3 in skin samples and transfected HaCat cells. Results The DNA methylation level of KLF4 promoter was significantly lower (P < 0.01), and the KLF4 mRNA level was obviously higher in the experimental group than the control group (P < 0.01). A negative correlation was observed between DNA methylation level of KLF4 promoter and KLF4 mRNA level in the experimental group (r=-0.649, P=0.002). The experimental group had notably higher expression level of TET3 (P < 0.01), but had no differences in the levels of TET1 and TET2 when compared with the control group. The expression level of TET3 was negatively correlated with the DNA methylation level of KLF4 promoter in the experimental group (r=-0.688, P=0.001). After overexpression of TET3 in HaCat cells, the DNA methylation level of KLF4 promoter was significantly decreased (P < 0.01), and KLF4 expression level was obviously increased (P < 0.01). After interfering with TET3 expression in HaCat cells, the DNA methylation level of KLF4 promoter was notably up-regulated (P < 0.01), and the KLF4 expression level was remarkably decreased (P < 0.01). Conclusion Overexpression of TET3 mediates the overexpression of KLF4 in psoriatic lesions by down-regulating the DNA methylation level of KLF4 promoter.

Multiple GH4169 samples were prepared with the regulation of the forming process of selective laser melting（SLM），particularly in laser power and scanning speed. The microstructure including defect morphology and distribution was observed by using metallography. The sample porosity was acquired using X-ray computed tomography（XCT），and the three-dimensional characteristics of defect were also statistically studied. The correlation of forming process and defect characteristics was finally analyzed. The results show that when the optimized energy input density is 59.1 J/mm3，the forming samples share common features of overlapping melting trace with a tidy morphology，randomly distributed pores with sizes of less than 30 μm and the density is as high as 99.9998%. Within a narrow window of forming process（220-300 W，700-1300 mm/s），the scanning speed takes more responsibility for the sample density，and its high value tends to form extremely irregular lack of fusions（LOFs） that distribute in the overlap of melting trace. As deviating from the optimized process，the number of defects has increased，and some defect sizes are also greater than 30 μm. The shapes of pores and LOFs respectively formed by high laser power or high scanning speed are closely related to their own sizes，that is，the larger the size，the more irregular the shape，which produces more detrimental effects than regular pores.

AIM: To investigate the application of biological amniotic membrane soaked in pirfenidone(PFD)and to evaluate its anti-scarring effect and toxic side effects on glaucoma model of rabbit eyes.METHODS: The right eyes of 72 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 0.5%PFD+ biological amniotic membrane group, biological amniotic membrane group, mitomycin C(MMC)group and blank control group after the glaucoma model was established by anterior chamber injection of compound carbomer solution, and 18 rabbits in each group underwent trabeculectomy, in which the 0.5% PFD+ biological amniotic membrane group was placed with 0.5% PFD solution-soaked biological amniotic membrane under the scleral flap, and the biological amniotic membrane group was placed with normal saline-soaked rehydrated biological amniotic membrane under the scleral flap. In the MMC group, a cotton pad soaked in MMC was placed under the scleral flap for 3 min and immediately rinsed with normal saline, while the blank control group received no implant after the scleral flap was made. The intraocular pressure(IOP), filtration blebs, toxic side effects and complications were evaluated, and the histopathological changes in the filtration area were observed by hematoxylin-eosin(HE), Masson staining and immunohistochemical staining.RESULTS: The mean IOP at 14, 21 and 28 d after trabeculectomy were 0.5%PFD+ biological amniotic membrane group

Прямоугольные, непрерывные парковочные места довольно сложно идентифицировать на любых изображениях городской территории при различных погодных условиях, низкой освещенности и низкой стоимости системы, обеспечивая при этом высокую точность обнаружения. Для решения этой проблемы предлагается использовать модифицированную версию модели YOLOv5, дополненную полуконтролируемым обучением (полуавтоматическим обучением или частичным обучением), которая позволяет обнаруживать парковки в любой сложной сцене независимо от линий парковочных мест и условий парковки. Благодаря сочетанию характера полуконтролируемого обучения и высокой точности моделей обучения с учителем модифицированная версия модели YOLOv5 позволяет использовать очень мало размеченных данных и большой объем неразмеченных данных. Это значительно сокращает время обучения, сохраняя при этом точность распознавания. По сравнению с другими моделями нейронных сетей модифицированная версия модели YOLOv5 обладает такими характеристиками, как высокая скорость обучения, небольшой размер модели и данных, а также высокая точность параметров распознавания.

Dy-doped (Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Zr0.1Ti0.9)O3 ([(Ba0.85Ca0.15)0.99Dy0.01](Zr0.1Ti0.9)O3, 0.01Dy-BCZT) lead-free multifunctional ceramics were prepared by conventional solid-state sintering method, in which the effects of ceramic processing conditions were studied by structural analysis and performance characterization. The sintered 0.01Dy-BCZT ceramics have pure perovskite phase with composition near morphotropic phase boundary alongside apparent tetragonal distortion, high density and densified micro-morphology obtained via tailoring calcination and sintering temperatures. High resistivity, excellent dielectric performance and piezoelectricity were acquired, which were affected greatly by ceramic processing conditions. All samples exhibit excellent ferroelectric and strain properties, which approach intrinsic physical performance and have little dependency on ceramic processing conditions. Appearance of a strong broad emission peak, centred at ∼442 nm, is related to the 4F9/2 → 6H15/2 electron transition. Strong piezoelectric-fluorescent coupling effect was produced due to adding Dy and using BCZT piezoelectric matrix, which provides a promising choice in optoelectronic application field.

Background The prevalence of hypertension in population is still increasing by year, and the significant increase in the prevalence of chronic diseases caused by aging of the population results in a serious medical burden. There are still about 450 million people in China who use solid fuels for cooking or heating, causing indoor air pollution as an important public health problem in China. At present, the relationship between solid fuels use and the risk of hypertension in Chinese older adults still remains unclear. Objective To analyze the association between solid fuels use and the risk of hypertension in older adults in urban and rural areas of China through a prospective cohort study, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in the elderly. Methods This study is a prospective cohort study. Data were obtained from 2011 to 2018 China Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey (CLHLS) by using baseline questionnaire and physical examination. A total of 1 453 non-hypertensive older adults aged 65 years and above from 2011 to 2012 cohort were included in the study, and the occurrence of hypertension during follow-up was considered as the outcome indicator, follow-up as of 2018-12-31. The included subjects were divided into the clean fuel (electrical appliances such as induction cooker, pipeline natural gas, solar energy) group (n=654) and solid fuel (charcoal, kerosene, coal, firewood) group (n=799). Multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression model was used to analyze the association between cooking with solid fuels and the risk of hypertension. Results A total of 1 453 non-hypertensive older adults at baseline with an average age of (77.6±8.8) years and a median follow-up of 7 years, and a total of 838 people developed hypertension at the outcome. Aiming at the problem to difficultly identify the weak links of the cellular manufacturing system, a method for analyzing the importance measure based on the time series is proposed. The method extends the traditional importance measure calculation method at a specific time to the equipment importance measure in a specific time period, and the time series relationship among the equipment reliability, manufacturing cell reliability and system reliability is mined. It uses the slope of linear fitting to evaluate the importance measure of the equipment, and improves the identification ability of key equipment in the manufacturing process of the cellular manufacturing system. Through the sensitivity analysis of equipment degradation parameters, the change rule of the equipment importance measure when the equipment degradation parameters change is summarized, and the effectiveness of the time series importance measure in the identification of the key equipment and key manufacturing cells is verified.

Currently, research on the automatic following of hydraulic support in fully mechanized working faces focuses on controlling the movement of hydraulic support based on external environmental variables. It cannot maintain good results during long-term operation of the working face. Considering that changes of the external environment will ultimately be reflected in the hydraulic system, it is proposed to predict the following action time of hydraulic supports based on the pressure features of hydraulic system. Taking S1204 working face of Shaanxi Coal Mining Group Shenmu Ningtiaota Mining Co., Ltd. as the engineering background, a hydraulic system model for single support and a hydraulic system model for working face are established using AMESim software. Through simulation analysis, the dynamic change laws of parameters such as pressure and stroke of the pushing hydraulic cylinder during the simultaneous movement of advancing and sliding are obtained. It is found that the inlet pressure of pushing hydraulic cylinder is linearly related to the pulling time during the automatic following process of hydraulic support . It explains that the following action time can be predicted through the inlet pressure. The hydraulic data acquisition system for the working face is developed and installed on the experimental working face. The real-time pressure at the inlet of the pushing hydraulic cylinder during the working process of hydraulic support is obtained. The corresponding advancing time is calculated. It is found that the two have a strong linear correlation, which is consistent with the simulation results. The linear fitting method is used to obtain the relationship between the inlet pressure and the pulling time, achieving the prediction of pulling time based on hydraulic system pressure. It improves the accuracy of automatic following and reduceg reduceg the manual adjustment rate.

Lithium-doped Li0.66La1.12(Ti0.2Zr0.2Hf0.2Sn0.2Nb0.2)2O7 (LLTNO), Li0.66La1.12(Ti0.2Zr0.2Hf0.2Sn0.2Ta0.2)2O7 (LLTTO) high-entropy pyrochlore and Li0.5Sr0.5(Ti0.2Zr0.2Hf0.2Sn0.2Ta0.2)O3 (LSTTO), Li0.5Ba0.5(Ti0.2Zr0.2Hf0.2Sn0.2Nb0.2)O3 (LBTNO) high-entropy perovskite ceramics were synthesized by solid state reaction method and sintered. Crystal structure, microstructure and electrical properties of these high entropy ceramics were studied. The LLTNO and LLTTO pellets sintered at 1300 °C present a pyrochlore structure, while LSTTO and LBTNO pellets sintered at 1350 °C present a perovskite structure. The LBTNO ceramics has a total conductivity of 1.25 × 10−7 S•cm−1 at room temperature while the LSTTO sample exhibits the highest conductivity of 2.11 × 10−7 S•cm−1 among all samples. Both LSTTO and LBTNO ceramics present negligible electronic conductivity. Relative densities of the LLTNO, LLTTO, LSTTO and LBTNO ceramics were 82, 88, 86 and 87%TD, respectively, which is the reason for low conductivity of these high entropy ceramics. The activation energies of the LSTTO and LBTNO samples were 0.39 and 0.38 eV, respectively, which is close to the traditional Li+-type conducting solid electrolytes.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of transanal local resection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy with linear cutting stapler in the treatment of stage T2N0M0 low rectal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 57 patients with stage T2N0M0 low rectal cancer treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from February 2017 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods: transanal local resection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy group (TAE group, 27 cases) and traditional radical surgery group (RS group, 30 cases). The general data, operation related indexes, Wexner score and QLQ-C30 score, postoperative complications and follow-up outcomes were compared between two groups. Results The operation time, postoperative hospitalization days and intraoperative bleeding volume in TAE group were significantly lower than those in RS group (P＜0.05). The postoperative Wexner score of TAE group was significantly lower than that in RS group (2.10±1.40 vs 6.60±2.10, t =9.041, P＜0.01). QLQ-C30 score in TAE group was significantly higher than that in RS group (90.31±3.32 vs 71.59±6.35, t =13.716, P＜0.01). The incidence of complications in TAE group decreased compared to RS group without significant difference (3.70% vs 23.33%, P＞0.05). Both groups were followed up for 3 years or more, with only 1 recurrence in TAE group and no recurrence in RS group. Conclusion The use of linear cutting stapler for transanal local resection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy for low rectal cancer can shorten the operation time and postoperative hospital stay, reduce intraoperative bleeding, improve the postoperative defecation and the quality of life of patients, and it does not increase the long-term recurrence rate.

Abstract Current dehazing networks usually only learn haze features in a single‐image colour space and often suffer from uneven dehazing, colour, and edge degradation when confronted with different scales of ground objects in the depth space of the scene. The authors propose a multimodal feature fusion image dehazing method with scene depth prior based on a decoder–encoder backbone network. The multimodal feature fusion module was first designed. In this module, affine transformation and polarized self‐attention mechanism are used to realize the fusion of image colour and depth prior feature, to improve the representation ability of the model for different scale ground haze feature in‐depth space. Then, the feature enhancement module (FEM) is added, and deformable convolution and difference convolution methods are used to enhance the representation ability of the model for the geometric and texture feature of the ground objects. The publicly available dehazing datasets are used for comparison and ablation experiments. The results show that compared with the existing classical dehazing networks, the peak signal‐to‐noise ratio (PSNR) and SSIM of the authors’ proposed method have been significantly improved, have a more uniform dehazing effect in different depth spaces, and maintain the colour and edge details of the ground objects very well.

In order to investigate whether adding a small amount of Al in a low oxygen pressure and high temperature environment has a synergistic effect ontheformationof aprotective Cr2O3oxidefilm on Co-Rebased hightemperature alloys，the isothermaloxidation behaviorofthe Co-20Re-25Cr-7Al alloy was studied under 3.0×10-5Pa O2at 1100～1 300 ℃for24h.Resultsshowed thattheoxidation kinetics curve of the alloy conformed to parabolic law quite well，with the value of oxidation activation energy of 242.3 kJ/mol.The oxidation film formed at 1 100～1 300 ℃were very similar and mainly composed of continuous and dense Cr2O3 layer，covered by a small amount of CoO and CoCr2O4 spinelle.The protective Cr2O3 layer could prevent the evaporation of Re element of alloy in the form of ReO3during the oxidation process，and thus provided better protection for the Co-20Re-25Cr-7Al quaternary alloy，as compared with the corresponding Co-20Re-25Cr ternary alloy，thus providing better protection for the alloy.The addition of 7% Al was not enough to result in the selective external oxidation of Al in Co-20Re-25Cr-7Al alloy，thus forming an internal oxidation zone of Al below the outer oxidation film.However，the addition of Al promoted the formation of continuous and dense Cr2O3 layer，and improved the high temperature oxidation resistance of the alloy greatly.The addition of Al and low oxygen pressure showed a synergistic effect on the formation of a protective Cr2O3 layer.

This study proposes and demonstrates a novel label-free DNA biosensor using high quality optical microcavity functionalized by 3D DNA nanostructure probes. To achieve ultra-low limit DNA biosensing, optical sensing interface of the hollow-core, thin wall-thickness microcavity was functionalized by self-assembled DNA tetrahedral nanostructure (DTN) probes with size of 17 bp and length of ∼5.8 nm. High efficiency binding of the DTN probes with the optical sensor interface and the target ssDNA are achieved. Whispering gallery mode (WGM) spectra with high-Q factor of >107 are excited and traced for DNA detection inside the microfluidic channel of the microcavity, with a small sample volume of nL. Incorporation of nanoscale DTN probes onto surface of the optical microcavity makes it an effective way for increasing efficient probe density and eliminating entanglement between DNA probes, thus ∼1000 times lower detection limit is achieved as compared to using 1D ssDNA probes. Due to its desirable merits of label-free, ultra-low LoD, real time and compact size, the proposed DNA biosensor has broad application prospects in bioengineering and medical diagnosis.

The kaolinite rocks, a resource of industrial value, are abundant in the coal-bearing strata of the Datong coalfield.To look into the occurrence characteristics and formation mechanism of coal-bearing kaolinites, this paper uses the kaolinite deposits in the Taiyuan formation of the Late Paleozoic in the study area as the research object.The occurrence horizon, structural composition, rock type and genesis analysis of the kaolinite deposit were studied through field geological survey, microscopic identification, XRD analysis and geochemical analysis.Results show that the kaolinite rock in Datong coalfield is mainly located in five layers, including the No.9 coal floor, the No.8 coal floor, the No.3 and 5 coal floor, No.3 and 5 coal parting and the No.2 coal floor to No.3 coal roof.The kaolinite is the predominant mineral(the content is between 60 % and 90 %)associated with minor minerals like quartz, feldspar, mica, anatase, siderite and diaspore.The micro-components of the kaolinite rock in the study area were divided into grains, kaolinite crystals, mineral clasts and matrix.In addition, the kaolinite rock in the study area were categorized as grain kaolinite rock, cryptocrystalline kaolinite rock, lump kaolinite rock and sandy kaolinite rock according to the present morphology analysis.In conclusion, the genesis of kaolinite rock is mainly terrigenous transport sedimentary and volcanic ash.

The effects of low-frequency electromagnetic casting (LFEC) on the microstructure and tensile properties of 5A90 Al–Mg–Li alloy with and without minor Sc were investigated. In addition to minor Sc, the refined microstructures of the conventional direct chill cast (DCC) alloy and the microstructures of the as-cast alloy were refined further and more equiaxed grains formed in LFEC ingots with Sc. Higher density, smaller size, and more uniform distribution Al3(Sc, Zr) in the aged alloy with Sc induced by LFEC, which pins on grain boundaries, can effectively inhibit recrystallization. As a result, it had been a significant improvement in strength which was mainly due to the Orowan effect of Al3(Sc, Zr) dispersoids combined with grain refinement. The ultimate tensile strength of 565.4 MPa, yield strength of 475.3 MPa, and the corresponding elongation of 6.4% were obtained in the as-aged 5A90 alloy with 0.15 wt% Sc cast by LFEC at 10 Hz and 100 A.

The Beishan area in Tianshui City is located in the transition zone between the mountainous area on the northern edge of the Qinling Mountains and the Loess Plateau. The solid internal and external dynamic coupling has induced large landslide groups with a zonal distribution, which seriously restricts urban planning and disaster risk prevention in Tianshui City. Based on the systematic summary of existing geological hazard data, this study used the space-sky-earth integrated survey method to identify the variations of loess thickness from west to east, typical slope structure types, and key slip-controlling strata. The seismic landslides' development characteristics, distribution rules, and geometric and kinematic features are systematically analyzed. The results show that the landslide groups in the Beishan area are concentrated along the north bank of the Jihe Valley in a zonal distribution. The landslide types are mainly mudstone landslide and loess-mudstone interface landslide, with multi-stage rotation, translation, and multi-stage sliding. The stratigraphic structure consists of the overlying Quaternary loess and the underlying lacustrine-fluvial mudstone and claystone of the Neoproterozoic Yaodian and Ganquan formations. The landslides belonging to the bedding rock slope have three typical slope structures from west to east. The loess thickness increases gradually from west to east, the elevation and apparent friction angle are lower in the east and west and higher in the middle, and the scarp height of the landslides is higher in the east and west and lower in the middle. In addition, the seismic landslides in this region have long-runout characteristics. The equivalent friction coefficients of these landslides are between 0.21 and 0.28, and the seismic landslides in the eastern and western sections have stronger movement.

Among the family of transition metal dichalcogenides, 1T-TaS2 stands out for several peculiar physical properties including a rich charge density wave phase diagram, quantum spin liquid candidacy and low temperature Mott insulator phase. As 1T-TaS2 is thinned down to the few-layer limit, interesting physics emerges in this quasi 2D material. Here, using scanning near-field optical microscopy, we perform a spatial- and temperature-dependent study on the phase transitions of a few-layer thick microcrystal of 1T-TaS2. We investigate encapsulated air-sensitive 1T-TaS2 prepared under inert conditions down to cryogenic temperatures. We find an abrupt metal-to-insulator transition in this few-layer limit. Our results provide new insight in contrast to previous transport studies on thin 1T-TaS2 where the resistivity jump became undetectable, and to spatially resolved studies on non-encapsulated samples which found a gradual, spatially inhomogeneous transition. A statistical analysis suggests bimodal high and low temperature phases, and that the characteristic phase transition hysteresis is preserved down to a few-layer limit.

BACKGROUND The traditional alkaline hydrolysis diffusion separation acid-base titration method is used to determine the hydrolysable nitrogen in soil samples. Usually, a glass diffusion dish is used for alkaline hydrolysis diffusion separation. However, during sample pretreatment and alkaline hydrolysis diffusion separation, the operator often faces the following three problems. First, the solution in the inner chamber of the glass diffusion dish is very easily polluted by sodium hydroxide solution and alkaline glue solution. Second, ammonia leakage occurs easily between the glass diffusion dish and the cover, and it is often not possible to remedy when it is found. Third, the glass diffusion dish is bulky and fragile, and the experimental operation is inconvenient, all of which lead to the instability of measurement results due to inexperience of the operator. OBJECTIVES To establish a new method for the determination of hydrolysable nitrogen in soil samples by alkaline hydrolysis diffusion separation acid-base titration based on polypropylene diffusion dish. METHODS A polypropylene diffusion dish was used instead of a glass diffusion dish in the alkaline hydrolysis of hydrolysable nitrogen. The cleaning method and the sealing of the diffusion dish were improved. The addition amount of reducing agent and the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution (1.8mol/L) were unified. The addition volume of sodium hydroxide solution was appropriately increased, and the concentration of hydrochloric acid standard solution was reduced. RESULTS The absolute deviation of reference materials GBW07416a with the measured value of hydrolysable nitrogen < 50mg/kg was 0.2-1.8mg/kg. The absolute deviation of reference materials GBW07415a, NSA-1, NSA-4, NSA-5 and NSA-6 with the measured value of hydrolysable nitrogen of 50-200mg/kg was 0-4.0mg/kg. The recovery rate of nitrate nitrogen converted to ammonium nitrogen by reducing agent was 89.6%-96.4%. The measured value of soil available reference materials was consistent with the standard value. CONCLUSIONS The stability and accuracy of hydrolysable nitrogen determination are improved. The pollution in this method is significantly reduced, ammonia leakage is avoided, and the operation is convenient. The method meets the requirements for determining the content of hydrolysable nitrogen in soil samples.

In order to improve the bearing performance and test accuracy of vehicle vibration test benches, a test bench which can simulate vehicle vibration environment in an all-round way is designed based on a 6-UPS parallel mechanism. Through the mechanism analysis and degree of freedom calculation of the 6-UPS parallel mechanism, the pose relationship between components is established, the kinematics equation of the bench is deduced, and the kinematic characteristics of the bench are studied. By establishing the simulation model of vehicle vibration test benches, the kinematic simulation analysis of the bench is carried out using Adams software, and the kinematic parameters of the bench are verified theoretically. The results show that the vehicle vibration test bench can move according to the predetermined trajectory, the simulation curve is smooth without mutation, and the designed bench can meet the expected performance indexes, which verifies the rationality of the bench design. This study lays a foundation for the dynamic analysis, control strategy research and optimization design of vehicle vibration test benches.

Objective: This study aimed to develop R. roxburghii as functional food in medicine and health care products. Methods: High-fat dial-induced insulin resistance rat model was established. There were normal control group, the model group, the positive control group, and the low and high dose group of R. roxburghii polysaccharide (100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg). The body weight was recorded before and after the experiment. The serum oxidative stress indexes (SOD, MDA), lipid metabolism indexes (TG, TC), fasting blood glucose (FBG) and fasting insulin (FINS) levels, as well as the mRNA and protein expressions of PI3K and GLUT4 mRNA in skeletal muscle were detected. Results: Compared with the model group, the body weight, serum MDA, TG, TC, FBG, FINS, HOMA-IR were decreased (P＜0.01), and the SOD activity and the mRNA and protein expression levels of PI3K and GLUT4 were increased after polysaccharide intervention in IR rats after R. roxburghii polysaccharide intervention (P＜0.05). Conclusion: R. roxburghii polysaccharide (PRR-3) has antioxidant effect, which can reduce the weight of insulin-resistant rats, regulate glucose and lipid metabolism, and improve obesity insulin resistance. There is a dose-effect relationship, which may be achieved by up-regulating the expression of PI3K and GLUT4 proteins in the PI3K/AKT/GLUT4 signaling pathway and enhancing GLUT4 transport.

GH3536 superalloy samples were made by selective laser melting (SLM) with a parameter combination of laser power and scanning speed. The porosity and defect characteristics within the samples were characterized by μCT technique, and the defect types as well as the morphologies of molten pool were analyzed using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that process parameters are closely related with defect characteristics and the morphologies of molten pool. As the laser power and scanning speed are optimized, continuous molten pool with a higher aspect ratio overlaps well with each other. The porosity in the fabricated samples is far less than 0.01%, and with randomly distributed small pores. When the deviation from the optimized process parameters occurs, not only larger voids are formed at the interface of discontinuous molten pool, but also the process instability are increased, resulting in the formation of minor amounts of lamellar lack of fusion. The latter two types of defects present a certain anisotropy. Additionally, smaller micropores and microcracks are beyond the μCT detection ability.

Natural Hydraulic Lime (NHL) has exceptional application in restoring ancient buildings compared to Portland cement and conventional air-hardening lime, but the characteristic of slow early performance development limits its fields of application. This paper studied the physical and mechanical properties, hydration exothermic properties, phase composition and transformation, and microstructure evolution of slag powder/metakaolin composite NHL during the early hardening process. The influence of slag powder/metakaolin on the hardening process and performance development of NHL are systematically evaluated. Results show that slag powder can improve the fluidity of NHL-based mortar; slag powder/metakaolin generates calcium aluminate hydrate (C3AH6), calcium carboaluminate hydrate (C4A?H11) and calcium silicate hydrate (C—S—H) through pozzolanic reaction to promote the setting and hardening of NHL-based materials and significantly improve their compressive and flexural strength. This study provides reference for promoting the application of pozzolanic material composite NHL in the restoration of ancient buildings.

At the same time, taking into account school expenses, economy, energy saving is also a part that cannot be ignored, which requires full consideration of safety, environmental protection and other factors in the process of electrical system design.This paper mainly studies the electrical design of the teaching building, on the basis of strict compliance with national standards and norms, taking into account safety, economy, energy saving and other design factors, independently designed the power supply and distribution system, lighting system, lightning protection system, to ensure the safe operation of building electrical facilities and energy saving operation.

China In-depth Traffic Accident Survey (CIDAS) shows that two wheeler has the highest accident fatality rate, more than 38%, which is far more than cars and pedestrians. In this paper, the characteristics of traffic accidents in China, the types of two wheeler, and traffic characteristics of two wheeler are taken into account. There are typical hazardous scenarios in the case of crossing, longitudinal, turning, mixed, etc. In the existing collision scenarios design of cars and two wheeler, the testing methods of crossing and longitudinal have been basically mature. Therefore, combining with the functional testing of the current automobile active safety system, to recurrent the traffic scenarios of two wheeler objectively, the active safety test and evaluation scenarios of turning cars under the two wheeler traffic scenarios are designed. Test paths, test speeds, and impact position are proposed. it complements the test scenarios for active safety function.

In the southeast coastal areas of China, typhoon-rainfall-induced landslide disasters occur frequently during the flood season each year, which poses a great threat to local people's lives and property. The risk assessment of individual slopes is of great importance for geologic disaster management and prevention. We carried out field surveys, engineering geological drilling, and soil mechanics tests on the north slope of Shiyang Town. The slope stability was discussed in combination with the meteorological data under different rainfall conditions. By using the Monte Carlo method the statistical characteristics of the slope safety factor were calculated. Based on the slope failure probability, the vulnerability of the hazard-bearing body was analyzed, and the risk values for buildings and people under different rainfall conditions were quantitatively calculated. The results show that with the increase in rainfall intensity, the probability of landslide increases, and its risk value increases as well. The risk under extremely heavy rain is the highest, with 94 people per year, and the economic risk is 141 million yuan per year. The research results are a useful guideline for the prevention and control of this type of landslide in the southeast coastal area.

The non-repeated support advanced support equipment in environments with small space, large vibration, and severe electromagnetic interference has problems of low sensing technology level, imprecise motion control, and complex operation process. In order to solve the above problems, a non-repeated support advanced support intelligent control system is proposed. According to the controlled requirements of the non-repeated support advanced support technology, it has the capability to detect surrounding environmental information such as posture, obstacles, and positions. It has control methods of adaptive, self- adjusting, and self -decision-making. It has fast, stable, and precise execution components. It is pointed out that this intelligent control system proposes three key technologies: intelligent perception, logical control and execution. Based on the control functions and task flow of the intelligent control system for non-repeated support advanced support, the overall architecture of the system is proposed. The multi-sensor fusion technology based on attitude, obstacle recognition, pressure, position, and velocity information is proposed to control and execute multi working condition motion control strategies. The integrated prototype of 'turn-transport-support' for advanced support in transportation roadways is developed. And ground tests are conducted. The test results show that the intelligent control system for non-repeated support advanced support can achieve visual recognition of the center point and obstacles of the support, automatic walking and stroke judgment of the support handling trolley, automatic offset and rotation of the support, and automatic grasping and lifting functions of the support. The visual recognition sensor can achieve support frame number coding recognition, support posture, and support area decision-making functions. The automated operation process of 'walk-grasp-lower-turn-walk-turn-lift-loose-lower' is implemented. It can meet the application requirements.

BackgroundThe research of molecular fragmentation dynamics has attracted extensive attention in the fields of physics, chemistry and biology. The major challenge in this field is to understand the selectivity of molecular bond breaking and to elucidate which parameters control bond fission.PurposeThis study aims to reveal the mechanism of two and three-body fragmentation of CO2 in strong laser fields and to elucidate the dynamics information of the ion fragmentation in the Coulomb explosion.MethodsThe time-of-flight (TOF) and three-dimensional momentum distributions of ion fragments were obtained using a cold-target recoil ion momentum spectroscopy (COLTRIMS). Precise identification of the two-body and three-body dissociation channels of CO2 was determined by the photoion-photoion coincidence (PIPICO) and the photoion-photoion-photoion coincidence (PIPIPICO) techniques. The occurrence of sequential and non-sequential fragmentation during three-body dissociation was revealed by the momentum correlation between two O ions. Finally, the dynamics of the three-body fragmentation process was visualized by the Newton diagram.ResultsFour two-body dissociation channels and three three-body dissociation channels for CO2q+ (q≤4) are identified with the coincidence technique. The kinetic energy release (KER) distribution of these dissociation channels is obtained from the three-dimensional momentum.ConclusionsThe experiments reveal that the dynamic collimation mechanism plays a dominant role in the two-body fragmentation channels, and the ion fragments of the four two-body fragmentation channels are mainly emitted along the laser polarization direction with the significant anisotropic distribution. Non-sequential and sequential fragmentation of CO2 is separated and identified in the momentum correlation and Newtonian diagrams. In the first step of the sequential fragmentation of CO24+, the O2+ and CO2+ ionic fragments are always produced. It is further shown that the vibration and rotation of the CO2+ ion are shown to occur before the fragmentation of the second step.

Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) is a cholangiopathy caused by genetic and microenvironmental changes, such as bile homeostasis disorders and microbiota dysbiosis. Therapeutic options are limited, and proven surveillance strategies are currently lacking. Clinically, PSC presents as alternating strictures and dilatations of biliary ducts, resulting in the typical “beaded” appearance seen on cholangiography. The pathogenesis of PSC is still unclear, but cholangiocytes play an essential role in disease development, wherein a reactive phenotype is caused by the secretion of neuroendocrine factors. The liver–gut axis is implicated in the pathogenesis of PSC owing to the dysbiosis of microbiota, but the underlying mechanism is still poorly understood. Alterations in cholangiocyte responses and related signalling pathways during PSC progression were elucidated by recent research, providing novel therapeutic targets. In this review, we summarise the currently known underlying mechanisms of PSC pathogenesis caused by the dysbiosis of microbiota and newly reported information regarding cholangiocytes in PSC. We also summarise recently reported in vitro and in vivo models for studying the pathogenesis of PSC.

With the rapid development of portable and wearable electronic devices, research on flexible energy storage devices has gradually shifted to the directions of miniaturization, softness and intelligence. At the same time, people have higher requirements for the energy density, power density and mechanical properties of the device. As the core part of flexible energy storage devices, electrode material is the key to determining device performance. With the development of flexible energy storage electronic devices, there is an urgent need for new battery technology and fast, low cost and precise control of their microstructure preparation methods. Therefore, the research and development of new energy storage devices such as flexible lithium/sodium-ion batteries, flexible lithium-sulfur batteries, and flexible zinc-air batteries have become the current research hotspots in academia. The current research status of flexible energy storage battery electrodes in recent years was discussed in this paper, the design of flexible electrode materials (independent flexible electrodes and flexible substrate electrodes), and the preparation process of flexible electrode materials of different dimensions (one-dimensional materials, two-dimensional materials and three-dimensional materials) and applications of flexible energy storage electrodes (flexible lithium/sodium ion batteries, flexible lithium-sulfur batteries, flexible zinc-air batteries) were compared and analyzed, and the structural characteristics and electrochemical properties of electrode materials were discussed. Finally, the current problems faced by flexible energy storage devices were pointed out, and the future focus of flexible energy storage devices was the research and development of new solid electrolytes, the rational design of device structures and the continuous optimization of packaging technology.

In complex condition coal seam, there are a large number of geological condition parameter changes and a large range of parameter changes. The intelligent mining is the difficult problem which needs to be solved urgently at present. This paper analyzes the main geological conditions and problems of coal mines in different regions of China, and points out that compared with fully-mechanized coal mining, intelligent mining requires higher geological security. The more complex the geological conditions, the more precise the perception, the faster the analysis and decision-making, and the higher the data transmission rate of the control system. Taking the mining of 'three soft' coal seam in Huainan and Huaibei areas as an example, the problems faced in the intelligent mining process are discussed. The coal wall is frequently spalling, the scraper conveyor moves up and down, the adjacent supports are dislocated and the occlusion is not tight, the guard plates are not neat, the supports are tied to the bottom, and the advance roadway is deformed. It is pointed out that the conditions of surrounding rock (roof, floor and coal wall), coal seam strike/dip angle, rock pressure and stability of advance roadway are the five factors that affecting the normal continuous mining of the working face. In order to solve the problems caused by the above five factors, it is necessary to develop the key core technologies to solve the intelligent mining of complex working face from the aspects of surrounding rock parameter perception, trend analysis, fine control, dynamic system adaptation and self-adaptive decision-making. The application status, effect and problems to be solved in the future of the intelligent mining technology of complex conditions working face, such as the precise control and rapid follow-up technology of hydraulic support guard plate, roof partition cooperative support technology, working face equipment attitude monitoring technology, working face straightening technology, moving up and down control technology, stable pressure liquid supply control technology, simulation decision-making system platform and advance support technology, are described in detail. It is pointed out that for the coal seam with many complex conditions, the main directions of follow-up researches are the electromechanical and hydraulic integrated design of key components, distributed control mode, analysis and application of big data, cooperative rapid advancement control of equipment group, and the development of real-time simulation platform and intelligent decision-making system.

Series arc fault is the main cause of electrical fire in low-voltage distribution system. A fast and accurate detection system can reduce the risk of fire effectively. In this paper, series arc experiment is carried out for different kinds of electrical load. The time-domain current is analyzed by Morlet wavelet. Then, the multiscale wavelet coefficients are expressed as the coefficient matrix. In order to meet the data dimension requirements of neural networks, a color domain transformation method is used to transform the feature matrix into an image. A regularization method based on gamma transform is proposed for small sample data sets. The results showed that the proposed regularization method improved the validation set accuracy of ResNet50 from 66.67% to 96.53%. The overfitting problem of neural network was solved. In addition, this method fused fault features of 64 different scales, and provided a valuable manually labeled arc fault dataset. Compared with the threshold detection method, this method was more objective. The use of image features increased intuitiveness and generality. Compared with other typical lightweight networks, this method had the best detection performance.

Perovskite (1-x)Ba0.9Sr0.1TiO3-xBi(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3 (BST-BiMT-x) ceramics were prepared by sintering the corresponding powders synthesized by combining of solid state reaction method with citrate sol-gel and selfcombustion techniques. Submicron grains morphology, high density and large resistivity were obtained in the BST-BiMT-x ceramics. In addition, the BST-BiMT-0.1 and BST-BiMT-0.075 ceramics exhibit ferroelectric hysteresis loops with slim shape which lead to enhanced energy-storage properties. The energy-storage density of these two ceramics increases almost linearly with increasing the applied electric filed. The energy-storage density and efficiency at 25 kV/cm of the BST-BiMT-0.1 and BST-BiMT-0.075 ceramics sintered at 1200°C are 141.2mJ/cm3 and 79.3%, and 158.1mJ/cm3 and 76.7%, respectively, surpassing many recently reported values for ferroelectric/antiferroelectric ceramics. The enhanced energy-storage density and efficiency under low electric field can be attributed to the slim polarization-electric field hysteresis loops, high density accompanied by submicron grains morphology and pure perovskite structure.

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in rehabilitation of patients with hemiplegic patients after ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 126 patients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke were selected. According to the method of random number table, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 63 cases in each group. All patients received conventional drug treatment, routine care and rehabilitation training, and those in the observation group were given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing interventions. The Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) scale and Brathel Index were measured and compared between two groups. The effect of rehabilitation nursing was evaluated by self-made rating scale. Results The scores of FMA and BI increased in both two groups after intervention, and scores of FMA and BI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0. 01). The score for effect evaluation of nursing intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion In the early rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients after ischemic stroke, the use of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing can improve the recovery and quality of life of patients. (目的 观察中西医结合护理干预在缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中的应用的效果。方法 选取126例缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象, 按照随机数字表分为对照组和观察组, 各63例。2组均接受药物治疗, 对照组接受常规护理和康复训练指导, 观察组在对照组的基础上实施早期中西医结合护理干预。对比干预前和干预后2组Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分和Barthel指数(BI)评定结果, 评价护理效果。结果 干预后, 2组FMA量表评分和BI评分均较干预前上升, 且观察组FMA量表评分和BI评分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。观察组护理效果评价得分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复中实施中西医结合护理干预, 可以促进患者运动功能康复, 提高患者生活质量。)

Objective To evaluate the quality control circle (QCC) activities in reducing the incidence of aspiration in patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods A QCC group was set up, and a series of activities based on QCC theory were carried out including theme identification, plan making, status investigation, factor analysis, countermeasures and implementation. An analysis of aspiration condition in 80 patients with dysphagia after stroke was carried out after implementation of QCC activities (between April and October 2019), and the incidence of aspiration was compared with that of 80 patients recruited before implementation of QCC activities (between February and June 2017). Results The incidence of aspiration decreased from 25. 00%(20/80)to 5. 00%(4/80), with a target achievement ratio of113. 64 and progress ratio of 80. 00%. Nurses' comprehensive ability was enhanced after implementation of QCC activities. Conclusion The QCC is effective to reduce the incidence of aspiration in patients with dysphagia after stroke. (目的 探讨品管圈活动降低脑卒中吞咽困难患者误吸发生率的效果。方法 成立品管圈活动小组, 按照品管圈理论进行主题选定、活动计划、现状把握、要因分析、对策拟定与实施等活动, 分析2019年4月—10月(品管圈活动开展后)科室收治的脑卒中吞咽障碍住院患者80例的误吸发生情况, 并与2017年2月—6月(品管圈活动开展前)科室收治的80例脑卒中吞咽障碍住院患者的误吸发生情况进行对比。结果 脑卒中吞咽障碍住院患者误吸发生率由品管圈活动开展前的25. 00%(20/80)降低至品管圈活动开展后的5. 00%(4/80), 活动目标达成率113. 64% , 进步率80. 00%, 护士综合能力也得到提高。结论 开展品管圈活动能够降低脑卒中吞咽困难患者误吸发生率, 有利于提高护理质量。)

Constipation is a common complication after stroke, affecting the prognosis and patient’s quality of life. Cupping therapy is guided by the meridian syndrome differentiation along the du-meridian and Shu-acupoints of the bladder meridian of Foot-Taiyang. Cupping therapy along meridians is an effective Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technique for regulating heart, liver, spleen and lung function, dredging the channel, regulating the qi-blood, balancing Yin and Yang, and improing the symptoms of constipation. Sleep disorder is a severe and frequent complication in patients after stroke. It is characterized by the high morbidity, poor prognosis and reduced quality of life. The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM )extended care has unique advantages in preventing sleep disorders after stroke. This paper summarized the research status of sleep disorder after stroke in perspectives of TCM theory application, TCM preventive treatment and TCM extended care technology, and put forward some thoughts to provide reference for research and clinical nursing practice in the future. (睡眠障碍是脑卒中常见并发症之一, 发病率较高, 且会加重病情, 影响预后, 降低患者生活质量。中医延续性医疗护理在预防中风后睡眠障碍方面具有独特优势。本文综述了脑卒中后睡眠障碍中医理论应用、中医预防和中医延续性医疗护理技术的研究现状, 并提出一些思考, 以期为后续研究和临床护理工作提供参考。)
