In order to study the influence of the chemical structure of coal measure rock on the gas adsorption performance, taking the coal and rock samples of Shaqu No.1 Mine as the research object, the structure of coal and rock was analyzed from the microscopic point of view by using the experimental characterization methods such as inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, X-ray diffraction spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy. Meanwhile, based on the theoretical calculation of DFT, Gaussian16 was used for molecular simulation to study the influence of coal and rock structure on the gas adsorption performance from the molecular point of view. The results show that L5 limestone contains a lot of organic matter and has a certain adsorption capacity for gas, while sandstone has a low adsorption capacity for gas, and coal has a much higher adsorption capacity for gas than L5 limestone. At the same time, the effect of chemical bond on gas adsorption is as follows: benzene ring > ether bond >Si=O>Al-O>CO32->H-O.

Due to the effects of global warming, the vapor pressure deficit (VPD) will inevitably and continuously rise in future, which is a fact that must be faced when discussing the sustainable development of vegetation ecosystems. Understanding the response of vegetation to changes in the atmospheric moisture state is necessary for minimizing the adverse effects of climate change. Using the leaf area index (LAI) and meteorological data in the Yellow River Basin collected over nearly 40 years, we explore the spatiotemporal variations in VPD and vegetation within the growing season and the differences in the effects of VPD on vegetation in different climatic zones. The results show the following: (1) both VPD and LAI in the Yellow River Basin show an increasing trend, in which VPD increases radially outward centered on the arid regions, while the vegetation develops favorably over almost the whole basin; (2) at the whole-basin scale, the area of VPD positively correlated with vegetation growth is greater than the area of negative correlation, and this overall trend is increasing significantly; (3) the VPD exerts heterogeneous effects on different vegetation in different climatic zones, and these heterogeneity findings suggest that the effects of VPD on vegetation are more influenced by differences among the climatic zones of the vegetation than by differences in the vegetation types themselves. Our results provide insights into the effects of atmospheric moisture on vegetation growth and provide references for the sustainable development of vegetation ecosystems and future safeguarding strategies of vegetation over large spatial scales. This study (CRD42023464989) aimed to explore the effects of pre-operation immunonutrition on safety and immune related factors in colorectal cancer patients undergoing surgery. We systematically searched PubMed, Embase, and Wanfang databases to collect all clinical randomized controlled trials of the application of pre-operation immunonutrition for patients with colorectal cancer, published until July 2023. The primary outcomes were safety and immune related factors. A total of 16 studies were finally included. Preoperative immunonutrition could reduce the postoperative infection rate (risk ratio (RR) = 0.56, 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.36, 0.88; p =.01), and wound infection rate (RR = 0.44, 95% CI: 0.27, 0.70; p <.001) in patients with colorectal cancer. For length of stay (mean difference (MD) = −1.10, 95% CI: −2.70, 0.49; p =.17), it was similar between groups. Meanwhile, patients in the pre-operation immune nutrition group also had significantly increased infiltrative lymphocytes CD16+ (MD = 0.04, 95% CI: 0.02, 0.06; p <.001), and CD56+ (MD = 0.05, 95% CI: 0.03, 0.06; p <.001) cells in the tumor tissues, compared to the control group. Immunonutrition intervention has the potential to reduce postoperative infectious complications and improve tumor infiltrative lymphocytes in patients with colorectal cancer undergoing surgery. The flat plate specimens of nickel-based single-crystal superalloy with 14 film cooling holes, which made by different drilling techniques, were used to study the high-cycle fatigue (HCF) properties at 980°C in an ambient atmosphere. At the same time, the electrical discharge machining (EDM) specimens with a single hole were also used to study the HCF properties under different temperatures. The hole and fracture micrographs were analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The results indicated that different drilling techniques have a great influence on HCF life. The fatigue limit of the millisecond laser drilling is 353 MPa, while the EDM is 359 MPa and the electro-stream machining (ESM) is 378 MPa. The fatigue life decreases gradually with the temperature increasing. The fatigue limit of EDM specimens with a single hole at 900°C, 980°C, and 1,050°C are 472, 430, and 293 MPa, respectively. The destruction of the specimens is a typical multisource rupture, and the fracture morphology includes three parts: the cracks sources around the film cooling hole, the propagation zone along the {001} planes, and instant rupture zone along the {111} planes.

In this paper, a new type of full attachment double‐sided liquid crystal display is designed. The liquid crystal screen and optical films are bonded by OCA called full‐ attachment LCD. The double‐sided display mentioned in this paper uses the same light source on both sides, and the light guide plate is made of glass material or nano material. The double‐sided display designed in this paper is ultra‐thin and the border is extremely narrow. It uses a full attachment optical architecture, higher utilization of light sources, and lower power consumption. Because it does not require a double‐sided backplane design, it is lighter. Highlights: What are the main findings? Metallic Al in aluminum dross was separated by a milling method via size control. Ball medias decreased the fraction of large particles. Metallic Al particle with a size of 0.15–2 mm were targeted, which improved Al recovery to 65%. Most AlN was collected simultaneously in particles with size < 0.425 mm. What are the implications of the main finding? Size control of aluminum dross was achieved by ball milling. Aluminum dross (AD) is a hazardous waste that contains valuable metallic Al and reactive aluminum nitride (AlN). The intergrowth of Al and AlN presents a challenge to Al recovery and AlN removal. In the current work, a mechanical milling method was developed to separate Al and AlN. Steel bars and balls were used as grinding media. The AD particle size decreased after milling and was distributed in the ranges 0.425–2 mm, 0.15–0.425 mm, 0.08–0.15 mm, and <0.08 mm. The particle size distribution was affected by the ball milling media and grinding time. Steel ball media had a better grinding effect on particles > 2 mm. After ball milling, the Dp0.08–2 mm size fraction accounted for approximately 90%. With changes in particle size, the element content of AD varied: the fraction of metallic Al decreased, while the fraction of Si increased. Metallic Al mainly existed in particles with size > 0.425 mm, accounting for 48.5%. AlN mainly existed in Dp0.15–0.425 mm, accounting for 64.9%. The optimal milling conditions achieved a 65% Al recovery rate and a 90% AlN separation efficiency. This work provides a promising approach for highly efficient pretreatment for AD recovery and AlN elimination in industrial applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
