Objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) is a tool to evaluate medical students' clinical competence in a simulated clinical setting, so it has been regarded as a clinical competency assessment method based on KAS model ( knowledge, skills and attitudes). Development of OSCE is a complicated system engineering process. A reasonable design is the foundation of the successful completion of OSCE, and a professional team of excellent examination service is the guarantee of the efficient operation of OSCE. This article takes Peking Union Medical College Hospital as an example to introduce the practice of OSCE in the evaluation of clinical competence of trainees after resident standardized training in Beijing.

The nano-sized iron oxide (Fe2O3 nano-rods) was prepared by hydrothermal method with Fe(NO3)3·9H2O as the iron source, using anhydrous ethanol and ethylenediamine as the surfactant. The morphology of the Fe2O3 nano-rods was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope, and the effects of the Fe(NO3)3·9H2O mass fraction and the reaction temperature on the particle size of Fe2O3 nano-rods were studied. The results show that, the length and width of the Fe2O3 nano-rods are about 500～600 nm and 50～60 nm, respectively. The effect of temperature on the Fe2O3 nano-rod morphology is not significant at 160～220 ℃. The increase of iron source mass fraction in a certain range decreases the particle size of Fe2O3 nano-rods. The formation mechanism of the Fe2O3 nano-rods is as follows: the iron source reacts in the strongly alkaline solution to form the brown-yellow flocculent precipitated α-FeOOH, which is dehydrated to form the Fe2O3 nano-rods under the influence of ethylenediamine in a high temperature and high pressure environment.

The chemical structure of mineral wool fiber was investigated by using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). Next, the glass transition temperature and the crystallization temperature of the fibers were studied. Finally, the crystallization kinetics of fiber was studied. The results show that the chemical bond structure of fibers gets more random with the increase of acidity coefficient. The crystallization phases of the fibers are mainly melilites, and also a few anorthites and diopsides. The growth mechanism of the crystals is three dimensional. The fibers with acidity coefficient of 1.2 exhibit the best thermal stability and is hard to crystallize as it has the maximum aviation energy of crystallization kinetics.

Basic glass with stable properties was prepared from molten blast furnace slag by using the melting method. The heat treatment regime of glass-ceramics was determined by differential thermal analysis of the basic glass. Optimum heat treatment parameters were selected and the crystal growth pattern of glass-ceramics was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the optimum heat treatment parameters of glass-ceramics are the nucleation temperature of 850℃ for 1.5 h and the crystallization temperature of 935℃ for 1 h. The crystallization grows from the surface to interior gradually. The mechanical properties of the prepared glass-ceramics,such as bending strength,acid and alkali resistance,and hardness,are better than those of ordinary marble.
