In current microfluidic-SERS(surface-enhanced Raman scattering) detection fields, noble metal nanoparticle sols are commonly used but a limited number of hot spots exist per unit of its volume and the areas of these hot spots are very small. Another common SERS substrate, the noble metal nano-three-dimensional array, has a time-consuming fabrication process and is costly to manufacture, while also succumbing to the memory effect. In this paper, a composite Ag/SiO2 sinusoidal grating SERS substrate structure integrated into a microchannel is proposed, which can be fabricated by laser interference photolithography and has no need for prefabricated photomasks. Large area and low-cost SERS substrates can be created simply and rapidly by using this method. The mathematical evaluation model of electric field enhancement near the composite sinusoidal grating surface is established with rigorous coupled wave analysis(RCWA). The mathematical model of the surface plasmon polaritons(SPP) coupling absorption is derived. The optimization matching relation of incident light, the composite sinusoidal grating structure and the dielectric constant of the external environment are analyzed. The optimal composite sinusoidal grating structure was obtained when the wavelength of incident light was 785 nm. The composite sinusoidal grating was prepared and its SERS performance was verified experimentally, proving that the SERS enhancement factor(EF) can reach 104.

Pteronemobius (Pteronemobius) truncates Zhang, Wang & Liu sp. nov. (Figs. 6���7, 16���18) Type material. Holotype: ♂, CHINA, Yunnan, Cangyuan, Banhong, 1.VIII.2013, leg. Yanju Dong. This new species is similar to Pteronemobius (Pteronemobius) indicus (Walker, 1869), but differs from the latter by the lateral lobes of epiphallus short, truncated, and shorter than ectoparameres. Description. Male (Fig. 6 ). Body small-sized and pubescent. Frontal rostrum and feet with black bristles; occiput flat; lateral ocelli ovoid, median ocellus circular; frontal rostrum narrow, almost equal to the width of scapus; apical joint of maxillary palpi longer than the third, rodlike; apical joint of labial palpi horseshoe, truncated at apex. Anterior margin of pronotum narrowed, slightly widened posteriorly, and the anterior and posterior margins nearly straight. Tegmina long, extending over apex of abdomen, with an oblique vein, mirror irregular; hind wings absence. Fore tibiae with an ovoid external tympanum, without internal tympanum; hind tibiae with 3 external dorsal spines and 4 internal dorsal spines, apex with 6 spurs. Subgenital plate trapezoidal, posterior margin truncated and slightly emarginated in middle. Genitalia (Figs.16��� 18): epiphallus distinctly transverse, and with membranous middle part; lateral lobes of epiphallus rather shorter the ectoparameres, with truncated apex. Female (Fig. 7). Body very similar to that of male. Tegmina nearly extending to 7 th tergite of abdomen, dorsal field with 4���5 veins. Subgenital plate with posterior margin deeply emarginated in middle. Ovipositor short, about 0.7 times as long as length of hind femur, with several small teeth on dorsal side. Coloration. Body dark brown. Head with 4 light longitudinal bands. Pronotum light yellowish brown, lateral field dark brown. Tegmina dark brown. Hind femora with two black spots, bottom 1/5 of femora with yellow bands. Measurements (mm). Tarbinskiellus sororius Wang, Zhang & Liu sp. nov. (Figs. 1���2, 8���10) Type material. Holotype: ♂, CHINA, Yunnan, Lvchun, Kucong, Luoshi, 21.VI.2017, leg. Dongxiao Zhang. This new species is similar to Tarbinskiellus portentosus (Lichtenstein, 1796), but differs from the latter by the ectoparameres of genitalia obviously broad; the shape of posterior margin of epiphallus different in middle area, and lateral lobes curved non inwards in dorsal view. Description. Male (Fig. 1). Body larger. Head strong, occiput slightly convex; frontal rostrum wider, about 2.3 times as wide as the scapus; frontoclypeal sulcus flat; apical joint of maxillary palpi longer than the third, rodlike; last joint of labial palpi longest, as long as 1 st and 2 nd joint combined; eyes small and protruding, median ocellus crescent shape, lateral ocelli rounded, nearly parallel. Pronotum obviously transverse, anterior margin obviously concave, and posterior margin slightly concave. Tegmina distinctly extending to apex of abdomen, dorsal field with 2 oblique veins, mirror small, slightly longer than broad, about 1.2 times as long as wide, diagonal vein straight; lateral field with 10 subcostal veinlets. Hind wings distinctly longer than tegmina, the apex resembles a tail in stationary. Fore tibiae with two tympana, external larger than internal, external tympanum oblong, internal tympanum oval. Legs short and stout. Hind tibiae with 4 pairs of dorsal spines, apex separately with 3 spurs, lower spur smallest. Subgenital plate nearly conical. Supra anal plate trapezoid, slightly narrowed and rounded posteriorly. Genitalia (Figs. 8���10): epiphallus distinctly transverse, and posterior margin clearly concave in middle, and lateral lobes curved non inwards in dorsal view; ectoparameres obviously broad, reaching to the middle of lateral lobes. Female (Fig. 2). Body very similar to that of male. Tegmina with 10 longitudinal veins in dorsal field, lateral field with 8 subcostal veinlets. Ovipositor shorter, not reaching to apex of hind wings. Coloration. Body dark brown. Pronotum dark brown and almost black, with a pair of dark red eyelike markings in dorsal field, and lateral field light brown. The lateral field lighter than the dorsal field of the tegmina. Ornebius yunnanensis Wang, Zhang & Liu sp. nov. (Figs 3, 11���12) Type material. Holotype: ♂, CHINA, Yunnan, Malipo, Mt. Laojun, 8.VIII.2014, leg. Yanju Dong. Diagnosis. This new species is similar to Ornebius formosanus (Shiraki, 1911), but differs from the latter by the head and pronotum reddish brown; mirror of tegmina large and elliptical; differs in the shape of male genitalia. Description. Male (Fig. 3). Body flat, pubescent, and covered with scales. Head small and narrow, the eyes located on edge of the head, not touching antennal sockets; antennal scape slightly elongate, about 1.2 time longer than wide; frontal rostrum convex, frontal rostrum about 1.5 times as wide as scapus. Pronotum distinctly extended backward, fan-shaped, anterior margin nearly straight, posterior margin wide rounded. Tegmina well developed and short, reaching to the base of the 4 th abdominal tergite; mirror well developed, length to width ratio is 2: 3. Fore tibiae with an ovoid internal tympanum, without external tympanum. Hind tibiae with 3 pairs of dorsal spurs and middle spurs longest. First tarsus shorter than half of tibia, with small spines on the dorsal surface. Supra anal plate very short, with weakly rounded posterior margin (Fig. 12). Genitalia (Fig. 11): epiphallus rather short; ventral median lobe relative long, distinctly raising from underside and covering whole ectoparameres and epiphallus; spermatophore sac massive. Female. In order to overcome the defect that low-night vision device generates monochrome images and to get visual color images more consistent with human eyes, according to the red-green-blue (RGB) color model and spectral separation principle of filters, a system of color night vision based on the secondgeneration image intensifier was designed. Through measuring the spectral transmittance of filter, the impact of filter on the signal to noise ratio(SNR) of image intensifier was educed. According to the low SNR problem, a four-frame fused method of full-wave image was proposed and verified by experiments .The experimental results show that the entropy and variance of chamber image are 6.8 and 35.39, respectively, and that of outdoor image are 7.0, 45.07, respectively, which are all better than the corresponding values of three-frame fused image. The result proves that the method presented is able to overcome the defect of low SNR, and get clearer color night vision image with more details.

Body medium, head short and slightly wider than pronotum (Fig. 2). Occiput somewhat convex, dorsal area of frontal rostrum flattened. Lateral ocelli rounded, located at side of frontal rostrum; median ocellus halfmoon-shaped, located at midpoint of frontal rostrum top. Frontal rostrum almost equal to the width of antennal scape. Eyes medium size, oval. Apical joint of maxillary palpi longer than the third, depressed and slightly widened. Apical joint of labial palpi longer than second, with rounded apex. Pronotum obviously transverse, middle of anterior margin slightly concave downward, almost equal to the width of posterior margin, posterior margin straight; midpoint of pronotum with a longitudinal concave, anterior margin of pronotum with more pubescent; lateral lobes trapezoidal, posterior margin slightly inclined, equipped with a ridge along margin; metanotal gland developed (Fig. 3), anterior margin of glandular fossa straight, obviously widened backward, with thick pubescent. Tegmen reaching 7th abdominal tergite, length about 1.4 times as long as width, with 5 oblique veins; mirror irregularly oblong, without dividing vein; apical area short, with irregular veins; lateral area with 6 oblique longitudinal veins. Wing short, almost reaching posterior margin of metanotal gland. Both inner and outer tympana present on fore tibia, oval-like, almost equal in size; hind tibia armed with small spines on the basal half portion and with 4 long spines respectively on both sides at the apical half portion. Supra anal plate, broad at base, posterior margin rounded (Fig. 4). Subgenital plate triangular; posterior narrowly, apical area arc-like. Genitalia (Figs. 5-7): epiphallus equipped widened, with pair of very small median lobes; lateral lobes developed, obviously narrowed to terminal, and slightly curved upward; epiphallic parameres obviously shorter than lateral lobes of epiphallus. Coloration. Body medium brown to dark brown, head and pronotum slightly darker. Tegmina pale brown, basal and apical portions respectively with a dark brown spot. Female. Unknown. Measurements (mm). Body slightly large-sized; surface finely pubescent. Width of head subequal with anterior margin of pronotum; eyes protruding anteriorly and nearly rounded. Median ocellus small and transversely ovoid; lateral ocelli large and rounded. Frontal rostrum slightly wider than scapus (9: 8), and distinctly flat on dorsal area; apical joint of maxillary palpus longer than 4 th joint and subequal length of 3 rd joint, distinctly widened apicad. Pronotum widened posteriorly, anterior margin straight, posterior margin slightly protuberant in middle, lateral margins angularly rounded bent into paranota; lateral lobes semicircular. Metanotal gland developed and slightly long, four internal angles round; bottom of gland large and without any structure in middle; posterior margin of bottom regularly covered with area of hairs (Fig. 2). Tegmina distinctly extending over apex of abdomen, with 2 long and 2 short oblique veins; mirror slightly longer than wide (11: 10); apical area very long, with regular veins; lateral area with 16 oblique subcostal veinlets. Fore tibia slightly swollen at tympana; internal tympanum with a wider slit-like opening on posterior side; external tympanum ovoid and free. Supra anal plate distinctly wider than long, with rounded posterior margin; setae area of dorsal surface semicircular; posterior portion of dorsal surface with membranous rounded concavity in middle (Fig. 3). Subgenital plate strongly swollen at base, distinctly narrowed posteriorly. Phallus developed (Figs. 4���7): epiphallus V-shaped in dorsal view; medial lobes of epiphallus rather long and acute at apex; lateral lobes of epiphallus strongly and curved upwards, reaching apex of lateral lobes, with some denticulations along outer margins; ecotophallus large, with 3 or 4 larger spines on each side; epiphallus parameres sclerotized, short than length of ecotophallus; endophallus short, with triangularly emarginated in the middle of apex. Coloration. Body brown. Head with four thin median longitudinal dark brown stripes on vertex, and with one distinctly yellow longitudinal stripe behind eyes. Subgenus Sonotrella Gorochov, 1988 Type species: Sonotrella mekongica Gorochov, 1988 Notes. Within this genus, the size of body from medium to slightly larger. Subgeneric characters shown in the key above were diagonosed by Gorochov (2002). In our recent study, one additional species from central Laos is added. The total number of species of this subgenus is increased from 8 to 9. All species are distributed in the Southeast Asia and China (Map 1). Distribution. Fore tibia strongly swollen at tympana; external tympanum ovoid; internal tympanum with a slit-like opening on posterior side. Male supra anal plate with sclerotized lateral part and short setae area; subgenital plate rather short, with posterior margin more or less widely rounded. Genitalia well-developed, epiphallus distinctly transverse, with V- or U-shaped posterior margin; lateral lobes of epiphallus distinctly longer than length of medial lobes; epiphallus parameres sclerotized and various; rami rather long and wide.
