Organization should focus on how to implement effection mechanics of knowledge reuse so as to improve its core competitiveness under the era of big data. The maturity of semantic web technology has brought new opportunities for knowledge reuse. First of all, through the semantic description to achieve the relationship between the characteristics of the parts, the capture of attributes. Secondly, construct a network of semantic information structure, which describes the relationship between the parts of the characteristics, the relationship between the characteristics and the relationship between the attributes, the intrinsic link between the relationship. Finally, through the design of "knowledge reuse discovery algorithm based on knowledge similarity" to meet the demand of service engine's knowledge reuse. In this paper, the knowledge collection is added to the database, through the design of the discovery algorithm to obtain the design requirements of the parts in the database, to provide effective knowledge service for parts decision.

In big data era, service scheduling process, analysis of credibility and functional data acquisition is very important, so, this paper starts from dissecting the data features, the variation function is employed to fit the features of data isomerism and to draw the scattered point cloud of data space distribution, therefore, to incorporate the messy service nodes of space into the cloud service logic subnet, finally, the optimal path algorithm is designed on the basis of harmonic oscillator theory. This paper is conducive to disclose the interaction from the influencing factors of knowledge service pattern to service combination scheduling model, and the experiment and simulation indicate that the time consumed is less, and obtained the better effect.

The Doppler spectrum modeling of the sea clutter is of great significance for using the Doppler radar to suppress the sea clutter and detect the target on sea surface. Taking into account the characteristics of the Doppler spectrum components corresponding to three scattering mechanisms, the Bragg, whitecap, and breaking-wave, we propose a time-varying Doppler spectrum model of radar sea clutter in this paper. The Doppler spectrum shifts and bandwidths of the three scattering mechanisms are considered respectively, and a Doppler shift of an added wave speed is introduced into this model. Because the spectrum intensity is defined as a random variable being a function of the measuring time of the sea clutter series, the model has the ability to model both the long-time averaged Doppler spectra and the short-time Doppler spectra. By modeling the short-time Doppler spectra and the long-time averaged Doppler spectra of the shore-based radar sea clutter measured in the China Yellow Sea at P and S bands, it is indicated that the proposed model has a higher precision than the conventional model, and especially, the modeling errors decrease significantly in the cases of the short-time Doppler spectra with long measuring time and the long-time averaged Doppler spectra with complex shapes.

We study the effects of purity on entanglement dynamics of a multipartite system in cavity QED. Three two-level atoms A, B and C are initially prepared in an entangled state and locally coupled with independent cavities a, b and c, respectively. We consider the effects of purity of atomic initial state on the entanglement evolution of both the systems of atoms and cavities. It is found that depending on the purity of atomic initial state, the entanglement of atoms (cavities) may or may not exhibit the sudden death (birth) phenomenon.

Because the weather conditions in different sea areas are different, the evaporation duct occurring over a large sea surface is normally regional and range-dependent. This property results in the fact that the radio wave propagation within the environment of this type is distinct from that within the range-independent evaporation duct environment. Therefore, it is meaningful to perform the regional range-dependent evaporation duct inversion for accurately predicting radio wave propagation and improving radar performance. From among the variety of ways of detecting evaporation duct in practical application, we adopt the regional modified refractivity profile of evaporation duct predicted by the mesoscale numerical weather model MM5 as the prior information, and propose a posterior probability estimation model of the regional range-dependent evaporation duct on the basis of the radar sea clutter power. First, in this model we use the principal component analysis method to model the range-dependent property of evaporation duct, and on this basis, establish the inversion procedure of the range-dependent evaporation duct by using the radar sea clutter. Then, we obtain the relationship among prior probability distribution, posterior probability distribution, and likelihood function of the parameters of the modified refractivity profile by using the Bayesian theory, and finally realize the maximum posterior probability estimation of the evaporation duct parameters. By estimating the real regional range-dependent evaporation duct over East China Sea, it is indicated that the proposed model can perform the inversion of regional range-dependent evaporation duct with a higher precision.
