Understanding the mechanical behavior of nanotwinned materials in alloys is essential, particularly in relation to solute-influenced twin boundary (TB) migration. This research employs atomistic simulations and theoretical analysis to explore the influence of solute atoms on TB migration in CuAg alloys. Contrary to conventional beliefs, simulations reveal that solute Ag atoms enhance TB migration, challenging established perceptions. Nudged elastic band calculations confirm that Ag solutes substantially reduce energy barriers, shedding light on the mechanism driving solute-enhanced TB migration. This work opens novel avenues for investigating point defect impacts on TB mobility, offering insights into alloy element roles in grain boundary migration and polycrystalline material properties. The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic remains a significant threat, emphasizing the critical importance of mask-wearing to reduce infection risks. However, existing methods for mask detection encounter challenges such as identifying small targets and achieving high accuracy. In this paper, we present an enhanced YOLOv7 model tailored for mask-wearing detection. we employing a Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) to augment the original dataset, introducing the Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM) mechanism into the YOLOv7 model to enhance its small target detection capabilities, and replacing the model's activation function with Parametric Rectified Linear Unit (FReLU) to improve overall performance. Experimental validation on a dataset showcases an average precision of 97.8% and a real-time inference speed of 64 frames per second (fps), meeting the real-time mask-wearing detection requirements effectively. This paper studies the task of vision-based MAV-catching-MAV, where a catcher MAV (micro aerial vehicle) can detect, localize, and pursue a target MAV autonomously. Since it is challenging to develop detectors that can effectively detect unseen MAVs in complex environments, the main novelty of this paper is to propose a real-to-sim-to-real approach to address this challenge. In this method, images of real-world environments are first collected. Then, these images are used to construct a high-fidelity simulation environment, based on which a deep-learning detector is trained. The merit of this approach is that it allows efficient automatic collection of large-scale and high-quality labeled datasets. More importantly, since the simulation environment is constructed from real-world images, this approach can effectively bridge the sim-to-real gap, enabling efficient deployment in real environments. Another contribution of this paper lies in the successful implementation of a fully autonomous vision-based MAV-catching-MAV system including proposed estimation and pursuit control algorithms. In this paper, the firing process and structural failure behavior of outdoor mechanical car parks are innovatively investigated under diverse conditions, leveraging fire experiments, FDS fire simulation, and finite element simulation. The fire experiments reveal the intricate interplay between flame spread and airflow, highlighting the enhanced risk of fire propagation among adjacent spaces. The temperature profile, mirroring the fire's lifecycle, is delineated into three distinct stages: initial growth, full development, and eventual decay. Notably, full-scale fire simulation in FDS validates the experimental outcomes, underscoring the scalability and reliability of our scaled-down experiments. Purpose: This study investigated the clinical risk factors for peripheral neuropathy induced by docetaxel and albumin‐bound paclitaxel (AP) in patients with breast cancer. Methods: This prospective observational study recruited 268 patients between March 2019 and December 2020. Patient information was obtained through the query system for laboratory test results, patient consultations, and scale evaluations. Neuropathic symptoms were followed up throughout and until 3 months after taxane chemotherapy. Univariate and multivariate analyses were used to find the risk factors for overall and moderate–severe taxane‐induced peripheral neuropathy (TIPN). Results: Cumulative dose (odds ratio [OR] = 3.533, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.797–6.944, p < 0.001), body mass index (BMI) (OR = 2.926, 95% CI: 1.621–5.281, p < 0.001), body surface area (BSA) (OR = 1.724, 95% CI: 1.011–2.941, p = 0.045), and hypocalcemia (OR = 4.899, 95% CI: 1.518–15.811, p = 0.008) all increased the risk of TIPN. Only cumulative dose (OR = 2.577, 95% CI: 1.161–5.719, p = 0.020) and BSA (OR = 2.040, 95% CI: 1.073–3.877, p = 0.030) were independent risk factors for moderate–severe TIPN. Conclusion: Cumulative dose, BMI, BSA, and hypocalcemia are all risk factors for overall TIPN, whereas cumulative dose and BSA are risk factors for moderate–severe TIPN. Patients with breast cancer who have high BMI, large BSA, hypocalcemia, and large cumulative dose may be at risk of TIPN, and intervention measures must be actively carried out for them. Comprehensive Summary: Polyoxometalates modified with complex cations have attracted increasing attention because of the fascinating properties and the controllable structures. By adjusting the synthesis conditions, four new terpyridine complexes based hybrid POMs, [(TPY‐H)CuCl]4 [W10O32]·2DMF·2H2O (1), [(TPY‐H)Cu(DMSO)(H2O)]2[W10O32]·2H2O (2), [(TPY‐H)2Cu]2[W10O32]·6DMSO·8H2O (3) and [(TPY‐Br)CuCl (DMSO)(H2O)]2[(TPY‐Br)CuCl]2[W10O32]·2DMSO·4H2O (4), were prepared by using 'one‐pot' method. Sing‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses, infrared radiation, etc., revealed the structural composition of compounds 1—4, which indicates that synthesis conditions have a directional regulatory effect on the compounds synthesis. Thioether oxidation catalytic reactions show 1—4 have good catalytic activities, and powder X‐ray diffraction and thermogravimetry analysis show 1—4 have superduper catalytic stability. Moreover, 4 has better catalytic activity because of the different structure of terpyridine complexes. Therefore, a possible mechanism of dual‐site catalysis by both cations and anions is proposed. The SmO 3/2 -TiO 2 -H f O 2 (STH) glasses system was successfully prepared using the aerodynamic levitation technique. XRD analysis confirms that the obtained samples are amorphous. Raman spectra demonstrate that the maximum phonon energy is 1060 cm−1. DSC measurements reveal that the addition of H f O 2 , with its high melting point, increases both T x and T g. The maximum ΔT reaches 75.7 °C, and the density of the glass increases from 5.0548 to 5.1097 g/cm3. When the H f O 2 content is kept constant, a decrease in Sm 2 O 3 content and an increase in TiO 2 content lead to a decrease in T g and T x , with a corresponding increase in density. The glass exhibits a maximum Vickers hardness of 8.102 GPa, which can be attributed to the high dissociation energy of Sm 2 O 3 , TiO 2 , and H f O 2. Furthermore, both ST and STH glasses show excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. Additionally, the refractive index contribution of each oxide follows the order: TiO 2 > HfO 2 > Sm 2 O 3. The refractive index increases with increasing TiO 2 and H f O 2 content. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the ratio of each oxide to optimize the values of V m , OPD, and α O 2− for a positive effect on the refractive index. The transmittance of STH glass is approximately 70 %, and the internal transmittance is 90 %. This indicates good transmittance even without considering reflection. The glass has a maximum refractive index of 2.343 and an Abbe number υ d in the range of 17.06–18.02, meeting the dispersion requirements of commercial optical glasses. In order to address the rising concerns about undergraduates' plagiarism in academic writing practices, a blended learning scenario (a combination of face-to-face learning with online learning) was designed and the effectiveness of it was tested. Results indicated that the students became more capable of distinguishing plagiarism cases in different scenarios, and their writing performance significantly improved by engaging in the blended learning scenario, i.e. the extent of plagiarism substantially decreased and writing quality greatly increased. Furthermore, the students mostly provided positive feedback towards the learning intervention. This study contributes to existing literature on instructional solutions to plagiarism issues by focusing on how students' understandings of plagiarism and source use can be achieved during their writing in a blended learning scenario. Breast cancer stands out as the most commonly diagnosed cancer among women globally. Precise lymph node staging holds critical significance for both predicting outcomes in early-stage disease and formulating effective treatment strategies to control regional disease progression in breast cancer patients. No imaging technique possesses sufficient accuracy to identify lymph node metastases in the early stages (I or II) of primary breast cancer. However, the sentinel node procedure emerges as a valuable approach for identifying metastatic axillary nodes. The sentinel lymph node is the hypothetical first lymph node or group of nodes draining a cancer. In case of established cancerous dissemination, it is postulated that the sentinel lymph nodes are the target organs primarily reached by metastasizing cancer cells from the tumor. The utilization of the sentinel node technique has brought about changes in the assessment of lymph nodes. It involves evaluating the sentinel node during surgery, enabling prompt lymph node dissection when the sentinel node procedure is positive. Additionally, histological ultra-stratification is employed to uncover occult metastases. This review aims to provide an update of this valuable technique, with focus on the practical aspects of the procedure and the different histological protocols of sentinel node evaluation in breast cancer. To investigate novel glass materials applicable to W-LED, we designed and prepared a series of glasses with varying compositions. The compositions of the glasses were (64-x)B 2 O 3 –15Al 2 O 3 –10Na 2 O–10Bi 2 O 3 -xCaF 2 -0.5Dy 2 O 3 -0.5Eu 2 O 3 (x = 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25). The glasses were synthesized using the melting quenching method. The effect of CaF 2 on the structural feature of fluoroborate glass was studied by infrared spectroscopy analyses. Determination of fluorine content in glass by 19F NMR inversion spectroscopy. The absorbance of glass increased as the CaF 2 content increased in the visible and ultraviolet light ranges. The optical band gap of the prepared glasses was obtained from the absorption spectrum, which confirmed the existence of nonbridging oxygen (NBO) in the glass network structure. The fluorescence lifetime of the glass increases with increasing CaF 2 content, and the quantum yield of the glass first increases and then decreases. In addition, fluoroborate glass had a lower Urbach energy, indicating that its network structure was relatively uniform and stable. In contrast, the increase in Urbach energy is due to the substitution of CaF 2 , leading to more defects. By adjusting the excitation wavelength and CaF 2 content, the color temperature (1598–3346 K) and color rendering index (36–63) of fluoroborate glass can be effectively adjusted. BRD4 is a member of the BET protein family involved in chromatin remodeling and transcriptional regulation. Several BET inhibitors (BETi) have entered clinical trials, demonstrating potential in inducing cancer cell apoptosis and tumor regression. However, resistance to BETi is common in solid tumors. In pancreatic cancer, it is found that cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) in the tumor microenvironment reduce the BET inhibitor JQ1 sensitivity by inducing BRD4 expression. Moreover, CAFs play a crucial role in the formation of a dense stromal barrier. Therefore, targeting CAFs in the tumor microenvironment of pancreatic cancer not only enhances cancer cells sensitivity to JQ1 but also increases drug perfusion and improves oxygen supply, thus reducing glycolysis and limiting energy supply. To address this challenge, a homologous targeting mechanism utilizing activated fibroblast membrane‐coated liposomes is proposed for specific drug precise target to CAFs‐rich pancreatic cancer. Additionally, TAT peptides enable liposomes penetration, delivering PFD for targeted anti‐fibrotic therapy, reducing extracellular matrix generation and glycolysis, and enhancing JQ1 delivery and sensitivity. We present a detailed analysis of a partial eruption of a sigmoid filament lying along the polarity inversion line (PIL) of the small active region (AR) NOAA 12734 (with an area of 1.44 × 10 3 square megameters). The active filament was rooted in a dipole sunspot of the AR. The eruption was associated with a C1.3 flare and subsequent large-scale coronal disturbances. During its solar disk passage before the flare, the AR had the following characteristics: (1) Most of the time, the magnetic field lines in the AR showed a sigmoidal structure ('L1') in the low corona and arc-shaped loops (i.e., 'L2') in the upper atmosphere. (2) An 'X'-shaped structure was formed between the original 'S'-shaped magnetic loop ('L1') and the newly rising one ('L3') between the main positive and negative magnetic polarities of the sunspots, and the intersection point of flux ropes 'L1' and 'L3' corresponds well with the area where the initial extreme-ultraviolet (EUV) 1600 Å brightening of the flare occurred. (3) The AR disobeyed the hemispherical helicity rule and had magnetic twist and writhe of the same signs, i.e., its magnetic helicity/current helicity were positive in the northern hemisphere. (4) Sustained magnetic emergence and cancellation occurred before the flare. Therefore, the magnetic reconnection of highly twisted helical flux ropes under the confinement of the overlying magnetic fields is probably responsible for the partial eruption of the filament. This paper extends previous work on electromagnetic (EM) reciprocity theorem analysis from the single‐conductor to the more general multiconductor transmission line (MTL) case. The focus is on the EM coupling problem of an ideal MTL above a perfectly electrically conducting ground when excited by a plane wave. The proposed methodology addresses mutual coupling effects and mismatched loads in the MTL. The expression for the current along the MTL in the test (radiation) state is derived, considering these factors. A novel calculation method for the induced voltage at the load is then introduced, assuming consistent coupling between different lines in both test and receiving states. A small energy offset (ΔE < 0.2 eV) between Γ(pxy) and Γ(pz) band orbitals in AB2X2 Zintl compounds enables the realization of band alignment for an increased band degeneracy as well as an enhanced electronic performance. The SrMg2Bi2 Zintl compound has been theoretically illustrated to have a small ΔE, suggesting an approximately inherent convergence of two band orbitals. Therefore, this work is devoted to the revelation of the thermoelectric potential of the SrMg2Bi2 Zintl compound in a broad Hall carrier concentration of 0.3–5 × 1019 cm−3 by Ag-doping at the Sr site. The electrical transport properties can be well predicted by the single parabolic band model with acoustic phonon scattering, which reveals a multi-band transporting behavior in the heavily doped samples due to Fermi level deepening, leading to a significant zT-enhancement. In terms of the model, a peak zT of up to 1.0 is achievable by assuming the amorphous minimum lattice thermal conductivity, which demonstrates this compound as a promising thermoelectric material. Dramatically increasing trends in consumption of ultra-processed foods have been reported across the globe. Public concern about the health consequences of ultra-processed foods is high. This manuscript provides a comprehensive review of trends in global consumption of ultra-processed foods, dietary nutrient profile of ultra-processed foods, demographic, socioeconomic, psychological, and behavioral characteristics of ultra-processed food consumers, current evidence from longitudinal studies at the population level on the association between ultra-processed foods consumption and major health outcomes (including all-cause and cause-specific mortality, cardiovascular disease, overweight and obesity, body composition and fat deposition, diabetes, cancer, and gastrointestinal and other diseases), potential mechanisms linking ultra-processed foods with these outcomes (nutrient displacement, factors that influence adiposity, and processing), and challenges and future research directions. The global trends in consumption of ultra-processed foods, the generally unfavorable nutrient profile of ultra-processed foods, the characteristics of ultra-processed food consumers, the accumulating longitudinal studies associating ultra-processed foods with major health outcomes, and the uncertainties and complexities in putative mechanisms all highlight the need for future high-quality epidemiologic and mechanistic investigations on this topic. Due to the large number of frames and low video resolution, tennis match videos cannot accurately identify and extract effective data, which reduces the level of fine analysis of tennis matches. In order to solve the problem of poor detection effect of small targets in tennis video, an automatic detection method of small targets in tennis video based on deep learning is proposed. Non-maximum suppression algorithm is used to determine the position of the target between different adjacent video image sequences, and SVM classifier is used to train a large number of target behaviors. According to the hierarchical structure of dataset annotation, the hierarchical structure of tennis video for deep learning is optimized. The reconstruction algorithm is used to enhance the video image in the input VOC data set and improve the fine segmentation effect of the image. The difference video image is binarized to complete the automatic detection of small targets in tennis video. To investigate the damage threshold and mechanism of a mid-infrared HgCdTe focal plane array (FPA) detector, relevant experimental and theoretical studies were conducted. The line damage threshold of a HgCdTe FPA detector may be within the range of 0.59 Jcm−2 to 0.71 Jcm−2. The full frame damage threshold of the detector may be in the range of 0.86 Jcm−2 to 1.17 Jcm−2. Experimental results showed that when the energy density reaches 1.17 Jcm−2, the detector exhibits irreversible full frame damage and is completely unable to image. Based on the finite element method, a three-dimensional model of HgCdTe FPAs detector was established to study the heat transfer mechanism, internal stress, and damage sequence. When HgCdTe melts, we think that the detector is damaged. Under these conditions, the theoretical damage threshold calculated using the detector model is 0.55 Jcm−2. The difference between theoretical and experimental values was analyzed. The relationship between damage threshold and pulse width was also studied. It was found that when the pulse width is less than 1000 ns, the damage threshold characterized by peak power density is inversely proportional to pulse width. This relationship can help us predict the experimental damage threshold of an FPA detector. This model is reasonable and convenient for studying the damage of FPA detectors with a mid-infrared pulse laser. A Brønsted acid‐catalyzed dearomative skeletal rearrangement of azofurans with indoles is reported, enabling a regioselective 1,6‐addition, ring‐opening and 1,4‐addition cascade to produce 26 examples of indolylated pyrrol‐2‐ones with a cyclic tetrasubstituted stereocenter in 58–94% yields. Increased conservation action to protect more habitat and species is fueling a vigorous debate about the relative effectiveness of different sorts of protected areas. Here we review the literature that compares the effectiveness of protected areas managed by states and areas managed by Indigenous peoples and/or local communities. We argue that these can be hard comparisons to make. Robust comparative case studies are rare, and the epistemic communities producing them are fractured by language, discipline, and geography. Furthermore the distinction between these different forms of protection on the ground can be blurred. We also have to be careful about the value of this sort of comparison as the consequences of different forms of conservation for people and nonhuman nature are messy and diverse. Measures of effectiveness, moreover, focus on specific dimensions of conservation performance, which can omit other important dimensions. With these caveats, we report on findings observed by multiple study groups focusing on different regions and issues whose reports have been compiled into this article. There is a tendency in the data for community-based or co-managed governance arrangements to produce beneficial outcomes for people and nature. These arrangements are often accompanied by struggles between rural groups and powerful states. Findings are highly context specific and global generalizations have limited value. Background: Calcium (Ca), potassium (K) and magnesium (Mg) may be involved in the occurrence and development of glaucoma by influencing the retinal oxidative stress and regulate blood pressure. However, epidemiological opinions on dietary intake of macroelement related to glaucoma are inconsistent. Herein, this study aims to explore the association between dietary Ca, K, and Mg consumption and glaucoma. Methods: Data of 7,042 adults aged ≥40 years old who received the glaucoma examinations were extracted from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) database from 2005 to 2008 in this cross-sectional study. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression were used to explore the association between dietary Ca, K, and Mg intake and glaucoma with the odd ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs). We also investigated this relationship in individuals of different age, with/without hypertension and visual field defect (VFD). Results: There were 502 (8.11%) participants had glaucoma. After adjusted for covariables, we found that enough dietary Ca consumption was related to a decreased risk of glaucoma [OR = 0.59, 95%CI: (0.42–0.81)], whether in persons with/without hypertension (all P<0.05). In particular, dietary K intake may be a potential protect factor for glaucoma in non-hypertension populations [OR = 0.47, 95%CI: (0.22–0.99), P = 0.049]. Additionally, hypertension/non-hypertension persons who aged <65 years old or with/without VFD should all pay attention to the enough dietary supplement of Ca, K, and Mg according to their own circumstances. Conclusion: Enough dietary Ca, K, and Mg consumption may be potential protect factors of glaucoma that could provide some dietary reference for developing targeted glaucoma prevention and control measures. Coal seam drilling is a simple, economical, and effective measure commonly used to prevent and control rock burst. Following rock burst, coal exhibits significant dynamic characteristics under high strain-rate loading. Our purpose was to determine the physical processes associated with impact damage to drilled coal rock, and its mitigation mechanism. An impact test was carried out on prefabricated borehole coal specimens, and the impulse signals of the incident and transmission rods were monitored. The crack initiation, expansion, and penetration of coal specimens were video-recorded to determine the mechanical properties, crack expansion, damage modes, fragmentation, and energy dissipation characteristics of coal specimens containing different boreholes. The dynamic compressive strength of the coal specimens was significantly weakened by boreholes under high strain-rate loading; the dynamic compressive strength and the dynamic modulus of elasticity of coal rock showed a decreasing trend, with increasing numbers of boreholes and a rising and decreasing trend with increasing borehole spacing; the number and spacing of boreholes appeared to be design parameters that could weaken coal–rock material under high strain-rate loading; during the loading of coal and rock, initial cracks appeared and expanded in the tensile stress zone of the borehole side, while secondary cracks, which appeared perpendicular to the main crack, expanded and connected, destroying the specimen. As the number of boreholes increased, the fractal dimension (D) and transmission energy decreased, while the reflection energy increased. As the borehole spacing was increased, D decreased while the reflective energy ratio decreased and increased, and the transmissive energy ratio increased and decreased. This study attempts to provide a new security solution for data storage based on semi-network OS architecture, that is, to create a comprehensive data security system with approaches of "OSPU security effect" and "data assembly verification" as main pillars. There are three factors to determine the security level of data storage, they are: the uniqueness of verification credentials, the exclusiveness of network access, and the verifiability of the user's identity, which are also the three weaknesses of some existing security configuration of data storage, the theme discussed here is trying to use the new comprehensive security configuration system to overcome some weaknesses of existing one and provide a more effective security environment for data storage. Currently, a large number of theories and approaches related to data security have emerged, including some latest "security hardware" and approaches of "data verification," but few of them are similar to the OSPU security effect and the "data assembly verification" mentioned here, and further, it is an unprecedented innovation that combines approaches of OSPU security effect and the "data assembly verification" into a comprehensive security system under the semi-network OS architecture. Over the past 15 years, single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) technology, in combination with other omics, has revealed the mechanisms of human development, tumors, and complex diseases at the genome, transcriptome, and proteome levels. However, this approach fails to directly reflect relevant spatial information, such as cell location and interactions. This limitation has been addressed with the advancement of the combination of high-resolution scRNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics (ST), which enables the identification of cell composition, intercellular and intermolecular interaction, and unravels the mechanisms of disease phenotypes. This review explores two types of ST - imaging-based ST (iST) and sequencing-based ST (sST) - and demonstrates how ST analysis can follow disease pathogenesis in a spatiotemporal manner, searching for disease-specific biomarkers. ST technology is an effective tool for resolving major biomedical and clinical problems, including tumor research, brain science, embryonic development, organ atlas construction and other pathological analysis. Looking towards the future, despite its limitations, ST has the potential to address these problems in conjunction with "dynamics, multi-omics, and resolution". Harvesting is an important procedure for hydroponic lettuces in plant factories. At present, hydroponic lettuces are mainly harvested manually, and the key difficulty in mechanical harvesting is reducing the occurrence of leaf injury. Measuring the size of hydroponic lettuces using the image processing method and intelligently adjusting the operating parameters of the harvesting device are the foundation of high-quality harvesting for lettuces. The overlapped leaves of adjacent hydroponic lettuces cause difficulties in measuring lettuce size, especially the leaves expansion size. Therefore, we proposed an image processing method for measuring lettuce height and leaves expansion size according to the upper contour feature of lettuces and an image included three lettuces. Firstly, the upper contours of the lettuces were extracted and segmented via image preprocessing. Secondly, lettuce height was measured according to the maximum ordinate of the contour. Lastly, the lettuce's upper contour was fitted to a function to measure the leaves expansion size. The measurement results showed that the maximal relative error of the lettuce height measurements was 5.58%, and the average was 2.14%. The effect of the quadratic function in fitting the upper contour was the best compared with the cubic function and sine function. The maximal relative error of the leaves expansion size measurements was 8.59%, and the average was 4.03%. According to the results of the lettuce height and leaves expansion size measurements, the grabbing parameters of each lettuce were intelligently adjusted to verify the harvesting effect. The harvesting success rates of lettuces was above 90%, and the injured leaves areas of the left, middle, and right lettuces in each image were 192.6 mm2, 228.1 mm2, and 205.6 mm2, respectively. Hydrogen embrittlement is an important technological problem underpinning failure of many structural elements. It has been extensively investigated in the literatures; however, several open issues remain that prevent a full understanding of this phenomenon. One important issue is the uncertain knowledge of how hydrogen atoms affect the dislocation core structure. Here, by exploring the hydrogen role on the dissociated edge dislocation, we reveal that there exists an additional attractive force between two partials due to the hydrogen atmosphere, which would reduce the equilibrium separation distance. This hydrogen-induced attractive force is quantitatively estimated by means of continuum mechanics. Furthermore, molecular statics simulations also capture the hydrogen-reduced separation distance under varying hydrogen background fractions, qualitatively verifying the theoretical prediction of attractive force. These findings at the atomistic scale will inform the hydrogen embrittlement modeling and experiments, especially on the hydrogen effect on the dislocation glide, climb, dynamics strain ageing, and so on. Purpose: To explore the mental health status of patients with cancer and related influential factors and provide a scientific basis to reduce serious emotional problems, improve the quality of life of cancer survivors and adopt targeted interventions. Methods: A total of 517 patients who attended the oncology departments of six grade-A tertiary hospitals from July 2022 to September 2022 were selected by convenience sampling. The effects of emotional support, social media, patient-centred communication, health self-efficacy and cancer beliefs on the emotional well-being of patients with cancer were analysed based on the structural equation model. Results: A Spearman correlation analysis showed a significant positive correlation among the six latent variables (P<0.01). The structural equation model path analysis showed that health self-efficacy (β=0.374, P<0.001), cancer belief (β=0.214, P=0.003) and emotional support (β=0.104, P=0.031) all had positive effects on emotional health. The mediating effect results showed that cancer beliefs had a mediating effect on mental health in social media use (β=0.106, P=0.001), emotional support (β=0.028, P=0.002) and patient-centred communication (β=0.050, P=0.002). Further, health self-efficacy had mediating effects on mental health in emotional support (β=0.084, P=0.001) and patient-centred communication (β=0.098, P=0.001). Conclusion: By constructing structural equation models, this study found that emotional support, cancer beliefs and health self-efficacy showed a positive effect on the emotional well-being of patients with cancer. Further, it found a mediating role of health cancer beliefs on the impact of emotional support, social media use and patient-centred communication on mental health. Although there is an increasing recognition of the importance of critical thinking in science education across the world, the relevant research literature is extremely thin. There is an urgent need to generate more empirical evidence. We examined two essential issues concerning critical thinking (the relationship between students' and teachers' critical thinking as well as the relationship between critical thinking and science achievement) in the context of physics education. We utilized data from the 2017 (Chinese) Program for Regional Assessment of Basic Education Quality with 46,820 students under 547 teachers from 128 schools. We developed multiple membership multilevel models to account for students from different schools and under multiple teachers (in each school). After control over student, teacher, and school characteristics, although Chinese eighth graders demonstrated statistically significant critical thinking, there was not any statistically significant relationship between students' and teachers' critical thinking. With the same control, there was a statistically significant relationship between students' critical thinking and students' physics achievement among Chinese eighth graders. Meanwhile, there was not any statistically significant relationship between teachers' critical thinking and students' physics achievement (over and above the relationship between students' critical thinking and students' physics achievement). We suggest that critical thinking may need to become an essential and explicit outcome of science education to help establish a relationship between students' and teachers' critical thinking and promote the correlation between critical thinking of students and teachers and students' science achievement. Purpose: To determine how adipose-derived stromal vascular fraction (SVF) injection following core decompression (CD) and biochemistry artificial bone graft implantation affects outcomes in patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH). Methods: A total of 19 patients (28 hips) with stage I-IIIA ONFH received adipose-derived SVF injection and combined core decompression and biochemistry artificial bone graft implantation, followed up for a minimum of two years. Disease progression was evaluated according to the Association Research Circulation Osseous (ARCO) staging system, and the change of the ratio of the necrotic volume to femoral head volume was calculated with MRI before and after operation. Results: At the last follow-up, 15 hips remained stable, and 13 hips had a progression, according to the ARCO staging system. A total of eight hips (5 with ARCO stage II and 3 with staged IIIA at baseline) progressed to post-collapse stage (stage IIIB-IV). In total, seven of eight hips with post-collapse stage and one with IIIA stage at follow-up converted to THAs in an average of 17.5 months (range, 11–68 months) postoperatively. The mean ratio of the necrotic lesion volume to the femoral head significantly decreased in hips with ARCO stage I (17.9 ± 3.0% to 9.8 ± 1.3%, p = 0.012, Δ necrosis ratio = 8.1 ± 4.2%) and stage II (22.7 ± 6.3% to 17.1 ± 9.4%, p = 0.001, Δ necrosis ratio = 5.7 ± 6.6%) at baseline. For the eight hips that progressed to post-collapse stage, the mean necrosis ratio increased from 27.4 ± 5.4% to 31.1 ± 4.0% (p = 0.146), Δ necrosis ratio = − 3.7 ± 3.9%. For the other 20 hips radiological survived, the mean necrosis ratio improved from 19.9 ± 4.4% to 11.8 ± 3.3% (p < 0.001), with Δ necrosis ratio = 8.1 ± 4.9%. Conclusion: Adipose-derived SVF injection following core decompression and biochemistry artificial bone graft implantation is safe and could effectively repair the necrosis lesion and delay disease progression in patients with early-stage ONFH. Many disciplines, including the broad Field of Information (iField), offer Data Science (DS) programs. There have been significant efforts exploring an individual discipline's identity and unique contributions to the broader DS education landscape. To advance DS education in the iField, the iSchool Data Science Curriculum Committee (iDSCC) was formed and charged with building and recommending a DS education framework for iSchools. This paper reports on the research process and findings of a series of studies to address important questions: What is the iField identity in the multidisciplinary DS education landscape? What is the status of DS education in iField schools? What knowledge and skills should be included in the core curriculum for iField DS education? What are the jobs available for DS graduates from the iField? What are the differences between graduate‐level and undergraduate‐level DS education? Answers to these questions will not only distinguish an iField approach to DS education but also define critical components of DS curriculum. Tuning catalytic centers in heterogeneous catalyst, both in a chemical and a spatial manner, is a powerful approach to improve the stability and the efficiency of catalysts. While the chemical aspects are largely understood, the spatial interactions around active sites, comprised of non‐covalent interactions, are difficult to maintain and challenging to study. Herein, the unique properties of covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are utilized to establish an ideal reaction environment for the hydrolysis of cellobiose and other common disaccharides in mild, metal‐free, and neutral aqueous conditions. The chosen COF, HCl‐PSA‐IM‐COF‐OMe ("HCl" for hydrochloric acid, "PSA" for propyl sulfonic acid, "IM" for imidazole, and "OMe" for methoxy), is modified to be ultra‐stable in aqueous conditions and possesses sulfonic acid groups for general acid catalysis and for enhanced hydrogen bonding with reactants as well as intraporous chloride anions for oxocarbenium intermediate stabilization. In addition, the system also relies on the differences in adsorptive binding behavior, Kads, of the reactants and the products to the functionalized framework and benefits from a separate physical, kinetic process to boost the catalytic cycle. Due to its stability in aqueous conditions, HCl‐PSA‐IM‐COF‐OMe can be recycled and maintains its hydrolytic properties for five cycles before regeneration is needed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A novel gold(I)/Brønsted acid relay catalysis enabling azofuran activation to induce annulative rearrangement from 3-yne-1,2-diols and aryldiazonium tetrafluoroborates is reported, producing a series of furan-2-yl-substituted pyrrol-2-ones bearing a quaternary carbon center with good yields. Exchanging aryldiazonium tetrafluoroborate for azofuran led to skeletally identical but substituent-diverse furan-2-yl-containing pyrrol-2-ones with good yields, supporting the key azofuran activation and annulative rearrangement by gold/Brønsted acid relay catalysis. Accurate understanding of the impacts of climate change on hulless barley and river in the Lhasa River Basin is of great significance to food security and water resources management in the plateau region. It is important to explore the relationship between hulless barley and river under the background of climate change for the comprehensive and coordinated development of agriculture and water conservancy. Based on the Google Earth Engine (GEE) cloud computing platform, the Random Forest algorithm was used to obtain the spatio‐temporal variation of hulless barley and river in the Lhasa River Basin from 2010 to 2020. The overall accuracy and Kappa coefficient of classification results were 89.54% and 85.96%, respectively. The average area and Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) of hulless barley from 2010 to 2020 were 178.46 km2 and 0.69, respectively. The increase of accumulated precipitation, number of precipitation days, average dew point temperature (ADPT) and average wind speed (AWS) promoted the growth of hulless barley, with NDVI significant increasing rate of 0.0173 (R2 = 0.764, p < 0.001). The combined effects of human activities (construction of water conservancy facilities and mining activities), ADPT and AWS resulted in a significant decrease (decreasing rate: 10.8682 km2/year, p < 0.01) in river area during 2010–2020. There was a significant negative correlation (R2 = 0.722, p < 0.01) between hulless barley NDVI and river area driven by climate factors. The changes in hulless barley gravity center and river gravity center were consistent, and both shifted in the northeast direction. These results provide a scientific understanding of the impacts of plateau climate change on agriculture and water resource. The land cover maps of the Lhasa River Basin with long time series and high spatial resolution were drawn. Our study verified the relevance between hulless barley gravity center and river gravity center as well as the internal relationship between hulless barley growth and river area. • "Mini-open tightrope fixation" was a reliable and effective method for type IIIB AC joint dislocation. • The effect of "mini open tightrope fixation" is better than that of classical hook plate fixation. • The mini-open tightrope has better function and relieves pain in the early postoperative period compared to hook plate. Treatment of acute Rookwood type III AC joint dislocation is still controversially discussed. ISAKOS suggested to subdivide type III AC joint injuries into type IIIA (stable) and type IIIB (unstable). The aim of this study was to compare clinical and radiographic outcomes between hook plate fixation and mini-open tightrope for the treatment of acute Rookwood type IIIB acromioclavicular joint dislocation. We conducted a retrospective clinical study of 112 patients with acute Rookwood type IIIB acromioclavicular joint dislocation who were treated surgically using either mini-open TightRope or hook plate from 2013 to 2019. All patients were followed up for 12 months. Clinical outcomes were evaluated using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and the Constant-Murley Score (CMS). Radiological results were assessed with the coracoclavicular distance (CCD), the change in clavicular elevation (ΔCE) and horizontal translation. The length of incision was significantly shorter in the mini-open TightRope group than that in hook plate group (6.62±0.60 vs. 2.58±0.43 p <0.001). Duration of surgery was significantly shorter in the mini-open TightRope group than that in hook plate group (30.12±6.65 vs. 53.33±12.03; p < 0.001). Total blood loss volume was significantly less in the mini-open TightRope group than in the hook plate group. (23.85±7.88 vs. 70.67±24.62, p < 0.001). VAS and CMS in mini-open TightRope group were better than that in hook plate group at 2 weeks after surgery (VAS: 2.19±0.92 vs. 3.30±1.51, p = 0.002 and CMS 69.80±5.61 vs. 57.53±9.24, p <0.001) and 3 month after surgery (VAS: 1.19±0.48 vs. 3.07±1.36, p <0.001 and CMS 89.30±4.47 vs. 83.20±12.11, p = 0.205). There was no statistically significant difference between two groups at 12 months follow-up including VAS, CMS, the CC distance,ΔCE and the degree of dynamic horizontal translation. There were 2 complications in the hook plate group including 1cut out and 1 superficial wound infection. The mini-open tightrope has better function and relieves pain in the early postoperative period compared to hook plate, and at the last follow up two groups have similar clinical and radiological outcomes. • We proposed a new classification method for distal clavicle fracture instead of the modified Neer classification which might be a slightly outdated. • We added anterior-posterior stability and coracoclavicular complex intergrity into our revised classification for distal clavicle fractures which was more accurate and suitable for classification and guiding treatment. • Notably, distal clavicle fractures might accompany with acromioclavicular ligament rupture. When we use pre-contoured plate alone, we should check the acromioclavicularv joint stability. The modified Neer classification is the most widely used classification system for distal clavicle fractures. However, it provides limited information for treatment decisions. The objective of this study was to revise the modified Neer classification to make it more suitable for treatment decision-making. The revised version of the modified Neer classification has good intra- and interobserver agreements and provides an instructive treating algorithm. Cohort study Six observers, including three experienced shoulder specialists and three junior orthopaedic residents, independently reviewed plain radiographs of 52 patients with distal clavicle fractures. They were asked to classify the fracture types according to the modified Neer classification and our revised new classification separately to determine treatment approaches for each patient. Images were mirrored and randomized to verify the intraobserver agreement. Reliabilities were measured using the Fleiss kappa values. Both the modified Neer classification and our revised version had near perfect intraobserver agreement (κ values: 0.87–1.00), whereas our revised Neer classification had a better interobserver agreement (κ values: 0.78 vs. 0.70, z = 4.70, p < 0.01) and stronger relevance to treatment decisions (coefficient of contingency: 0.70 vs. 0.44). Our study demonstrated a near-perfect intraobserver and substantial interobserver agreement of the revised new classification, indicating that our revised new classification was better than the modified Neer classification. Meanwhile, our revised classification brought few disputes in treatment selection. The modified Neer classification was revised to make it more accurate and suitable for guiding treatment. Comprehensive Summary: Polymer functionalization is a powerful tool to prepare polymers with diverse structures without the need of synthesizing monomers or performing polymerization reactions. Polymers that are difficult to be synthesized using direct polymerization reactions can be accessed using polymer functionalization. We herein present Mitsunobu derivatization of poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) to convert the hydroxyl groups into diverse functional groups. Partial acetalation strategy is applied to improve solubility of the PVA derivatives in tetrahydrofuran, and more importantly, the acetals can act as protecting groups so that functionalized copolymers are produced. Diverse functions can be introduced into PVA derivatives by installing different functional groups. Background: It is crucial to understand the neural feedback mechanisms and the cognitive decision-making of the brain during the processing of rewards. Here, we report the first attempt for a simultaneous electroencephalography (EEG)–functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) study in a gambling task by utilizing tensor decomposition. Methods: First, the single-subject EEG data are represented as a third-order spectrogram tensor to extract frequency features. Next, the EEG and fMRI data are jointly decomposed into a superposition of multiple sources characterized by space-time-frequency profiles using coupled matrix tensor factorization (CMTF). Finally, graph-structured clustering is used to select the most appropriate model according to four quantitative indices. Results: The results clearly show that not only are the regions of interest (ROIs) found in other literature activated, but also the olfactory cortex and fusiform gyrus which are usually ignored. It is found that regions including the orbitofrontal cortex and insula are activated for both winning and losing stimuli. Meanwhile, regions such as the superior orbital frontal gyrus and anterior cingulate cortex are activated upon winning stimuli, whereas the inferior frontal gyrus, cingulate cortex, and medial superior frontal gyrus are activated upon losing stimuli. Conclusion: This work sheds light on the reward-processing progress, provides a deeper understanding of brain function, and opens a new avenue in the investigation of neurovascular coupling via CMTF. In this article, some basic and important properties of spherically convex functions, such as the Lipschitz-continuity, are investigated. Objective: To compare the effectiveness of a six‐month home‐based telerehabilitation based on the Internet‐based rehabilitation management system coupled with conventional outpatient care in elderly patients with hip fractures following total hip replacement (THR). Methods: Elderly patients (aged over 65 years) with first hip fractures who underwent THR between March 2018 and September 2018 in Tianjin Hospital were enrolled in this study. Patients were divided into two groups: telerehabilitation group (n = 43) and telephone group (n = 42). A Internet‐based telerehabilitation management system was established and applied on patients in the telerehabilitation group. For patients in the telephone group, the rehabilitation intervention was administered through conventional outpatient care (telephone along with outpatient follow‐up). Data from the Harris hip scale (HHS), functional independence measure (FIM), self‐rating anxiety scale (SAS), and postoperative complications at 1, 3, and 6 months after surgery were collected and compared between the two groups. Results: A total of 85 elderly patients completed the 6‐month follow‐up assessment. Results showed that the HHS score was significantly higher in the telerehabilitation group than in the telephone group at 1 month (66.35 ± 4.63 vs 63.48 ± 4.49), 3 months (76.33 ± 4.52 vs 71.81 ± 3.84), and 6 months (84.23 ± 3.13 vs 77.29 ± 4.95) after surgery (P < 0.001). The FIM score was significantly higher in the telerehabilitation group than in the telephone group at 1 month (89.00 ± 5.63 vs 73.35 ± 8.70), 3 months (100.16 ± 4.56 vs 92.81 ± 5.17), and 6 months (111.70 ± 3.13 vs 98.64 ± 5.12) after surgery (P < 0.001). The SAS score was significantly lower in the telerehabilitation group than in the telephone group at 1 month (42.40 ± 3.07 vs 46.21 ± 3.53), 3 months (36.77 ± 2.26 vs 40.24 ± 1.66), and 6 months (29.26 ± 1.63 vs 33.81 ± 2.62) after surgery (P < 0.001). The overall complication rate was significantly lower in the telerehabilitation group than in the telephone group (14% vs 40.5%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Internet‐based rehabilitation management system can not only promote the physical rehabilitation of patients, but also play a positive role in psychological rehabilitation and the prevention of complications, which provides new ideas and methods for clinical rehabilitation. Objective: We evaluated prospectively the association between incident early- (diagnosed before 40 years of age) and later-onset type 2 diabetes and early- (diagnosed before 50 years of age) and later-onset cancer risk.Research Design and Methods: We prospectively followed 228,073 eligible participants in the Nurses' Health Studies for up to 38 years. Hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% CI were estimated using Cox models.Results: We documented 18,290 type 2 diabetes, 6,520 early-onset cancer, and 36,907 later-onset cancer cases during follow-up. In fully adjusted analyses, early-onset type 2 diabetes was associated with increased risk of early-onset total cancer (HR [95% CI] 1.47 [1.06-2.04]), diabetes-related cancer (2.11 [1.38-3.23]), and obesity-related cancer (1.75 [1.08-2.82]), and the risk elevations were restricted to those with a BMI at 18 years of age of ≥21 kg/m2 (total cancer: 1.75 [1.20-2.56]; diabetes-related cancer: 2.43 [1.50-3.94]; and obesity-related cancer: 1.84 [1.05-3.22]). Early-onset type 2 diabetes was associated with higher risk of later-onset diabetes-related and obesity-related cancer specifically among individuals with higher BMI at 18 years of age. Later-onset type 2 diabetes was associated with a higher risk of later-onset total cancer (1.15 [1.11-1.20]), diabetes-related cancer (1.17 [1.12-1.22]), and obesity-related cancer (1.18 [1.13-1.24]). In analyses based on refined timing, the HRs attenuated substantially with aging.Conclusions: Incident early-onset type 2 diabetes was associated with increased risk of early-onset total cancer and diabetes- and obesity-related cancer, especially in those with higher BMI at 18 years of age. The impact of early-onset type 2 diabetes on cancer risk may be inherently stronger than that of later-onset type 2 diabetes.Article Highlights: The relationship between incident early- and later-onset type 2 diabetes and risk of early- and later-onset cancer is unclear. Introduction: Lymphomatosis cerebri (LC) is a rare variant of primary central nervous system lymphoma that diffusely involves throughout the brain. In recent years, increasingly reported cases have notably broadened the spectrum of clinical and radiological features; however, it remains a great diagnostic challenge.Case Report: We reported an atypical case of LC presented with subacute onset of focal neurological deficits and diffuse T2 hyperintensities without contrast enhancement on magnetic resonance imaging. He was initially considered as inflammatory leukoencephalopathy and received empirical corticosteroids, showing a dramatically clinical response. Three months later, the patient relapsed with deteriorating symptoms and enlarged brain lesions with mass-like enhancement. A diagnosis of LC was finally established according to the radiological and pathological findings.Discussion: Though rare, LC should always be kept as a differential diagnosis of diffuse leukoencephalopathy. Neurologists should be aware of every detailed information about LC to avoid a delay of diagnostic biopsy in clinical practice. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Scylla paramamosain is an importantly economical mariculture crab. To figure out the optimized conditions in the culture of juvenile crabs, three experiments were conducted to examine the effects of diet, salinity and light condition on the growth performance (body weight gain, BWG; carapace width gain, CWG; carapace length gain, CLG) and moulting cycle (MC) of crablets from V to VII stages. The growth performances of the crablets from stages V–VII have no significant differences after feeding different diets. However, the MC of crablet V fed Artemia or mixed fish were significantly shorter than that fed artificial diet. The CLG of crablet VI in salinity 25‰ was significantly higher than that in salinity 15‰, while the CWG and CLG of crablet VII in salinity 15‰ were significantly higher than that in salinity 5‰. The MC of the crablets V–VI reared in salinity 25‰ and 15‰ were significantly shorter than that in salinity 5‰, while it was significantly shorter in salinity 25‰ than that in salinity 15‰ from crablets VI–VII. For light conditions, the BWG of crablet VI with full cover was significantly higher than that with half cover. Whereas, the MC of the crablets V and VI with full cover was significantly shorter than that without cover or half cover. These findings indicated that crablet V and VI may prefer to exposing to 25‰ salinity and dark environment and feeding on Artemia for faster growth. Background: Hypertension and the use of antihypertensive medications have been intensively investigated in relation to colorectal cancer (CRC). Prior epidemiologic studies have not been able to examine this topic with adequate confounding control and follow-up time, or disentangle the effects of antihypertensive agents and hypertension.Methods: Eligible participants in the Nurses' Health Study and Health Professionals Follow-up Study were followed for up to 28 years, with repeat assessments of exposures. Cox proportional hazards models were used to estimate hazard ratios and 95% confidence intervals.Results: In fully adjusted analyses based on both new-user and prevalent-user designs, there was no association between the use of beta-blockers, calcium-channel blockers, thiazide diuretics, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, furosemide, other antihypertensive drugs and CRC risk and mortality reached the statistically significant threshold after Bonferroni correction. The results remained similar in sensitivity analyses among participants with hypertension. Before Bonferroni correction, suggestive associations between beta-blocker use and CRC risk and between furosemide use and CRC-specific mortality were observed specifically in analyses using a new-user design. Hypertension was not associated with CRC risk in analyses based on both new-user and prevalent-user designs.Conclusions: Hypertension and long-term use of major classes of antihypertensive medications are unlikely to be associated with CRC risk and mortality.
