Abstract

In this paper, our goal is to study the regular reduction theory of regular controlled Hamiltonian (RCH) systems with symplectic structure and symmetry, and this reduction is an extension of regular symplectic reduction theory of Hamiltonian systems under regular controlled Hamiltonian equivalence conditions. Thus, in order to describe uniformly RCH systems defined on a cotangent bundle and on the regular reduced spaces, we first define a kind of RCH systems on a symplectic fiber bundle. Then introduce regular point and regular orbit reducible RCH systems with symmetry by using momentum map and the associated reduced symplectic forms. Moreover, we give regular point and regular orbit reduction theorems for RCH systems to explain the relationships between RpCH-equivalence, RoCH-equivalence for reducible RCH systems with symmetry and RCH-equivalence for associated reduced RCH systems. Finally, as an application we regard rigid body and heavy top as well as them with internal rotors as the regular point reducible RCH systems on the rotation group $\textmd{SO}(3)$ and on the Euclidean group $\textmd{SE}(3)$,as well as on their generalizations, respectively, and discuss their RCH-equivalence. 29. Sandwich-Structured In2S3/In2O3/In2S3 Hollow Nanofibers as Sensing Materials for Ethanol Detection.

Abstract

Core–shell heterojunction nanostructure-based sensors often suffer from the blocking effect from the shell layer. Here, a type of sandwich-structured hollow nanofiber of In2S3/In2O3/In2S3 (ISOS HNF) was designed via an electrospinning technique combining with postvulcanization treatments. The resultant ISOS HNF possesses double In2S3/In2O3 heterointerfaces at both sides of In2O3 tube walls, which highly enhance the junction effect on the electron transport during the gas-sensing processes. Also, the two In2S3 coatings are particle-filled and porous, which often allows the target gas to easily diffuse through them to the In2O3 core. As a result, toward 100 ppm ethanol at a work temperature of 200 °C, the ISOS HNF sensors show a high response improved by 23% and 76% compared to those of the In2S3/In2O3 core–shell NF and In2O3 HNF ones, respectively. Moreover, the ISOS HNF sensors also exhibit a fast response/recovery rate (<1 s/25 s) and a good gas selectivity property. Series analysis indicates that this highly improved response is mainly due to the double In2S3/In2O3 heterointerfaces and increased O vacancies, the accelerated response/recovery rate is due to the double-constructed heterojunction and the suitable mesopores in the coatings, and the improved gas selectivity is due to the In2S3 shell. 44. Metal Ion Cutting-Assisted Synthesis of Defect-Rich MoS2Nanosheets for High-Rate and Ultrastable Li2S Catalytic Deposition

Abstract

Active metal ions often show a strong cutting effect on the chemical bonds during high-temperature thermal processes. Herein, a one-pot metal ion cutting-assisted method was adopted to design defect-rich MoS2–xnanosheet (NS)/ZnS nanoparticle (NP) heterojunction composites on carbon nanofiber skeletons (CNF@MoS2–x/ZnS) via a simple Ar-ambience annealing. Results show that Zn2+ions capture S2–ions from MoS2and form into ZnS NPs, and the MoS2NSs lose S2–ions and become MoS2–xones. As sulfur hosts for lithium–sulfur batteries (LSBs), the CNF@MoS2–x/ZnS–S cathodes deliver a high reversible capacity of 1233 mA h g–1at 0.1 C and keep 944 mA h g–1at 3 C. Moreover, the cathodes also show an extremely low decay rate of 0.012% for 900 cycles at 2 C. Series of analysis indicate that the MoS2–xNSs significantly improve the chemisorption and catalyze the kinetic process of redox reactions of lithium polysulfides, and the heterojunctions between MoS2–xNSs and ZnS NPs further accelerate the transport of electrons and the diffusion of Li+ions. Besides, the CNF@MoS2–x/ZnS–S LSBs also show an ultralow self-discharge rate of 1.1% in voltage. This research would give some new insights for the design of defect-rich electrode materials for high-performance energy storage devices.
