24. Analysis on Safe Sowing Date of Double-cropping Early Rice with Different Seedling Raising Methods in Jiangxi under Climate Warming.

Abstract

Ascertaining the safe sowing date of double-cropping early rice and the change rules of spring climate resources is an important basis for improving use efficiency of spring climate resources and agricultural production efficiency. Based on the daily average temperature data of 79 national meteorological stations in Jiangxi from February 1st to April 30th during the past 30 years (1992-2021), the distribution of safe sowing dates with 50% and 80% guarantee rates of double-cropping early rice with different seedling raising methods in Jiangxi under climate warming were systematically analyzed. The results showed that both average temperature and average pentad temperature increased significantly from 1992 to 2021, the climatic trend rates of average temperature was 0.055 °C·y-1, the most significant periods of climatic mean temperature increase were mainly concentrated in the 5th and 6th pentads in February, the 4th, 5th and 6th pentads in March and the 1st pentad in April, all above 1.5°C. The safe sowing dates of film-mulching dry seedlings, film-mulching wet seedlings, and direct seeding all shown a significant trend in advance, and the advance range from large to small is film-mulching dry seedlings> film-mulching wet seedling> direct seeding. Compared with the traditional sowing time, the safe sowing date of film-mulching dry seedlings in northern and central Jiangxi can be advanced to the end of early March, and which can be advanced to early March in the southern Jiangxi; the time of film-mulching wet seedlings in northern Jiangxi can maintain the traditional sowing date or be advanced to the early of late March, and in the central and southern Jiangxi this time can be advanced to the end of middle March; the time of direct seeding in northern and central Jiangxi can be advanced to 2-3 days before Qingming festival, and in the southern Jiangxi this time can be advanced to the end of late March. Abstract

This paper describes the development and validation of an automated method for the dissolution testing of metformin hydrochloride for use in the quality assurance program. Automation could provide significant improvements in the consistency of results compared with existing manual methods. Care and consideration were given to the automation of preparation of samples and standards in line with current manual procedures. Reproducibility and sample preparation accuracy were quantified, and results obtained were compared against tests performed manually. The system was validated in accordance with the Chinese (1), European (2), and United States pharmacopeias (3) using salicylic acid. Salicylic acid testing for bath calibration also required dilution, which provided a direct comparison to the automated system used to test metformin hydrochloride tablets.

Abstract

The electrocaloric effect (ECE) in polar materials shows great potential in realizing high efficient solid-state cooling devices with a smaller size and high efficiency. The thermodynamic theory was introduced in order to achieve a large ECE in ferroelectrics. The previous experimental researches were reviewed and discussed. A novel method to directly measure the ECE entropy change and temperature change was developed. Results indi- cated that the relaxor ferroelectric polymers and first-order phase transition polymers demonstrated larger ECE. Recently published larger electrocaloric effect in BaTiO3 crystal and multilayer ceramic capacitors, and the proto- type ferroelectric cooling devices reveal attractive application prospects in the near future.

Abstract

The condensates from the Yacheng Gas Field, Ying-Qiong Basins, have unusual chemical characteristics, with distribution dominated by terpanes and steranes derived from higher-plants. Pr/Ph ratios (6–11) are very high. Drimane, cadinanes and homocadinanes exist in high concentration. Anomalously abundant 18α(H)-oleanane and remarkably abundant bicadinanes are present in Yacheng condensates, while 17α(H)-hopanes are in extremely low concentration. Taraxastane and significantly abundant 17α(H)-diahopanes occur in the condensates. In addition, a number of C29 and C30 unknown pentacyclic triterpanes were monitored in the condensates, some of which are abundant. The unknown compounds may be terrestrial biomarkers or their occurrence may suggest a sub-oxic (dyacrobic) clay-rich depositional environment. C29 homologues are relatively predominant in regular and rearranged steranes. The concentration of diasteranes is markedly higher than that of regular steranes. The characteristics of Yacheng condensates are indicative of terrestrial source input. Based on condensate-condensate and condensate-rock correlations, combined with results of studies on sedimentary facies. Yacheng condensates may be sourced from Yacheng and Lingshui Formations in the Qiongdongnan Basin. The maturity of Yacheng condensate is relatively high, at late oil window stage (corresponding to 0.9%–1.3% R0), based on sterane and terpane maturity parameters.

This paper uses the C language generation public key algorithm (RSA). Realization of the digital certificate registration, verification and certificate generation process,the identity of certification users can be verified and provide proof of identity on the Internet transactions, reducing the transaction risks greatly, ensuring the user's property and interests are not infringed.
