African swine fever (ASF) is an acute infectious disease with a high mortality rate in both domestic and wild boars. Commercial vaccines or antiviral drugs for ASF were not available due to the complex diversity of the structure and genome of its pathogen African swine fever virus (ASFV). In recent years, there have been many reports on candidate strains of attenuated vaccines for ASFV. In this study, we obtained a recombinant virus named SY18ΔL60LΔCD2v by simultaneously deleting the L60L gene and CD2v gene from highly virulent strain SY18. In vitro, SY18ΔL60LΔCD2v displayed a decreased growth kinetic compared to that of parental SY18. In vivo, high doses (105 TCID50) of SY18ΔL60LΔCD2v can protect pigs (5/5) from attacks by the parental SY18 strain (102 TCID50). Low doses (102 TCID50) of SY18ΔL60LΔCD2v only protected 20% of pigs (1/5) from attacks by the parental SY18 strain (102 TCID50). The results indicated that the absence of these two genes in SY18 could induce protection against the homologous parental strain, and there were no obvious clinical symptoms or viremia. These results indicate that the SY18ΔL60LΔCD2v strain can serve as a new live attenuated vaccine candidate for the prevention and control of ASFV infection. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Distributed systems have been widely used in many safety‐critical areas. Any abnormalities (e.g., service interruption or service quality degradation) could lead to application crashes or decrease user satisfaction. These things may cause serious economic losses. Among the various quality assurance approaches for distributed systems, log‐based anomaly detection (LAD) has become a popular research topic. Its popularity relates to system logs being able to record and reveal important run‐time information. This paper presents a general LAD framework for distributed systems. Log grouping and feature‐pattern mining are two crucial LAD components that impact on the anomaly‐detection effectiveness. We also present a systematic survey of techniques in these two directions; propose classification frameworks for log grouping and feature patterns; and summarize four log‐grouping techniques and five feature patterns (which refer to invariant relationships among logs that can be used for anomaly detection). To evaluate their applicability, we report on the findings when applying existing techniques to Ray, a popular industrial distributed system. NiOx is one of the promising inorganic hole transporting materials in inverted perovskite solar cells (PSCs), however, its device efficiency and stability are still limited by the energy level mismatch, low intrinsic conductivity, high interface defect density, and complex active species. Herein, the use of an imide‐based donor–acceptor type semiconductor (BTF14) as the interlayer between perovskite and NiOx is proposed, which facilitates the hole extraction and transfer, reduces the defect density at interface and in perovskite film bulk, and further reduces the concentration of Ni>3+ species to stabilize the heterointerface. As a result, the power conversion efficiency of inverted PSCs can be significantly boosted from 22.11% of NiOx to 24.20% of NiOx/BTF14. Moreover, NiOx/BTF14 based devices also exhibit negligible hysteresis and excellent long‐term stability, with over 77% of their initial efficiency remaining after continuous operation at 60 °C for 1000 h under 1 sun illumination. The new insulated single-sided composite shear wall (NISCSW) composition involves setting a precast wall panel on one side and an insulation panel on the other side, with a middle cavity for casting concrete. To investigate the seismic performance of NISCSW under different shear spans and axial compression ratios, eight specimens are made, including six composite and two cast-in-place walls. The shear span ratio is controlled at 1.2 and 1.9, and the axial compression ratio is controlled at 0.1, 0.3, and 0.4. The specimens are subjected to quasistatic tests to analyze failure modes, hysteresis characteristics, stiffness degradation, displacement ductility, and energy dissipation capacity and to compare the seismic performance of the composite and cast-in-place walls. Results show that for each composite specimen, under the same axial compression ratio, the large shear span ratio specimen has a lower ultimate bearing capacity and faster stiffness degradation but better ductility and postyield energy dissipation capacity. Under the same shear span ratio, the high axial compression ratio specimen had a higher ultimate bearing capacity, slightly worse ductility, and similar stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity compared to other specimens. Compared with the cast-in-place specimen with the same axial compression ratio, the composite specimen failure mode and hysteresis characteristics are similar, and the ductility and energy dissipation capacity are comparable to the cast-in-place shear wall specimen, indicating that NISCSW has similar seismic performance to the cast-in-place shear wall under conditions of a large shear span ratio and high axial compression ratio. Based on the test results, the program ABAQUS is used to simulate the specimens. Compared with the test results, the simulated specimen failure mode is consistent with the test results, and the hysteresis and skeleton curves are consistent with the test curve, indicating that the model is correct, reliable, and can be verified with test results. Organic radicals exhibiting SOMO–HOMO conversion (SHC) electronic configurations have recently garnered increasing attention due to their exceptional stability and photophysical properties. In this study, we investigate two series of phosphorus–boron cation radicals based on 1,3,5-trimethylphenyl units substituted with P and B atoms, varying numbers of P–B moieties, and π-conjugation linkers. We perform quantum-chemical calculations to systematically assess the influence of chemical substituents on the SHC electronic structural features. Our computational results demonstrate that the SHC electronic configurations of the studied complexes are primarily determined by the number of P–B moieties, specifically, phosphorus–boron cation radicals with two P–B moieties as terminal groups in π-conjugation linkers, which efficiently arrange electrons to increase HOMO energies compared to corresponding radicals with only one P–B unit. Furthermore, spin density distributions change as the size of π-conjugation linkers increases. Natural bond orbital (NBO) and atoms-in-molecules (AIM) analyses reveal strong intramolecular charge transfer between P and B atoms along with other stabilized donor–acceptor interactions and significant covalent bonds between P and B atoms. Moreover, synergistic effects resulting from 1,3,5-trimethylphenyl substitutions and enlarged π-conjugation linkers containing P–B units confer excellent photophysical properties upon these studied radicals, making them potential stable radicals in optoelectronic applications. In order to improve fuel economy further within traction ability target,a Cruise-Isight Co-simulation model is established. By using multi-island genetic algorithm,the transmission gear ratio is optimized separately under certain traction ability and structural design constraints,a basic optimized scheme which can meets performance target is gotten. The gear ratio result from optimization model is adjusted according to drive comfort and structural requirements from the engineering point of view. Finally,the gear ratio is recommended which can meets traction and engineering requirements. After optimization,the traction performance reaches target closely and the integrated fuel consumption of NEDC cycle is reduced by 0. 23 L/100 km,3. 86%lower than the original scheme,and the ride comfort of the constant speed shift is improved also.
