Objective To explore the mechanism that macrophages promote epithelial-mesenchymal transformation (EMT) in bladder cancer cells. Methods A total of 137 tissues of bladder cancer (BC) were collected from Department of Urological Oncology of Chongqing University Cancer Hospital between 2000 and 2015. Immunohistochemical (IHC) assay was used to detect the expression of CLDN10 in 137 bladder cancer specimens, and statistical analysis was used to investigate the association in CLDN10 expression and clinical features. In mouse RAW264.7 macrophages and bladder cancer MB49 cells, siRNA technology was used to knockdown the expression of TNF-α in RAW264.7 cells. Western blot assay was performed to detect the levels of related protein expression of EMT in MB49 cells, while immunofluorescence assay was used to detect the combination of CLDN10 and β-catenin. Plate clone formation assay was performed to detect the levels of related protein expression of EMT in MB49 cells and RAW264.7 cells. Results In 137 samples, the proportion of overexpression of CLDN10 was 49.6% (68/137). Overexpression of CLDN10 was positively correlated with tumor(P=0.014) and lymphatic metastasis (P=0.005), and was negatively correlated with survival time(P=0.048) and recurrence-free survival (P=0.008). Treatment of exogenous TNF-α led to accumulation of CLDN10 in BC cell nucleus. The results of Western blotting showed the levels of EMT related proteins Vimentin, Snail and Twist were up-regulated(P < 0.05). Adversely, repression of TNF-α in macrophages resulted in decrease of the levels of EMT related proteins, Vimentin, Snail and Twist (P < 0.05). The levels of expression of Vimentin, snail and Twist were increased while the level of E-cadherin was decreased(P < 0.05) in MB49 cells after co-culturing of RAW264.7 cells and MB49 cells. Conclusion Macrophages can modulate BC cell proliferation and EMT progression by secreting TNF-α to regulate CLDN10/β-catenin mediated signaling pathway.

Based on the virtual simulation platform, this paper firstly builds a five-in-one comprehensive, realistic 3D virtual platform with teaching method orientation, experiment method frontier, course thinking daily, team building refinement, and assessment and evaluation comprehensiveness. Then the establishment of the UAV nonlinear mathematical model, the bit attitude calibration of the UAV model, the virtual simulation of the motion of the UAV model, and the construction of the UAV flight sky realistic model based on the UAV corner control of virtual reality technology, and also the analysis of the UAV formation keeping control research based on 3D virtual simulation. The results show that the UAV takes off from a random initial position, so the initial error is large, and then the formation holding error is less than 0.1m when flying in a straight line, and the formation error is less than 1.79 when coordinating a turn. When flying in formation for the 40s, the ground sends a formation spreading command to perform a reconnaissance mission, and this study has a catalytic effect on the development of UAV aerial photography virtual simulation.

The realization of intelligent mine ventilation is the main technical means to build intelligent mines. Aiming at the problems of inaccurate adjustment of the ventilation system, low level of intelligence, and early warning information to be reflected in the emergency and disaster relief command center, a construction scheme of mine intelligent ventilation system was proposed. The scheme consists of underground monitoring equipment and a ground control center. It aims to establish a 3D ventilation simulation and intelligent identification platform for hidden dangers, and realize real-time dynamic analysis of mine ventilation data, 3D visualization, and safety early warning and auxiliary decision-making. Five key technologies of ventilation monitoring database, 3D ventilation simulation, AI video intelligent recognition, early warning and auxiliary decision-making, and system linkage control were studied in detail, and their technical characteristics and implementation plans were elaborated. Based on computer software development technology, 3D simulation technology and artificial intelligence technology, the mine intelligent ventilation system is designed and developed.

Objective To analyze the relationship between medical narrative ability and humanistic care quality among oncology nurses. Methods By convenience sampling method, 192 oncology nurses in Wuhan were selected as survey subjects. The general information questionnaire, Narrative Competence Scale(NCS) of medical staff and the Humanistic Care Quality Scale of nurses were conduct online. Results The average score of NCS of oncology nurses was (148. 18±21. 03) points. The average score of Humanistic Care Quality Scale of oncology nurses was (134. 44±11. 79) points. There was a significant positive correlation between medical narrative ability and humanistic care quality among oncology nurses(r=0. 577). Conclusion The medical narrative ability and the quality of humanistic care of oncology nurses were above the average. The quality of humanistic care of oncology nurses was positively correlated with the level of medical narrative ability. The hospital administrators should pay attention and take actions to improve medical narrative ability, in order to improve the level of humanistic care among oncology nurses. Objective To evaluate the performance and application efficacies of a ultra-fast thermocycling fluorescence quantitative PCR system for detection of influenza A virus (IAV) and influenza B virus (IBV). Methods Our constructed plasmids of IAV and IBV was employed as standards, and then the concentration was diluted gradiently. After each concentration was repeatedly detected with the ultra-fast thermocycling fluorescence quantitative PCR system for 20 times, a standard curve was drawn to verify the minimum detection limit and liner range of the system and correlative coefficient. A total of 278 clinical samples (88 IAV-positive, 87 IBV-positive, and 103 negative samples) were collected from the Biosafety Section of Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Southern Theater Command. They were isolated during 2016 and 2018, from the patients of 164 males (59%) and 114 females (41%), and at an average age of 24 years. The repeatability of the system was analyzed through the system repeatedly detect the identified 88 IAV-positive and 87 IBV-positive samples. The results of the system and traditional real-time q-PCR (RT q-PCR) were compared to evaluate the efficacy of the system. Results The results of ultra-fast thermocycling fluorescence quantitative PCR system showed that the minimum detection limit for detection of IAV and IBV plasmids was 1×100 copies/μL, and the liner range ranged from 1×100 to 1×105 copies/μL. In detection of clinical samples, this system obtained a sensitivity of 92.57%, a specificity of 100%, and negative and positive predictive values of 88.79% and 100%, respectively, with a coincidence rate of 95.32% when compared with the results of traditional RT q-PCR. There were no cross-reactions between IAV and IBV or among them with other pathogens. No interference was observed in the detection results of influenza in presence of 30 g/dL hemoglobin, 3.2 g/dL triglyceride and 100 μg/mL ceftriaxone sodium. Conclusion The system shows good detection performance in detection of clinical samples, with advantages of small in size, light in weight, short in time, and no procedure of nucleic acid extraction, and is suitable for point-of-care testing (POCT).

Objective To investigate the effect of " One syndrome and One Product " combined with medical care integration mode in improving the quality of nursing care for osteoporotic patients with spleen-kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods Totally 60 osteoporotic patients with spleen-kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on " One syndrome and One Product " combined with medical care integration mode. The patient’s level of knowledge on disease, degree of pain, nursing satisfaction and activity of daily living were measured and compared between two groups. Results After intervention, patients in the observation group achieved a higher level of knowledge on disease, lower score of pain assessment and higher score of nursing satisfaction compared with those in the control group (P＜0. 05). KIF1A gene encodes the kinesin 1a protein, an axonal motor protein participating in axonal transport. Variants in KIF1A were identified in different forms of neurodegenerative diseases. Here, we generated induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) from a Chinese hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) patient carrying a compound heterozygous c.773C>T(p.T258M) mutation in KIF1A gene by reprogramming peripheral blood cells with non-integrative vectors. The generated iPSC line (SDUBMSi001-A) had a normal karyotype, expressed pluripotency markers and could be differentiated into three germ layers in vitro.

The static wireless charging of electric vehicles is more convenient than traditional charging methods, but due to man-made parking will cause the coil to shift, which will cause the transmission power of the system to fluctuate and affect the stability of the system. Through the analysis of the traditional doublesided resonant system, it is found that it is more sensitive to the coupling coefficient k and the primary current will increase suddenly when k approaches zero. In order to solve these two problems, this paper compares four different resonance conditions and performs a large number of simulation experiments show that the antioffset performance of the system is the highest when both the primary and secondary sides are designed to be detuned, but a certain efficiency is sacrificed. When the bilateral detuned system is in the range of 2.4 times the coupling coefficient k, then the fluctuation of transmission power is less than 15%, and the maximum transmission efficiency is 58%. It has good anti-offset ability. And when k approaches zero, the primary current will not increase suddenly. The security performance of the system is greatly improved.

In this paper, hyperaccumulator straw (Solanum nigrum L., Amaranthus chinense L., and Siegesbeckia orientalis L.) and phosphate rock powder were selected as materials, a pot experiment was used to study the effects of three compounding modifiers on the growth, nutritional quality and cadmium (Cd) content of Chinese cabbage. The results showed that: (1) The combination of Siegesbeckia orientalis + phosphate rock powder can significantly promote the growth of Chinese cabbage, while Solanum nigrum + phosphate rock powder and Amaranthus chinense + phosphate rock powder have no effect on the growth of Chinese cabbage. (2) The combination of Solanum nigrum and phosphate rock powder increased the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and VC in shoots of Chinese cabbage by 64.33%, 16.27% and 2.2%, respectively, and the nitrite content decreased by 34.58%, which improved the quality of Chinese cabbage. (3) Different compounding modifiers can significantly reduce the Cd content in shoots of Chinese cabbage, and the reduction of Solanum nigrum + phosphate rock powder is the largest, reaching 61.29%. In conclusion, all three modifiers can improve the nutritional quality and reduce the Cd content in the shoots of Chinese cabbage, and Solanum nigrum + phosphate rock powder has the best effect.

Soil culture experiments were carried out to study the effects of the mixture of cadmium (Cd) hyperaccumulator straw (Solanum nigrum L., Amaranthus chinense L., and Siegesbeckia orientalis L.) and phosphate rock on soil pH, available Cd content and soil nutrients in Cd polluted soil. The results showed that: (1) The soil pH was increased to a certain extent by three kinds of compound materials. (2) The contents of available potassium (AK) and available phosphorus (AP) in soil were increased to a certain extent by the three compounding materials, but there was no significant effect on total nitrogen (TN). And 2% phosphate rock powder and 1% Amaranthus chinense L. had the greatest increase in AP, reaching 49.28%, and 2% phosphate rock powder and 1% Siegesbeckia orientalis L. had the greatest increase in AK, reaching 136.23%. (3) The available Cd content in soil was reduced by three kinds of compound materials. The decrease of available Cd was the greatest in 2% phosphate rock powder and 1% Solanum nigrum L. straw mixed, which was 12.71%. In summary, the combination of Cd hyperaccumulator straw and phosphate rock powder can effectively passivate Cd in soil and improve soil nutrient content, and 2% phosphate rock powder and 1% Solanum nigrum L. straw are the best.

Soil culture experiments were carried out to study the effects of the mixture of Amaranthus chinense L. straw and phosphate rock on soil pH, available phosphorus (AP), available potassium (AK) and DTPA-Cd content in Cd polluted soil. The results showed that: (1) 2% phosphate rock powder combined with 1%, 2%, 3% of Amaranthus chinense L. straw can significantly increase soil pH, AP and AK content. Compared with CK, pH was increased by 0.42~0.56, 0.53~0.70 and 0.47~0.73 units, respectively, and AP was increased by 19.03%~32.62%, 14.91%~43.63% and 18.88%~58.01%, respectively, and AK was increased by 201.46%~234.66%, 210.5%~266.56% and 184.07%~224.98%, respectively. (2) The DTPA-Cd content in soil decreased significantly after adding three different ratios of compound materials, which were 1.75%~9.01%, 2.86%~10.02% and 0.98%~8.7% lower than CK, respectively. In summary, the mixture of 1% Amaranthus chinense L. straw and 2% phosphate rock powder had the best passivation effect on Cd.

Based on analyzing the meshing theory of ideal gear and the tooth surface equation,the tooth surface equation of modified cylindrical gear profile with arcuate tooth trace is deduced. The modeling of modified cylindrical gear profile with arcuate tooth trace is realized based on UG. The change curve of contact stress with different modification coefficient is obtained through the comparing and analyzing the contact stress of different modification with help of the ANSYS Workbench（AWE）. The result shows that the value of contact stress decreases with the increase of modification coefficient. When the modification coefficient over 0. 2,the trend of the contact stress decreasing remained unchanged,the theory basis for the design of modified cylindrical gear with arcuate tooth trace is provided by this results.
