Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of Drosophila protein Ash2 analogue(ASH2L)in gastric carcinoma cell lines infected with Helicobacter pylori(Hp). Methods The expression of ASH2L in various tumors, the relationship between ASH2L and pathological characteristics of stomach adenocarcinoma and the prognosis of the patients were analyzed by TIMER2.0, UALCAN and other software. Human gastric mucosal epithelial cell line GES, gastric carcinoma cell lines SGC-7901 and AGS were infected with Hp and the expression of ASH2L before and after Hp infection was detected by RT-qPCR and Western blot. Results The analysis showed that ASH2L was differentially expressed in 15 kinds of tumors and was highly expressed in stomach adenocarcinoma. The overall survival (OS) and post-progression survival (PPS) of patients with high ASH2L expression were lower than those with low ASH2L expression(P＜0.05). There were some differences in the expression of ASH2L in patients with stomach adenocarcinoma in different age groups, different races and different pathological grades, but not related to gender. The expression of ASH2L was significantly up-regulated in three human gastric epithelial cell lines infected with Hp(P＜0.05). Conclusions ASH2L may play an important role in tumorigenesis of gastric carcinoma caused by Hp infection, and its expression level is closely related to various pathological features and prognosis of the patients, and it is expected to be a molecular marker for prognosis.

The effect of different enzymes, bacteria and compound enzyme bacteria preparations on tannin content in grape seed fermented feed were investigated. The experiment was divided into enzyme preparation group, bacteria preparation group and enzyme and bacteria compound preparation group by single factor design method. Blank control group (CK) did not add any preparation. Tannase preparation (T) and compound enzyme (tannase + cellulase) preparation (FM) were included in enzyme preparation group. Enterococcus faecium preparation (E), Lactobacillus plantarum preparation (L) and compound bacterial preparation (FB) were included in bacteria preparation group. Compound enzyme preparation + Enterococcus faecium (FE), compound enzyme preparation + Lactobacillus plantarum (FL) and compound enzyme preparation + compound bacteria preparation (FMFB) were included in enzyme and bacteria compound preparation group. Each group was fermented at 25 and 30 ° for 3, 7 and 15 d, respectively, and the tannin content in the samples was determined. The results showed that the tannin content of grape seeds decreased with the extension of fermentation time. Under the contition of 25 °, the tannin content of grape seeds in low-dose groups for 15 d was significantly lower than that for 3 d (P<0.05). Except for group E and group FE, the tannin content of grape seeds in high-dose groups for 15 d was significantly lower than that for 3 d of fermentation (P<0.05). Under the contition of 30 °, except for FE group, the grape seed tannin content in low dose groups for 15 d was significantly lower than that for 3 d (P<0.05). Except for group FM and group CK, the grape seed tannin content in high-dose groups for 15 d was significantly lower than that for 3 d (P<0.05). The study indicates that tannin degradation effect is best when the fermentation temperature is 25 °. When the fermentation temperature is 30 °, the low dose Lactobacillus plantarum group has the best tannin degradation effect. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this paper, we discretize continuous car‐following model into a difference equation. With the use of discrete control theory, the discrete car‐following model was linearized and the impulse transfer function was obtained. Based on the definition of traffic jam, one Lemma was proposed to judge system stability and two theorems were given to judge the non‐jam conditions for controlled and uncontrolled systems. Moreover, the feedback gain was designed for a controlled system. Numerical simulations were conducted to show the validity of the discrete car‐following model and control scheme. In this paper, we improve the dynamics of an autonomous car‐following system with two classical compensation methods: proportional‐differential (PD) and velocity feedback (VF) control methods. Based on an optimal velocity model, the system transfer function was derived and control block diagram was given with an open‐loop transfer function. Three theorems were proposed and proven with the use of small gain theorem. The analytical results show that two compensation factors play important roles in stabilizing the car‐following system. In the simulation, three dynamical models were derived in reverse from the closed‐loop transfer function and the numerical results show that, with increasing factors, the stability of car‐following was enhanced and traffic jams were eliminated.
