Low‐power and parallel processing Neuromorphic computing that imitates on the human brain's extraordinary data processing and learning capabilities is promising in non‐von Neumann application platforms in the post‐Moore era. Ferroelectric domain walls appearing as nanoscale topological defects in solids exhibit coexisting ordering parameters besides the spontaneous polarization, leading to the emergence of rich physics and electronic effects in the development of neuromorphic electronics that go beyond the conventional CMOS. In this study, the four‐state domain wall memory is developed on LiNbO3 ferroelectric thin films integrated with Si substrates, where each state can be stably manipulated at a specific low voltage, showcasing outstanding fatigue resistance and retention performance. The constructed crossbar array that functions as a kernel for image convolution can be used to implement processing operations like image filtering, sharpness enhancement, and edge detection. Additional simulation from a convolutional neural network model shows 96.98% accuracy on the Modified National Institute of Standards and Technology handwritten digits dataset. Pressure measurement is of great importance due to its wide range of applications in many fields. AT-cut quartz, with its exceptional precision and durability, stands out as an excellent pressure transducer due to its superior accuracy and stable performance over time. However, its intrinsic temperature dependence significantly hinders its potential application in varying temperature environments. Herein, three different learning algorithms (i.e., multivariate polynomial regression, multilayer perceptron networks, and support vector regression) are elaborated in detail and applied to establish the prediction models for compensating the temperature effect of the resonant pressure sensor, respectively. The AC-cut quartz, which is sensitive to temperature variations, is paired with the AT-cut quartz, providing the essential temperature information. The output frequencies derived from the AT-cut and AC-cut quartzes are selected as input data for these learning algorithms. Through experimental validation, all three methods are effective, and a remarkable improvement in accuracy can be achieved. Among the three methods, the MPR model has exceptionally high accuracy in predicting pressure. The calculated residual error over the temperature range of −10–40 °C is less than 0.008% of 40 MPa full scale (FS). An intelligent automatic compensation and real-time processing system for the resonant pressure sensor is developed as well, which may contribute to improving the efficiency in online calibration and large-scale industrialization. Image sensors with an in-sensor computing architecture have shown great potential in meeting the energy-efficient requirements of emergent data-intensive applications, where images are processed within the photodiode arrays. It demands the composed photodiodes are reconfigurable, which are usually achieved by ambipolar two-dimensional (2D) semiconductors. To improve the ambipolar charges injection, here we report a top-gated field-effect transistor (FET) design that is of bottom van der Waals contact via transferring ambipolar 2D WSe2 onto Pd/Cr source/drain electrodes. The devices exhibit nearly negligible effective barrier heights for both holes and electrons based on thermionic emission mode, and show an almost balanced on/off ratio in the p-branch and n-branch. By replacing the top gate with two aligned semi-gates, the devices can effectively function as reconfigurable photodiodes. They can be switched between PIN and NIP configurations via controlling the two semi-gates, exhibiting good linearity in terms of short-circuit current (ISC) and incident light power density. The photodiode arrays are also demonstrated for in-sensor optoelectronic convolutional image processing, showing significant potential for in-sensor computing image processors. The underwater Fraunhofer-type absorption signal from a plasma generated on an immersed Cu target was investigated using single-pulse laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). We found that clear underwater Fraunhofer-type absorption lines were observed with a long-pulse irradiation, while the signal observed with a short-pulse irradiation was quite indistinct. The time-resolved spectra show that both absorbance and line broadening gradually decrease with increasing delay time, i.e., Fraunhofer-type absorption occurs at the initial stage of the plasma. This enables us to obtain clear Fraunhofer-type absorption lines by a non-gated detection method, which can effectively simplify the LIBS equipment. The results not only provide some insights into the generation and evolution of underwater Fraunhofer-type absorption, but more importantly, suggest a new idea for underwater LIBS analysis, with a non-gated detection scheme. In this work, a capacitive pH sensor consisting of Ta2O5 functional film is designed and fabricated by employing MEMS-based procedures. The Ta2O5 thin film has an amorphous microstructure, and its surface roughness is less than 3.17 nm. A signal processing circuit and a software filtering algorithm are also designed to measure the pH value, thus improving the detection accuracy and anti-interference ability. Good linearity (R2 = 0.99904) and sensitivity (63.12 mV/pH) are recorded for the proposed sensing element in the range of pH 2~12. In addition, the sensor's drift and hysteresis are equal to 5.1 mV and 5.8 mV, respectively. The enhanced sensing performance in combination with the facile miniaturization process, low fabrication cost, and suitability for mass production render the fabricated sensor attractive for applications where pH change measurements in a water environment are required.
