This paper presents a new technique for estimating the two-dimensional direction of departure (2D-DOD) and direction of arrival (2D-DOA) in bistatic uniform planar array Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) radar systems. The method is based on the reduced-dimension (RD) MUSIC algorithm, aiming to achieve improved precision and computational efficiency. Primarily, this pioneering approach efficiently transforms the four-dimensional (4D) estimation problem into two-dimensional (2D) searches, thus reducing the computational complexity typically associated with conventional MUSIC algorithms. Then, exploits the spatial diversity of array response vectors to construct a 4D spatial spectrum function, which is crucial in resolving the complex angular parameters of multiple simultaneous targets. Finally, the objective is to simplify the spatial spectrum to a 2D search within a 4D measurement space to achieve an optimal balance between efficiency and accuracy. Simulation results validate the effectiveness of our proposed algorithm compared to several existing approaches, demonstrating its robustness in accurately estimating 2D-DOD and 2D-DOA across various scenarios. Spontaneous spinal arthrodesis (SSA) is a phenomenon of spontaneous fusion, and SSA is not rare in posttraumatic thoracolumbar kyphosis (PTK). However, few reports have focused on SSA in patients with PTK. The objective of this study was to investigate the prevalence, features, and predictive factors of SSA in patients with PTK. In this retrospective study, 70 patients with PTK were included. Data on the clinical and radiologic parameters were obtained and evaluated. According to whether there was SSA or not, patients were divided into an SSA group (n = 45) or a non-SSA group (n = 25). A binary logistic regression analysis was used to identify the predictive factors for SSA. The incidence of SSA in PTK was 64%. Among 45 patients with PTK with SSA, SSA was present as a solid bridging anterior osteophyte along the vertebral bodies in 11 patients, posterior contiguous bony growth through the facet joints bilaterally in 13 patients, bony formation in both anterior and posterior elements in 18 patients, and direct contiguous bony formation from the injured vertebral body to the adjacent one in 3 patients. Patients with longer disease duration, larger local Cobb angle, and anterior wall height loss (AWHL) ratio of injured vertebral body, and less kyphosis flexibility index were significantly more likely to develop SSA. The parameter of AWHL remained significant in binary logistic regression analysis. Lung cancer is a deeply malignant tumor with high incidence and mortality. Despite the rapid development of diagnosis and treatment technology, abundant patients with lung cancer are still inevitably faced with recurrence and metastasis, contributing to death. Lymphatic metastasis is the first step of distant metastasis and an important prognostic indicator of non-small cell lung cancer. Tumor-induced lymphangiogenesis is involved in the construction of the tumor microenvironment, except promoting malignant proliferation and metastasis of tumor cells, it also plays a crucial role in individual response to treatment, especially immunotherapy. Thus, this article reviews the current research status of lymphatic metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer, in order to provide some insights for the basic research and clinical and translational application in this field. This paper presents a novel detection and rerouting mechanism for distributed adaptive platoon control of non‐linear autonomous connected vehicles under denial of service (DoS) attacks. DoS attacks can cause delays or losses of data packets due to blocked communication channels, leading to reducing platoon performance or even collisions among vehicles. To tackle this issue, the proposed mechanism detects and reroutes communication topology depending on the real‐time topology and the number of link failures. Real‐time detection divides the scenario of DoS attacks into three parts. According to the different scenarios, rerouting mechanisms will be utilized. A controller adapted to real‐time variable communication topology is also designed in this scheme. The adjacency matrix of the real‐time communication topology generated by the rerouting mechanism is used to update the controller so that the platoon can remain in a stable state without being affected by DoS attacks. In addition, the sliding mode controller and the observer are designed by solving linear matrix inequalities, and the platoon stability and internal stability are proven. Numerical simulation studies demonstrate that the proposed mechanism and control design can reduce the vehicle state estimate error and platoon‐tracking error to ideal states under DoS attacks. Bipolar disorder (BD) is a progressive condition. Investigating the neuroimaging mechanisms in depressed adolescents with subthreshold mania (Sub MD) facilitates the early identification of BD. However, the global brain connectivity (GBC) patterns in Sub MD patients, as well as the relationship with processing speed before the onset of full-blown BD, remain unclear. The study involved 72 Sub MD , 77 depressed adolescents without subthreshold mania (nSub MD), and 69 gender- and age-matched healthy adolescents (HCs). All patients underwent a clinical follow-up ranging from six to twelve months. We calculated the voxel-based graph theory analysis of the GBC map and conducted the TMT-A test to measure the processing speed. Compared to HCs and nSub MD , Sub MD patients displayed distinctive GBC index patterns: GBC index decreased in the right Medial Superior Frontal Gyrus (SFGmed.R)/Superior Frontal Gyrus (SFG) while increased in the right Precuneus and left Postcentral Gyrus. Both patient groups showed increased GBC index in the right Inferior Temporal Gyrus. An increased GBC value in the right Supplementary Motor Area was exclusively observed in the nSub MD -group. There were opposite changes in the GBC index in SFGmed.R/SFG between two patient groups, with an AUC of 0.727. Additionally, GBC values in SFGmed.R/SFG exhibited a positive correlation with TMT-A scores in Sub MD -group. Relatively shorter follow-up duration, medications confounding, and modest sample size. These findings suggest that adolescents with subthreshold BD have specific impairments patterns at the whole brain connectivity level associated with processing speed impairments, providing insights into early identification and intervention strategies for BD. • We found distinctive alterations in global brain connectivity among depressed adolescents with subthreshold mania. Due to the complexity of digital equipment and systems, it is quite difficult to obtain a precise mechanism model in practice. For an unknown discrete-time nonlinear system, in this paper, a semi-parametric model is used to describe this discrete-time nonlinear system, and this semi-parametric model contains a parametric uncertainty part and a nonparametric uncertainty part. Based on this semi-parametric model, a novel data-driven control algorithm based on an information concentration estimator and regularized online sequential extreme learning machine (ReOS-ELM) is designed. The information concentration estimator estimates the parametric uncertainty part; The training data of ReOS-ELM network is obtained, based on symmetry and information concentration estimator, then the training of ReOS-ELM network and the estimate of nonparametric uncertainty part using ReOS-ELM network are carried out online, successively. A stability analysis and three simulation examples were performed, and the simulation results show that the proposed data-driven control algorithm is effective in improving the control accuracy. Tardive dyskinesia (TD) is a severe rhythmic movement disorder caused by long-term antipsychotic medication in chronic patients with schizophrenia (SCZ). We aimed to investigate the association between polymorphisms in oxidative stress-related genes (GSTM1, SOD2, NOS1, and NOS3) and adenosine receptor gene (ADORA2A), as well as their interactions, with the occurrence and severity of TD, and cognitive impairments in a Chinese Han population of SCZ patients.Methods: Two hundred and sixteen SCZ patients were recruited and divided into TD group (n=157) and non-TD group (n=59). DNA extraction was performed by a high-salt method, followed by SNP genotyping using matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS). The severity of TD, psychopathology and cognitive functioning were assessed using the Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale (AIMS), the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) and the Repeated Battery for Assessment of Neuropsychological Status (RBANS), respectively.Results: The combination of GSTM1-rs738491, NOS1-rs738409 and ADORA2A-rs229883 was identified as the best three-point model to predict TD occurrence (p=0.01). Additionally, GSTM-rs738491 CC or NOS3-rs1800779 AG genotypes may be protective factors for psychiatric symptoms in TD patients. TD patients carrying the NOS1-rs738409 AG or ADORA2A-rs229883 TT genotypes exhibited poorer cognitive performance.Conclusion: Our findings suggest that the interaction of oxidative stress-related genes and adenosine receptor gene may play a role in the susceptibility and severity of TD in Chinese Han SCZ patient. Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are acknowledged as a new generation of crystalline organic materials and have garnered tremendous attention owing to their unique advantages of structural tunability, frameworks diversity, functional versatility, and diverse applications in drug delivery, adsorption/separation, catalysis, optoelectronics, and sensing, etc. Recently, COFs is proven to be promising candidates for electrochemical energy storage materials. Their chemical compositions and structures can be precisely tuned and functionalized at the molecular level, allowing a comprehensive understanding of COFs that helps to make full use of their features and addresses the inherent drawback based on the components and functions of the devices. In this review, the working mechanisms and the distinguishing advantages of COFs as electrodes for rechargeable Li‐ion batteries are discussed in detail. Especially, principles and strategies for the rational design of COFs as advanced electrode materials in Li‐ion batteries are systematically summarized. For high-level automated vehicles, the human being acts as the passenger instead of the driver and does not need to operate vehicles, it makes the brain–computer interface system of high-level automated vehicles depend on the brain state of passengers rather than that of drivers. Particularly when confronting challenging driving situations, how to implement the mental states of passengers into safe driving is a vital choice in the future. Quantifying the cognition of the driving risk of the passenger is a basic step in achieving this goal. In this paper, the passengers' mental activities in low-risk episode and high-risk episode were compared, the influences on passengers' mental activities caused by driving scenario risk was first explored via fNIRS. The results showed that the mental activities of passengers caused by driving scenario risk in the Brodmann area 10 are very active, which was verified by examining the real-driving data collected in corresponding challenging experiments, and there is a positive correlation between the cerebral oxygen and the driving risk field. This initial finding provides a possible solution to design a human-centred intelligent system to promise safe driving for high-level automated vehicles using passengers' driving risk cognition. Coordination polymers (CPs) have attracted greater scientific attention as promising electrode materials for lithium–ion batteries (LIBs) due to their diverse and versatile structural chemistry. This study introduces a croconate-based one-dimensional CP, namely [Fe(C5O5)(H2O)3]n) (referred to as Fe-CP), as an efficient anode material with high-performance characteristics for rechargeable LIBs. The ligand with abundant redox sites coordinating to the transition metal ion endowed the anode material with a remarkable stability in the electrolyte, in addition to high capacity, high-rate capability, and high cycling performance during charging/discharging process. The Fe-CP has a unique chain-based supramolecular structure, setting it apart from other porous three-dimensional molecular materials. The presence of unrestricted channels between the chains facilitates the diffusion of lithium ions in this unique structure. When tested at 100 mA g−1 over a range of voltages between 0.01 and 2.4 V, the Fe-CP anode demonstrated a noteworthy specific capacity of 521 mA h g−1 over 140 cycles. Moreover, the Fe-CP anode material exhibited excellent rate performance and demonstrated favorable cyclability. Following exposure to high charging and discharging rates of 2 A g−1, the anode ultimately regained its initial capability when the current rate was back at 100 mA g−1. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To explore the effect of temperature variability (TV) on admissions and deaths for cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). Method: The admissions data of CVDs were collected in 4 general hospitals in Jinchang City, Gansu Province from 2013 to 2016. The monitoring data of death for CVDs from 2013 to 2017 were collected through the Jinchang City Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Distributed lag nonlinear model (DLNM) was combined to analyze the effects of TV (daily temperature variability (DTV) and hourly temperature variability (HTV)) on the admissions and deaths for CVDs after adjusting confounding effects. Stratified analysis was conducted by age and gender. Then the attribution risk of TV was evaluated. Results: There was a broadly linear correlation between TV and the admissions and deaths for CVDs, but only the association between TV and outpatient and emergency room (O&ER) visits for CVDs have statistically significant. DTV and HTV have similar lag effect. Every 1 ℃ increase in DTV and HTV was associated with a 3.61% (95% CI: 1.19% ~ 6.08%), 3.03% (95% CI: 0.27% ~ 5.86%) increase in O&ER visits for CVDs, respectively. There were 22.75% and 14.15% O&ER visits for CVDs can attribute to DTV and HTV exposure during 2013–2016. Males and the elderly may be more sensitive to the changes of TV. Greater effect of TV was observed in non-heating season than in heating season. Conclusion: TV was an independent risk factor for the increase of O&ER visits for CVDs, suggesting effective guidance such as strengthening the timely prevention for vulnerable groups before or after exposure, which has important implications for risk management of CVDs. The southern Great Xing'an Range is the most critical Sn‐polymetallic metallogenic belt in northeast China. However, the tectonic setting of the Early Cretaceous magmatic‐metallogenic "flare‐up" event remains uncertain. This paper presents an integrated study on the occurrence, petrology, zircon U‐Pb ages, whole‐rock geochemistry, and in situ zircon Hf isotopes for Wenduerchagan granites of Xi Ujimqin Banner, central‐eastern Inner Mongolia. These granites consist primarily of granite porphyry (with ages of 137 ± 1 Ma and 138 ± 1 Ma) and (porphyritic) alkali feldspar granite (with an age of 141 ± 2 Ma), corresponding to the early Early Cretaceous. They are A‐type granites characterized by high silicon, alkali, and TFeO/MgO contents while being depleted of Ba, Nb, Ta, Sr, P, and Ti. They show right‐dipping trend rare‐earth element distribution characteristics with negative Eu anomalies (Eu/Eu* = 0.01–0.20) and weak heavy rare‐earth element fractionation ((Gd/Yb)N = 0.77–2.30). They demonstrate homogeneous zircon Hf isotopic compositions (positive εHf(t) values from +5.3 to +7.1 and young two‐stage Hf model ages of 851–742 Ma) and high zircon saturation temperatures (av. 810°C). These geochemical characteristics indicate that Wenduerchagan granites originated from the partial melting of juvenile crust under high‐temperature and low‐pressure conditions. Wenduerchagan granites most likely formed in a post‐collisional compression‐extension transition regime caused by the closure of the Mongol–Okhotsk Ocean, when combined with regional geology. Such a transition regime can probably be attributed to the upwelling of the asthenospheric mantle caused by the break‐off of a subducted Mongol–Okhotsk oceanic slab. Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) with porosity and functional adjustability have great potential for the removal of organic dyes in the wastewater. Herein, an anionic porous metal-organic framework (MOFs) [Me2NH2]2In2[(TATAB)4(DMF)4]·(DMF)4(H2O)4 (HDU-1) was synthesized, which is constructed from a [In(OOC)4]− cluster and a nitrogen-rich linker H3TATAB (4,4′,4″-s-triazine-1,3,5-triyltri-p-aminobenzoic acid). The negatively charged [In(OOC)4]− cluster and uncoordinated –COOH on the linker result in one unit cell of HDU-1 having 8 negative sites. The zeta potential of -20.8 mV dispersed in pure water also shows that HDU-1 possesses negatively charged surface potential. The high electronegativity, water stability, and porosity of HDU-1 can facilitate the ion-exchange and Coulombic interaction. As expected, the HDU-1 exhibits high selectivity and removal rates towards trace cationic dyes with suitable size, such as methylene blue (MB) (96%), Brilliant green (BG) (99.3%), and Victoria blue B (VB) (93.6%). The bond properties between polymer impregnated basalt textile and fine‐grained concrete were studied by pull‐out test considering the effects of bond length, impregnation polymer type, surface condition, and transverse yarn. The experimental results showed the pull‐out load increased with the bond length increasing, and the slight decrease in bond strength was attributed to the nonlinear distribution of bond stress. Owing to the high viscosity and good permeability of epoxy resin, the bond strength of epoxy resin‐impregnated textile was 238% and 592% higher than that of textile impregnated with acrylic emulsion and polyvinyl chloride, respectively. Moreover, the bond properties were improved significantly for impregnated textile with sticking sand or fiber by increasing the interfacial friction between textile and concrete, and the highest bond strength was obtained for yarn sticking sand with particle sizes of 0.09 ~ 0.18 mm. The transverse yarn of epoxy resin‐impregnated textile can generate an interlocking effect to concrete due to the semi‐rigid node, which increased the bond strength by 48.6%, whereas this did not happen for textile impregnated with flexible material. Furthermore, the anchorage lengths of textile were calculated, and the proposed simple bond slip model can be used to describe the pull‐out response of polymer impregnated basalt textile embedded in concrete. The research on cavitation bubbles within droplets has gradually become one of the advanced topics in the field of confined fluid domains, which is closely related to the industry fields. However, the research on the relationship between cavitation bubbles collapsing within droplet and droplet splash dynamics is still in its infancy. Here, the high-speed photography experimental platform of cavitation bubbles within droplets was built to investigate the influences of the eccentricities of bubbles within droplets on the phenomenon. The concluding remarks are given as follows. (1) With the change in eccentricity, the droplet splash morphology can be divided into three cases: scattering, trident, and composite splashes respectively. Moreover, the movement trend of the bubble wall can be divided into three categories: spherical, fabiform, and ellipsoidal. (2) The height of the main peak of the droplet splash and the distribution law of the splash angle could be changed by the eccentricity. In the present paper, the cavitation bubble dynamics model for a single bubble oscillating within a droplet is improved based on the classical Rayleigh–Plesset bubble dynamics equation and the effects of liquid surface tension and viscosity are both considered. In the aspect of the experiment, the collapsing dynamic process of a bubble within a droplet is carried out by building a high-speed photography experimental platform. In addition, the numerical solution of the dynamic equation for the collapse time of the bubble within the droplet is also carried out. The findings are given as follows: (1) The bubble dynamic equation considering liquid surface tension and viscosity of bubble within droplet is proposed. (2) The surface of liquid droplets induced by the bubble motion could be divided into three modes: no splashing, scattered splashing, composite splash consisting of scattered and flaky splash. (3) The bubble interface during the first collapsing stage could be divided into three types: spherical, conical, and fungiform. Background: Combinatorial immunotherapy strategies for enhancing the responsiveness of immune system have shown great promise for cancer therapy. Engineered nanoformulation incorporated toll-like receptor (TLR) 9 agonist CpG ODN has shown more positive results in suppressing tumor growth and can significantly enhance other immunotherapy activity with combinatorial effects due to the innate and adaptive immunostimulatory effects of CpG. Results: In the present work, protamine sulfate (PS) and carboxymethyl β-glucan (CMG) were used as nanomaterials to form nanoparticles through a self-assembly approach for CpG ODN encapsulation to generate CpG ODN-loaded nano-adjuvant (CNPs), which was subsequently mixed with the mixture of mouse melanoma-derived antigens of tumor cell lysates (TCL) and neoantigens to develop vaccine for anti-tumor immunotherapy. The obtained results showed that CNPs was able to effectively deliver CpG ODN into murine bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (DC) in vitro, and remarkably stimulate the maturation of DC cells with proinflammatory cytokine secretion. In addition, in vivo analysis showed that CNPs enhanced anti-tumor activity of PD1 antibody and CNPs-adjuvanted vaccine based on the mixture antigens of melanoma TCL and melanoma-specific neoantigen could not only induce anti-melanoma cellular immune responses, but also elicit melanoma specific humoral immune responses, which significantly inhibited xenograft tumor growth. Furthermore, CD16 CAR-T cells were generated by expressing CD16-CAR in CD3+CD8+ murine T cells. Conclusion: Our results eventually showed that anti-melanoma antibodies induced by CNPs-adjuvanted TCL vaccines were able to collaborate with CD16-CAR-T cells to generate an enhanced targeted anti-tumor effects through ADCC (antibody dependent cell cytotoxicity) approach. Objective: Facial expressions have been served as clinical symptoms to convey mental conditions in psychiatry. This paper proposes to recognize patients with schizophrenia (SCZ) using their facial images based on deep learning algorithm, and to investigate objective differences in facial expressions between SCZ patients and healthy controls using deep learning algorithm and statistical analyses. Methods: The study consists of two parts. The first part recruited 106 SCZ patients and 101 healthy controls, and videotaped their facial expressions through a fixed experimental paradigm. The video data were randomly divided into two sets, one for training a convolutional neural network (CNN) with the classification of "healthy control" or "SCZ patient" as output and the other for evaluating the classification result of the trained CNN. In the second part, all facial images of the recruited participants were put into another CNN separately, which was priorly trained with a facial expression database and will output the most likely facial expressions of the recruited participants. Statistical analyses were performed on the obtained facial expressions to find out the objective differences in facial expressions between the two recruited groups. Results: The trained CNN achieved an overall accuracy of 95.18% for classifying "healthy control" or "SCZ patient." Statistical results on the obtained facial expressions demonstrated that the objective differences between the two recruited groups were statistically significant (p <.05). Conclusions: Facial expressions hold great promise as SCZ clues with the help of deep learning algorithm. Nickel-based materials have been used in electrochemical water splitting and as a co-catalyst to effectively improve photocatalytic activity. However, the mechanism of the catalytic effect on hydrogen evolution of NiO and Ni(OH)2 needs further investigation because of the high risk in self-reduction with photo-induced electrons. In this work, the self-reduction of Ni2+ was confirmed during the photocatalytic H2 evolution in the CdS/Ni(OH)2 hybrid materials. Meanwhile, in situ formed metallic Ni plays an important role in the increase in the catalytic activity. Fortunately, only a few photo-induced electrons participate in the reduction of Ni2+ in CdS/Ni(OH)2 hybrid materials. The existence of metallic Ni would prevent more Ni2+ from self-reduction. Based on the perspective of the innovation value chain, sci-tech innovation is divided into two stages: R&D and achievement transformation. This paper uses panel data from 25 provinces in China as the sample. We utilize a two-way fixed effect model, spatial Dubin model, and panel threshold model to discuss the impact of two-stage innovation efficiency on the value of the green brand, the spatial effect of this impact, and the threshold role of intellectual property protection in the process. The results indicate that: (1) the two stages of innovation efficiency have a positive impact on the value of green brands, and the effect of the eastern region is significantly better than that of the central and western regions. (2) The spatial spillover effect of the two stages of regional innovation efficiency on the value of green brands is evident, especially in the eastern region. (3) The innovation value chain has a pronounced spillover effect. (4) The single threshold effect of intellectual property protection is significant. When the threshold is crossed, the positive impact of the two stages of innovation efficiency on the value of green brands is significantly enhanced. (5) The influence of economic development level, openness, market size, and marketization degree on the value of green brands shows remarkable regional differences. Mobile technologies are increasingly used to manage chronically ill patients’ health status by changing their health-related behaviors. Extant research posits that patients generate negative health emotions when attempting to use mobile technologies as a tool of health self-management. However, various emotions are argued to result in technology-related behavior, and there is limited research on the interplay among different types of emotions relating to different agents. Employing an affective response lens, this article constructs an empirical model by theorizing the effects of various affective agents (e.g., emotions derived from health and emotions derived from technology) on patient's m-health routine use attitude. The article then explores the relationships between negative health emotions and routine use intention by identifying the affective characteristics of mobile technology (i.e., valence and arousal). The findings indicate that to some extent, the affective state of patients influences the effect of negative emotions on their routine use behavior. Specifically, valence decreases the influence while arousal increases the influence. Purpose: As the most serious complication of total knee arthroplasty (TKA), periprosthetic joint infection (PJI) often leads to disastrous consequences. An accurate preoperative diagnosis plays a significant role in saving prostheses and optimizing treatment outcomes. Through this retrospective case-control study, we aimed to investigate the potential of superoxide dismutase (SOD) as a novel serum biomarker in the diagnosis of PJI.Methods: We conducted a retrospective review of all patients who underwent TKA and received adequate follow-ups in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2021. A total of 50 patients were enrolled in the PJI group based on the 2018 International Consensus Meeting (ICM) criteria. Besides that, we enrolled 100 patients who underwent TKA in the same period and had a good postoperative course in the control group. Patient characteristics, comorbidities, laboratory results (serum, synovial, and microbial), and intraoperative findings (purulence and histopathology) were documented and compared by univariate analysis. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis was used to determine the sensitivity, specificity, and diagnostic performance.Results: The median serum SOD level in the PJI and control group was 135.95 ± 24.47 U/ml (IQR, 111.85-158.30 U/ml) and 173.83 ± 13.9 U/ml (IQR,162.83-183.5 U/ml) (p < 0.05), respectively. With the calculated cutoff of SOD at 149.5U/L, the area under the ROC curve (AUC), sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV), were 0.919, 0.72, 0.97, 0.923, and 0.874, respectively. In subgroup analysis, the specificity of SOD in diagnosing culture-negative PJI remained extremely high (0.98). TRAF-binding domain-containing protein (TRABID), a member of the OTU deubiquitinase family, has an important role in regulating cellular functions via deubiquitinating substrate proteins such as EZH2 and Jmjd2d. However, the mechanism of its role in the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells has not been fully elucidated. Here, we analyzed the interactome of TRABID in HepG2 cells through mass spectrometry-based proteomics and found that TRABID is associated with damaged DNA-binding protein2 (DDB2). Immunoprecipitation assay showed that the interaction of TRABID and DDB2 is mediated by their OTU domain and N-terminal region, respectively. Furthermore, TRABID deubiquitinates DDB2, and this deubiquitination effect of TRABID depends on its active site. Functionally, we showed that TRABID-mediated hepatocellular carcinoma cell proliferation is attenuated by DDB2 knockdown. Abstract While weighting methods are popular for comparing the effects of multi-level treatment in observational studies, their performance can be unstable in the presence of extreme values of the generalized propensity score (GPS). Matching methods are more resistant to GPS outliers but bear the risk of GPS model misspecification. In this article, we propose a double score matching (DSM) estimator of the pairwise average treatment effect (ATE) based on the GPS and the generalized prognostic score (GPGS) evaluated at one treatment level at a time. The de-biased DSM estimator not only maintains the advantage of matching methods but also alleviates the model dependence problem due to its double robustness: it consistently estimates the true pairwise ATE if either the GPS or the GPGS is correctly specified. Ubiquitination is a versatile post-translational modification (PTM), which regulates diverse fundamental features of protein substrates, including stability, activity, and localization. Unsurprisingly, dysregulation of the complex interaction between ubiquitination and deubiquitination leads to many pathologies, such as cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. The versatility of ubiquitination is a result of the complexity of ubiquitin (Ub) conjugates, ranging from a single Ub monomer to Ub polymers with different length and linkage types. To further understand the molecular mechanism of ubiquitination signaling, innovative strategies are needed to characterize the ubiquitination sites, the linkage type, and the length of Ub chain. With advances in chemical biology tools, computational methodologies, and mass spectrometry, protein ubiquitination sites and their Ub chain architecture have been extensively revealed. The obtained information on protein ubiquitination helps to crack the molecular mechanism of ubiquitination in numerous pathologies. In this review, we summarize the recent advances in protein ubiquitination analysis to gain updated knowledge in this field. The integration of semi-precast concrete beam preparation methods with prestressing structural measures aims to achieve superior mechanical properties while complying with green construction principles. However, the damage mechanism of semi-precast prestressed concrete beams (SP-PCBs) under fire conditions is not clear. In this study, the cross-section temperature distribution, prestressing loss pattern, and residual load-carrying capacity of the SP-PCBs were investigated by conducting standard fire tests. The results show that increasing the thickness of the protective layer of prestressing bars can delay the time of damage by high temperature and thus increase the fire resistance limit of the SP-PCBs. Higher prestressing levels and rebar ratios contribute to the cracking resistance of the SP-PCBs, although the stress loss is obvious. After the fire, the distinct SP-PCBs showed different degrees of reduction in load-carrying capacity and stiffness, but still exhibited excellent fire resistance and avoided brittle damage. Increasing the reinforcing ratio increases the residual load-carrying capacity of the SP-PCBs, while increasing the prestressing level has a relatively small effect. Increasing the height of the post-cast layer slightly reduces the stiffness and ductility of the SP-PCBs, but does not significantly affect the load-bearing capacity. Sodium metal anode (SMA) stands out as a compelling choice for future high-energy Na batteries due to its high theoretical capacity and low redox potential. However, its widespread application is severely impeded by dendrite-related hazards. Designing a host for "hostless" SMA has emerged as a promising strategy to address its harmful dendrite growth. Recent studies highlight the effectiveness of low-tortuosity arrays in SMA for guiding rapid ion transport and achieving uniform Na deposition. Herein, a pioneering 3D host, Ag@H-TNTA, characterized by low-tortuosity hydrogenated TiO 2- x nanotubular arrays decorated with silver nanocrystals, are unveiled for constructing fast, stable, and dendrite-free SMA. The strategic introduction of oxygen vacancies and the implantation of sodiophilic seeds enable the achievement of rapid and coordinated electronic/ion transport as well as uniform electric-field/ion flux distribution in the Ag@H-TNTA, ultimately facilitating uniform Na deposition. Consequently, Ag@H-TNTA electrode exhibits a dendrite-free plating morphology and maintains an impressive Coulombic efficiency of ≈ 98% over 600 cycles at 1 mA cm−2 with a capacity of 1 mAh cm−2. Outstanding cycling performances and high rate capabilities of Ag@H-TNTA-Na anode are also demonstrated in both symmetric and full cells, underscoring the potential of Ag@H-TNTA as a robust host for stable and dendrite-free SMA. Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) radars are increasingly employed. However, with a growing array of antenna components, the dimension of the sampling covariance matrix and the computational complexity of traditional Direction of Arrival (DOA) and Direction of Departure (DOD) estimation algorithms increase exponentially. In order to accurately and effectively identify and locate signal sources and to optimize the computational complexity, this paper presents an innovative approach for detecting target numbers based on a Semi-Definite Programming (SDP) problem, which generates efficient solutions even for higher dimensions. In addition, the SDP's robustness is developed through shrinkage adaptation using Large Covariance Matrices (LCMs), which are crucial for angle estimation. Following the effective detection of a target, the tapering estimation is applied to the LCMs under the computationally efficient Reduced-Dimension Multiple Signal Classification (RD-MUSIC) algorithm, which is more accurate and less computationally intensive than 2D search algorithms. Traditional localization approaches, e.g., angle of arrival clustering (AOA-clustering), subspace data fusion, and minimum variance distortionless response, entail eigenvalue decomposition or global grid search within the target area, which could pose significant challenges when applied to massive antenna arrays as a result of their high computational complexity. In this paper, we present a low-complexity localization approach for multiple sources with two-dimensional discrete Fourier transform (2D-DFT). Firstly, we compute the cross-covariance, which could effectively suppress noise and obtain aligned AOAs via 2D-DFT. Then, we utilize phase offset method and total least square solution to obtain accurate position estimates. The proposed approach could achieve a good compromise between performance and computational complexity. This paper presents an experimental study on the durability of polymer‐impregnated basalt textile considering the effects of impregnation material, corrosion temperature, and corrosion solution. The variations in tensile strength, elastic modulus, surface condition, and failure mode were examined. Furthermore, a prediction model for the tensile strength degradation of basalt textiles was proposed. The experimental results showed that the tensile strength degradation of the textile was significantly influenced by the impregnation materials. The epoxy resin/acrylic emulsion‐impregnated textiles had superior durability to the styrene‐butadiene latex/vinyl resin‐impregnated textiles. As the temperature increased, the tensile strength decreased, whereas the variation in the elastic modulus was insignificant. In addition, the tensile strength of the weft textile degraded slightly faster than that of the warp textile owing to the larger contact area with the corrosion solution for the former. The saline–alkaline solution was more aggressive than the alkaline solution for the impregnated textiles owing to the corrosion caused by the combination of alkaline hydroxide ions and salt chloride ions in the former. The proposed model to predict the strength degradation considering both the aging time and temperature effect is in good agreement with the experimental results, which can be used to predict the long‐term strength of basalt textiles used as concrete reinforcement in real engineering applications. Screening cassava lines for resistance against viruses causing cassava brown streak disease (CBSD) is cumbersome because of the unpredictable and erratic virus infections in the slow plant infection processes that are frequently not associated with distinct leaf symptoms and because of the reliance on the assessment of root necrosis as an indicator of plant resistance/tolerance. The selection of resistant candidates thus extends over several growing cycles and is still associated with uncertainties about the stage of virus infection. To reduce the time for selection of resistant crosses and the uncertainties associated with field screening, we have developed a fast-forward virus screening workflow to assess cassava seedlings from crosses of cassava brown streak- and cassava mosaic virus-resistant parents. After passing through an intensive and precise virus infection routine, cassava seedlings that carried resistance against cassava brown streak and mosaic viruses were identified. Taking the results of 195 seedlings from 18 crossing families together, it became evident that resistance against the viruses causing CBSD is a dominant trait. The protocol developed for virus resistance screening in cassava can be readily adopted. It shifts resistance evaluation from the field to the nursery and replaces the erroneous and lengthy virus infection and screening process with a method of precision and speed. In this paper, we investigate the problem of joint direction of departure (DoD) and direction of arrival (DoA) estimation with bistatic MIMO radar. Specifically, a weaved co-prime array (WCA) bistatic MIMO (WCA-bMIMO) radar is proposed to produce a hole-free sum-difference co-array, which enables to offer significantly increased degrees of freedom (DoFs) and enlarged array aperture. Moreover, the two-dimensional spatial smoothing method is introduced to construct a smoothed received signal, which helps to tackle the rank deduction problem rooted in the equivalent one-snapshot received signal from the sum-difference co-array. Large‐scale multiple‐input multiple‐output (LS‐MIMO) is one of the promising technologies beyond the 5G cellular system in which large antenna arrays at the base station (BS) improve the system capacity and energy‐efficiency. However, the large number of antennas at the BS makes it challenging to design low‐complexity high‐performance data detectors. Thus, a number of iterative detection methods, such as Gauss–Seidel and conjugate gradient, are introduced to achieve complexity‐performance tradeoff. However, their performance deteriorates for the systems with small BS‐to‐user antenna ratio or for the channels that exhibit correlation. This paper proposes a new efficient iterative detection algorithm based on the improved Gauss–Seidel iteration to address this problem. The proposed method performs one conjugate gradient iteration that enables better performance with less number of iterations. A new hybrid iteration is introduced and a low‐complexity initial estimation is utilised to enhance detection accuracy while reducing the complexity further. In addition, a novel preconditioning technique is proposed to maintain the benefits of the proposed detector in correlated MIMO channels. It is mathematically demonstrate that the proposed detector achieves low approximated error. Background: Nanopore sequencing technology has revolutionized the field of genome biology with its ability to generate extra-long reads that can resolve regions of the genome that were previously inaccessible to short-read sequencing platforms. Over 50% of the zebrafish genome consists of difficult to map, highly repetitive, low complexity elements that pose inherent problems for short-read sequencers and assemblers. Results: We used long-read nanopore sequencing to generate a de novo assembly of the zebrafish genome and compared our assembly to the current reference genome, GRCz11. The new assembly identified 1697 novel insertions and deletions over one kilobase in length and placed 106 previously unlocalized scaffolds. We also discovered additional sites of retrotransposon integration previously unreported in GRCz11 and observed the expression of these transposable elements in adult zebrafish under physiologic conditions, implying they have active mobility in the zebrafish genome and contribute to the ever-changing genomic landscape. Conclusions: We used nanopore sequencing to improve upon and resolve the issues plaguing the current zebrafish reference assembly, GRCz11. Zebrafish is a prominent model of human disease, and our corrected assembly will be useful for studies relying on interspecies comparisons and precise linkage of genetic events to disease phenotypes. Introduction: The efficacy of tourniquet use during primary total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is thought to reduce intraoperative blood loss, improve surgical exposure, and optimize cement fixation. Tranexamic acid (TXA) use can decrease postsurgical blood loss and transfusion requirements. This review aimed to appraise the effects of tourniquet use in TKA for patients with tranexamic acid use. Methods: A meta-analysis was conducted to identify relevant randomized controlled trials involving TXA plus a tourniquet (TXA-T group) and use of TXA plus no tourniquet (TXA-NT group) in TKA. Web of Science, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Controlled Trials Register, Cochrane Library, Highwire, CNKI, and Wanfang database were searched from 2010 through October 2021. Results: We identified 1720 TKAs (1690 patients) assessed in 14 randomized controlled trials. Compared with the TXA-NT group, the TXA-T group resulted in less intra-operative blood loss (P < 0.00001) and decreased duration of surgery (P < 0.00001), however more hidden blood loss (P = 0.0004) and less knee range of motion (P < 0.00001). No significant differences were found between two groups in terms of decrease in hemoglobin (P = 0.84), total blood loss (P = 0.79), transfusion rate (P = 0.18), drainage volume (P = 0.06), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) at either the day of surgery (P = 0.2), 1 day (P = 0.25), 2 day (P = 0.39), 3 day (P = 0.21), 5 day (P = 0.21), 7 day (P = 0.06) or 1 month after surgery (P = 0.16), Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) score at either 7 day (P = 0.10), 1 month (P = 0.08), 3 month (P = 0.22) or 6 month after the surgery (P = 0.92), Knee circumference (P = 0.28), length of hospital (P = 0.12), and complications such as intramuscular venous thrombosis (P = 0.81), deep venous thrombosis (P = 0.10), superficial infection (P = 0.45), deep wound infection (P = 0.64), and delayed wound healing (P = 0.65). Conclusion: No big differences could be found by using or not tourniquet when use the TXA, though some benefits are related to operation time and less intra-operative blood loss by using tourniquet and TXA, Using the tourniquet was related to more hidden blood loss and less knee range of motion. In this study, the mechanical properties of the basalt leno textile applied as concrete reinforcement were experimentally investigated considering different parameters including the impregnation materials, geometrical characteristics (the number of yarns, yarn structure, and yarn spacing), and loading rate. The tensile strength, elastic modulus, and failure mode were examined. Furthermore, the force mechanism of impregnated leno textile under tensile load was analyzed. The experimental results showed that the textile with a stiff impregnation material exhibited a higher strength and modulus than that with a flexible material. The leno textile with the straight yarn had a better performance than those with the twisted yarns. Besides, the constraint of the weft yarns is obvious to the textile in the warp direction, while the warp yarn makes no contributions to the bearing capacity of textile in the weft direction. The weft yarn spacing had a significant impact on mechanical properties of the textile in the warp direction. Furthermore, the loading rate of approximately 1.2 mm/min was suggested to determine the maximum force of the impregnated basalt leno textile. In this study, a characteristic simulation method of a megawatt three-blade horizontal axis wind turbine (MW-THAWT) is proposed based on a laboratory kilowatt low-power motor system, which can realize the parameter correspondence and the rotational inertia compensation between the simulation platform and the wind turbine. First, the virtual proportional THAWT model of MW-THAWT is established to make the parameters of the motor and the wind turbine correspond. The control strategies of speed output and torque output are then designed to solve the problem that the conventional method cannot simulate the unstable region. The dynamic simulation strategy combining the shaft torque feedback rotational inertia compensation method and load characteristic simulation is proposed, which can ensure the consistency of the change time and mode between the simulation platform and the wind power system in the dynamic process. Finally, the MW-THAWT simulation experiment platform based on 1.4-KW motor is developed for theoretical verification. This study aimed to explore the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and abdominal obesity and the risk of airflow obstruction, based on the data from the 2007–2012 National Health and Nutrition Survey (NHANES). Logistic regression was applied to assess the relationships between BMI or abdominal obesity and the risk of airflow obstruction by the fixed ratio method and the lower limit of normal (LLN) method. We further used the restricted cubic splines with 3 knots located at the 5th, 50th, and 95th percentiles of the distribution to evaluate the dose-response relationship. A total of 12,865 individuals aged 20–80 years old were included. In the fixed ratio method, underweight was positively correlated with the risk of airflow obstruction, and overweight and obesity were negatively correlated with the risk of airflow obstruction. In the LLN method, the results were consistent with the fixed ratio method. Abdominal obesity was positively associated with the risk of airflow obstruction only in the fixed ratio method (OR: 1.41, 95% CI: 1.04–1.90). There was an additive interaction between underweight and smoking on airflow obstruction in both methods. Abdominal obesity and smoking had additive interactions in the LLN method. Dose-response analysis indicated that there was a non-linear trend between BMI and the risk of airflow obstruction (Pfor nonlinearity < 0.01). Our study suggested that underweight and abdominal obesity were associated with the increased risk of airflow obstruction, and overweight and general obesity were associated with the decreased risk of airflow obstruction. The Devonian adakites and A-type granites developed in the eastern section of the North Qinling (NQ) orogen in Central China records the evolution of the East Qinling orogen. In this study, petrological, zircon U Pb and Lu Hf isotopic, whole rock element and Sr Nd isotopic analyses were carried out to investigate the origin and geodynamic setting of the Sikeshu and Shenxianya plutons in NQ. The Sikeshu two-mica granites formed at 415.7 ± 2.3 Ma possess geochemical characteristics similar to those of adakites, while the Shenxianya monzogranites formed at 386.4 ± 1.8 Ma exhibit A-type granite characteristics. Both plutons show enriched Sr Nd isotopic characteristics and display enrichment and depletion of the zircon Hf isotope. Results show that the Sikeshu two-mica granites were derived by partial melting of a combined source from Erlangping mafic rocks and the Qinling Group, while the Shenxianya monzogranites were derived by partial melting of lower crust granulite. In the late Late Silurian, the mantle-derived magma produced by the slab failure underplated the thickened lower crust, forming the Sikeshu two-mica granites with adakitic features. The NQ underwent a transition from compression to extension during the late Late Silurian-Early Devonian following the closure of the Shandfan Ocean. The mantle-derived magma formed by delamination underplated the lower crustal granulites, generating the Shenxianya A-type granite. Sparse arrays possess attractive features compared to uniform linear arrays (ULAs) with increased degrees of freedom (DOFs), reduced mutual coupling, and enlarged array aperture, which improves the estimation performance of arrays. Recently, coprime arrays have attracted increasing attention due to reduced mutual coupling, whereas the holes in the difference coarray degrade the uniform coarray. In this paper, we propose a new array configuration called the fragmented coprime array with optimal inter-subarray spacing (FCAOIS). FCAOIS configuration maximizes the intra-subarray spacing of a fragmented coprime array (FCA) and incorporates two interlayer subarrays into the FCA, where the holes in the difference coarray of FCA are the results of the two missing interlayer subarrays. An extended array geometry from FCAOIS is also presented to lengthen the uniform difference coarray. It is noteworthy that the proposed coprime arrays outperform nested arrays in mitigating mutual coupling and especially in the scale of uniform difference coarray. This work studies the direct position determination (DPD) of noncircular (NC) signals with multiple arrays. Existing DPD algorithms of NC sources ignore the impact of path propagation loss on the performance of the algorithms. In practice, the signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) of different observation stations are often different and unstable when the NC signal of the same radiation target strikes different observation locations. Besides, NC features of the target signals are applied not only to extend the virtual array manifold but also to bring high-dimensional search. For the sake of addressing the above problems, this study develops a DPD method of NC sources for multiple arrays combing weighted subspace data fusion (SDF) and dimension reduction (RD) search. First, NC features of the target signals are applied to extend the virtual array manifold. Second, we assign a weight to balance the error and obtain higher location accuracy with better robustness. Then, the RD method is used to eliminate the high computational complexity caused by the NC phase search dimension. Finally, the weighted fusion cost function is constructed by using the eigenvalues of the received signal covariance matrixes. It is verified by simulation that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the location performance, get better robustness, and distinguish more targets compared with two-step location technology and SDF technology. Herein, a direct method for the synthesis of 3-fluoroindoles and 3,3-difluoroindolines from easily accessible 2,2-difluoro-2-phenyl-ethan-1-amines is presented. This protocol was performed by Pd-catalyzed direct C–H/N–H coupling and employed picolinamide as a directing group. Practical data detectors must achieve low error-rate at low-complexity for massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) wireless systems. Since near-optimal minimum mean square error (MMSE) detection exhibits high computational complexity for such wireless systems, various iterative methods as well as their enhanced variants have been proposed. The efficiency of iterative approaches, however, is not satisfying due to slow convergence rate and reduced accuracy. This paper proposes a novel semi-iterative data detection algorithm for massive MIMO systems that simultaneously achieves a large improvement in convergence and accuracy with respect to the corresponding iterative method. We provide a general three-term recurrence expression for semi-iterative detection and incorporate it with Richardson method as a show case. To further improve the convergence rate of the proposed technique, a new trace-diagonal based low-complexity initial method is developed. A sufficient condition for convergence of the proposed method is also provided. We analyze the associated complexity of semi-iterative detector, and provide numerical results which demonstrate that the proposed detector is superior to recently introduced iterative detectors in terms of both the error-rate performance and computational complexity. Gabbro–granite complexes provide vital constraints on magmatism mechanisms, crust–mantle interaction processes, and regional tectonics. The petrogenesis and tectonic setting of Early Permian igneous rocks in the southeastern Central Asian Orogenic Belt have long been controversial. In this study, the Early Permian Wulajitu gabbro–granite complex in Xilinhot, Inner Mongolia was selected as a research object and an integrated study was conducted using field occurrence, petrology, zircon U–Pb ages, whole‐rock geochemistry, and in situ zircon Hf isotopes. The Wulajitu gabbro–granite complex consists of gabbro and syenogranite with crystallization ages of 277 ± 1 Ma and 274 ± 2 Ma, respectively, belonging to the Early Permian. Their SiO2 contents vary in the range from 43.07–51.60 wt% and 70.30–75.52 wt%, respectively, and exhibit a gap of 51.60–70.30 wt%, displaying a typical bimodal geochemical distribution. The gabbros are low‐K tholeiitic–calc‐alkaline series rocks that are enriched in large‐ion lithophile elements (e.g., Ba, K, and Sr), depleted in high‐field‐strength elements (e.g., Nb and Ta), and have positive εHf (t) values from +9.3 to +13.2, indicating that they likely originated from partial melting of depleted mantle modified by subduction slab fluids. The syenogranites are aluminous A‐type granites characterized by high SiO2 and K2O + Na2O; low Al2O3, CaO, and MgO; depletion in Ba, Nb, Ta, Sr, P, and Ti; enrichment in Rb, Th, U, K, Zr, and Hf; as well as a seagull‐type rare‐earth element distribution pattern with strongly negative Eu anomalies (Eu/Eu* = 0.30–0.52). They show homogeneous zircon Hf isotopic compositions (positive εHf (t) values from +11.4 to +13.7). All these geochemical signatures suggest that the syenogranites were generated from partial melting of juvenile crust under high temperature and low pressure. The Wulajitu gabbro–granite complex most likely formed in a back‐arc spreading basin. Such an extensional regime was closely related to asthenospheric mantle upwelling caused by the rollback of the subducted Palaeo‐Asian Ocean slab in the Early Permian. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
