Background: Occlusal disharmony (OD) may induce anxiety‐like behaviours; however, the underlying mechanism remains unclear. Herein, we explored the expression profiles of non‐coding RNAs (ncRNAs), along with their biological function and regulatory network, in anxiety‐like behaviour induced by OD. Materials and Methods: Occlusal disharmony was produced by anterior crossbite of C57BL/6 mice. Behavioural tests, corticosterone (CORT) and serotonin (5‐HT) levels were used to measure anxiety. In addition, RNA sequencing was used to screen all differentially expressed (DE) ncRNAs. Moreover, the RNA‐binding proteins interacting with ncRNAs were predicted by the ENCORI database and confirmed using western blots. Results: The significant differences in behavioural tests and CORT suggested the successful induction of anxiety‐like behaviour by OD. In OD mice, ncRNAs were significantly dysregulated. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analyses suggested that the DE ncRNAs were enriched in anxiety‐related pathways. CircRNA10039 was upregulated, and PTBP1 was predicted to interact with circRNA10039. In addition, KEGG pathway analysis showed that PTBP1 may be associated with messenger RNA biogenesis and spliceosomes. Conclusion: OD induced by anterior crossbite can lead to the anxiety‐like behaviours. During this process, ncRNA also changes. A digital technique for transferring the maxillomandibular relationship using photogrammetry, an intraoral scanner, and a computer-aided design software program is described in a treatment involving immediate loading in a patient with mandibular edentulism. The edentulous mandible was located preoperatively in a centric occlusal relationship with a denture, and preoperative and postoperative cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) data were aligned and merged based on bone markers. This technique, which allows the transfer of the presurgical maxillomandibular relationship during the immediate loading procedure, is more objective, more straightforward, and faster than the conventional method. Background: HPV vaccination is the key measure to prevent cervical cancer, but uptake in China lags behind global targets. Understanding Chinese guardians' preferences is key to improving vaccine acceptance and coverage. Methods: A nationwide online discrete choice experiment survey was conducted among 4933 Chinese guardians across seven provinces in 2022 to quantify preferences and willingness to pay. Attributes included effectiveness, safety, duration, valency, location, and out-of-pocket cost. Results: Out of the 4933 guardians who participated in the study, 4179 (84.72%) were mothers. More than 60% of the guardians belonged to the age group of 35–44 years. Additionally, over half of the respondents (53.15%) had daughters between the ages of 9 and 14 years. Respondents were open to accepting the HPV vaccine with 95% efficacy and exceptional safety. Guardians expressed a preference for longer protection duration (specifically 15 years (βa = 0.340, 95% CI: 0.31, 0.37)) and higher vaccine valency. As for willingness to pay, the respondents placed the highest value on vaccine efficacy, being willing to shell out more than USD 1100 for 95% protection as compared to 50%. Furthermore, very good safety commanded a premium of over USD 800 when compared to average safety. When it comes to willingness to uptake, a vaccine with 95% efficacy led to a more than 35% increase in acceptance as compared to one with 50% efficacy. Similarly, exceptional safety resulted in an increased willingness to uptake of over 25% when compared to average safety. Conclusions: The DCE highlighted effectiveness, safety, and durability as critical drivers of HPV vaccine acceptance, but substantial barriers persist regarding adolescent female coverage in China. Sustainable development is the power source to promote rural economic and social prosperity and the necessary guarantee for rural revitalization, while rural relative poverty alleviation is the inherent requirement for promoting sustainable development and realizing rural revitalization. The pro‐agricultural attribute of geographical indication determines that it can be an important tool to alleviate rural relative poverty. This study analyzes the relationship between geographical indication and rural relative poverty alleviation, as well as the mediating role of agricultural industry agglomeration and the moderating role of agricultural scale operation. We use global Moran's I and spatial Durbin models to achieve these objectives, using panel data from 218 cities in China spanning from 2008 to 2019. The results show that: (1) During the study period, relative poverty in China exhibits a distinct pattern of contiguous distribution, and there has been a significant reduction in the number of areas with high levels. Notable progress has been made in alleviating relative poverty in the central, northeastern, and southern regions of China. (2) Geographical indication can alleviate rural relative poverty not only within its region but also in neighboring regions. (3) Geographical indication can alleviate rural relative poverty through agricultural industry agglomeration, and agricultural scale operation can strengthen the relative poverty alleviation effect of geographical indication. This paper enriches the study of relative poverty alleviation mechanisms and reveals how geographical indications can help. People tend to intervene in others' injustices by either punishing the transgressor or helping the victim. Injustice events often occur under stressful circumstances. However, how acute stress affects a third party's intervention in injustice events remains open. Here, we show a stress-induced shift in third parties' willingness to engage in help instead of punishment by acting on emotional salience and central-executive and theory-of-mind networks. Acute stress decreased the third party's willingness to punish the violator and the severity of the punishment and increased their willingness to help the victim. Computational modeling revealed a shift in preference of justice recovery from punishment the offender toward help the victim under stress. This finding is consistent with the increased dorsolateral prefrontal engagement observed with higher amygdala activity and greater connectivity with the ventromedial prefrontal cortex in the stress group. A brain connectivity theory-of-mind network predicted stress-induced justice recovery in punishment. Our findings suggest a neurocomputational mechanism of how acute stress reshapes third parties' decisions by reallocating neural resources in emotional, executive, and mentalizing networks to inhibit punishment bias and decrease punishment severity. In third-party interventions, people tend to get involved in others' injustices by either punishing the transgressor or helping the victim. Objective: Optimal implant planning and placement allows the prosthesis to be well designed to achieve a satisfactory aesthetic and functional outcome. We aimed to compare deviations between implant planning and placement with the assistance of dynamic computer‐assisted implant surgery (d‐CAIS) or autonomous robotic computer‐assisted implant surgery (r‐CAIS) methods in a clinical setting. Methods: The retrospective analysis of medical records between 2021 July and 2022 December was conducted to compare the implantation accuracy of the d‐CAIS and r‐CAIS system in partially edentulous patients through cone‐beam computed tomography. Patient‐reported outcomes (PROs) were recorded using a visual analogue scale (VAS). The Kolmogorov–Smirnov test was used to check the data distribution. Student's t‐test or Mann–Whitney U‐test was used as appropriate, with a defined significant difference (p <.05). Results: Seventy‐seven patients were analysed (124 implants), with 38 patients (62 implants) in the d‐CAIS group and 39 patients (62 implants) in the r‐CAIS group. The differences between d‐CAIS and r‐CAIS were 4.09 ± 1.79° versus 1.37 ± 0.92° (p <.001) in angular deviation; 1.25 ± 0.54 versus 0.68 ± 0.36 mm (p <.001) in coronal global deviation; 1.39 ± 0.52 versus 0.69 ± 0.36 mm (p <.001) in apical global deviation; the results of the PROMs showed no statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusions: r‐CAIS allows more accurate implant placement than the d‐CAIS technology.
