Objective To investigate the imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis methods for common tumors in the posterior fossa of children, and to propose a flow chart for the diagnosis of common tumors in the posterior fossa of children based on the limited diffusion of DWI according to the idea of localization diagnosis followed by qualitative diagnosis. Methods A total of 118 pediatric patients with posterior fossa tumors who underwent surgical resection in Huashan Hospital, Fudan University from January 2021 to January 2024 were enrolled, and all of them underwent head CT and MRI examinations, and preoperative localization diagnosis and qualitative diagnosis were carried out accordingly. Then, based on whether DWI was diffusion limited, a flow chart for the diagnosis of common tumors in the posterior fossa of children was proposed. Results A total of 118 children with posterior fossa tumors were localization and qualitatively diagnosed, including 41 cases of fourth ventricular tumors, including medulloblastoma (27 cases), pilocytic astrocytoma (7 cases), ependymoma (5 cases), choroid plexus papilloma (one case), and rosette-forming glioneuronal tumor (RGNT, one case). There were 38 cases of brainstem tumors, including 24 cases of diffuse midline glioma, H3 K27 - altered, 5 cases of pilocytic astrocytoma, 3 cases of cavernous hemangioma, 2 cases of pediatric-type diffuse high-grade glioma (prone to diffuse midline glioma, H3 wild type), 2 cases of ganglio glioma, one case of atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor (AT/RT), and one case of pediatric - type diffuse low - grade glioma. There were 9 cases of cerebellopontine angle (CPA) tumors, including 3 cases of pilocytic astrocytoma, 2 cases of cholesteatoma, one case of medulloblastoma, one case of diffuse midline glioma, H3 K27-altered, one case of pilomyxoid astrocytoma, and one case of Ewing sarcoma. There were 30 cases of cerebellar tumors, including 15 cases of pilocytic astrocytoma, 7 cases of medulloblastoma, 2 cases of cavernous hemangioma, one case of ependymoma, one case of pediatric-type diffuse low-grade glioma, one case of pediatric-type diffuse high- grade glioma (prone to diffuse midline glioma, H3 wild type), one case of dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor (DNT), one case of hamartoma, and one case of extrarenal rhabdomyomatoid tumor cerebellar metastases. Localization diagnosis, the accuracy of preoperative CT was 93.22% (110/118), while the accuracy of preoperative MRI was 100% (118/118). Qualitative diagnosis, 74 cases (62.71%) had accurate qualitative diagnosis, 23 cases (19.49%) had general diagnosis, and 21 cases (17.80%) had wrong diagnosis. The imaging differential diagnosis of posterior fossa tumors in children focuses on medulloblastoma, pilocytic astrocytoma, ependymoma, and diffuse midline glioma, H3 K27-altered. The incidence of limited diffusion of DWI in medulloblastoma, pilocytic astrocytoma and ependymoma outside the brainstem was 100% (35/35), 4% (1/25) and 5/6, and the difference among the three tumors was statistically significant (Z = - 5.601, P = 0.000). The incidence of limited diffusion of DWI in diffuse midline glioma, H3 K27- altered and pilocytic astrocytoma in the brainstem was 79.17% (19/24) and 1/5, and the difference between the two tumors was also statistically significant (Fisher's exact possibility: P = 0.038). Conclusions The early diagnosis of posterior fossa tumors in children is difficult, and DWI is an important basis for differential diagnosis.

Fused silica with surface structures has potential applications in microfluidic, aerospace and other fields. To fabricate structures with high dimensional accuracy and surface quality is of paramount importance. However, it is indeed a challenge to strike a balance between accuracy and efficiency at the same time. Here, a temporally shaped femtosecond laser Bessel-beam-assisted etching method with dual-control of incubation effect is proposed to achieve this balance. Instead of layer-by-layer ablation continuously with Gaussian pulses, silica is modified discretely by double pulse Bessel beam with one single layer. During the modification process, incubation effect is dual-controlled in single shot process and spatial scanning process to generate even modified region efficiently. Then, the modified region is etched to form designed structures such as microholes, grooves, etc. The proposed method exhibits high efficiency for fabrication of surface structures in fused silica.

Abstract Advances in stem cell technology offer new possibilities for patients with untreated diseases and disorders. Stem cell-based therapy, which includes multipotent mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), has recently become important in regenerative therapies. MSCs are multipotent progenitor cells that possess the ability to undergo in vitro self-renewal and differentiate into various mesenchymal lineages. MSCs have demonstrated promise in several areas, such as tissue regeneration, immunological modulation, anti-inflammatory qualities, and wound healing. Additionally, the development of specific guidelines and quality control methods that ultimately result in the therapeutic application of MSCs has been made easier by recent advancements in the study of MSC biology. This review discusses the latest clinical uses of MSCs obtained from the umbilical cord (UC), bone marrow (BM), or adipose tissue (AT) in treating various human diseases such as pulmonary dysfunctions, neurological disorders, endocrine/metabolic diseases, skin burns, cardiovascular conditions, and reproductive disorders. Additionally, this review offers comprehensive information regarding the clinical application of targeted therapies utilizing MSCs. It also presents and examines the concept of MSC tissue origin and its potential impact on the function of MSCs in downstream applications. The ultimate aim of this research is to facilitate translational research into clinical applications in regenerative therapies.

Many cancers exhibit resistance to chemotherapy, resulting in a poor prognosis. The transcription factor NRF2, activated in response to cellular antioxidants, plays a crucial role in cell survival, proliferation, and resistance to chemotherapy. This factor may serve as a promising target for therapeutic interventions in esophageal carcinoma. Recent research suggests that NRF2 activity is modulated by ubiquitination mediated by the KEAP1-CUL3 E3 ligase complex, highlighting the importance of deubiquitination. However, the specific deubiquitinase responsible for regulating NRF2 in esophageal cancer remains unknown. In this study, a novel regulator of the NRF2 protein, Ubiquitin-Specific Protease 35 (USP35), has been identified. Mechanistically, USP35 modulates NRF2 stability through enzymatic deubiquitination. USP35 interacts with NRF2 and facilitates its deubiquitination. Knockdown of USP35 leads to a notable increase in NRF2 levels and enhances the sensitivity of cells to chemotherapy. These findings suggest that the USP35-NRF2 axis is a key player in the regulation of therapeutic strategies for esophageal cancer.

[Objective] To improve the design efficiency of the mechanical structure of the rotor system of a rubber roller husker. [Methods] An auxiliary calculation system for the rotor system design parameters of a rubber roller husker （RRHRSPD） that can be independently installed and operated under the Windows system was developed using VB and Matlab platforms. Based on the equivalent design method and the traditional mechanical design method, the coupling relationships among the technological parameters, dynamic parameters and structural parameters of the husker were established, and the calculation principle of the structural parameters of the rotor system was also explored. VB was used to develop the software operation interface and to quickly call the Matlab dynamic link library, which formed the core computing mechanism of the system, and the system was packaged and released. [Results] A set of auxiliary calculation system for structural parameters of the rotor system of rubber roller husker was developed. [Conclusion] The calculation results of the system are accurate and reliable, which can be used not only for the design and calculation of the rotor system structure of the rubber roller husker, but also for the virtual test platform for the performance analysis of the rubber roller husker.

To improve the wear resistance of the inner wall of hydraulic support columns, Fe-based coatings X1, X2 and X3 were prepared on the inner wall of a hydraulic support column using laser cladding technology with three different Ni-content Fe-based alloy powders. The microstructure, mechanical properties and tribological performance of these coatings were analyzed using metallographic microscope, 3D confocal surface topography instrument, universal testing machine and high-speed reciprocating friction and wear testing machine. Results showed that three coatings were homogeneous and compact, and had good metallurgical bonding with the substrate. The cladding layers were mainly composed of α-Fe with a BCC structure and a(Fe-Cr) solid solution, with the formation of a(Fe-Cr-Ni) phase in the X2 and X3 cladding layers. Among the three coatings, the tensile strengthes of X1, X2 and X3 were 563, 597 and 470 MPa, respectively, with X2 having the highest tensile strength. The wear rates of the three coatings were all lower than that of the substrate, with the wear rate of the substrate being approximately eight times that of the X2 coating. The wear mechanism of the substrate was primarily dominated by adhesive wear and abrasive wear, while the wear mechanism of the coatings was mainly abrasive wear.

Hormonal receptor positive human epidermal receptor 2 negative (HR+/HER2-) is the commonest molecular subtype of breast cancer (BC). Patients with HR+/HER2- BC may manifest clinically a late recurrence whose BC metastasizes 10-15 years post-operatively. We report one case who presented with pulmonary mass in upper lobe of lung and Horner syndrome 16 years after BC surgery. FDG PET/CT suggested pulmonary malignancy but could not differentiate between primary or metastatic cancer when invasive biopsy was quite risky. Novel 18F-FES PET/CT facilitated the non-invasive functional diagnosis of estrogen-receptor positive (ER+) pulmonary metastasis of BC, and the patient experienced partial response (PR) after CDK4/6 inhibitor and aromatase inhibitor as endocrine therapy. This article reviews the diagnosis and treatment process of this case, to provide guidance for non-invasive global evaluation of ER status among metastatic HR+/HER2- BC patients with 18F-FES PET/CT.

In this study, we investigate some existence results for double phase anisotropic variational problems involving critical growth. We first establish a Lions-type concentration-compactness principle and its variant at infinity for the solution space, which are our independent interests. Using these results, we obtain a nontrivial nonnegative solution to problems of generalized concave-convex type. We also obtain infinitely many solutions when the nonlinear term is symmetric. Our results are new even for the p(⋅)p\left(\cdot )-Laplace equations.

The impact of high-voltage direct current （HVDC） transmission systems on inter-provincial power flow models is addressed by proposing a coordinated trading method for the inter-provincial electricity spot market （hereinafter referred to as the inter-provincial market）. The process of inter-provincial market expansion is divided into a provincial agent bidding curve model and a coordinated inter-provincial market trading model. The method employs an AC-DC decoupling approach for power flow calculations within and between provinces. The provincial agent bidding curve model， with the provincial generation and load demand as decision variables， derives the agent bidding curves for provincial units/loads participating in the inter-provincial market through a regional equivalent model. The coordinated inter-provincial market trading model， using the inter-provincial market trading values as decision variables， achieves market clearing through ADMM （alternating direction method of multipliers）， ensuring a distributed transformation of coordinated trading to prevent leakage of information regarding provincial units and network topology during the trading process. Case studies demonstrate that this method maximizes the overall revenue of the inter-provincial market while safeguarding information privacy and security.

Abstract Chronic non-communicable diseases (CNCDs) pose a significant public health challenge. Addressing this issue, there has been a notable breakthrough in the prevention and mitigation of NCDs through the use of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents. In this study, we aim to explore the effectiveness of Eupatorium adenophora Spreng leaves (EASL) as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent, and its potential applications. To construct a cellular model of oxidative damage and inflammation, Caco-2 cells were treated with tert-butyl hydroperoxide (t-BHP). The biocompatibility of EASL-AE with Caco-2 cells was assessed using the MTT assay, while compatibility was further verified by measuring LDH release and the protective effect against oxidative damage was also assessed using the MTT assay. Additionally, we measured intracellular oxidative stress indicators such as ROS and 8-OHdG, as well as inflammatory pathway signalling protein NFκB and inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-1β using ELISA, to evaluate the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory capacity of EASL-AE. The scavenging capacity of EASL-AE against free radicals was determined through the DPPH Assay and ABTS Assay. Furthermore, we measured the total phenolic, total flavonoid, and total polysaccharide contents using common chemical methods. The chemical composition of EASL-AE was analyzed using the LC–MS/MS technique. Our findings demonstrate that EASL-AE is biocompatible with Caco-2 cells and non-toxic at experimental levels. Moreover, EASL-AE exhibits a significant protective effect on Caco-2 cells subjected to oxidative damage. The antioxidant effect of EASL-AE involves the scavenging of intracellular ROS, while its anti-inflammatory effect is achieved by down-regulation of the NFκB pathway. Which in turn reduces the release of inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-1β. Through LC–MS/MS analysis, we identified 222 compounds in EASL-AE, among which gentianic acid, procaine and L-tyrosine were the compounds with high antioxidant capacity and may be the effective constituent for EASL-AE with antioxidant activity. These results suggest that EASL-AE is a natural and high-quality antioxidant and anti-inflammatory biomaterial that warrants further investigation. It holds great potential for applications in healthcare and other related fields.

The harsh environment of high dust and low lighting in the coal mine underground excavation working face results in low signal-to-noise ratio of the image, and a serious reduction in the number of effective feature points. The processed image has significant color difference and noise. When using the best seam-line algorithm for image stitching, there are problems such as fine section misalignment, unnatural transitions at the seam line, or obvious stitching traces. In order to solve the above problems, a mine image stitching method based on improved best seam-line is proposed. Firstly, the original image is subjected to HSV spatial transformation, and an improved Retinex algorithm is used for enhancement on the luminance component. Bilateral filtering is used instead of the center surround function to solve the halo problem caused by large brightness differences. The number of feature points extracted is effectively increased through the enhancement algorithm. Secondly, the SIFT algorithm is used to extract feature points, and cosine distance is used as the matching degree indicator. The method introduces pixel cosine similarity as a constraint, and uses morphological operations to improve color difference intensity, uses dynamic programming to search for the best seam-line to avoid misalignment at image stitching. Finally, combined with the gradual in and out algorithm, the image transition is smooth to achieve image fusion of the underground excavation working face. Experimental verification is conducted by simulating the actual working environment underground. The results show that the mine image stitching method based on the improved best seam-line avoids the phenomenon of misalignment stitching caused by color differences and noise compared to the traditional best seam-line algorithm. The image transition at the stitching seam is more natural, avoiding the generation of 'ghosts' and obvious stitching seams. The average gradient of the image is increased by about 2.38%, and the stitching time is increased by about 32.5%, making the fusion area smoother and more natural, improving the stitching quality.

[Objective] This paper focuses on developing a pneumatic-electric hybrid magnetic flux leakage(MFL) detector, examining and verifying its technical advantages to overcome challenges in using traditional air compressor-driven MFL detectors in both newly constructed long-distance natural gas pipelines and established pipelines with low fow rates or no transmission. [Methods] After analyzing the operational states of traditional air compressor-driven MFL detectors during inner pipeline detection, a dynamic model was constructed to simulate the motion of a pneumatic-electric hybrid inner detector within a pipeline, adhering to fundamental principles of detector mobility in gas pipelines. The MFL detector was enhanced with an active motor drive function to operate using both the blower and motor drive mechanisms. The motor was activated upon encountering abrupt changes in resistance, effectively addressing challenges such as detector blockages, pressure buildup, and acceleration caused by gas explosions, while ensuring smooth detector passage through the pipeline.[Results] The pneumatic-electric hybrid MFL detector developed in this study was used for the pre-commissioning inner detection of the Daqing-Harbin branch line of the China-Russia East-route Natural Gas Pipeline. It successfully detected various features at 6,930 positions along the 52 km pipeline. The subsequent excavation was performed at a position where metal loss was reported, confirming that all detection data, including defect location in mileage, type, ground positioning, length, width, depth, and clockwise direction, aligned with the excavation results. [Conclusion] The pneumatic-electric hybrid MFL detector has obvious advantages by using blower and its own power as the driving force, making it effective in practical engineering applications concerning safety, power performance, and data reliability. By integrating a low-pressure and low-fow blower, it effectively eliminates potential safety hazards commonly associated with high-pressure gas, prevalent in air compressor operations. The controllable speed feature ensures uniform detector movement, thereby improving data quality and detection accuracy. With the combined pneumatic and electric power, the detector navigates potential jamming points like crossings/spannings and bends swiftly, reducing the risk of blockages. This innovative detector shows promising application prospects,necessitating improvements in cost-effectiveness, system simplicity, and battery life.

In order to better meet the work requirements of the marking production line to remove the unqualified workpieces, this study designs a double cam clamping mechanism which can realize the clamping and lifting of the workpieces with only one power source. The motion sequence of two cams is designed based on the action sequence of clamping and removing the unqualified workpieces. The contour curve of the cams is calculated by Matlab software, and the 3D model is built on SolidWorks platform. Adams software is used to complete the parametric modeling and motion simulation of the double-cam clamping mechanism. The results show that the output motion law of the mechanism is consistent with the designed motion law. Through the optimization design of the key coordinate position, the appropriate position parameters of the key coordinate are obtained. The double-cam clamping mechanism can effectively save cost and improve work efficiency, and has certain theoretical value and high application value for practical production line.

In response to the problems of long debugging cycle, high debugging cost, high safety risk, and difficult quality evaluation in the current automatic forming and cutting control of roadways, a digital twin driven virtual debugging method for roadway automatic forming and cutting is proposed. Firstly, by using real-time appearance mapping (RTAP-MAP) technology to reconstruct the three-dimensional environment of the roadway, a control system model of the roadheader is constructed to form a virtual debugging environment. The virtual sensor technology is used to achieve precise mapping from physical space to virtual environment state. A performance evaluation method for roadway automatic forming cutting has been established to address the problem of difficulty in quantitatively evaluating the quality of section forming. Based on the recording of the section forming cutting control process in the data transmission center, the evaluation indicators of section forming precision, cutting efficiency and the number of oil cylinder switches, hard rock cutting adjustment, and over excavation and under excavation are mainly calculated. This provides precise feedback signals for the iterative optimization of deep learning algorithms. An automatic cutting control strategy that integrates reinforcement learning is proposed to improve the adaptability and precision of automated operations. To verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the virtual debugging method, an automatic control experimental platform for roadheader is built. The virtual debugging system is applied to the automatic control program for forming cutting of excavation roadway. The virtual simulation results show the following points. ① The maximum positioning errors of the X, Y, and Z axes of the debugged software at the control key points are 74.8, 72.93, 123.67 mm, respectively. It indicates that the positioning precision of the virtual debugging method meets the performance requirements. ② The trajectory of the virtual prototype is basically consistent with that of the physical prototype, indicating that this debugging method has achieved mapping to the physical space. The application result shows the following points. ① The reinforcement learning controller adapts to complex environments in virtual excavation testing, effectively converts virtual sensor inputs into precise control instructions, and verifies the feasibility of simulation reality transfer training. By processing real-time feedback on excavation precision and avoiding over excavation and under excavation, the controller learns and optimizes the strategy. ② The improved section forming cutting control performance has been improved. According to the control quantity timestamp records in the database, it takes 126 seconds, which is 8 seconds less than before the improvement. ③ After improvement, the maximum error in tracking the end trajectory of the cutting section is 6.0 mm, which is 0.3 mm lower than before. This avoids the under excavation caused by the shaking of the cutting trajectory and makes the trajectory and section smoother.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and prognosis of transurethral holmium laser en-bloc resection of bladder tumor (HOLRBT) and transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) in the treatment of non-invasive bladder cancer. Methods Eighty-six patients with non-invasive bladder cancer treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group (treated with HOLRBT) and the control group (treated with TURBT), with 43 patients in each group. The following indexes were compared, including operation time, hospital stay, bleeding volume, bladder irrigation time, urinary catheter retention time, peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets（CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+）, serum micro-RNA-119a (miR-119a), cytokeratin fragment antigen (CYFRA21-1), urine nuclear matrix protein 22 (NMP-22) levels, as well as the complications rates, recurrence rates and survival time. Results There was no statistically significant difference in operation time, hospital stay, and complication incidence between the two groups (P＞0.05). The bleeding volume, bladder irrigation time, and urinary catheter retention time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in preoperative CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+, miR-119a, CYFRA21-A and NMP-22 (P＞0.05). Three days after surgery, levels of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while levels of CD8+, miR-119a, CYFRA21-A, and NMP-22 were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). During the follow-up to June 2023, the 1-year and 2-year postoperative recurrence rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the progression-free survival time was longer than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion HOLRBT has an ideal effect in the treatment of non-invasive bladder cancer, which is conducive to prolonging the postoperative progression-free survival time and reducing the recurrence rate of patients.

Hollow urchin-like substrates have been widely interested in the field of surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) and photocatalysis. However, most reported studies are simple nanoscale urchin-like substrate with limited light trapping range and complicated preparation process. In this paper, a simple and effective controllable synthesis strategy based on micro-nano hierarchical urchin-like ZnO/Ag hollow spheres was prepared. Compared with the 2D structure and solid spheres, the 3D urchin-like ZnO/Ag hollow sphere has higher laser utilization and more exposed specific surface area due to its special hollow structure, which resulted in excellent SERS and photocatalytic performance, and successfully realize the detection and photodegradation of antibiotics. The limited of detection of metronidazole can reach as low as 10−9 M, and degradation rate achieve 89 % within 120 min. The experimental and theoretical results confirm that the ZnO/Ag hollow spheres can be used in the development of ZnO heterostructure for the detection and degradation of antibiotics, which open new avenues for the development of novel ZnO-based substrate in SERS sensing and catalytic application to address environmental challenges.

Energy management and optimal scheduling of microgrid play importent roles in the construction of new power system. It is of great significance to study how to improve the consumption level of renewable energy, and reduce the uncertainty risk of source and load, and optimize the system operation cost. In view of this paper, a day-ahead optimal scheduling model of independent DC microgrid with generalized energy storage based on information gap decision theory (IGDT) is proposed. Firstly, a hybrid energy storage system with super-capacitor is constructed to reduce the operating cost of batteries. The flexible load with the characteristics of 'virtual energy storage' is combined with the hybrid energy storage to form generalized energy storage, giving full play to the characteristics of flexible resources in the microgrid system. Secondly, the uncertainty of the system is considered, and the IGDT model is introduced to establish the robust model under the risk aversion strategy and the opportunity model under the risk speculation strategy based on the deterministic model, so as to pursue the maximization of risk reduction and returns from two decision-making perspectives. Finally, through the simulation analysis of an example, the influence of uncertain factors on system scheduling decision is quantified on the basis of reducing the operating cost of microgrid, and the validity and reference of the model are verified.

With the wide application of fibre-reinforced composites in aerospace, the fatigue problem of composites is becoming more prominent. In order to achieve efficient and accurate fatigue damage analysis, a data-mechanism driven method for the progressive analysis of fatigue damage in composites is proposed, in which a single-hiddenlayer neural network as its fatigue constitutive law for simulations of fatigue delamination under cyclic loading. The Paris-law-informed regulation is used to achieve data-mechanism fusion for neural network model training. The ability to analyze fatigue delamination is validated in the full range of mode-Ⅰ and mode-Ⅱ as well as mixed modes of different mode ratios using double cantilever beam (DCB) and 4-point end flexure (4ENF). The applicability of the cohesive model in the case of complex fatigue delamination front is verified by using the reinforced double cantilever beam (R-DCB) model. The results show that the data-mechanism driven fatigue damage progressive analysis method for composites could rapidly and effectively simulate the composite delamination propagation with high fidelity, which can provide a new idea and method for composite structure design and safety assurance.

The carbon nanotube (CNT)-polyetherimide (PEI) was successfully grafted onto the surface of carbon fibers (CF) through chemical grafting method for constructing a CF-g-CNT reinforcing phase. Results show the construction of CF-g-CNT fiber can effectively improve the interface, impact resistance and bending properties of the composites. Considering the effect of strengthening phase on the mechanical properties of composites, the interfacial shear strength, impact strength, flexural modulus and flexural strength of CF-g-CNT/BMI composites respectively increase by 48.8%, 10.8%, 5.2% and 14.6%, companed with those of CF/BMI. In addition, the interfacial shear strength, impact strength, flexural modulus and flexural strength of CF-g-CNT/BMI-PEI-CNT composites are 56.9%, 27.1%, 12.5% and 16.1% higher than those of CF/BMI-PEI-CNT, respectively. The interfacial shear strength, impact strength, flexural modulus and flexural strength of CF-g-CNT/BMI-PEI-CNT composites increase by 57.7%, 33.7%, 20.0% and 23.7% compared with CF/BMI. The CNT-PEI in CF-g-CNT can effectively change the interface composition and change the expansion path of horizontal stress or vertical stress at the interface, which is beneficial to disperse the stress concentration as well as improve the mechanical properties of the composites.

Objective To investigate the current status and risk factors of endotracheal extubation safety after craniotomy. Methods A prospective cohort trial was carried out on 60 patients with endotracheal intubation after craniotomy in the neurosurgical department of our hospital from February to October 2022. There were 19 males (31.7%) and 41 females (68.3%), at an age from 18 to 75 (47.2±15.7) years. The primary outcome was extubation safety based on hemodynamic and respiratory parameters. The clinical data during perioperative and extubation periods were collected. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to screen out the influencing factors for extubation safety. Results Among the 60 subjected patients, the incidence of unsafe extubation was 36.7% (22 cases). Univariate analysis using binary logistic regression showed that the factors affecting the safety of extubation were BMI (OR=1.12, 95%CI: 0.96~1.31), smoking history (OR=5.29, 95%CI: 0.93~30.11), sedation and analgesia before extubation (OR=2.47, 95%CI: 0.76~8.10), Methods of waking up from anesthesia (OR=3.22, 95%CI: 1.05~9.89), comfort of extubation (OR=4.09, 95%CI: 1.31~12.81), and duration of intubation (OR=4.68, 95%CI: 1.43~15.32). Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that the independent risk factors for the safety included spontaneous awakening (OR=10.91, 95%CI: 2.05~58.04), uncomfortable extubation (OR=6.68, 95%CI: 1.42~31.48) and duration of intubation < 24 h (OR=4.65, 95%CI: 1.07~20.17). Conclusion The endotracheal extubation after craniotomy is at high risk of unsafety. Methods of waking up from anesthesia, comfort during extubation, and duration of intubation may influence the safety of extubation.

The surface of AZ31 magnesium alloy has high insulation after micro-arc oxidation treatment.For this，a conductive coating was prepared by adding nickel powder into epoxy resin to modify the surface conductivity of magnesium alloy after micro-arc oxidation.Field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM)，X-ray diffractometer (XRD)，conductivity test，friction and wear test，electrochemical test and other analytical tests were utilized to study the micromorphology，phase，conductivity，friction properties and corrosion resistance of conductive coatings with different nickel powder content.Results showed that with the increase of nickel powder content，the resistivity could be as low as 0.02 Ω·cm.When the nickel powder content was 50%(mass fraction)，the as-modified coating not only had electrical conductivity，but also had good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Deep learning is an important path for the digital reform of college sports teaching. In this context, the study is first conducted to acquire sports data in colleges and universities. Openpose technology is used to collect skeletal point coordinate data and process it to construct a human sports model. Then, based on the similarity comparison of sports poses, the generated sports sequences are filled to simulate the real human sports sequences and data, and the DTW algorithm is used to match the sports sequences and data with the features, eliminate the inconsistency between the length of the poses to be matched and the template pose sequences, and then give the scores of the poses to realize the evaluation of the learners’ sports performance. Combining the principles and functions mentioned above, we construct a system for evaluating sports teaching and analyze its application examples. The distribution of the distance between the quaternion-based swing action and the standard swing action is within the range of 0.18~0.25, and the distance between various types of actions and the standard action is not large. In this paper, a distributed robust control system is analyzed and investigated, and a series of control applications of the system are discussed using KYP primitives. Reliable H∞ -state feedback and output feedback controllers are given for linear continuous time, ensuring that the corresponding closed-loop system is asymptotically stable and satisfies full-frequency performance. Simulation examples verify the superiority of the methodology of this paper, and the level of noise rejection is further enhanced as the number h of measured output values used is increased. The optimal performance metrics for finite-frequency are all lower than full-frequency, and the distributed filter outperforms the conventional filter. The closed-loop system has a maximum magnitude of 5.480 and 9.075, which meet the robustness requirement for the 4-8 Hz frequency range. The time-lag system can return to its stable state about 4 seconds after the disturbance, ensuring good, robust stability. The distributed robust control system proposed in this paper achieves good practical application results, and the numerical examples demonstrate the method’s effectiveness.

Using new design concepts and design methods to effectively strengthen the digital protection of traditional non-heritage culture is an important measure to promote the development of conventional non-heritage culture. In this paper, the digital protection needs of traditional non-heritage culture are sorted out, including the purpose of digital protection of non-heritage, the design level, and the feasibility of the application of virtual reality technology in the digital protection of non-heritage culture. A platform for the digital protection of non-heritage culture is constructed with the model of PHP technology + MySQL database + Apache server combined with virtual reality technology, and the immersion experience and display dissemination model is designed in this platform. In order to obtain accurate digital images of traditional non-heritage culture, this paper utilizes 3D laser point cloud acquisition technology to reconstruct non-heritage culture in 3D. It combines the ICP algorithm to enhance the point cloud alignment accuracy of digital images of non-heritage culture. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the traditional non-heritage culture digital protection platform proposed in this paper was done through performance tests and application practice. The results show that the number of concurrent users of the platform in this paper can reach the maximum throughput of about 94,300 per second in 2000, the point cloud alignment accuracy of the ICP algorithm has an error of only 0.304mm, and the SUS usability evaluation of the platform scores 80.4 points. The construction of a digital protection platform for non-heritage culture using virtual reality technology can provide users with immersive experience scenes.

This study establishes a GIS management system supported by geographic information data, uses Oracle database to manage spatial information and attribute information, and utilizes vector slicing technology and WebGL graphic rendering to achieve rapid rendering and diverse expression of maps. In creating an agricultural, cultural, and tourism integration index system, the entropy index method is used to assign weights to each index, and the coupling coordination degree model is set up. The coupling degree of Tibet’s agricultural, cultural, and tourism industry from 2011-2021 has increased from 0.219 to 0.769, and the coupling coordination degree has increased from 0.158 to 0.778, which shows an excellent upward trend. The study shows that big data technology can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of rural planning and design, and promote the development of agricultural, cultural, and tourism integration.

The quality of vocal performance lies in the performer’s skill level, and in this paper, the optimization method of their objective functions is investigated by analyzing the relationship between generators and discriminators of generative adversarial networks. Meanwhile, the attention mechanism framework is introduced, and the attention mechanism is applied to the generator part of the generative adversarial network, which is used to focus significantly on the useful information of text features, thus establishing a GAN network based on the attention mechanism. Then, the importance of emotional expression in vocal performances is analyzed using the improved GAN model. In terms of the enhancement effect on the attractiveness of the performance, high levels of emotional expression increased on average by 24.78% compared to low levels. In terms of enhancing the audience’s aesthetic experience, the high level of emotional expression increased by an average of 25.41% compared to the low level. Regarding the promotion effect of the artistic imagination of the whole performance, the high level of emotional expression increased by 19.76% on average compared with the low level. The importance analysis based on GAN can provide a reference for performers to balance good singing skills and emotional expressions.

Methods: Taking Hami melon and its packaging as the research object, conducted sweep frequency vibration test on 5-layer stacked packaging, measured the natural frequency, maximum power Spectral density and peak acceleration of the vertical and horizontal vibration of each layer of packaging, and established the relational model between the maximum power spectral density, peak acceleration and stacking layer. Results: The higher the packaging, the larger the maximum power spectral density and peak acceleration in both vertical and horizontal directions. The maximum power spectral density and peak acceleration in the vertical direction of the same layer of packaging were greater than those in the horizontal direction. The maximum power spectral density and peak acceleration were strongly positively correlated with the stacking layers. Conclusion: When conducting buffer packaging optimization design, the higher level of packaging requires better buffering performance; compared to the horizontal direction, the vertical direction requires better buffering performance; This regression model can accurately predict the vibration situation of each layer of packaging.

The coal industry internet is an important engine to accelerate the high-quality development of the coal field. It can effectively drive the equipment intelligence and industry digitization in the energy field. The architecture of the coal industry internet is given. The research status and development direction of the coal industry internet technology are analyzed from five aspects: perception layer, transmission layer, empowerment platform, industrial APP, and information security. The perception layer has made progress in achieving ultra-low power consumption, precise perception, high reliability, and automatic energy capture. However, there are still problems such as single perception method and susceptibility to environmental factors. It cannot fully meet the needs of ubiquitous perception in mines. The intelligence level of the perception layer can be further improved through the development of new sensors, low-power and energy collection technologies, anti-electromagnetic interference technologies, and intelligent perception technologies. The existing Ethernet, 4G, WiFi and other technologies in the transmission layer cannot meet the high reliability, high bandwidth, and low latency transmission requirements of intelligent mines. 5G technology can meet the ubiquitous sensing requirements of the entire mine. However, there are still problems in underground applications such as limited maximum RF power and the incapability to reliably respond to underground emergency scenarios. Therefore, currently, 5G cannot fully replace traditional underground communication networks. The empowerment platform is the center and core of the coal industry internet to promote intelligence. It points out that big data is the key element of the empowerment platform. The mechanism model and diagnostic decision-making model of the coal industry are the soul of the empowerment platform. Digital twin technology can empower the production, decision-making, management and other links of the coal industry. Industrial APP can provide services for various links in the coal industry chain, and help the coal industry overcome challenges such as high risks, difficulty in process inheritance and innovation, and difficulty in industrial chain collaboration. Postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) is a common complication of cognitive decline after surgery and anesthesia. Sevoflurane, as a commonly used anesthetic, was found to cause POCD. Nudix Hydrolase 21 (NUDT21), a conserved splicing factor, has been reported to exert important functions in multiple diseases’ progression. In this study, the effect of NUDT21 on sevoflurane-induced POCD was elucidated. Results showed that NUDT21 was down-regulated in the hippocampal tissue of sevoflurane-induced rats. Morris water maze test results revealed that overexpression of NUDT21 improved sevoflurane-induced cognitive impairment. In addition, TUNEL assay results indicated that enhanced NUDT21 alleviated sevoflurane-induced apoptosis of hippocampal neurons. Furthermore, overexpression of NUDT21 suppressed the sevoflurane-induced LIMK2 expression. Taken together, NUDT21 alleviates sevoflurane-induced neurological damage in rats by down-regulating LIMK2, providing a novel target for the prevention of sevoflurane-induced POCD.

The existing boom-type roadheader cutting control adopts a relatively simple control method and the cutting head completes the roadway section cutting at a constant speed. There's no comprehensive consideration of trajectory planning and autonomous speed control. Therefore, it is difficult to achieve high roadway engineering quality under complex geological conditions. In order to solve the above problems, a boom-type roadheader autonomous speed regulation cutting control system is proposed. Firstly, the three-dimensional model of the cutting head and coal seam are established and imported to ABAQUS software for finite element analysis. The relationship between the reaction force on the cutting head and the swing speed of the cutting arm is obtained. Then the relationship between the swing speed of the cutting arm and the acceleration of the cutting head is obtained. The acceleration is stratified by k-means clustering method. Secondly, the collision detection model of the cutting head is established by using the bounding volume hierarchy algorithm. The appropriate cutting trajectory of the rectangular roadway section is planned. The discrete cutting path planning points are generated through multiple discretizations. The inverse kinematics solution of the cutting arm is calculated to obtain the rotation radian, lifting radian and elongation of the cutting arm required for the cutting head to reach the discrete cutting path planning point. The global optimal speed model is used to solve the speed of the cutting head to move to the discrete cutting path planning point. Finally, the acceleration sensor is used to collect the vibration signal of the cutting arm. The target swing speed of the cutting arm is determined according to the acceleration layering result. Through fuzzy PID control, the swing speed of the cutting arm is adjusted to the target swing speed in time and accurately with the change of the cutting head acceleration. The experimental results show that the fuzzy PID control can achieve a relatively fast and non-overshoot swing speed adjustment of the cutting arm. Compared with the constant speed cutting control, the roadway section forming quality using the autonomous speed control cutting control is high. The width specification deviation is reduced by 37%, and the height specification deviation is reduced by 17%. The results meet the requirements of roadway forming quality specified in MT/T 5009-1994 Standard for quality inspection and assessment of coal mine roadway engineering.

Objective To explore the influencing factors of intracranial infection in patients after ventricular drainage, and to build and verify the established risk prediction model. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on 757 patients who underwent external ventricular drainage (EVD) in our department from January 2010 to December 2018. According to the occurrence of postoperative intracranial infection, they were divided into intracranial infection group (n=79) and non-intracranial infection group (n=678). Their clinical data were collected and compared. Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of intracranial infection after ventricular drainage. A risk prediction model was established and anomogram was drawn. Another 148 patients with EVD in our hospital from 2019 to 2020 were selected as the validation group, including 8 patients with intracranial infection after surgery and 140 patients without. The area under receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and Hosmer-Lemeshow test were employed to evaluate the prediction efficacy of the model. Results Hypoproteinemia, lumbar cisternae drainage, EVD time >7 d, pulmonary infection, tracheotomy, open craniocerebral trauma, surgical incision infection, and complicated with bacteremia/sepsis were influencing factors of intracranial infection after EVD. The validation results for the prediction model showed that the area under ROC curve for the risk of postoperative intracranial infection was 0.923 in the modeling group and 0.920 in the verification sample (P < 0.01). As to the Hosmer-Lemeshow test, the P value was 0.450 in the modeling patients and 0.877 in those from the verification group. Conclusion There are 8 high-risk factors for incidence of intracranial infection in patients after EVD. Our established model can effectively predict the occurrence of intracranial infection in these patients.

Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity, low degree of automation and low positioning accuracy of single way in the construction process of existing coal mine anchor digging machine, a long-distance positioning system suitable for anchor digging machine is developed by using sensor measurement, machine vision, inertial navigation and other technologies. The system consists of anchor digger, inertial positioning subsystem, visual positioning subsystem, total station positioning subsystem and parameter monitoring subsystem. Anchor digger main machine adopts MB670-1 anchor digger; the inertial navigation and positioning subsystem is composed of built-in optical fiber inertial navigation and explosion-proof computer. The visual positioning subsystem includes infrared explosion-proof target, laser pointing device, front explosion-proof industrial camera and explosion-proof computer. The positioning subsystem of total station consists of 360° prism, three laser pointing instrument and rearview prism. Parameter monitoring subsystem includes parameter display, parameter setting and parameter solution module. The system was successfully developed and tested in Dahaize Coal Mine of China National Coal Group. The experiment shows that the long-distance high-precision positioning system of the all-in-one anchor digger has the advantages of flexible operation and highpositioning accuracy, and can realize the positioning and parameter monitoring of the all-in-one anchor digger.

Multiple sclerosis(MS) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the central nervous system that involves demyelination and axonal degeneration. Usually, MS begins with a relapsing-remitting MS (RRMS) course, and approxi mately will develop into secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (SPMS). At present, the pathogenesis of SPMS is not completely clear, but studies have shown that the occurrence of SPMS is related to the slowly expanding lesions in the central nervous system, leptomeningeal follicle-like structure, chronic inflammation and brain atrophy. In clinical practice, the diagnosis of SPMS is often delayed and retrospective. Up to two-thirds of patients with insidious worsening of disability are still considered to have RRMS. These patients may continue to receive disease-modifying therapies for RRMS, which may not be effective for slowing SPMS. Therefore, early identification and diagnosis of SPMS are essential for their treatment.

Multi-rotor aircraft has a good application prospect in coal mine production inspection because of its advantages of simple structure, hovering and multi-directional flight. However, multi-rotor aircraft moves at a high speed, and the aircraft is easily influenced by various external factors during flying. It is difficult to establish a precise mathematical model. The design of a flight control algorithm is complicated. The existing synchronous positioning and map construction method based on laser radar is difficult to meet the real-time requirement of rapid flying of the multi-rotor aircraft. In view of the above problems, an obstacle avoidance control method of multi-rotor aircraft in coal mine by using remote virtual control technology is studied. The virtual remote control system of the multi-rotor aircraft in coal mine underground roadway is constructed. The virtual roadway model and the global navigation map are established in the virtual remote control system according to the initial information of the coal mine roadway. The known static obstacle information in the moving process of the aircraft is obtained, and the known static environment model is established. The task quantity of environment perception modeling in the moving process of the multi-rotor aircraft is reduced, and the operation efficiency of virtual remote control can be improved. In the inspection process, the multi-rotor aircraft detects dynamic obstacle information in the moving direction through sensing equipment carried by the multi-rotor aircraft. The remote control system reconstructs the dynamic obstacle information in an initial virtual roadway model in real-time according to obstacle data. The virtual environment state is updated in real-time to provide a reliable environment basis for local obstacle avoidance control of the aircraft. The remote control system uses the compound virtual force field (CVFF) obstacle avoidance control algorithm to plan the obstacle avoidance path by reading the positioning data and moving speed information of obstacles and aircraft. If the obstacle in front is detected to pose a great threat to the movement of the aircraft, the remote controller can implement remote intervention on the aircraft according to the planned obstacle avoidance path. The system realizes autonomous obstacle avoidance flight and human remote intervention control. In order to improve the perception efficiency and accuracy of aircraft to dynamic obstacles, a CVFF obstacle avoidance control algorithm is studied based on virtual force field (VFF) algorithm by introducing the influence of relative velocity between aircraft and obstacles and target points. The CVFF obstacle avoidance control algorithm is verified by simulation from two aspects of static and dynamic obstacle avoidance paths. The results show that under static conditions, compared with the VFF algorithm, the CVFF algorithm reduces the number of iterations and also shortens the trajectory length of the aircraft. Under dynamic conditions, the aircraft successfully avoids the two dynamic obstacles set in advance and successfully reaches the set target point. The effectiveness of the obstacle avoidance control method of multi-rotor aircraft using the CVFF algorithm is verified.

To study the representative dose coefficients near nuclear facilities in the arid regions of Northwest China, a simplified anatomical model of Sphingonotus insects using computed tomography (CT) scanning is proposed. In addition, a voxel model created by using Photoshop and Python is used to assess the results of the simplified anatomical model. The dose coefficients of internal and external 90Sr and 137Cs irradiation on different organs of Sphingonotus insects in the environmental medium are calculated. To verify the feasibility of the proposed model, the results are compared with the dose coefficients reported in the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) Publication 108. Based on the simplified model adopted by ICRP to arrive at the results reported in Publication 108, the average value of dose coefficients of each organ of the insect is used to calculate the results presented in this paper. The dose coefficients of internal and external 90Sr irradiation for the simplified anatomical model of Sphingonotus were found to be 6.59×10-4 μGyh-1/Bqkg-1 and 6.74×10-4 μGyh-1/Bqkg-1, respectively. Meanwhile, the dose coefficients of internal and external 137Cs irradiation for the simplified anatomical model were 1.34×10-4 μGyh-1/Bqkg-1 and 4.40×10-3 μGyh-1/Bqkg-1, respectively. The dose coefficients were 7.87×10-4μGyh-1/Bqkg-1 and 6.74×10-4μGyh-1/Bqkg-1, respectively. The dose coefficients were 1.33×10-4μGyh-1/Bqkg-1 and 3.51×10-3μGyh-1/Bqkg-1, respectively. The dose coefficients of internal and external 90Sr radiation for reference insects as reported in the ICRP Publication 108 were 1.00×10-2 μGyh-1/Bqkg-1 and 3.90×10-10 μGyh-1/Bqkg-1, respectively. Moreover, the dose coefficients of internal and external 137Cs radiation in the ICRP Publication 108 were 3.20×10-3 μGyh-1/Bqkg-1 and 2.80×10-3 μGyh-1/Bqkg-1, respectively. The above data indicate that the dose coefficients of internal irradiation reported in the ICRP Publication 108 are larger than those calculated using the proposed dosiological model, whereas those of external irradiation in ICRP Publication 108 are smaller. This trend is probably related to the size of the organism, decay rate, and energy of radionuclides. The adoption of a simplified anatomical model, morphologically similar to the organism, and a voxel model, highly overlapping with the organism, in this study allows a visualization of the real exposure situation for the organism considered with high accuracy, proving the feasibility of the insect dosimetry model established in this study.

Objective To explore the application effect of BOPPPS combined with dynamic scenarios simulation in ICU nursing teaching. Methods Totally 57 nursing students who practiced their internship in ICU ward of a grade-A hospital from July, 2021 to February, 2022 were selected as the research objects. In the clinical teaching of ICU, 27 students in the control group adopted conventional teaching method, and 30 students in the experimental group adopted BOPPPS combined with dynamic scenarios simulation teaching method. The two groups were compared in terms of assessment results, independent learning ability and critical thinking level. Results The examination results of the test group were better than that of the control group, with a significant difference(P＜0. 05). The experimental group had higher evaluation on the teaching effect of BOPPPS combined with dynamic scenario simulation. After teaching, the planning and implementation, self-management and total score of independent learning ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P＜0. 05). There was statistically significant difference in the total score of critical thinking in experimental group before and after teaching (P＜0. 05). Conclusion BOPPPS combined with dynamic scenarios simulation can improve students' independent learning ability, cultivate students' critical thinking, and achieve good teaching effect. ObjectiveTo establish a carbofuran intragastric administration death model in rabbits, and to observe the postmortem distribution and postmortem redistribution of carbofuran-7-phenyl glucuronic acid （Glu-7PH） in rabbits.MethodsThe postmortem distribution: Rabbits were given an administration of 1/2LD50, LD50, 2LD50 carbofuran. Dead rabbits were dissected immediately. Rabbits that had remained alive 2 hours were sacrificed by carbon dioxide （CO2） inhalation and dissected immediately. The myocardium, cardiac blood, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, brain and right hindlimb muscle were collected. The postmortem redistribution: After giving an administration of 4LD50 carbofuran, the myocardium, cardiac blood, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, brain, and right hindlimb muscle were collected at 0, 12, 24, 48, and 72 h postmortem in supine position at 15 ℃ room temperature. The quantity of Glu-7PH was determined by LC-MS/MS.ResultsThe postmortem distribution: Among the three dose groups, there were significant differences in the quantities of Glu-7PH in different tissues. The postmortem redistribution: There was no significant difference in the Glu-7PH quantities in cardiac blood, mycardium, spleen, kidney, brain and right hindlimb muscle, but there was a significant difference in the Glu-7PH quantities in the liver and lung.ConclusionThe mycardium, cardiac blood, liver, lung, kidney, brain and hindlimb muscle of rabbits can be used as appropriate samples for Glu-7PH detection. However, it should be noted that Glu-7PH was redistributed postmortem in rabbit liver and lung.

This article focuses on the safe operation of lithium battery energy storage power stations and develops a data monitoring and safety warning platform for energy storage systems. The background, architecture, implementation methods, and main functions of the platform development are introduced in sequence. This platform significantly improves the safety of energy storage stations by implementing active safety monitoring and early warning, which is of great significance for the large-scale application and promotion of lithium battery energy storage stations.

As a carbon-free hydrogen-rich energy carrier, ammonia has gained increasing attention and application in the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. This study evaluated the stress corrosion cracking (SCC) sensitivity of four target materials, A516-70, 16MnDR, 15MnNiDR, and Q370DR, in a liquid ammonia environment at 25 °C and 1.03 MPa by slow stress rate tests to determine their SCC sensitivity index. The microstructure, grain size, misorientation, hardness, strength, and micro-fracture morphology of these materials were compared to analyze the SCC mechanism. The results showed that 15MnNiDR exhibited significant SCC sensitivity while both 16MnDR and A516-70 demonstrated certain levels of SCC sensitivity in liquid ammonia. However, Q370DR showed no SCC sensitivity under these conditions. The misorientations observed align with the strains experienced by each respective carbon steel in liquid ammonia. An unstable passivation film formed on the surface of 15MnNiDR steel when exposed to liquid ammonia whereas Q370DR developed a stable oxide film which contributed to its weak SCC sensitivity.

In this context, this article takes the construction project of the School of Finance and Economics Cooperation of Chengdu Vocational and Technical College as the research object, applies the PDCA cycle improvement theory of project quality management to the school enterprise cooperation of the School of Finance and Economics, analyzes the problems in the construction of the school enterprise cooperation project of the School of Finance and Economics, and proposes improvement suggestions, in order to explore an effective path for higher vocational colleges in finance and economics to promote the quality improvement of school enterprise cooperation projects.

Data Mining refers to the large amount of data from the database through algorithmic search reveals implicit, previously unknown and potentially valuable process information[1]. Currently, many areas during the application of data mining. Data mining association rules is one of the most important and most mature technology research methods, association rule mining can find the hidden link between the transaction and meaningful rules. The purpose of this study is to evaluate data mining techniques combined with teaching, to extract useful information from a large number of evaluation data hiding, thereby providing a basis for decision support educational administration department, improve teaching quality.

Energy loss during interactions between high-energy particles and target materials mainly consists of nuclear and electronic energy losses. Electronic stopping and electron-phonon coupling effects are two different mechanisms that reflect electronic energy loss effects. To accurately simulate the irradiation damage process of high-energy particles, it is necessary to solve the key scientific problem of the influence of electronic energy loss on irradiation damage. This paper reviews the most recent progress on the irradiation damage behavior study of several key structural materials under the influence of electronic energy loss effects, elaborates the effects of electronic stopping, electron-phonon coupling, and electronic thermal conductivity on irradiation defects. The influence laws of electronic energy loss effects on the irradiation damage of target materialsare summarized and the existing problems in the research of high-energy particle irradiation of target materials are highlighted. Finally, the prospectives are outlined for future research directions.

【Objective】 Drip irrigation combined with fertilization has become a standard practice in grape production in Xinjiang, China. The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of different combinations of irrigation and fertigation on growth and fruit yield and quality of grape. 【Method】 The experiment conducted in a vineyard; it compared three irrigation amounts: 10 950 m3/hm2 (W1), 9 150 m3/hm2 (W2) and 7 800 m3/hm2 (W3), and three fertilizations: 750 kg/hm2 (N1), 450 kg/hm2 (N2) and 300 kg/hm2 (N3). Each treatment had three replicas arranged randomly in the field. In each treatment, we measured the growth, traits of fruit yield and quality. 【Result】 Rational combination of irrigation and fertilization improved fruit appearance, 100-fruit weight, and fruit yield and quality. Among all treatments, W2+N2 was optimal in improving fruit appearance, 100-grain weight, fruit yield, soluble solids and hardness of the grape, but less than W2+N3 in increasing the solid-acid ratio in the grape despite the insignificant difference between them. W1+N1 was most effective in increasing vitamin C, and the difference from other treatments was significant. 【Conclusion】 Experimental data obtained from all treatments showed that irrigating the grape by 9 150 m3/hm2 of water combined with 450 kg/hm2 of nitrogen fertilization was optimal. Further analysis of the experimental data using the binary quadratic regression optimization model showed that the optimal fertigation can be further fine-tuned to irrigation amount of 9 723 m3/hm2 and fertilization of 557 kg/hm2, which increases the fruit yield to 38 636.53 kg/hm2.

As composite materials are playing more important role in advanced aircraft structures,the change of mechanical properties of composites during service is of significant importance for the overall safety of the aircraft.In order to achieve the goal of fatigue evaluation and life prediction of composite components of aircraft based on guided wave in-situ detection,firstly,the fatigue evolution law of composite materials is studied from the perspectives of macroscopic phenomenology and microscopic physics.Then,the potential of guided wave phase velocity and mode conversion phenomenon for fatigue characterization is discussed through analyzing the guided wave field.At the same time,a deep learning framework is constructed to extract fatigue evolution features from the guided wave field in a data-driven manner.Finally,a fatigue evolution model based on the Bayesian model averaging method is proposed to predict the residual fatigue life of the composite specimen.The results show that,by extracting and analyzing the guided wave propagating features,the fatigue state of composite materials can be accurately characterized.Combining the Bayesian model averaging method and the confidence interval criterion,the goal of residual life prediction before specimen fatigue failure is achieved.

The photocatalytic degradation, as an environmental-friendly technology, has great significance for cost-effective and efficient catalysis processes, wherein piezo-photocatalysis can significantly increase the catalytic degradation rate using both solar and mechanical energy. Here, a ternary heterostructure PVDF/ZnO/Au (PZA) nanobrush photocatalyst with high piezo-photocatalytic efficiency was presented via low-temperature hydrothermal and chemical reduction methods. Under both solar and mechanical energy, the current response and degradation rate of the as-synthesized PZA nanobrush all increase significantly compared with that under solar alone and under mechanical energy alone, and the excellent recyclability is investigated. It is found that the PZA nanobrush with ultrasonic-assisted piezo-photocatalysis completely degrade MO of 20 mg/L in 60 min, which exhibits greater enhancement of photocatalytic activity than with stirring-assisted piezo-photocatalysis due to higher power. The high piezo-photocatalytic activity of PZA nanobrush is attributed to the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) coupling of Au and built-in electric field originating from the ZnO and PVDF, which can increase the absorption of visible light, promote the charge transfer and separation of photogenerated electrons/holes. This work introduces the SPR and bipiezotronic effect to improve plasmonic photocatalysis with PZA heterostructures, which offers a new solution in green technologies to design high-performance catalysts for the environmental remediation.

To effectively solve the difficulty of the prevention of coal spontaneous combustion in a fully mechanized caving face in deep and remote mining area, the main reasons for the problems include strong air leakage and depth buried coalbed by taking the 7302 working surface of Baodian Coal Mine as an example. By analyzing the danger of coal spontaneous combustion and SF6 trace, the air leakage channel in the dangerous area of the goaf was studied. For the period of rotating mining, the measures for monitoring and controlling, glue injection, nitrogen injection, and chemical resistance are proposed; for the period of faults, the measures for isolation walls, nitrogen injection, injection of super absorbent materials, and chemical resistance are proposed; for the period of suspension and withdrawal, the measures of setting up coal stack walls, gas monitoring, glue injection, nitrogen injection are proposed. The results through analysis show that the air leakage rate of 7302 working face is about 15.87%, which ensures that the 7302 working face mining is safety.
