14. Hybrid architecture based on fuzzy classifier and multiplayer feed-forward neural network for speaker identification

Abstract

A novel method for speaker identification was proposed which was based on a fuzzy classifier with hyperellipsoidal regions. First, the training data for each class were divided into several clusters. Then, for each cluster, a fuzzy rule with a hyperellipsoidal region was defined around a cluster center. The evaluation experiments had been conducted to compare the fuzzy hyperellipsoidal classifier with the HMM. It was found that the former classifier can achieve a comparable speaker identification performance to the latter with higher clustering speed. Further research showed that both fuzzy hyperellipsoidal classifier and the HMM worsened the recognition ability when the test data contained noise. To overcome this problem, a hybrid architecture based on fuzzy classifier and multilayer feed-forward neural network （MLFNN） was developed for speaker recognition. The experimental results showed that the new method can achieve a much better identification performance and robustness to the additive noise.

Abstract

As a type of standardized battery cylindrical 18650 lithium-ion battery is widely used in new energy vehicle industry, It can be produced in large quantities without changing type. Because of its special advantages than others. But due to the pressure of rising capacity, electrolyte filling (which is short for E/L) process has become more and more difficult. While reducing the production efficiency eases the problem of E/L, it also poses performance and security problems. So the issue cannot be solved using the common knowledge of the industry. In this paper, This article does not use lean manufacturing or 6Sigma methods, we use TRIZ theory to analyze the E/L difficulty problem in detail (using causal analysis, technical contradiction analysis, substance – field analysis, physical contradiction analysis and other tools). By creating an atmosphere of vacuum and pressure replace the existing E/L tooling for single cell mechanical structure, through blowing hot air method to increase the temperature of electrolyte, Dissolving the J/R into a electrolyte tank which is full of 0.3Mpa nitrogen. Under the premise of not reducing the production efficiency, at the same time ensuring performance and safety, we try to find out a method to solve the E/L difficulty problem, and would get better application in the construction of new production lines in the new factory.

Abstract

Porcine interleukin-6 gene and CpG sequences were used as immunoadjuvants to enhance the immune responses of newborn piglets to Pseudorabies attenuated vaccine (PAV). The titer of specific antibodies to PAV, the proliferation of lymphocytes and induced IL-2 activities were all examined to identify the immune response of the piglets. The results showed that the immune responses with CpG ODN and porcine interleukin-6 gene were significantly stronger than routine immunities. The data suggests that porcine IL-6 and CpG motifs could be employed as effective immunoadjuvants to raise the humoral and cellular responses of newborn piglets to Pseudorabies attenuated vaccine.

Abstract

Oligodinucleotides containing CpG motifs (CpG ODN) are strong adjuvants for immune responses, particularly in mice, but data on humoral and cellular immune responses in piglets are scarce. In this report, using the swine streptococcus as model bacteria, CpG ODN was used as immunoadjuvants to enhance the immune responses of the piglets to swine streptococcic septicemia killed vaccine (SSSK vaccine). The titre of specific antibodies to SSSK vaccine, the proliferation of lymphocytes, SSSK-specific interferon-gamma(IFN-gamma) and IL-6, the expression of major histocompatibility complex class II (MHC-II) and CD14 of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were examined to identify the immune responses of the piglets. The results were found that the above-mentioned immune responses of the piglets with CpG ODN were significantly stronger than standard immunization protocols. All these data suggested that immunostimulatory CpG ODN was promising immune enhancers for vaccination against SSSK vaccine.

Abstract

Oligonucleotides containing CpG motifs (CpG ODN) are strong adjuvants for humoral and cellular immune responses in mice, but data on immune responses in piglets are scarce. In this report, porcine-specific CpG ODN were used as immunoadjuvants to enhance the immune responses of the newborn piglets to Pseudorabies attenuated virus (PRV) vaccine. The titres of specific antibodies and serum IgG1/IgG2 ratio to PRV vaccine, the proliferation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), IL-4 and interferon-gamma(IFN-gamma) in piglets serum were examined to identify the immune response of the newborn piglets. The results showed that piglets immunized with PRV vaccine and CpG ODN presented high titers of PRV-specific antibodies and IgG2 isotype, a Th1-dominated (IFN-gamma) cytokine profile, together with inducing higher proliferation of PBMCs. All these data indicate that CpG ODN are potential effective adjuvants for the PRV vaccine in newborn piglets.
