Pain is a prevalent and distressing symptom in patients with cancer which has a significant impact on patients’ physical health, psychological well-being, and quality of life (QOL). Deficiency of pain care, inadequate pain communication, and reluctance toward pain medication contribute to the difficulties in improving the situation of patients with cancer pain. Fortunately, the integration of self-management and professional healthcare provides new opportunities for patients with cancer pain.

China is vigorously promoting the whole process of engineering consulting services( WPECS) and the digitized transformation of the construction industry. For the problems existing in the current engineering consulting industry, the combination of WPECS and digitization is proposed as an effective response strategy from the perspective of the development needs of the engineering consulting industry. This paper proposes the "Objective-Implementation" framework diagram of the digitized transformation of WPECS, and puts forward the forerunner points for digitization of WPECS, such as organization structure design, standard system construction, infrastructure construction, related laws and regulations improvement. Interactions between plants and insects are among the most important life functions for all organism at a particular natural community. Usually a large number of samples are required to identify insect diets in food web studies. Previously, Sanger sequencing and next generation sequencing (NGS) with short DNA barcodes were used, resulting in low species‐level identification; meanwhile the costs of Sanger sequencing are expensive for metabarcoding together with more samples. Here, we present a fast and effective sequencing strategy to identify larvae of Lepidoptera and their diets at the same time without increasing the cost on Illumina platform in a single HiSeq run, with long‐multiplex‐metabarcoding (COI for insects, rbcL, matK, ITS and trnL for plants) obtained by Trinity assembly (SHMMT). Meanwhile, Sanger sequencing (for single individuals) and NGS (for polyphagous) were used to verify the reliability of the SHMMT approach. Furthermore, we show that SHMMT approach is fast and reliable, with most high‐quality sequences of five DNA barcodes of 63 larvae individuals (54 species) recovered (full length of 100% of the COI gene and 98.3% of plant DNA barcodes) using Trinity assembly (up‐sized to 1015 bp). For larvae diets identification, 95% are reliable; the other 5% failed because their guts were empty. The diets identified by SHMMT approach are 100% consistent with the host plants that the larvae were feeding on during our collection. Our study demonstrates that SHMMT approach is reliable and cost‐effective for insect‐plants network studies. Iron oxychloride (FeOCl) supported on mesoporous silica (SBA-15), as a Fenton-like solid catalyst for phenol degradation, showed supreme activity for production of hydroxyl radical (HO·) by H2O2 decomposition, and the generation capacity was comparable to the conventional Fenton reagent (Fe2++H2O2). The structure of FeOCl was characterized with spectroscopies. The generation of HO· species during the reaction was detected using 5,5-dimethyl-1-pyrroline N-oxide trapped electron paramagnetic resonance. Furthermore, the kinetics in detail was driven for the creation and diffusion of HO· by H2O2 decomposition over FeOCl, which follows a first-order rate through a two-step reaction. With the combination of the catalyst structure and kinetic parameters, the plausible mechanism for H2O2 decomposition during the oxidative degradation of phenol was rationalized. On the basis of mass and heat energy balance of low temperature multiple-effect distillation (LT-MED) seawater desalination system, the optimization mathematical model of power and water cogeneration system with parallel/cross flow is developed in which condensed water flash distillation and seawater preheating are considered. The minimum cost of unit water is the optimization target. The optimization model of power and water cogeneration system is solved and analyzed by computing program which is carried Out with Matlab toolboxes. The influence of number of effect, the amount of heating steam, system scale on the cost of unit water is analyzed. In the meantime, the costs of unit water with power and water cogeneration, equal temperature difference design with power and water cogeneration and equal temperature difference design with no power and water cogeneration are compared. The results indicate that the cost of unit water with power and water cogeneration is 87. 54% lower than that of equal temperature difference design with no power and water cogeneration with the same parameters. The Raman–Nath diffraction in acousto–optic effect was studied theoretically and experimentally in the paper. Up to now, each order of diffracted light in Raman–Nath diffraction was still considered simply to be just frequency-shifted and to be a plane wave. However, we find that the phase and frequency shifts occur simultaneously and individually in Raman–Nath diffraction. The findings demonstrate that, in addition to the frequency shift, the optical phase of each order of diffracted light is also shifted by the sound wave and fluctuates with the sound wave and is related to the location in the acoustic field from which the diffracted light originates. As a result, the wavefront of each order of diffracted light is modulated to fluctuate spatially and temporally with the sound wave. Obviously, these findings are significant for applications of Raman–Nath diffraction in acousto–optic effect because the optical phase plays an important role in optical coherence technology. Background and Objective: Several clinical trials have proven that icotinib hydrochloride, a novel epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-tyrosine kinase inhibitor, exhibits encouraging efficacy and tolerability in patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who failed previous chemotherapy. This study was performed to assess the efficacy and toxicity of icotinib as first-line therapy for patients with advanced pulmonary adenocarcinoma with EGFR-sensitive mutation., Patients and Methods: Thirty-five patients with advanced NSCLC with EGFR-sensitive mutation who were sequentially admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from March 2012 to March 2014 were enrolled into our retrospective research. All patients were administered icotinib as first-line treatment. The tumor responses were evaluated using Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST, version 1.1)., Results: Among the 35 patients, the tumor objective response rate (ORR) and disease control rate were 62.9% (22/35) and 88.6% (31/35), respectively. The median progression-free survival was 11.0 months (95% confidence interval [CI]: 10.2-11.8 months), and median overall survival was 21.0 months (95% CI: 20.1-21.9 months). The most common drug-related toxicities were rashes (eleven patients) and diarrhea (nine patients), but these were generally manageable and reversible., Conclusion: Icotinib monotherapy is effective and tolerable as first-line treatment for patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma with EGFR-sensitive mutation.
