In order to improve the coal mine emergency rescue coordination ability of multivariate main body participation, we built an evaluation index system consisting of 5 first-level indexes and 17 second-level indexes including rescue preparation coordination, command decision-making coordination, life rescue coordination, accident handling coordination and rescue support coordination, and proposed an evaluation model of emergency rescue coordination capacity based on G1-dematel-measure quantification. The model is verified by the accident of Qinghai Chaidar Coal Mine. The results show that the coordination ability of emergency rescue is at the “general” level, in which the coordination ability of rescue preparation and rescue support is at the “good” level, and the coordination ability of command and decision, life rescue and accident disposal is at the “general” level, which is consistent with the actual situation of the rescue in Chaidar Coal Mine. It shows that the evaluation model can not only objectively evaluate the emergency rescue coordination capacity, but also analyze the weak links of the emergency rescue coordination capacity, providing decision support for the emergency rescue coordination capacity construction.

In this work, we demonstrate a simple method for the fabrication of silver (Ag) nanosheet-assembled film on aluminum (Al) foil based on the galvanic displacement reaction between Al and Ag+. In order to obtain Ag nanosheets with large area and high aggregation density, both F− and H+ ions were introduced into the reaction system to etch the barrier layer Al2O3 on Al foils and promote the increase of the number of Ag nuclei. Therefore, Ag nuclei grew into nanosheets with citrate ions as the shape control agent. By varying the reaction parameters, Ag nanosheet film was optimized for surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) measurements. The Ag nanosheet film prepared by the presented method exhibit the advantages of controllable morphology, good SERS activity, and distribution in large area, which could be utilized as a promising SERS-active candidate substrate for analytical applications.

The Bozi 3 reservoir is an ultra-deep condensate reservoir (−7800 m) with a high temperature (138.24 °C) and high pressure (104.78 MPa), leading to complex phase behaviors. Few PVT studies could be referred in the literature to meet such high temperature and pressure conditions. Furthermore, it is questionable regarding the applicability of existing condensate production techniques to such a high temperature and pressure reservoir. This study first characterized the phase behavior via PVT experiments and EOS tuning. The operating conditions were then optimized through reservoir numerical simulation. Results showed that: (1) the critical condensate temperature and pressure of Bozi 3 condensate gas were 326.24 °C and 43.83 MPa, respectively; (2) four gases (methane, recycled dry gas, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen) were analyzed, and methane was identified as the optimal injection gas; (3) gas injection started when the production began to fall and achieved higher recovery than gas injection started when the pressure fell below the dew-point pressure; (4) simultaneous injection of methane at both the upper and lower parts of the reservoir can effectively produce condensate oil over the entire block. This scheme achieved 8690.43 m3 more oil production and 2.75% higher recovery factor in comparison with depletion production. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To systematically evaluate the association of prenatal thoracic ultrasound abnormalities with copy number variants (CNVs). Methods: Chromosomal microarray (CMA) data and clinical characteristics from fetuses with thoracic ultrasound abnormalities were retrieved and analyzed. Results: Thoracic ultrasound findings were mainly isolated except for fetal pleural effusion (FPE) and pulmonary hypoplasia. The diagnostic yield of CMA for thoracic anomaly was 9.66%, and FPE (17/68, 25%), pulmonary hypoplasia (1/8, 12.5%), and congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) (6/79, 7.59%) indicated relatively high pathogenic/likely pathogenic (P/LP) CNV findings. The detection rate for P/LP CNVs was obviously increased in non‐isolated thoracic anomalies (27.91% vs. 1.96%, P < 0.0001), non‐isolated FPE (37.78% vs. 0%, P = 0.0007) and non‐isolated congenital pulmonary airway malformation (CPAM) (27.27% vs. 0%, P < 0.0001), and significantly different among thoracic anomalies. Additionally, the rate of termination of pregnancy in cases with non‐isolated thoracic anomalies (58.49% vs. 12.34%, P < 0.0001) and P/LP CNVs (85.71% vs. 24.15%, P < 0.0001) was obviously increased. Conclusion: The present study expanded phenotype spectrums for particular recurrent CNVs. FPE, CDH, and pulmonary hypoplasia indicated relatively high P/LP CNV findings among common thoracic ultrasound abnormalities, CPAM associated with other ultrasound abnormalities increased the incidence of diagnostic CNVs, while bronchopulmonary sequestration might not be associated with positive CNVs. The present data recommended CMA application for cases with prenatal thoracic ultrasound abnormalities, especially non‐isolated FPE, non‐isolated CPAM, CDH, and pulmonary hypoplasia.
