Purposes Electrochemically switched ion exchange (ESIX) is a novel technology for selective ion separation and recovery, which can be utilized for lithium extraction from salt lakes. In particular, the interfacial bonding behavior between the current collector and the electroactive composite film has an important influence on the electrochemical performance of the composite film. Methods Titanium and carbon-based composite film electrodes were prepared by using titanium plate and graphite plate as current collectors, respectively, with LiMn2O4 as electroactive Li-ion exchange material. The interfacial bonding behavior between the current collector and the composite film was discussed by adhesion test, and the electrochemical performance of different composite film electrodes were analyzed by cyclic voltammetry, AC impedance, and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests. Findings The results show that the adhesion strength between graphite plate and composite film (1.33 N/cm) is about twice that between titanium plate and composite film (0.71 N/cm), and the carbon-based composite film electrode exhibits better electrochemical performance. In addition, the carbon-based composite film electrode has better lithium extraction performance during 10 consecutive ESIX processes. The above results are attributed to the more sufficient adhesion between the graphite plate and the composite film, which leads to better interfacial conductivity, thereby enhancing the electroactivity and cycle stability of the composite film electrode. However, the oxide film formed on the surface of the titanium plate after multiple redox will produce a large interface resistance, thus weakening the conductivity of the titanium plate.

The control of diamond film growth is crucial for the application of diamond films. In this article, different diamond film samples were prepared by adding nitrogen and oxygen in different proportions during the growth process. The key conditions for controlling the growth of diamond film with preferred orientation were obtained using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Raman spectroscopy characterizations. During the growth process, the growth of the diamond film with (100) preferred orientation could be achieved by adjusting nitrogen content. It was necessary to introduce nitrogen and oxygen in the growth process, and precisely regulate the ratio of the two to obtain the (111) preferred orientation of the diamond film. When only oxygen was introduced during growth, the preferred orientation of the diamond could not be achieved, leading to a smaller grain size and poorer crystal quality. From the perspective of grain morphology to film morphology evolution, this study obtained the crystal orientation control conditions during the diamond film growth, which has important guiding significance for the application of the diamond film. This study seeks to drive progress in the large-scale growth of readily machinable diamond and the evolution of diamond-grain optical fiber sensing through comprehensive investigations into the correlation between the preferred orientation in polycrystalline diamonds and reaction conditions.

The location and size of tumors, treatment methods and prognosis of patients with head and neck cancer can seriously affect their oral function and neck activity, thereby affecting daily activities such as eating, speech and upper limb movement. Early rehabilitation after head and neck cancer surgery can accelerate functional recovery, alleviate discomfort symptoms, improve quality of life, and reduce unnecessary rehabilitation or treatment measures. Developing a clinical rehabilitation nursing pathway for head and neck cancer, forming personalized rehabilitation plans, and conducting early and effective nursing interventions are currently one of the key points of clinical work for patients with head and neck cancer. At present, domestic and foreign guidelines or consensus pays less attention to the impairments of speech function, chewing and swallowing function, neck and shoulder function etc., and lacks a systematic and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing guide or consensus to provide practical guidance for the care of patients with head and neck cancer. Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine organized relevant experts from Beijing, Shanghai, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Zhejiang and Anhui to draft Expert consensus on postoperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with head and neck cancer basing on previous literature and clinical nursing skills and experiences, of which the aim is to provide guidance for those patients in the aspects of oral care, nutritional support, flap donor area care, care after tracheotomy, chewing and swallowing rehabilitation, speech function rehabilitation, neck and shoulder function rehabilitation, restricted mouth opening rehabilitation, risk identification and prevention and follow-up.

The high frequency H-diamond metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) were fabricated on single diamond substrate using 300°C ALD grown Al2O3 as gate dielectric and passivation layer. The devices gate length, gate/drain spacing and dielectric thickness are 100 nm, 2 μm, and 10 nm, respectively. The direct-current and frequency characteristics were investigated. The device shows a maximum saturation drain current of −492.6 mA/mm and gm of 135.2 mS/mm. The device shows good high temperature working performance, and the maximum saturation drain current only has a little decreasing of 7.6%. at 200°C. In addition, the device exhibits a maximum cut-off frequency of 36.2 GHz and maximum oscillation frequency of 70.5 GHz. The transient drain current response measurement indicates that the drain current can follow the changing of gate voltage at the frequency of 1 MHz. These results indicate that the Al2O3 dielectric is suitable for using in high frequency or the high-speed switching devices.

【Objective】 Trace elements in soil are essential for crop growth and food heath. Their bioavailability varies with various biotic and abiotic factors. This paper presents an analysis of trace elements in plough soil layer and its influencing factors in Shanxi province. 【Method】 Three representative counties with large cultivation areas of wheat, corn and millet were selected in the study. In each county, we took soil samples from 100 sites, and the contents of Fe, Mn, zinc and Se in each sample, as well as their relationship with pH, organic matter, soil type, and crop types, were analyzed and calculated. 【Result】 The average contents of Fe, Mn, Zn, and Se in all soil samples across the three counties were 30.42 g/kg, 626.55 mg/kg, 78.06 mg/kg, and 0.283 mg/kg, respectively. Contents of all elements varied spatially over the planting areas, with the highest content found in wheat-growing areas, followed by corn and millet fields. Trace elements in the three counties were mostly at medium or high levels, but some deficiencies were detected, particularly Fe in millet-growing areas. The contents of the four elements were significantly higher in litho, fluvo-aquic, fragmental, cinnamon and red clay soils than in brown, cultivated loessal, castno-cinnamon, and aeolian sandy soils. The trace elements were negatively correlated to pH and positively related to organic matter, both at significant levels. Correlation among the four trace elements themselves was positive, and multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the combined effect of planting area, soil type, pH and organic matter, on Se were the highest, with the comprehensive interpretation rate being 47.9%. The variation in Mn content was affected by soil type and organic matter, with its comprehensive interpretation rate being 8.1%. 【Conclusion】 The contents of Fe, Mn, Zn and Se in the plough soil layer are at moderate level or above in most areas in Shanxi province. However, Fe supplementation and nutrient improvement in millet-growing areas are required. Se content is affected by environmental changes, while Mn content is comparatively stable. Overall, the contents of the four trace elements are highest in wheat-growing areas, followed by corn and millet fields.

Objective·To study the prevalence of mouth opening restriction in oral cancer patients by meta-analysis.Methods·China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP), Wanfang Data (Wanfang), Chinese BioMedical Literature Database (CBM), PubMed, Ovid, EMbase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science/SciSearch, and ClinicalTrials.gov were searched for observational studies about the prevalence rate of restricted mouth opening in oral cancer patients (including prospective, retrospective, and cross-sectional studies). The time limit for retrieval was from the database establishment to April 30th, 2022. The obtained documents were independently screened and extracted according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the literature quality evaluation was performed by using methodological index for non-randomized studies (MINORS). The data were combined with the mouth-opening-restricted prevalence rate as the outcome indicator, the meta-analysis was performed by using Stata 15.0 software, and the subgroup analysis was performed based on the detection time, tumor site, and tumor stage. The evidence quality of outcome indicators was evaluated by using GRADE profiler 3.6 software according to GRADE (Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation) system.Results·A total of 3 719 documents were obtained during the initial examination, and 18 documents were finally included, including 2 701 objects. The meta-analysis results showed that the total prevalence rate of mouth opening restriction in oral cancer patients was 42.7% (95%CI 27.0%‒59.1%). The results of subgroup analysis showed that the prevalence rates of mouth opening restriction in patients with oral cancer before surgery, and 3 months, 6 months and 1 year or more after surgery were 29.6% (95%CI 9.0%‒55.8%), 75.2% (95%CI 68.3%‒81.5%), 59.1% (95%CI 38.8%‒77.9%) and 22.3% (95%CI 2.0%‒54.3%), respectively. The prevalence rates of mouth opening restriction in patients with oral cancer at T1‒T2 stage and T3‒T4 stage were 38.6% (95%CI 26.0%‒52.0%) and 99.6% (95%CI 93.9%‒100.0%) respectively. The prevalence rates of mouth opening restriction in patients with oral cancer in the retromolar triangle, the gingiva, the tongue, the salivary gland, the floor of mouth and the lip were 93.1% (95%CI 68.5%‒100.0%), 68.1% (95%CI 52.9%‒81.7%), 46.1% (95%CI 11.6%‒82.7%), 26.1% (95%CI 15.9%‒37.5%), 21.9% (95%CI 0.7%‒54.0%), and 3.1% (95%CI 0‒9.3%), respectively. The GRADE system for evidence quality grading indicated that the quality of evidence for outcome indicator was extremely low.Conclusion·The total prevalence rate of mouth opening restriction in patients with oral cancer is high, nearly 50%; the patients at 3 months after surgery, at 6 months after surgery, at T3‒T4 stage or whose tumor located in the retromolar triangle have higher prevalence rates.

This research investigates the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies on employee organizational citizenship behavior and business reputation within the travel and tourism sector. Through a comprehensive survey of 317 participants in tourism companies, the study employs Amos 25.0 and SPSS 25.0 software to construct a Hypothesis Testing Structural Equation Model, aligning with established methodologies. The results unequivocally demonstrate that CSR practices enhance a company’s reputation, subsequently fostering organizational citizenship behavior among employees. Notably, the intricate interplay among CSR policies, company reputation, and employee behavior is subject to moderation by specific factors. The findings underscore the nuanced dynamics shaping organizational behavior in the context of CSR initiatives. The study suggests potential avenues for future research, offering insights that contribute to both theoretical understanding and practical implications for businesses in the travel and tourism sector. This research advances our comprehension of the intricate relationships between CSR, business reputation, and employee behavior, providing a foundation for informed decision-making in corporate sustainability efforts.

As sound therapy, Songbo Sound Therapy is widely used around the world for the treatment of sleep disorders and physiotherapy. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore consumers’ willingness to purchase Songbo Bowl products and their influencing factors to enhance consumers’ willingness to purchase and to promote the high-quality development of China’s sound therapy instrument industry. The empirical results show that among the four dimensions affecting consumers’ willingness to buy, consumers’ price sensitivity, awareness and trust significantly affect consumers’ willingness to buy, and consumers’ perceived value is also a factor affecting willingness to buy. From the study of the four dimensions of willingness to buy, this paper finds that young people in faster-developing cities have a higher demand for Songbo products used to alleviate insomnia and other diseases, and at the same time, sound therapy is included in the national health insurance for the first time in 2022, which indicates that the sound therapy products have gone to the public. Targeted countermeasures and recommendations from the government level. The government should increase the publicity and promotion of sound therapy products, enhance consumer awareness and health consciousness, and establish a sound product feedback system and regulatory mechanism.

【Objective】 The objective is to clarify the soil nutrient supply capacity in wheat planting area of Shanxi Province and further provide theoretical basis for local wheat production with higher quality and efficiency. 【Method】 Three counties, including Hongtong, Xiangfen and Wenxi, were selected as the representative wheat planting areas in the study based on the data of Shanxi Statistical Yearbook 2018, and the soil samples of plough layer (0～20 cm) were collected according to the soil type, topographic feature and distribution of wheat area. The soil nitrate nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, organic matter and six trace elements (Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Ni and Se) were analyzed. 【Result】 The content of soil nitrate nitrogen in typical wheat planting area was 1.9~115.2 mg/kg, with an average value of 35.14 mg/kg; the content of available phosphorus was 2.4~88 mg/kg, with an average value of 26.9 mg/kg; The content of available potassium was 97.1~579.2 mg/kg, with an average value of 297.9 mg/kg, the content of organic matter was 5.61~64.28 g/kg, with an average value of 21.65 g/kg In general, the soil nutrient content in this study were 1.26%~109.4% higher than that of the second soil survey of Shanxi Province. The content of Cu ranges from 16.09 to 59.71 mg/kg, with an average of 30.40 mg/kg; the content of Zn ranges from 57.88~198 mg/kg, with an average of 90.04 mg/kg; The content of Fe ranges from 2.30%~6.66%, with an average of 3.76%; the content of Mn ranges from 426 to 926.1 mg/kg, with an average of 660.24 mg/kg; the content of Ni ranges from 23.1 to 47.75 mg/kg, with an average of 34.80 mg/kg; the content of Se ranges from 0.017 to 1.354 mg/kg, with an average of 0.434 mg/kg. The contents of 6 trace elements increased by 10.82%~141.11% compared with the background values of soil elements in Shanxi Province, and the sequence of 6 trace element contents was Fe>Mn>Zn>Ni>Cu>Se. There was extremely significant correlation between the organic matter and available phosphorus and total Se in local soil. The spatial distribution of soil nutrients in wheat planting area showed the content of soil nitrate nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium of Xiangfen County were the highest, and the content of 6 trace elements of Wenxi County were the lowest. 【Conclusion】 After more than 30 years of soil evolution and fertilization management, the soil nutrient content in wheat planting area of Shanxi Province was significantly higher than that of second soil survey of Shanxi Province.

Background: There is considerable evidence on the benefits of endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) for acute ischemic stroke (AIS) within 6 h after symptom onset. However, uncertainties remain regarding EVT efficacy beyond 6 h after symptom onset. We undertook a meta-analysis to assess the efficacy and safety of EVT in patients with AIS >6 h after symptom onset.Methods: We searched PubMed, EMBASE, and Chinese Biomedical through July 2019. We included studies involving early (≤6 h) vs. delayed (>6 h) EVT in selected patients with AIS, based on radiological evaluation criteria. Functional independence, successful recanalization, mortality, and symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH) rates were assessed.Results: Eight articles, with 3,265 patients who had undergone early EVT and 1,078 patients who had received delayed EVT, were included in the meta-analysis. Patients treated with early EVT showed a similar proportion of functional independence at 90 days [odds ratio (OR) = 1.14, 95% confidence interval (CI) = 0.926–1.397, P = 0.219; I2 = 36.2%, P = 0.128] as those treated with delayed EVT. Delayed EVT was also associated with no significant difference in mortality (OR = 1.015, 95% CI = 0.852–1.209; P = 0.871; I2 = 0.0%, P = 0.527), successful recanalization (OR = 1.255, 95% CI = 0.923–1.705; P = 0.147; I2 = 60.5%, P = 0.009), and sICH (OR = 0.976, 95% CI = 0.737–1.293; P = 0.871; I2 = 0.0%, P = 0.742) rates compared with early EVT.Conclusions: Among selected patients with AIS, delayed EVT showed comparable outcomes in functional independence, recanalization, mortality, and sICH rates compared with early EVT.
