In order to study the influence of the chemical structure of coal measure rock on the gas adsorption performance, taking the coal and rock samples of Shaqu No.1 Mine as the research object, the structure of coal and rock was analyzed from the microscopic point of view by using the experimental characterization methods such as inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, X-ray diffraction spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy. Meanwhile, based on the theoretical calculation of DFT, Gaussian16 was used for molecular simulation to study the influence of coal and rock structure on the gas adsorption performance from the molecular point of view. The results show that L5 limestone contains a lot of organic matter and has a certain adsorption capacity for gas, while sandstone has a low adsorption capacity for gas, and coal has a much higher adsorption capacity for gas than L5 limestone. At the same time, the effect of chemical bond on gas adsorption is as follows: benzene ring > ether bond >Si=O>Al-O>CO32->H-O.

It is known that the utilization of exchange bias (EB) effect for data storage underscores its importance. However, achieving a giant EB effect with a small cooling field (HCF) in single-phase materials remains a challenge. This study unveils a giant EB value within a single-phase material, Fe2−xGaxTeO6 (FGTO), originating from the anchoring of spin-glass phase by antiferromagnetic order. Manipulating the relative strengths of the spin-glass and antiferromagnetic order parameters by Ga3+-substitution of Fe3+ ions in the Fe2TeO6 lattice governs the magnitude of the EB effect. It is found that FGTO single crystals synthesized via the chemical vapor transport do exhibit a remarkably large EB value as large as 1.5 T at x = 0.50 and a quite small cooling field HCF = 50 Oe. Investigations on the training effect, minor loop, and relaxation behavior unravel the intricate dynamics inherent to the spin-glass state. This study not only establishes a platform for exploring the EB effect in single-phase materials but also illuminates potential applications of FGTO in the realm of spintronics. Accurate photovoltaic (PV) identification is critical for the effective and healthy development of PV industry. PV recognition is hampered by the complex background and variable shape and color of PV panels in high-resolution remote sensing images. This paper proposes a method for accurately extracting photovoltaic land from high-resolution remote sensing images. The encoder and decoder functions in this network combine multi-layer features to combine rich semantic data. Important spatial and channel properties are captured using the global convolution and the dual attention mechanism, while some lost channel data are recovered using the channel fusion module. The proposed method can effectively solve the problems of photovoltaic panel blurred edges and adhesion. Experiments on open PV datasets show that the IoU of the proposed method in PV01, PV03, and PV08 is 87.02%, 92.98%, and 88.43%, respectively, when compared to U-Net, SegNet, DeepLabv3, and DeepLabv3+. Experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve high accuracy segmentation of photovoltaic panels in high-resolution remote sensing images. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The anomalous transport phenomena and underlying mechanism of SrTiO3 have been long term concerned, including the Kondo physics and anomalous Hall effects to be discussed herein. Nevertheless, a clarification of the physical origins for these phenomena and their intertransitions upon varying carrier density remain to be an issue, due to the limited modulation of carrier density. Herein, the intriguing transport behaviors of electrolyte‐gated SrTiO3 in the field‐effect transistor geometry are investigated, which allows a relatively wide carrier density window. It is revealed that the remarkable Kondo‐like resistance upturn, identified at relatively low carrier density, becomes gradually disappeared and replaced by the emerging nonlinear Hall resistance with increasing gating voltage, indicating the interesting gating‐controlled transport behaviors. The detailed discussions on the underlying physics suggest that the gating‐controlled transport can be well described by the multiband transport model taking into account magnetic scattering in the channel layer, a comprehensive scenario for the emergent transport effects in carrier‐doped SrTiO3. The present work provides a promising platform for exploring novel quantum materials phenomena in SrTiO3 and analogous systems. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
