Concentrated solar power (CSP) photothermal power generation technology utilizes renewable clean energy solar energy to convert thermal energy into electrical energy, offering promising application prospects. In CSP technology, molten salt serves as the medium for heat absorption and storage. Thus, the research and development of molten salt and salt storage materials are key. In this paper, the corrosion behaviors of different salt storage materials in molten salt media such as molten nitrate, carbonate, chlorine and fluoride salts were analyzed from the perspectives of corrosion kinetics, corrosion products and molten salt intrinsic properties. Finally, molten salt and salt storage materials for solar photothermal power generation were summarized, and the prospects were discussed.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the varieties and contents of volatile components in fermented dough with flavor fermentation broth at different fermentation time. Methods: Headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography (HS-SPME-GC-MS) was used to determine the volatile flavor substances in the dough of the flavor ferment at 12, 24, 36, 48 and 72 h. Also, sensory evaluation of the odor and determination of pH value, total acidity (TAA) and rheological properties of the dough were measured. Results: The strength of eight odors (frankincense, cheese, flower, fruit sweet, wine, malt, grass and sour) showed different performance, depending on the types and contents of the flavour substances produced during the different fermentation periods. The pH value of the dough gradually decreases with the time of fermentation, while TTA was the opposite. The tensile resistance, stretch ratio and tensile area of dough increased first but decreased with the extension of fermentation time, while the elongation of dough decreased first then increased. These results indicated that moderate fermentation (36 h) was beneficial to the formation and stability of the gluten network. A total of 92 volatile substances were detected in the dough with 5 fermentation times, including 22 alcohols, 27 esters, 12 aldehydes, 14 ketones, 10 alkanes, and 7 acids. A total of 27, 43, 38, 41 and 37 volatile flavor components were detected from the dough fermented for 12, 24, 36, 48 and 72 h, respectively. The contents of acids and esters increased first then decreased with the prolongation of fermentation time and reaching the highest at 48 h (47.31% and 20.96%, respectively). On the other hand, the contents of aldehydes, ketones and acids all gradually decreased. Conclusion: The volatile substances of different fermentation times were alcohols mainly, and the total flavor substances and the relative content of alcohols and esters reached the highest at 48 h, indicating that alcohols and esters might be the major contributors to the flavor of dough during fermentation.

Background Promoting appropriate health technology to rural and urban communities is an important measure to improve the technical level and service capacity of primary care institutions. The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University carried out the promotion of appropriate health technology in southern Xinjiang. Objective To evaluate the effect of appropriate technology promotion for stroke rehabilitation in southern Xinjiang, understand the needs of rehabilitation workers in southern Xinjiang for appropriate technology promotion for stroke rehabilitation and the goals they hope to achieve by participating in appropriate technology promotion for stroke rehabilitation projects, providing a basis for health administrative departments to implement appropriate rehabilitation technology promotion work. Methods The rehabilitation workers from the rehabilitation medicine departments of 8 people's hospitals, affiliated township health centers and communities health centers, federation of the disabled, civil affairs system and other rehabilitation institutions in 8 deep poverty-stricken counties which were considered as sample source sites by using a multi-stage sampling method in July 2018. The appropriate technology promotion for stroke rehabilitation was performed followed by a investigation by using self-designed questionnaire. The monthly outpatient volume, hospitalization volume and treatment income of the rehabilitation medicine department of people's hospitals before (January 1, 2018 to June 30, 2018) and after participation (July 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020) in technology promotion for stroke rehabilitation projects were compared. Results The appropriate technology promotion for stroke rehabilitation in acute, subacute and convalescent stages, as well as community and family rehabilitation of stroke was performed from January 1, 2018 to June 30, 2018, involving motor function rehabilitation training, functional electrical stimulation, mandatory exercise therapy techniques, constraint induced movement therapy (CIMT) , mirror therapy, management and rehabilitation training of dysphagia, daily living activities training and rehabilitation care of stroke patient. A total of 384 valid questionnaires were collected. Among the 384 rehabilitation workers, 63.3% (243/384) identified the appropriate technology promotion within districts (counties) as very meaningful; 46.1% (177/384) thought the project was very applicable in their local area; 37.5% (144/384) believed that the technology for stroke rehabilitation can be carried out in their medical institutions with a slight improvement of the relevant conditions; 46.9% (180/384) believed that the difficulty level of the appropriate technology promotion project was easy in terms of operation skills; after the training, 42.2% (162/384) claimed to be knowledgeable about the technology and need to learn and receive further training. Objective To investigate the effect of Shang-tune music on the relief of negative emotions in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and to analyze potential factors influencing the efficacy of the intervention. Methods A prospective research method was adopted, and totally 120 COPD patients were recruited in the study. All patients received the Shang-tune music intervention during hospital stay, and extended care with telephone was used to improve patients’ compliance with music therapy during follow-up, lasting for 12 weeks. The COPD Assessment Test(CAT) was used the assess the severity of illness. Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) were used to assess the emotional status of patents. A logistic regressive method was conducted to analyze the potential factors influencing the efficacy of the intervention. Results The HAMA and HAMA scores decreased after a 12-week intervention of Shang-tune music therapy(P＜0. 01). There was a significant difference in proportion of patients who diagnosed as anxious/depressive disorders before and after intervention (P＜0. 01). Logistic regression analysis showed that course of disease, extrovert personality, high education level, knowledgeable about music, family support and CAT score were factors influencing the intervention effect on relief of depression(P＜0. 05), and patients receiving Shang-tune music therapy had an odds ratio of 3. 325(95% CI: 0. 876-36. 158, P＜0. 01) for relief of depression. Logistic regression analysis showed that extrovert personality, knowledgeable about music, family support and CAT score were factors influencing the intervention effect on relief of anxiety(P＜0. 05), and patients receiving Shang-tune music therapy had an odds ratio of 2. 825(95% CI: 0. 853-32. 268, P＜0. 01) for relief of anxiety. Conclusion The Shang-tune music is effective to relieving the anxiety and depression of COPD patients. Personal characteristics, education level, knowledge about music, family support and CAT scores were potential factors influencing the implementation of Shang-tune music therapy.
