However, conflicting results were reported in these studies. The effect of mutations in these two genes in resected NSCLC remains controversial.Methods: We searched Internet databases for studies reporting disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) in resected NSCLC patients with EGFR or KRAS mutations. A meta-analysis calculating the pooled hazard ratio (HR) for DFS and OS was used to measure the association of EGFR or KRAS mutations with the prognosis of patients after surgery.Results: A total of 9,635 patients from 32 studies were included in this analysis. The combined HR for EGFR mutations on DFS was 0.77 (95% CI 0.66–0.90, p=0.001) and on OS was 0.72 (95% CI 0.66–0.80, p

Organic acid and rust remover based on citric acid were gradually praised by the industry because of its environmental protection and good derusting effect. In this paper, the production cycle of citric acid by Aspergillus Niger shaking flask fermentation was studied with Passion Fruit/Shell, and the rust removal effect of the product was preliminarily verified. The cultivation factors included Passion Fruit/Shell 20%+Sucrose 5%, 35°C, pH 5.0-5.5, shaking table 150 r/min, the fermentation cycle could be completed in 4-5 days, and the pH in fruit fermentation broth decreased to 2.7. At room temperature, the derusting effect of 1 time diluted fruit fermentation broth equaled that of 3%commercial citric acid, the rust removal time could prolonged properly at low temperature. The resultshad a guiding significance for producing organic rust remover from Passion Fruit by Aspergillus Niger.

Malignant gliomas are the most common and deadly primary brain tumors in adults and the high prolifera- tive ability of these cells is one of the most important causes of the poor prognosis of this cancer. Suppressing the proliferation of malignant gliomas cells by altering effector molecules can significantly improve the prognosis of a patient. microRNAs (miRNAs) are small non‑coding RNA molecules ~22 nucleo- tides in length that are able to function as oncogenes or tumor suppressors in human cancer. In the present study, it was demon- strated that the expression level of miRNA‑218 (miR‑218) is markedly downregulated in glioma cell lines and human primary glioma tissues. Upregulation of miR‑218 in glioma U87 cells dramatically inhibited the proliferation by inducing G1-S checkpoint arrest. Furthermore, it was demonstrated that ectopically expressing miR‑218 in glioma U87 cells results in the downregulation of the expression of cyclin depen- dent kinase (CDK)6 and cyclin D1 and upregulation of the expression of p21 Cip1/Waf1 . In addition, it was identified that miR‑218 inactivated the CDK6/cyclin D1/p21 Cip1/Waf1 pathway by downregulating CDK6 expression through the direct targeting of the 3'‑untranslated region of CDK6. The present results suggest that miR‑218 plays an important role in the prevention of the proliferation of glioma cells, and the present study also revealed a novel mechanism for miRNA‑mediated direct suppression of the CDK6/cyclin D1/p21 Cip1/Waf1 pathway in glioma cells.

A new kind of 5 at% Yb-doped Lu0.5Y0.5PO4 crystals were firstly grown by spontaneously nucleated high-temperature solution method using lead pyrophosphate (Pb2P2O7) as the solvent. The X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) patterns recorded at room temperature showed the crystals possessed tetragonal xenotime structure. The polarized absorption spectra and the fluorescence spectra of Yb:LuxY1-xPO4 were measured at room temperature, respectively. The results show that Yb:LuxY1-xPO4 mixed crystal will be a promising laser material if the crystal size and quality is further improved.

A new mixed laser crystal, Yb0.005Y0.848Lu0.147VO4, has been successfully grown using the Czochralski method. An ICP-OES was used to measure the concentrations of elements (Yb, Y, Lu, V) in the crystal, and the chemical formula was determined. X-ray powder diffraction analysis shows that the crystal has ZrSiO4 structure. A pair of edge dislocations with certain orientation was observed by the HREM, and the orientation was confirmed by the calibration of the diffraction spots. The formation mechanism of this type dislocation was given by analysis on structure and thermal expansion of crystal. The suggestion to avoid these dislocations was also given.

Yb: LuPO4 crystals with the size up to 6×2×0.5mm3 were grown by the flux growth process using lead pyrophosphate Pb2P2O7 as the high-temperature solvent. The crystal structure of Yb: LuPO4 crystals at room temperature was refined by using single crystal X-ray diffraction data. Crystal structure analysis showed that Yb: LuPO4 crystals possessed the tetragonal xenotime structure. The polarized absorption spectra of Yb: LuPO4 were tested at room temperature. The results showed that the absorption spectral region of Yb: LuPO4 crystal was well matched for pumping with readily available diode lasers.

A long-range order wrinkle pattern is fabricated based on Polymerized Poly(Ethylene Glycol)-Diacrylate(PEGDA).The formation mechanism and adjustment method are studied.The large scale of cycle pattern array occurs in the surface of polymeric hydrogel according to adjusting the optical interaction processing parameters.The dimension of the pattern can be adjusted from 101-103 μm and the area of whole pattern can be an order of magnitude in millimetre or centimetre.It demonstrates that the unique performance is from the competition of the bending of skin and the compressing of bulk in the PEGDA hydrogel film.

Smoldering is an oxygen control reaction and its velocity is determined by oxygen supplying rate. Oxygen volume fraction gradient was used to characterize oxygen supplying rate in roadway according to situation that the velocity of wind flowing is very low during smoldering in roadway. Relationship of smoldering velocity and oxygen volume fraction gradient in roadway during lignite smoldering was researched in experiment drawing support of seam smoldering simulating experiment device in roadway and one-variable linear regression technology was used to establish the relation equation of smoldering velocity and oxygen volume fraction gradient in roadway when lignite was smoldering. This relation equation showed that smoldering velocity and oxygen volume fraction gradient took on linear increasing relationship in roadway during lignite smoldering.

Mixed crystals of K1-x(NH4)xH2PO4(KADP) were grown from KDP (KH2PO4) dominated mixed solutions with varying molar proportion of ADP (NH4H2PO4) addition. It was found that, as the increase of ADP molar concentration, the growth rate along z-axis of KADP crystal decreased rapidly. The structure of KADP crystals was investigated by powder XRD and the lattice parameter was calculated. The results showed that the lattice parameter c of KADP crystal increased with the molar concentration of ADP. The optical homogeneity of grown KADP crystals was determined with a differential phase-shifting interferometry. Frequency dependences of the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of KADP crystals were measured at room temperature (290 K). The dielectric constants of KADP crystals were almost invariant with the increase of frequency. In the region of 102∼104Hz, the values of the dielectric loss reduced with the increase of frequency. The piezo-resonance coupling effect still exists in KADP crystals at room temperature, but shifted to low frequency band. (© 2010 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)

In this work we investigate the effects of the littlest Higgs model (LHM) up to the QCD next-to-leading order (NLO) on the ${Z}^{0}{H}^{0}$ associated production at the CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC). We study the dependences of the leading order and NLO QCD corrected integrated cross sections for this process on the factorization/renormalization scale and the LHM parameters. We also provide the distributions of the transverse momenta of final decay products ${\ensuremath{\mu}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ and ${\ensuremath{\tau}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$. Our results show that the heavy neutral gauge bosons ${Z}_{H}$ and ${A}_{H}$ could induce significant discrepancies from the standard model predictions. It is found that when the LHM parameters are taken as $c=0.5$, ${c}^{\ensuremath{'}}=0.22$, $f=4\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{TeV}$, and $\ensuremath{\mu}=({M}_{H}+{M}_{Z})/2$, the effects at the $\sqrt{s}=14\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{TeV}$ LHC from the heavy neutral gauge boson are about 12.83 and 10.37% to the leading order and NLO QCD corrected integrated cross sections, respectively. We also conclude that the NLO QCD corrections at the $\sqrt{s}=14\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{TeV}$ LHC can obviously reduce the scale uncertainty of the integrated cross section, and significantly enhance the differential cross sections of ${p}_{T}^{{\ensuremath{\mu}}^{\ensuremath{-}}}$ and ${p}_{T}^{{\ensuremath{\tau}}^{\ensuremath{-}}}$. It demonstrates that the precision measurement of the ${Z}^{0}{H}^{0}$ associated production process at the LHC could provide the clue of the LHM physics.

In the paper, the ecosystem of the digital education resources sharing is researched. First, the conceptions of the digital education resources and its sharing are defined, and the theory of the ecosystem is introduced. And then, the constituent elements and the relations of the digital education resources sharing ecosystem are listed. Finally, the natures of it are analyzed to prove the thesis that the digital education resources sharing ecosystem is a internet ecosystem and also a Complex adaptive systems (CAS). The paper provides a new research perspective on the digital educational resources sharing and the researches based it would provide the systematic approach to solve the problems in the digital educational resources sharing.

In the paper, the framework based on deep-web integration technology is designed to realize the sharing of the digital educational resources built in China, in order to improve the utilization efficiency of resources and ensure the digital resources to achieve the sustainable development. A supermarket business model based on the virtual currency "“Learning Money”" is designed to realize the benefit distribution between the owners in the service value chain. The distribution of benefits, government policies, system security and organization, which are the key mechanisms affecting the success of the solution, also are analyzed as an ecosystem perspective to realize a system of digital educational resource sharing based on the deep webs. The solution has been applied to Yangtze River Delta Top Quality Education Resources Network, good feedback has being received.
