Aiming at the power fluctuation problem for the randomness of the time-space transfer of electric vehicles (EV), taking into account the gender difference of car owners, different real-time travel purpose and two-way travel of car owners, the charge-discharge dispatch strategy based on the two-way travel chain for the travel randomness of EV is proposed. Firstly, the two-way travel chain of EV is established by considering the actual travel process of car owners. Secondly, the real-time travel probability model is given by considering the gender differences of the male and female owners travel. Then, the dispatch model is set up by reducing the power fluctuation as the objective function according to the real-time travel demand of the owner and the real-time state of charge (SOC) of EV. Finally, the charge and discharge of EV are dispatched according to the established model, and the simulation if given by analyzing the cars in a area of 280 square meters. The simulation results show that the two-way travel model is closer to the actual travel law of owners, and the dispatch strategy based on the dispatched model of the two-way travel chain can better restrain the power fluctuation.

C10orf90, a tumor suppressor, can inhibit the occurrence and development of tumors. Therefore, we investigated the gene function of C10orf90 in various tumors using multiple pan-cancer datasets. Pan-cancer analysis results reveal that the expression levels of C10orf90 vary across different tumors and hold significant value in the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of patients with various tumors. In some cancers, the expression level of C10orf90 is correlated with CNV, DNA methylation, immune subtypes, immune cell infiltration, and drug sensitivity in the tumors. In particular, in COAD, the C10orf90 gene is implicated in multiple processes associated with COAD. Cell experiments demonstrate that C10orf90 suppresses the proliferation and migration of colon cancer cells while promoting apoptosis. In summary, C10orf90 plays a role in the onset and progression of various cancers and could potentially serve as an effective diagnostic and prognostic marker for cancer patients. Tumor immune evasion relies on the crosstalk between tumor cells and adaptive/innate immune cells. Immune checkpoints play critical roles in the crosstalk, and immune checkpoint inhibitors have achieved promising clinical effects. The long non‐coding RNA taurine‐upregulated gene 1 (TUG1) is upregulated in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, how TUG1 is upregulated and the effects on tumor immune evasion are incompletely understood. Here, METTL3‐mediated m6A modification led to TUG1 upregulation is demonstrated. Knockdown of TUG1 inhibited tumor growth and metastasis, increased the infiltration of CD8+ T cells and M1‐like macrophages in tumors, promoted the activation of CD8+ T cells through PD‐L1, and improved the phagocytosis of macrophages through CD47. Mechanistically, TUG1 regulated PD‐L1 and CD47 expressions by acting as a sponge of miR‐141 and miR‐340, respectively. Meanwhile, TUG1 interacted with YBX1 to facilitate the upregulation of PD‐L1 and CD47 transcriptionally, which ultimately regulated tumor immune evasion. Clinically, TUG1 positively correlated with PD‐L1 and CD47 in HCC tissues. Moreover, the combination of Tug1‐siRNA therapy with a Pdl1 antibody effectively suppressed tumor growth. Therefore, the mechanism of TUG1 in regulating tumor immune evasion is revealed and can inform existing strategies targeting TUG1 for enhancing HCC immune therapy and drug development. Breast cancer is a heterogeneous disease that arises as a multi-stage process involving multiple cell types. Patients diagnosed with the same clinical stage and pathological classification may have different prognoses and therapeutic responses due to alterations in molecular genetics. As an essential marker for the molecular subtyping of breast cancer, long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play a crucial role in gene expression regulation, cell differentiation, and the maintenance of genomic stability. Here, we developed a modular framework for lncRNA identification and applied it to a breast cancer cohort to identify novel lncRNAs not previously annotated. To investigate the potential biological function, regulatory mechanisms, and clinical relevance of the novel lncRNAs, we elucidated the genomic and chromatin features of these lncRNAs, along with the associated protein-coding genes and putative enhancers involved in the breast cancer regulatory networks. Furthermore, we uncovered that the expression patterns of novel and annotated lncRNAs identified in breast cancer were related to the hormone response in the PAM50 subtyping criterion, as well as the immune response and progression states of breast cancer across different immune cells and immune checkpoint genes. Collectively, the comprehensive identification and functional analysis of lncRNAs revealed that these lncRNAs play an essential role in breast cancer by altering gene expression and participating in the regulatory networks, contributing to a better insight into breast cancer heterogeneity and potential avenues for therapeutic intervention. Effective charge separation and migration pose a critical challenge in the field of solar-driven hydrogen production. In this work, a Z-scheme structured CuInS2/ZnIn2S4 heterojunction was successfully fabricated through a two-step hydrothermal synthesis method to significantly enhance the efficiency of solar-to-hydrogen energy conversion. Structural characterization revealed that the lattice-matched CuInS2/ZnIn2S4 heterojunction exhibits an enlarged interfacial contact area, which facilitates the transfer and separation of photogenerated charges. Microscopic analysis indicated that the CuInS2/ZnIn2S4 composite material has a tightly interwoven interface and a morphology resembling small sugar cubes. Photoelectrochemical spectroscopy analysis demonstrated that the heterojunction structure effectively enhances visible light absorption and charge separation efficiency, leading to an improvement in photocatalytic activity. Hydrogen production experimental data indicated that the CuInS2/ZnIn2S4 heterojunction photocatalyst prepared with a CuInS2 content of 20 wt% exhibits the highest hydrogen evolution rate, reaching 284.9 μmol·g−1·h−1. Moreover, this photocatalyst maintains robust photocatalytic stability even after three consecutive usage cycles. This study demonstrated that the Z-scheme CuInS2/ZnIn2S4 heterojunction photocatalyst exhibits enhanced hydrogen evolution efficiency, offering an effective structural design for harnessing solar energy to obtain hydrogen fuel.
