The deep integration of optical fiber communications and high-capacity, high-frequency wireless communications is a core technology for the future 6th Generation Mobile Communication (6G). It is crucial for establishing typical 6G scenarios such as immersive communications, ubiquitous connectivity, and integrated communications Artificial Intelligence (AI). This paper reviews mainstream technologies and solutions for optimizing the architecture and improving the spectral efficiency of fiber-wireless integrated transmission systems. It also summarizes the progress made by our team in these areas. Firstly, to meet the high-capacity needs of next-generation of immersive communications, a novel architecture for seamless "fiber-wireless-fiber" integrated transmission system is proposed using commercial Digital Coherent Optics (DCO). It marks a pioneering achievement in real-time wireless transmission at 100/200/400 GbE with photonics, achieving a maximum line rate of 2×240.558 Gbit/s. Secondly, for application scenarios requiring broad coverage and flexible deployment, the Digital Sub Carrier Multiplexing (DSCM) technology is incorporated into the optical fiber-wireless convergence access system. It results in a coherent Passive Optical Network (PON) supporting up to 32 channels of fixed broadband and 32 channels of W-band millimeter-wave wireless access. This coherent PON could reach a rate of 100 Gbit/s and is adaptable for flexible rate adjustments and future upgrades. Finally, addressing the demand for communication AI integration, a likelihood-aware Vector-Quantization (VQ) Variational Auto Encoder (VAE) is proposed based on AI technology for end-to-end optimization of fiber-wireless integrated communication systems. Without the need for terahertz power amplifiers, we successfully demonstrate the wireless transmission of Dual-Polarization (DP) terahertz signal at a net rate of 366.4 Gbit/s over 6.5 m 2×2 Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) wireless link and 20 km Standard Single Mode Fiber (SSMF) link. These technologies exhibit tremendous potential for future 6G applications. Moreover, we briefly explored the possibilities for beyond 100 Gbit/s fiber-wireless integrated transmission technology, focusing on high capacity, long distance, integration and intelligentization.

Objective: To analyze the genetic phenotype of a pediatric chronic phase chronic myeloid leukemia(CML-CP) patient with a rare BCR-ABL1 fusion transcript and evaluate the therapeutic effect of tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), also we review the reported cases in the databases to explore the treatment and prognosis in chronic myeloid leukemia with e8a2 BCR-ABL1 fusion gene. Methods: A 3-year-old girl was diagnosed with CML-CP in our hospital，the laboratory results and treatment were analyzed. Treatment and response to TKI inhibitors in the CML-CP patients presented with a novel e8a2 fusion gene were reviewed by searching the databases of pubmed and wanfang. Results: The patient was admitted to our hospital due to skin ecchymosis and cervical lymph node swelling，and was diagnosed as CML by bone marrow cell morphology, but P190, P210 and P230 were negative in peripheral blood and bone marrow examination. BCR (e8) -FIBCD1-ABL1 (a2) fusion gene was positive in peripheral blood by Nested RT-PCR. A total of 26 CML patients with e8a2 BCR-ABL1 fusion transcript in the database were reviewed, all of which were adult cases. In the literature, 21 patients received TKI inhibitor treatment, 19/21 (90.4%) achieved different degrees of molecular response. This case onset with elevated white blood cells and thrombocytopenia,and after imatinib treatment， the patient had achieved complete hematologic remission, and the BCR-ABL1 fusion gene transcript could not be detected. However, the bone marrow chromosomes showed a complex karyotype of 38-40,XX,-7,-17,-20,-21,-22[cp7] /46,XX at the follow-up of 39 months. Conclusions: CMI-CP with e8a2 BCR-ABL1 genotype is rare, we first report this atypical e8a2 BCR-ABL1 transcript expression in pediatric CML patient. Although complete hematological remission continued after TKI inhibitor treatment, an abnormal karyotype was found in bone marrow chromosomes, suggesting that this variant genotype may have a poor prognosis, and following up closely is necessary.

Based on the traditional Flanders interaction analysis method, this paper proposes a new method for analyzing English teachers’ behavior by combining long and short-term memory networks in deep learning techniques. Firstly, the Flanders coding system is optimized in the coding stage, and the English teacher behavior categories are refined to better reflect the integrity, richness, and diversity of the classroom teaching process so as to construct an English teacher behavior dataset. Then, we designed the research protocol, determined the research subjects and instruments, classified the time series representing English teacher behavior based on the LSTM English teacher behavior analysis model in the results and analysis phase, and analyzed and evaluated the correlation between teacher behavior of students’ English learning achievement based on the classification results. The results show that the probability of getting the English teacher behavior evaluation index categories 1 to 4 is 0.6111, 0.00049, 0.002, and 0.3882, respectively. There is a significant correlation between both student learning achievement and teacher behavior, and the correlation coefficient of both is (r =0.73). Teacher behavior affects the achievement of student learning effectiveness. This study helps teachers to reflect on their teaching behaviors so as to improve the quality of teaching in higher education.

This paper combines the fuzzy cognitive diagnostic model and the four-parameter Logistics model to analyze students’ cognitive states of ideology, politics and English education. Following that, a design method based on fuzzy cognitive mapping is proposed based on cognitive diagnosis theory and educational goal classification theory, and the construction process of learners’ fuzzy cognitive mapping is specified from three perspectives: course knowledge mapping construction, learners’ cognitive level diagnosis, and cognitive mapping visualization. Finally, a personalized learning platform with a learning style tendency test, quantitative assessment of cognitive level, accurate construction of the cognitive map, dynamic pushing of learning paths, and similar recommendation of learning peers was constructed. The results showed that in the study of the impact of the teaching model incorporating Civics on the comprehensive level of English, a significant t=3.43 at 0.01 level, p=0.0018 was presented between the experimental group and the reference group, and the mean value of the experimental group exceeded that of the reference group by 13.23.

Objective To analyze the current status and occupational factors associated with breastfeeding continuation after maternity leave among female anesthesia residents in China. Methods Our study was based on a nationwide survey 'Breastfeeding and Work/Family Balance Among Female Anesthesiologists' conducted by Chinese Society of Anesthesiology, which was targeted to female anesthesia residents giving birthsince January 1, 2015.An anonymous online questionnaire was developed to collect basic information, breastfeeding practices and workload.The inclusion variables were screened using the akaike information criterion (AIC), with the event defined as 'termination of breastfeeding'.Occupational factors that may affect breastfeeding were included as explanatory variables and non-occupational related factors that may affect breastfeeding were also included in the model to adjust for potential confounding effects.Schoenfeld were used to assess whether the variables were satisfied for each explanatory variable, and for those that were not, the time-dependent covariate for that variable was added to the model, occupational factors affecting breastfeeding duration were analyzed using stepwise Cox regression. Results A total of 436 anesthesia residents from 29 provinces were included.According to the survey, 372(85.3%, 372/436) terminated breastfeeding, of which 268(72.0%, 268/372) ended breastfeeding early due to work, 419(96.1%, 419/436) significantly reduced breast milk after work, and 133(30.5%, 133/436) had no opportunity to breastfeed at work.Their median breastfeeding duration was 10(8, 12) months.Longer work experience at childbirth was associated with a higher risk of discontinuing breastfeeding (HR=1.09, 95% CI: 1.03-1.15, P=0.004).The following occupational factors were associated with a longer breastfeeding duration: prolonged maternity leave (HR=0.85, 95% CI: 0.78-0.93, P < 0.001), tertiary hospital (HR=0.56, 95% CI: 0.43-0.73, P < 0.001), more opportunities for breast pumping during worktime (HR=0.02, 95% CI: 0-0.08, P < 0.001) and reduced workload during the breastfeeding period (HR=0.47, 95% CI: 0.26-0.86, P=0.014). Conclusion Hospital administrators can make efforts to offer prolonged maternity leave, modified rotation plan, breastfeeding rooms, and breastfeeding breaks, which are beneficial to both maternal and fetal health.

The development of the aviation industry is accompanied by the continuous research of high-performance aviation aluminum alloys. Stuck in vast untapped composition space and the routine trial-and-error method, efficiently discovering high-strength aluminum alloys remains a significant challenge. To address this issue, we proposed a knowledge-aware design system (KADS) using machine learning (ML) methods to facilitate the rational design of high-strength aviation aluminum alloys. An aviation aluminum alloy database containing 5113 samples was built based on Al–Zn–Mg–Cu, Al–Cu, and Al–Li series aluminum alloys. Notably, guided by the material knowledge, we constructed a feature pool (23 descriptors) to improve the interpretability and accuracy of ML models. Taking key knowledge-aware features as input, we realized the transformation from “element content to property” to “material knowledge to property” in ML modeling, which is the first time proposed in aviation aluminum alloys design. According to the predictive results, we experimentally fabricated a KADS-designed aluminum alloy (KADS-Sc) with superior mechanical strength (812 MPa for ultimate tensile strength and 792 MPa for yield strength). Furthermore, the strengthening mechanisms in KADS-Sc alloy were established quantitatively. The calculations confirmed that the precipitation strengthening (≈ 439 MPa) was most critical in the final strength increment, agreeing with the microstructure analysis.

Objective To investigate the effect of compound Huangbai soulution combined with Chinese herbal medicine wet compress in the treatment of senile pruritus. Methods Totally 60 elderly patients with pruritus were randomly divided into the control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received compound Huangbai solution wet compress, and those in the study group were compound Huangbai solution combined with Chinese herbal medicine wet compress therapy. The efficacy of the treatment was evaluated and compared between groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 77. 50%(31/40), higher than 42. 50%(17/40)in the control group, with a significant difference(P＜0. 05). Conclusion Compound Huangbai solution combined with Chinese herbal medicine wet compress showed a therapeutic synergies in relieve the pruritus and improve the healing in elderly patients with pruritus. (目的 探讨复方黄柏液洗剂联合中药湿敷治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的临床效果。方法 选取2021年1月—6月在医院进行治疗的老年皮肤瘙痒症患者80例, 随机分为对照组和研究组, 各40例。对照组给予复方黄柏液涂剂湿敷, 研究组在对照组基础上联合中药湿敷进行治疗。治疗4周后对比两组临床疗效。结果 研究组总有效率77. 50%(31/40), 高于对照组的42. 50%(17/40), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 复方黄柏液洗剂联合中药湿敷治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症疗协同效果明确, 能有效缓解患者瘙痒程度, 加快愈合。)

The simulation of seismic wave propagation in marine areas, which belongs to seismoacoustic scattering problem, is complicated due to the fluid-solid interaction between seawater and seabed, especially when the seabed is saturated with fluid. Meanwhile, huge computation resources are required for large-scale marine seismic wave simulation. In the paper, an efficient parallel simulation code is developed to solve the near-field seismoacoustic scattering problem. The method and technologies used in this code includes: 1) Unified framework for acoustic-solid-poroelastic interaction analysis, in which seawater and dry bedrock are considered as generalized saturated porous media with porosity equals to one and zero, respectively, and the coupling between seawater, saturated seabed and dry bedrock can be analyzed in the unified framework of generalized saturated porous media and avoid interaction between solvers of different differential equation; 2) Element-by-element strategy and voxel finite-element method (VFEM), with these strategies, it only needs to calculate several classes of element matrix and avoid assembling and storing the global system matrices, which significantly reduces the amount of memory required; 3) Domain-partitioning procedure and parallel computation technology, it performs 3D and 2D model partitioning for the 3D and 2D codes respectively, sets up the velocity structure model for the partitioned domain on each CPU or CPU core, and calculates the seismic wave propagation in the domain using Message Passing Interface data communication at each time step; 4) Local transmitting boundary condition, we adopt multi-transmitting formula, which is independent of specific wave equations, to minimize reflections from the boundaries of the computational model. A horizontal layered model with the plane P-wave incident vertically from bottom is used to demonstrate the computational efficiency and accuracy of our code. Then, the code is used to simulate the wave propagation in Tokyo Bay. All codes were written following to the standards of Fortran 95.

Objective To compare the refractive results and scattering-related visual quality between small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) and femtosecond laser-assisted LASIK (FS-LASIK) surgeries in 5 years after correction of high myopia and astigmatism. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 58 patients with high myopic who underwent corneal refractive correction surgery in our hospital from December 2011 to July 2013. The patients were divided into the SMILE group (n=30) and FS-LASIK group (n=28) according to their received surgical methods, only the left eyes being included for each patient. The preoperative and postoperative data at 3 and 6 months and 1 and 5 years were compared and analyzed. The observation indicators included uncorrected distant visual acuity (UDVA), corrected distance visual acuity (CDVA) and spherical equivalent (SE), and the parameters such as objective scattering Index (OSI), modulation transfer function cutoff frequency (MTFcutoff), Strehl ratio (SR), VA100%, VA20% and VA9% were examined using Optical Quality Analysis System (OQAS Ⅱ). Results During the follow-up of 5 years, the safety index was 1.136±0.099 in the SMILE group and 1.128±0.129 in the FS-LASIK group, and the efficacy index were 1.072±0.151 and 1.063±0.145 respectively, with no significant difference between the 2 groups (P>0.05). About 77% of treated eyes in the SMILE group and 71% in the FS-LASIK group obtained a postoperative UDVA of 1.0 or better. Predictability within ±0.50D accounted for 87% in the SMILE group and 75% in the FS-LASIK group. The SE of the SMILE group was (-7.22±0.91)D before surgery and (-0.12±0.38)D in 5 years after surgery, and those of the FS-LASIK group were (8.01±1.09)D and (-0.31±0.44)D respectively, indicating significant difference (P < 0.05). Moreover, there was no difference in MTF, SR, VA20% and VA9% between the 2 groups (P>0.05), while the differences in OSI and VA100% were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion SMILE and FS-LASIK have similar efficacy, safety, predictability and stability in 5 years after high myopia correction, and SMILE has slightly less effect on intraocular scattering than FS-LASIK.

[Objectives] This paper proposes a real-time obstacle avoidance method based on artificial potential field,in order to cope with the many potential obstacles in complex underwater environment which affects the movement plan for multi-autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV)cluster.[Methods] Firstly,a formation method based on dynamic network topology is adopted,and the AUV is regarded as a node in the network. The potential field function is set to meet the formation requirements. Then,based on the artificial potential field method,the potential field function is established for the region where both targets and obstacles exist simultaneously. Afterwards,the potential field function is upgraded to an exponential function,such that the AUVs can be planned online for real-time accomplishment of the mission of obstacle avoidance for multi-AUV cluster. Finally,10 AUVs and 6 obstacles are simulated with Matlab software.[Results] The simulation results show that with this method,each AUV can successfully avoid obstacles and reach the safe area at the target point.[Conclusions] The artificial potential field function method may enable the multi-AUV to accurately avoid obstacle in real time. The advancement of this technology has important and positive significance for improving military operational capability.

Based on the comprehensive analyses of many risk factors leading to accidents in immersed tunnel engineering, it is concluded that the risk factors leading to accidents in immersed tunnel engineering are very large and must be paid attention to in all aspects at all stages of the project. This paper classifies and identifies the risk factors in immersed tunnel engineering by investigating and visiting the relevant investigation, design and construction units of immersed tunnel, and then puts forward prevention and control measures to provide theoretical basis for the prevention of risk factors in Immersed Tunnel Engineering in the future and the risk management of the whole project.

Japanese quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica) reach sexual maturity earlier, breed rapidly and successfully, and cost less and require less space than other birds raised commercially. Given the value of this species for food production and experimental use, more studies are necessary to determine chromosomal regions and genes associated with gender and breed-differentiation. This study employed Trinity and edgeR for transcriptome analysis of next-generation RNA-seq data, which included 4 tissues obtained from 3 different breeding lines of Japanese quail (random bred control, heavy weight, low weight). Differentially expressed genes shared between female and male tissue contrast groups were analyzed to identify genes related to sexual dimorphism as well as potential novel candidate genes for molecular sexing. Several of the genes identified in the present study as significant sex-related genes have been previously found in avian gene expression analyses (NIPBL, UBAP2), and other genes found differentially expressed in this study and not previously associated with sex-related differences may be considered potential candidates for molecular sexing (TERA, MYP0, PPR17, CASQ2). Additionally, other genes likely associated with neuronal and brain development (CHKA, NYAP), as well as body development and size differentiation (ANKRD26, GRP87) in quail were identified. Expression of homeobox protein regulating genes (HXC4, ISL1) shared between our two sex-related contrast groups (Female Brain vs. Male Brain and Ovary vs. Testis) indicates that these genes may regulate sex-specific anatomical development. Results reveal genetic features of the quail breed and could allow for more effective molecular sexing as well as selective breeding for traits important in commercial production.
