The output of wind power and photovoltaic has the characteristics of randomness, volatility, and intermittency. Direct grid connection will lead to a lower power generation income of the power station, a greater volatility of grid connection of electric energy, and more wind and photovoltaic power discards, resulting in lower carbon emission reductions. The addition of pumped storage power plants effectively reduces the above impacts. Therefore, this paper studies the application scenario of wind photovoltaic and pumped storage combined power generation, establishes a multi-objective optimization model that comprehensively considers the three objectives of maximizing the economic benefits of the combined system, minimizing the system power fluctuation, and maximizing carbon emission reduction, and converts the multi-objective problem into a single objective problem for solution by normalization. In this paper, the gray wolf algorithm, which can realize the adaptive adjustment of local search and global search, is used to simulate and optimize the grid connected power of wind power, photovoltaic, and pumped storage. The optimization results show that the established model can effectively improve the economic benefits of the system and greatly reduce the fluctuation of power grid connection. In addition, the efficient use of new energy also greatly improves the carbon emission reduction capacity of the joint system, which proves that the model has high feasibility.

The bleeding time and amount in the short-segment group were shorter than in the long-segment group, and the bleeding volume was less than in the long-segment group. The Japanese Orthopaedic Association low back pain score, Oswestry Dysfunction Index, and lumbar spine stiffness disability index score of the two groups were significantly improved preoperatively, postoperatively, and at 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years post-operation. The differences were statistically significant at different time points within the groups. Neurological function improved to varying degrees postoperatively. The Cobb angle was significantly higher in both groups (P < 0.05). Adjacent vertebral disease occurred in 10 of 64 patients with short-segment fixation, with a prevalence of 15.6%. Preoperative pelvic tilt angle, preoperative pelvic projection angle (PPA), preoperative degree of matching of PPA to LL (PI-LL), and preoperative coronal Cobb angle were higher in patients with adjacent vertebral disease. There were varying degrees of improvement in low back pain and spinal function after short-segment decompression and fusion internal fixation. However, the patients are generally elderly and at risk of persistent low back pain and accelerated degeneration of adjacent segments.

The anti-control of Hopf bifurcation is a method used for bifurcation control. It can be used to realize the occurrence or delay of bifurcation at the specified position to meet the needs of engineering applications. In this study, a 4D chaotic system is studied, and a dynamic state feedback control method is proposed to realize the anti-control of Hopf bifurcation for the system. By adjusting the control parameters of the controller, the system Hopf bifurcation can be generated or delayed at the specified position to realize the anti-control of Hopf bifurcation. This control method avoids complicated calculation processes and has remarkable control effects. Through numerical simulation analysis, the correctness of this control method is verified.

ObjectiveTo carry out an epidemiological analysis on an outbreak of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection at a welfare institution to provide a theoretical basis for the corresponding prevention and control measures.MethodsUsing the method of field epidemiological investigation， special field treatment was carried out in September 2022. Serum samples from cases and close contacts in the same ward area were collected for detection of nine respiratory tract infection pathogens （Mycoplasma pneumoniae， chlamydia， influenza， human metapneumosis， respiratory syncytial， human boca， parainfluenza type 1‒4 virus， and Middle East respiratory syndrome， severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus） by immunofluorescence immunoglobulin M （IgM） antibody test.ResultsA total of 14 Mycoplasma pneumoniae cases were identified， all of whom were residents of the welfare institution. The first case occurred on September 4， while the last case was reported on September 13. The incidence rate of the fifth ward area where the first case reported was 12.82% （10/78）， and it was 3.57% （3/84） in the third ward area and 1.20% （1/83） in the first ward area. Deguelin exhibits antiproliferative activity against various cancer cell types. Previous studies have reported that deguelin exhibits pro-apoptotic activity against human cancer cells. The current study aimed at further elaborating the anticancer effects of deguelin against multiple myeloma cells. Cell growth estimations were made through MTT assay. Phase contrast microscopy was used for the analysis of the viability of multiple myeloma cells. Colony formation from multiple myeloma cells was studied using a clonogenic assay. Antioxidative assays for determining levels of glutathione (GSH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were carried out after treating multiple myeloma cells with deguelin. The apoptosis of multiple myeloma cells was studied using AO/EB and Annexin V-FITC/PI staining methods. Multiple myeloma cell cycle analysis was performed through flow cytometry. mRNA expression levels were depicted using qRT-PCR. Migration and invasion of multiple myeloma cells were determined with the wound-healing and transwell assays, respectively. Deguelin specifically inhibited the multiple myeloma cell growth while the normal plasma cells were minimally affected. Multiple myeloma cells when treated with deguelin exhibited remarkably lower viability and colony-forming ability. Multiple myeloma cells treated with deguelin produced more SOD and had higher GSH levels. The multiple myeloma cell growth, migration, and invasion were significantly declined by in vitro administration of deguelin. In conclusion, deguelin treatment, when applied in vitro, induced apoptotic cell death and resulted in mitotic cessation at the G2/M phase through modulation of cell cycle regulatory mRNAs in multiple myeloma cells.

TiB was planted into the matrix titanium alloy through the rapid solidification process, and the new ultrafine network reinforced titanium matrix composites (TMCs) powder was formed. Based on the laser additive manufacturing technology, a new titanium matrix composite with alternate distribution of equiaxed network and columnar network structure were creatively fabricated, the formation mechanism of the network structure was systematically discussed, and the mechanical properties of the super-solidified TMCs by additive manufacturing were tested. The results indicate that the network structure (about 9 μm) of the additively manufactured TiB/Ti composites is mainly composed of in-situ nano-TiB whiskers, presenting two crystal structures of B27 and Bf. The direct introduction of B element is easy to form constitutional supercooling at the solidification interface. The equiaxed α phases are obtained by promoting the alternating formation of equiaxed/columnar network structure and refining the grain size. In addition, the formed nano-TiB network structure, not only inhibits the crack deflection and passivate cracks, but also confines the large number of slip lines inside the TiB network structure via in-situ observation, inducing high-density dislocations at the grain boundaries, which limites its plastic deformation, and greatly improves the strength of the composites. The additively manufactured TiB/Ti composites increases the tensile strength by 42%, and maintains the elongation of about 10%.

Objective: This study aimed to prepare oligopeptidess of Camelina violifolia and expand its application range. Methods: C. violifolia protein was hydrolyzed by alkaline protease, and then used ultrafiltration membrane for isolating and concentrating, and obtained oligopeptides by freeze-drying. The structure and antioxidant activity of C. violifolia oligopeptides were analyzed. Results: The optimum conditions for the hydrolysis of C.violifolia protein were as follows: hydrolysis temperature 50 ℃, pH 10, enzyme dosage 4%, substrate concentration 2%, and hydrolysis degree 17.9%. The C. violifolia oligopeptides contents of protein and polypeptide were 49.01% and 42.87%, respectively. The oligopeptides had a strong absorption band at 200~220 nm, amide bond-specific absorption peaks, β-angle was the main secondary structure, and a 90% relative molecular weight of less than 1 000 Da. When the oligopeptides concentration was 20 mg/mL, the scavenging rates of hydroxyl radical, ABTS radical and DPPH radical were 84.54%, 98.22% and 60.33% respectively. Conclusion: The preparation process of the oligopeptides of C. violifolia is reasonable and feasible. The oligopeptides have good antioxidant capacity.

Objective: This study aimed to provide theoretical basis for hardy kiwifruit quality improvement and rational utilization. Methods: Taking the main variety 'Longcheng No. 2' and line 'Haijia' as experimental materials, the changes of basic quality indexes, contents of total phenolics and flavonoids were analyzed during fruit development. On this basis, the antioxidant capacities were comprehensively evaluated by three assays (FRAP iron reducing ability, ABTS radical scavenging ability and DPPH radical scavenging ability). Furthermore, the differences of total phenolics and antioxidant capacities in different parts of fruit were compared. Results: ① The contents of soluble solids, titratable acids and Vc in the fruits of the two varieties (lines) showed a trend of continuous increasing during fruit development. ② The chlorophyll contents of two varieties (lines) both declined constantly at the early stage of fruit development, and then increased continuously from 64 days after blooming. The carotenoids of two varieties (lines) also increased continuously from 64 days after blooming, meanwhile, the anthocyanins of 'Haijia' increased gradually. ③ The contents of total phenolics, flavonoids and three antioxidant capacities all decreased significantly during fruits ripening. The correlation analysis showed that among all quality indexes, total phenolics and flavonoids had extremely significant positive correlations with the three antioxidant capacities. ④ In mature fruits, the contents of total phenolics and flavonoids in the peel were significantly higher than those in the flesh, which indicated strong antioxidant capacities. Conclusion: The antioxidant capacities of two varieties (lines) of hardy kiwifruit decreased significantly during fruit development. Moreover, the content of total phenolics, especially flavonoids are the main components to affect antioxidant capacities during fruit development. In the different fruit parts, the peel has higher antioxidant capacities, but it is also the main source of astringency.

The nuclear heating rate is a critical parameter for reactor core design and irradiation tests, it is typically determined via experimental measurements in a reactor experimental channel. In-pile calibration of calorimeter is an important method for measuring the nuclear heating rate in a fission reactor. This paper summarizes the working principle of the common in-pile calorimeter and reviews the current situation and research progress with regard to in-pile calorimetry employed worldwide. The structural design and performance characteristics of single-cell and multi-cell (differential) calorimeters are compared, and the design method of multimodal integrated measurement device, which represents one of development directions of calorimeters, is introduced. Moreover, the in- and out-pile calibration principles and application methods are described. The advantages and disadvantages of the calibration methods are analyzed, and the developing trend and direction for next-generation in-pile calorimeters are prospected.

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between environmental selenium content and myopia among junior high school students.MethodsA total of 600 junior high school students from selenium-rich， selenium-sufficient， and selenium-deficient areas from Enshi（200 from each area） were randomly selected. The prevalence of myopia， serum selenium， and hair selenium， as well as the glutathioneperoxidase （GSH-Px） and selenoprotein P （SEPP-1） and the selenium distributions of staple crops and drinking water， were determined. The z-test was used to compare continuous data between two groups， a one-way analysis of variance was used to compare continuous data between multiple groups， a chi-square test was used to compare the rates， and the Pearson correlation test was performed to investigate the correlation between selenium and myopia.ResultsAll of the junior school students were divided into myopic （n=244， 40.67%） and non-myopic （n=356， 59.33%） groups. Objective To investigate the predictive value of acoustic cardiographic parameters for post-acute myocardial infarction (AMI) early ventricular remodeling (EVR). Methods A total of 102 AMI patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in our hospital during June 2021 and February 2022 were recruited in this study. Electrocardiography, cardiac Doppler ultrasound examination, and acoustic cardiography were performed for all of them. Their biomarkers of cardiac injury and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) were detected and recorded. According to the value of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), they were and divided into EVR group (< 50%, n=50) and control group (≥50%, n=52). The baseline data and acoustic cardiographic parameters were compared between the 2 groups. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was applied to analyze the independent predictors for EVR, and the area under the curve (AUC) of receiver operating characteristic (ROC) were conducted to evaluate the predictive performances of these predictive factors. Results Among the acoustic cardiographic parameters, significantly higher electromechanical activation time divided by the cardiac cycle length (EMATc), left ventricular systolic time divided by the cardiac cycle length (LVSTc), fourth heart sound (S4) strength, and systolic dysfunction index (SDI) were observed in the EVR group than the control group (P

Objective To compare the efficacy, safety, and survivability of TCbHP versus AC-THP in the neoadjuvant therapy of HER2-positive breast cancer in real-world. Methods Clinical data of patients with HER2 positive breast cancer, who have received TCbHP or AC-THP as neoadjuvant therapy and completed surgery in 11 third-class hospitals in various cities of Hebei Province, were retrospectively collected.The total pathological complete remission (tpCR) rate, the incidence of grade 3 or higher adverse reactions and the completion rate of the given approaches were compared. Results A total of 110 cases were collected, including 78 cases in the TCbHP group and 32 cases in the AC-THP group.The tpCR rate of the TCbHP group was higher than that of the AC-THP group, but the difference was not statistically significant (64.10% vs. 56.25%, P=0.441).No significant difference was found in the breast pathologic complete response (bpCR) and axillary pathologic complete response (apCR) rates between the TCbHP group and the AC-THP group (70.51% vs. 56.25%, P=0.150;78.21% vs. 84.38%, P=0.462).Exploratory analysis revealed that the tpCR rate of the TCbHP group was significantly higher than that of the AC-THP group in patients with HR-positive breast cancer (51.11% vs. 22.22%, P=0.036).As for the patients with HR-negative breast cancer, the tpCR rate of the AC-THP group tended to be higher than that of the TCbHP group (100% vs. 81.82%, P=0.088).The incidence of grade 3 or higher adverse reactions in the TCbHP group was slightly higher than that in the AC-THP group (12.82% vs. 9.38%, P=0.753).No deaths occurred in the whole group.Moreover, no significant difference was observed in the completion rate of the given approaches between the TCbHP group and the AC-THP group (92.31% vs. 90.63%, P=0.718). Conclusion In real-world clinical practice, the neoadjuvant therapy of TCbHP and AC-THP are effective, safe, and well tolerated among patients with HER2-positive breast cancer.The tpCR rate between the two approaches was not significantly different.The AC-THP regimen could also be considered as one of the optimal regimens for HER2-positive breast cancer in neoadjuvant therapy.

In recent years, immunotherapy has made a breakthrough in the field of non-small cell lung cancer, reshaping the pattern of lung cancer treatment. However, with the wide application of immunotherapy in clinical practice, immune-related adverse events have attracted increasing attention. Immune pneumonia, as one of the immune-related toxic side effects of greatest concern, affects the treatment process and curative effect and can be a threat to life in serious cases. Given that immune pneumonia has a complicated pathogenesis and diverse clinical manifestations, strengthening the understanding of immune pneumonia is urgently needed. The treatment of immune pneumonia is limited, and additional therapeutic medicines are still awaiting exploration. Therefore, this paper summarizes the progress of the research on immune pneumonia in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.

Abstract Background Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is a chronic condition resulting from microangiopathy in a high-glucose environment. The evaluation of vascular injury in DN has primarily focused on active molecules of VEGF, namely VEGFA and VEGF2(F2R). Notoginsenoside R1 (NGR1), a traditional anti-inflammatory medication, exhibits vascular activity. Therefore, identifying classical drugs with vascular inflammatory protection for the treatment of DN is a valuable pursuit. Methods The “Limma” method was employed to analyze the glomerular transcriptome data, while the Spearman algorithm for Swiss target prediction was utilized to analyze the drug targets of NGR1. The molecular docking technique was employed to investigate the relationship between vascular active drug targets, and the COIP experiment was conducted to verify the interaction between fibroblast growth factor 1 (FGF1) and VEGFA in relation to NGR1 and drug targets. Results According to the Swiss target prediction, the LEU32(b) site of the Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor A (VEGFA) protein, as well as the Lys112(a), SER116(a), and HIS102(b) sites of the Fibroblast Growth Factor 1 (FGF1) protein, are potential binding sites for NGR1 through hydrogen bonding. Additionally, the Co-immunoprecipitation (COIP) results suggest that VEGFA and FGF1 proteins can interact with each other, and NGR1 can impede this interaction. Furthermore, NGR1 can suppress the expression of VEGFA and FGF1 in a high-glucose environment, thereby decelerating podocyte apoptosis. Conclusion The inhibition of the interaction between FGF1 and VEGFA by NGR1 has been observed to decelerate podocyte apoptosis.

This paper combines virtual reality technology with end-to-end speech recognition technology to design a digital tourism system to satisfy non-native English speakers (tourists) with the advantage of interactive projection technology. VRML technology is utilized to accelerate network interaction and piggyback on the construction of the digital tourism system. Particle swarm-based hybrid collision algorithm and end-to-end English speech recognition algorithm are proposed respectively to construct a real and complete tourism environment and convert English speech to meet the tourism needs of non-native English speakers. The performance advantages of the improved AABB-MPSO algorithm are detected by combining the exploration of the influence of the size of the search space on the search success rate and search time. Analyze the relationship between the number of modeling units and the recognition error rate of the end-to-end English recognition model with a joint CTC and attention mechanism, using spoken speech of free conversation in real scenes. The seven digital tourism experience dimensions of scenic integrity, scenic service quality, scenic authenticity, scenic infrastructure, degree of commercialization, English recognition and conversion, and cultural connotation embodiment are delineated to explore the key factors of tourism physical examination. Non-native English speakers’ evaluation of the digital tourism experience is generally high, and the mean value of each dimension is greater than “3”, which means that the digital tourism system designed in this paper can meet the tourism needs of non-native English speakers.

As we all know, a healthy body is a guarantee that students to do better in their studies, so students’ health should not be neglected in the process of students’ development. This study examines the impact of exercise training on the physical health of college students by combining college physical education teaching and exercise training. Sixty students from a college in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, were selected as experimental subjects. The effect of exercise training on college students’ physical fitness and health promotion was studied using pre- and post-test analysis of data, correlation analysis, and multiple regression, and an independent t-test was performed on the study subjects. There were significant differences (P0.05. There is no significant difference between the indicators of physical function. It indicates that sports training has a significant effect on promoting physical fitness improvement in students. The students’ body mechanics and physical fitness improved significantly after 12 weeks of sports training. It shows that exercise training helps to improve students’ body mechanics and physical fitness. There was a multidimensional association between students’ physical fitness and athletic training skills, and there was a significant positive correlation between students’ functional movements, physical fitness, and body mechanics on total athletic training, recovery training, and sports fitness training.

In the face of the current dilemma and predicament of students’ physical health, it has become inevitable to incorporate health education into the national education system, with the help of physical training to reshape cognition, establish beliefs, guide behavior, and other effective means, so as to achieve the fundamental purpose of improving the physical health of students. This paper takes college students’ physical health as the research object, carries out the research on efficient association rule mining algorithm for BMI index, uses Apriori association rule algorithm in R language data mining to carry out in-depth mining of physical health test data, and carries out in-depth comparative analysis and exploration of intrinsic information of physical test data of two academic years of 2022 grade in a school in a more detailed and in-depth way. A scientific guidance program for physical training is created using the collaborative filtering algorithm to support the high-quality development of college students’ physical fitness and health. The results of the study found that the correlation coefficient between physical training behavior and BMI index r = -0.753, confidence test value P = 0.0004 < 0.05, indicating that there is a significant negative correlation between students’ physical training behavior and BMI. That is, physical education and sports can significantly promote the physical health of college students, and ultimately, their BMI should fall within the normal range.

At present, the daily operation and maintenance of large-scale data centers such as banks in China, due to a variety of reasons, often brings about the problem of unexpected events that are difficult to locate. In order to ensure that the systems running in the data center work efficiently, this paper proposes a method for improving the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of financial data centers based on the cloud-native model. First, we sequentially cleanse and process the financial center data to eliminate any negative impact and generate a time-trending correlation of financial attributes. We then apply association mining to data center operation and maintenance, using stock information as an example to analyze the operational results in stock trading transactions. The result of correlation mining is component B index (up)⇒ component A index (up), support = 12/100, confidence = 12/19, which indicates that in 100 trading days, the number of days that the component B index and the component A index rise together is 12 days, while the number of days that the component B rises alone is 19 days. In the case study examining the impact of association mining in stock trading, on March 15, 2022, the stock price experienced a rise from 11.456 to 11.498 within a mere 0.1s. The financial data operation and maintenance system, using association mining, identified this as “abnormal,” demonstrating the model’s successful detection of abnormal behavior.

This paper uses a clustering algorithm to extract and classify credit rating features of tobacco retailers and evaluates whether the classification results are reasonable by combining clustering evaluation indexes. The distance between samples is calculated using the similarity measure. The natural domain method density and peak clustering method are used to analyze the distribution of sample points in the data set. Combining the cluster analysis creates the tobacco retail credit rating evaluation index. The results show that cluster analysis can effectively extract credit rating features from tobacco retailers. When the number of features is 25, the model has the best classification effect, with a classification accuracy rate of 91.1%, a recall rate of 91.5%, and an F1 value of 91.3%. The classification of tobacco retailers’ credit ratings can be improved effectively by the research in this paper.

This paper analyzes the problem of disunity of communication interface and protocol of underground electromechanical equipment found in the process of intelligent construction of coal mine by Shendong Coal Branch of National Energy Group, and puts forward the requirement of developing the compliance inspection system of electromechanical equipment EIP communication protocol standard according to the EIP Communication Protocol Standard of Electromechanical Equipment of Shendong Coal Branch. The content of protocol standard is analyzed in detail, the key technologies of structured storage and programmed expression of protocol module are studied, and the design and implementation of “Shendong Coal Branch Electromechanical Equipment EIP Protocol Data Consistency Detection System” is completed through the key processes of demand analysis, architecture design, function design and system trial run.

Abstract Background Self-rated health among old adults (SHOA) indicates individuals' subjective assessments and evaluations of their overall health based on objective physical circumstances. The purpose of this study was to analyze the current state and influencing factors of the subjective perception-based self-rated health (SH) by qualifying selected older adults with similar objective physical conditions, as well as to explore the equality and changing trends of SHOA based on influencing factors. Methods This study designed a cross-sectional study, conducted in three provinces in east, central and west China, and included 1,153 older adults (> = 60 years) with intact physical condition (IPC). The current state of SHOA and its influencing factors were analyzed using mean comparisons and Logistic regression (LR) models. The equality level and trend of SHOA's effect on health literacy, health habits, and access to health care were determined using the Lorenz curve, Gini coefficient, and Vector Autoregression (VAR) model. Abstract Buildings near direct current transmission lines are sensitive to the electromagnetic environment, and the measurement of the electric field above them is important in engineering design and environmental assessment in China. The models of buildings and probes in the ion flow field were established to explore the accurate measurement method of the electric field above the building. Based on the upstream finite element method and the predictor–corrector method, the influence of whether the probe was grounded or not above the building was studied. On this basis, simulation experiments and real‐type experiments were carried out. The results show that when the electrical conductivity of the building was greater than 10−10 S/m, being grounded or not would not change the results. When the building conductivity was between 10−11 and 10−12 S/m, the electric field measurement results would be increased by 30% to 120% after grounding. In the real‐type experiments on the platform with a plywood roof, the relative error in the electric field when grounded or not was only 2.6%. This proved the reliability of the calculated results. In this paper, the measuring method of the DC space charge‐modified electric field above buildings was analyzed first, and the conclusion that ground wire can be cancelled above buildings with general materials was presented. The research results can provide a technical basis for the accurate measurement of the electric field above the buildings near DC transmission lines.

Abstract Background The self-rated health of older adults (SHOA) plays an important role in enhancing their medical service utilization and quality of life. However, the determinants and magnitude variations in SHOA at the family level (SHOAFL) remain unknown. The purpose of this study was to assess the status and equitable level of SHOAFL in China, as well as to analyze the influencing factors and the precise nature and scope of their impacts. Methods This study analyzed the data from the "Chinese residents' health service needs survey in the New Era", and included a total of 1413 families with older adults. The status and influencing factors of SHOAFL were analyzed using mean comparison and Logistic regression (LR) models. The Concentration Index method was used to explore the equity of the distribution of SHOAFL. The relationship between differences in personal characteristics among family members and differences in SHOA was determined by the method of Coupling Coordination Degree (CCD). Abstract Background Meeting the demands of older adults for health promotion services (DOAHPS) is essential for maintaining their health and enhancing their quality of life. The purpose of this study was to construct a model for evaluating DOAHPS to quantitatively evaluate the current state and equity level of DOAHPS in China, as well as to explore the main factors affecting DOAHPS’ current state and equity level. Methods This study analyzed the DOAHPS data from the "Survey on Chinese Residents' Health Service Demands in the New Era", which included 1542 older adults aged 65 and older. Relationships between evaluation indicators of DOAHPS were explored using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The Weighted TOPSIS method and Logistic regression (LR) were used to analyze the current state and factors impacting DOAHPS. The equity level of DOAHPS’ allocation among different older adult groups and its influencing factors were determined using the Rank Sum Ratio (RSR) method and T Theil index. The effects of electrolyte ratio, voltage, and polishing time on the surface quality and corrosion resistance of the Ti6Al4V crowns fabricated by selective laser melting were analyzed in this paper. The results show that, the surface roughness of the Ti6Al4V crowns is large, and there are a large number of powder particles on the sample surface. At the same time, the undulating molten pool boundary and steps can be observed and the initial roughness is about 30 μm. For the electrochemical polishing performed with the volume ratio of perchloric acid and acetic acid as 1:8, when the voltage is low (10 V), the adhered powder particles are removed, the surface roughness changes little, the polishing effect is not obvious. Meanwhile, when the voltage is high (50 V) or the volume ratio of perchloric acid and acetic acid is high, the surface is locally uneven, the surface roughness increases, the polishing effect is excessive. The surface quality of the Ti6Al4V crowns is significantly optimized by polishing in the electrolyte with the volume ratio of perchloric acid and acetic acid as 1:8 at 30 V for 30 min, the surface roughness is about 1 μm after polishing, satisfying the requirements for application. The corrosion resistance of the Ti6Al4V crowns after electrochemical polishing is greatly improved, which is nearly an order of magnitude compared with the crowns without the surface treatment.

The formation mechanism and process control of the common defects in selective laser melting GH4169 alloys were briefly introduced, such as spheroidization and holes. The effects of laser power, scanning rate, and powder thickness on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the GH4169 alloys during selective laser melting were emphatically analyzed, and the influences of heat treatment and particle reinforcement on the microstructure and mechanical properties of GH4169 alloy were investigated. Finally, the prospect of the selective laser melting GH4169 alloys was presented from the aspects of process control trend and material strengthening design. It was considered that the design and forming of the particle-reinforced GH4169 composites by selective laser melting were the effective way to further improve the performance of the GH4169 alloys.

High temperature titanium alloys and titanium matrix composites (TMCs) have attracted the extensive attention in recent years due to the excellent properties, such as high specific strength, high specific stiffness, high corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance. The mechanical properties of the titanium matrix composites are often related to the reinforcing phase microstructures. The rapid solidification of additive manufacturing technology can refine particles and improve the mechanical properties of the particle-reinforced titanium matrix composites. The research progress of high temperature titanium alloys and titanium matrix composites was reviewed in this paper. The influence of the reinforcing phase on the mechanical properties of the titanium alloys and titanium matrix composites was analyzed, and the application of additive manufacturing technology used for the titanium-based gradient functional materials was summarized. The additive manufacturing technology can not only improve the hardness and strength of the particle-reinforced titanium matrix composites, but also increase the ductility of the composites, which will become the future development trend.

This paper concerns the multi-UAV task assignment problem, which is solved by a multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm for adaptive region partitioning. Since the traditional multi-objective optimization algorithms tend to fall into local optimum solutions when dealing with optimization problems, this paper establishes an improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) algorithm based on the adaptive angle area division. This paper proposes a new multi-UAV task assignment model where the threat constraint is concerned. To solve this model, the algorithm first preprocesses solution spatial information, including normalization of solutions and area division of space. Further, global optimal particle selection strategy is improved based on angle of division. In order to improve the global searching ability, some infeasible solution is used. Finally in the implementation stage of the algorithm, we set multiple nodes for the trajectory of the UAVs to increase the stability of the algorithm. The simulation experiments results demonstrate that the improved algorithm can provide a flyable solution for the UAVs and achieve better convergence and diversity.

To efficiently evaluate the dynamic reliability of the impeller structure in cross-flow fans, its probability density function of maximal stress is established using the probability density evolution theory（PDEM）. The stochastics in structure and surroundings are considered and the finite element analysis model is used. On the basis, the structural failure probability and time-dependent reliability at different operation times are given. The Abaqus finite element analysis software is developed again. Through the joint simulation of Matlab and Abaqus, the whole process batch simulation analysis of model building, stress analysis, result extraction and probability density evolution is realized. By comparing with the agent model method and the Monte-Carlo model from the perspectives of calculation efficiency and accuracy, the practicability of PDEM in evaluating the dynamic reliability of impeller structure is further validated.

This paper concerns the multi-UAV cooperative path planning problem, which is solved by multi-objective optimization and by an adaptive evolutionary multi-objective estimation of distribution algorithm (AEMO-EDA). Since the traditional multi-objective optimization algorithms tend to fall into local optimum solutions when dealing with optimization problems in three dimensions, we suggest an advanced estimation of distribution algorithm. The main idea of this algorithm is to integrate the adaptive deflation of the selection rate, adaptive evolution of the covariance matrix, comprehensive evaluation of individual convergence and diversity, and reference point-based non-dominated ranking. A multi-UAV path planning model involving multi-objective optimization is established, and the designed algorithm is simulated and compared with other three high-dimensional multi-objective optimization algorithms. The results show that the AEMO-EDA proposed in this paper has stronger convergence and wider population distribution diversity in applying to the multi-UAV cooperative path planning model, as well as better global convergence. The algorithm can provide an stable path for each UAV and promote the intelligent operation of the UAV system.

To investigate the effects of the gear eccentricity on the dynamic characteristics of the gear transmission system of locomotives, a locomotive dynamics model considering gear transmission system is established. The gear transmission sub-system and the locomotive system are coupled through the gear meshing, suspension system and wheel-rail interactions. The nonlinear factors such as gear backlash, time-varying meshing stiffness, track geometric irregularity and wheel-rail contact are considered in detail. The proposed model can reflect the vehicle dynamic behavior more realistically under traction state. The dynamic behaviours of the gear transmission system for the locomotive are systematically investigated under different gear eccentricities, and is verified by field tests. The results show that the dynamic performance of gear transmission system is directly affected by gear eccentricity, and its transmission stability deteriorates gradually with the increase of eccentricity. In addition, among the different monitoring points of the gearbox housing, the vertical acceleration near the pinion end is most significantly affected by gear eccentricity. This point can be used for gear eccentricity health monitoring, which provides a theoretical basis for the operation and maintenance of the locomotive gear transmission system.

Objective To develop a Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment (CMHA) questionnaire for soldiers and test its reliability and validity. Methods With the Military Demand-Resource model as the theoretical conception, and psychological measurement, statistical analysis, expert evaluation, collective discussion as the research method, a pre-questionnaire containing 98 items was revised based on the prediction of 935 soldiers. Another 1 689 soldiers were selected from basic army units to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire using cluster sampling. Results The formal CMHA questionnaire contained 94 items and 12 factors (adaptability, positive coping, depression, negative emotion, positive emotion, work involvement, loneliness, friendship, family satisfaction, institutional trust, interpersonal trust and life meaning). The internal consistency coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.978. The test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.756 (P < 0.01). Confirmatory factor analysis supported the 12-factor model, and fitted well with the measured data. Conclusion Our prepared CMHA questionnaire has good reliability and validity and is an effective tool to measure soldiers' multidimensional mental health.

This article discusses the bifurcation analysis and control of a valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder system. The dynamic system of the valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder is established. Normal form theory and Hopf bifurcation theory are used to analyse the bifurcation characteristic at equilibria of the system. Then, a dynamic-state feedback control method is proposed. A nonlinear controller is set for the system to control the bifurcation with the method. By adjusting the control parameters, the delay of model bifurcation and the stability of the system can be changed. Numerical analysis verifies the correctness of bifurcation control.

Porous GH4169 superalloy materials with the different pore structures were prepared by selective laser melting technology. The effects of pore structure on the capillary and compressive mechanical properties were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), capillary curves, and compressive stress strain curves. The results show that, the porosity of the porous superalloy specimens increases from 3.5% to 46.1% with decreasing the laser power from 285 W to 160 W. With the increase of porosity from 15.6% to 21.7%, the capillary pumping rate of the porous superalloy specimens increases from 4.44 to 6.56 mg/(s·cm3), and the capillary pumping mass decreases from 91.3 to 81.7 mg/cm3, due to the decrease of capillary force caused by the increased pore size of the porous materials. Increasing the porosity of the porous materials leads to the decrease of elastic modulus from 53 to 11 GPa and the decrease of elastic limit from 768 to 217 MPa. It also can be found that all of the porous superalloy specimens show the good resistance to the compression deformation.

BackgroundFocal adhesion serves as a bridge between tumour cells and the extracellular matrix (ECM) and has multiple roles in tumour invasion, migration, and therapeutic resistance. However, studies on focal adhesion-related genes (FARGs) in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) are limited.MethodsData on HNSCC samples were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas and GSE41613 datasets, and 199 FARGs were obtained from the Molecular Signatures database. The integrated datasets’ dimensions were reduced by the use of cluster analysis, which was also used to classify patients with HNSCC into subclusters. A FARG signature model was developed and utilized to calculate each patient’s risk score using least extreme shrinkage and selection operator regression analysis. The risk score was done to quantify the subgroups of all patients. We evaluated the model’s value for prognostic prediction, immune infiltration status, and therapeutic response in HNSCC. Preliminary molecular and biological experiments were performed to verify these results.ResultsTwo different HNSCC molecular subtypes were identified according to FARGs, and patients with C2 had a shorter overall survival (OS) than those with C1. We constructed an FARG signature comprising nine genes. We constructed a FARG signature consisting of nine genes. Patients with higher risk scores calculated from the FARG signature had a lower OS, and the FARG signature was considered an independent prognostic factor for HNSCC in univariate and multivariate analyses. FARGs are associated with immune cell invasion, gene mutation status, and chemosensitivity. Finally, we observed an abnormal overexpression of MAPK9 in HNSCC tissues, and MAPK9 knockdown greatly impeded the proliferation, migration, and invasion of HNSCC cells.ConclusionThe FARG signature can provide reliable prognostic prediction for patients with HNSCC. Apart from that, the genes in this model were related to immune invasion, gene mutation status, and chemosensitivity, which may provide new ideas for targeted therapies for HNSCC.

In this paper, two arc modes of gas shielded metal arc welding (GMAW), a new pulsed mode (microMIG) and a non-pulsed mode (microMIG-CC), were used to melt ER5356 aluminum alloy wire for thin-wall fabrication. The influence of both arc modes on the melt–drop transition pattern, thin–wall properties, porosity, microstructure and mechanical properties was investigated at the same heat input. The microMIG mode adds SKS-based current time based on conventional pulsed GMAW for short-circuiting the transition, which leads to a faster spread of melt pool temperature. The rapid cooling of the melt pool contributed to the increase of grain nucleation rate and inhibited grain growth, resulting in smaller grain size in the microMIG mode specimens. In addition, the low porosity of microMIG specimens is attributed to the high voltage of the micro-MIG mode resulting in an unfocused heat source, which leads to a shallow penetration depth of the specimens and a reduced hydrogen escape distance. Compared with the microMIG-CC mode, the microMIG mode specimens have smaller grain size and lower porosity, therefore higher tensile strength is obtained. The isotropic property of thin walls is due to the existence of equiaxed grains and the random distribution of grain orientation. However, the aggregation of dislocations and the increase of precipitates make microMIG-CC have higher hardness. Overall, the mechanical properties of the thin wall specimens of WAAM 5356 aluminum alloy are higher than those of the as-cast specimens.

Objectives: This study aimed to determine whether SII on different days of admission is associated with severity and 180-day functional outcomes after basal ganglia ICH. Methods: In this retrospective study, data on baseline CT imaging characteristics, mRS, hematoma volume, and laboratory variables were included. The SII and NLR, LMR, and PLR were calculated from laboratory data collected on admission day, day 1, and days 5–7. Both univariate and multivariable logistic regression analyses were used to assess the association between the SII and the outcome. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis and area under the curve (AUC) were also used to evaluate the ability of the SII to predict outcomes. Result: A total of 245 patients were enrolled in the study. On different days, the NLR, PLR, and SII were significantly lower in patients with favorable outcomes than in those with poor outcomes, and the volume of hemorrhage was positively correlated with the SII. These parameters were associated with outcomes in the univariate logistic regression. In the adjusted analyses, the SII and PLR were independent predictors of basal ganglia ICH outcomes. ObjectiveTo find a method to distinguish exogenous gamma-hydroxybutyrate （GHB） from endogenous GHB by establishing ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry （UPLC-MS） based on exosome for quantitative detection of GHB in the rat blood.MethodsAdult male SD rats were divided into 1 h, 5 h, 10 h administration group and control group. After 1 h, 5 h and 10 h of single precursor of GHB gamma-butyrolactone （GBL） intraperitoneal injection in administration groups, 5 mL blood was collected from the abdominal aorta. Meanwhile, the control group was given a same dose of normal saline, and 5 mL blood was collected at 1 h. Among the 5 mL blood, 0.5 mL was directly detected by HPLC-MS after pretreatment, and exosomes were extracted from the remaining blood by differential centrifugation and detected.ResultsThe concentration of GHB in the control group was （87.36±33.48） ng/mL, and the concentration with administration at 1 h, 5 h and 10 h was （110 400.00±1 766.35） ng/mL, （1 479.00±687.01） ng/mL and （133.60±12.17） ng/mL, respectively. The results of exosome detection showed that no peak GHB signal was detected in the control group and the 10 h administration group, and the concentrations of GHB at 1 h and 5 h administration groups were （91.47±33.44） ng/mL and （49.43±7.05） ng/mL, respectively.ConclusionGHB was detected in blood exosome by UPLC-MS, which indicated that exogenous GHB could be detected in plasma exosomes, while endogenous GHB could not be detected, suggesting that this method may be used as a basis to determine whether there is exogenous drug intake.

DC fault current limiter (FCL) is a key device for suppressing DC short-circuit fault currents,which is important in AC/DC hybrid grid. In this paper,topology of a multifunctional modular DC FCL is proposed,which consists of multiple series-connected power electronic modules. On the basis of analyzing its working mechanism,three functions of fault current limit,energy release and DC grid voltage support are realized. The operation mechanism of the multifunctional modular DC FCL is analyzed in detail. A typical configuration scheme is presented for its application in AC-DC hybrid grid. The design of control strategy is completed for the three functional corresponding operation modes. In order to verify the effectiveness of the topology and control strategy,a multi-case simulation model is constructed in Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results show that the proposed modular DC FCL topology and control strategy satisfy the requirements for fault current limiting applications under various fault conditions in AC/DC hybrid grid.

ObjectiveTo investigate the type and consumption of sanitary insecticides used in Putuo District of Shanghai， determine the current resistance of Aedes albopictus to the insecticides， and explore the causes of regional variations in insecticide resistance spectrum.MethodsPublic and private institutions of pest control operation were investigated on the use of sanitary insecticides. Dipping method and tube method were used to measure the insecticide resistance of Aedes albopictus， including larvae and adults.ResultsThe main insecticides used in residential areas and governmental units was β-cypermethrin， while that in markets and public environment was propoxur. In addition， and the insecticides in dengue control program was λ-cyhalothrin. Aedes albopictus larvae had medium resistance to parathion， and were sensitive to propoxur， with insignificant change within three years. Their resistance to permethrin and deltamethrin was medium and high， respectively. Moreover， resistance to β-cypermethrin increased over years. In contrast， resistance of adult Aedes albopictus differed by area， except consistently being sensitive to fenitrothion.ConclusionMultiple sanitary insecticides have been used in Putuo District. In addition， Aedes albopictus has different resistance to these insecticides by area. It suggests that resistance surveillance should be promoted， which may be crucial for scientific application of insecticides and impede the development of potential resistance.

Target recognition and anti-interference technology have become key technologies that determine the performance of precision guided weapons. Aiming at the combat characteristics of infrared air-to-air missiles in complex confrontation scene, this paper analyzes its target recognition and anti-interference development needs, and proposes a hybrid intelligent anti-interference algorithm that combines traditional algorithms and deep learning. This algorithm makes full use of the high reliability advantages of traditional algorithms in certain scene and the high-dimensional feature extraction capabilities of deep learning algorithms in complex scene, maximizing the mining of missile detection scene information, which is of great significance for improving the system’s anti-interference capability. On this basis, an air combat data set for algorithm testing and training is constructed, covering typical air combat scene. The experimental results show that under the same feature fusion conditions, the full anti-interference probability of the hybrid intelligent anti-jamming algorithm in typical scene reaches 71.56%, which is 15.77% higher than the traditional algorithm, which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.

The network security situational awareness (NSSA) technology, which can perceive the potential network security risks globally and dynamically, is receiving more and more attention.With the help of machine learning, artificial intelligence, big data, and the other technologies, the network security situation awareness solution of power control system can learn from the process of the long-term and massive network security situation data, gain insight into the internal logical relationship implied in the data, and realize the abnormal behavior identification, intrusion intention understanding, and impact assessment of various activities in the power business network. First, the basic concept and the logical block diagram of NSSA are introduced. Then, the current situation and the risk of network security of power control system are summarized. Next, aimed at these risks and deficiencies, the key technologies involved in the network security situation awareness platform from the perspective of practice are expounded, which include the multidimensional security event correlation analysis model,the abnormal traffic and abnormal behavior detection method based on “baseline learning”,the attack chain recognition model based on attack scenario,and the power remote control security technology based on “address self verification”. Finally, the situation awareness solution and its application in power monitoring systems are stated and prospected.
