Abstract Background Coronary artery coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) can observe the degree of coronary artery stenosis and fractional flow reserve (FFR) can diagnose hemodynamic abnormalities caused by coronary artery stenosis. However, noninvasive imaging examination that can both observe the above two methods at the same time has not yet been elucidated. Objective To investigate the diagnostic efficacy of CCTA and computed tomography-derived fractional flow reserve (CT-FFR) based on different risk factors for myocardial ischemia. Methods Patients undergoing CCTA in our hospital from August 18, 2020 to April 28, 2021 were randomly selected, and the data were subjected to CT-FFR analysis. Vascular characteristics were measured, including total plaque volume, calcified plaque volume, non-calcified plaque volume, plaque length, and lumen stenosis, and the patients were categorized into a non-ischemia group (FFR > 0.8) and an ischemia group (FFR ≤ 0.8). Plaque characteristics were compared between the two groups, and logistic regression analysis was employed to explore the correlations between plaque characteristics and ischemic lesions. Results From a total of 122 patients enrolled in the study, there were 218 vascular branches with FFR > 0.8 and 174 vascular branches with FFR ≤ 0.8. There were significant group differences in total plaque volume, calcified plaque volume, plaque length, and lumen stenosis > 50% (n). The obtained data were as follows: non-ischemic group 10.57 (4.80, 259.65), ischemic group 14.87 (3.39, 424.45), Z = 9.772, p = 0.002, non-ischemic group 10.57 (0, 168.77), ischemic group 14.87 (0, 191.00), Z = 2.503, p ≤ 0.001), non-ischemic group 8.17 (37.05, 40.53), ischemic group 8.38 (56.66, 86.47), Z = 5.923, p = 0.016, and lumen stenosis > 50%, non-ischemic group 46, ischemic group 90, x 2 = 14.77, p ≤ 0.001. The regression analysis results indicated that total plaque volume, calcified plaque volume, plaque length and lumen stenosis > 50% were risk factors for myocardial ischemia, with ORs and p values of (2.311, p = 0.002), (1.021, p = 0.004), (2.159, p 50% are predictors for myocardial ischemia. Coronary artery CCTA combined with CT-FFR could simultaneously observe the anatomical stenosis and evaluate myocardial blood supply at the functional level. Thus, myocardial ischemia could be better diagnosed.

Deliverymen have widely adopted smart phone apps for better delivery performance. With the development of the delivery industry and the increase of its employees, the personal safety of deliverymen in completing orders has attracted the same attention as task performance. In addition to the smartphone apps, we designed an intelligent delivery assistant (IDA) system with "multi-modal navigation" to improve the safety and efficiency of bicycle deliveries. The IDA system was equipped with a pair of driving controllers that allowed deliverymen to interact with the IDA system and get navigation information during riding. This 60-human-participant study was conducted to investigate the performance of the IDA system, including usability and safety. The participants were divided into two groups for a comparative experiment, one with the IDA system and the other with only a smartphone. Navigation was conducted in a real-world environment, in which eye movements and device interaction were recorded using an eye tracker. Results indicate that the IDA system better supports delivery usability and safety. Higher perceived usability and better situational awareness with a more significant number of hazards acknowledged were detected with the IDA system. The NASA-TLX and UEQ results demonstrated the participants reported having a better user experience with the IDA system. Aim: We investigated association between skin adverse events (AEs) and efficacy with dacomitinib in patients with EGFR-positive non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods:Post hoc analyses from ARCHER 1050 evaluated efficacy in patients who did and did not experience grade ≥2 skin AEs with dacomitinib. Landmark analyses were performed at 3 and 6 months. Results: In patients who had skin AEs (72.2%) vs. those who did not (27.7%), median progression-free survival was 16.0 vs. 9.2 months, median overall survival (OS) was 37.7 vs. 21.6 months, and objective response rate was 80.2 vs. 61.5%; OS was improved at 3 and 6 months landmark analyses. Conclusion: Presence of grade ≥2 skin AEs was associated with numerically improved efficacy and represents a valuable biomarker of treatment outcome with dacomitinib in patients with advanced NSCLC. Clinical Trial Registration:NCT01774721 (ClinicalTrials.gov) Plain Language Summary The ARCHER 1050 study assessed how the drugs called dacomitinib and gefitinib affected people with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who had mutations in the EGFR gene. In this study, people who were treated with dacomitinib lived longer without their cancer getting worse than people who were treated with gefitinib. Skin adverse reactions were higher in people who were treated with dacomitinib than gefitinib. In this follow-up analysis, researchers wanted to see if the treatment effect of dacomitinib was different between people who had skin adverse reactions and people who did not have skin adverse reactions after treatment with dacomitinib. The results from this analysis showed that after treatment with dacomitinib, half of the people who had skin adverse reactions lived for 16.0 months, and half of the people who did not have skin adverse reactions lived for 9.2 months without their cancer getting worse. This study also showed that half of the people who had skin adverse reactions lived for 37.7 months, and half of the people who did not have skin adverse reactions lived for 21.6 months. In summary, the results from this study showed that the treatment effect of dacomitinib was better in people who had skin adverse reactions after treatment with dacomitinib. Therefore, skin adverse reactions can be a marker of better treatment effect in people with NSCLC who had mutations in the EGFR gene when treated with dacomitinib. Article highlights. This study investigated the role of social capital in the relationship between sports event volunteer management and volunteers’ attitude and behavior. Social capital was discovered to mediate the relationships of sports event volunteer management with volunteers’ satisfaction and work engagement. These relationships were empirically examined by conducting a survey of 303 volunteers from the 2016 Wuhan Open and 2016 Wuhan Marathon. The results revealed that sports event management practices, namely training and working conditions, significantly affected the volunteers’ social capital. The social capital of the sports event volunteers significantly affected their satisfaction and work engagement. The volunteers’ social capital promoted their satisfaction and engagement only if sports event volunteer management practices effectively enhanced their social capital. This study provides recommendations to help sports event organizers motivate volunteers.

This study aimed to explore the effects of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GSBa-1 treatment on anthracnose disease resistance and the metabolism of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and phenylpropanoids in mangoes during storage. Mangoes were soaked in a solution containing 1 × 108 CFU/mL of B. amyloliquefaciens GSBa-1. The anthracnose disease incidence, disease index, respiration intensity, ethylene release, reactive oxygen species content, and the activities of related metabolic enzymes, phenylpropanoid-related metabolic enzymes, and phenolic acids in the skin and pulp of mangoes were investigated under normal temperature storage conditions. The results showed that the antagonistic bacterial treatment (ABT) did not significantly inhibit the growth of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides in vitro. However, it significantly reduced the incidence of mango anthracnose disease when applied to the mango peel. ABT enhanced the latent resistance of mango to anthracnose disease by activating its reactive oxygen and phenylpropanoid metabolism. It maintained higher levels of ROS production and elimination in the peel. Moreover, it rapidly activated manganese superoxide dismutase, induced the accumulation of H2O2, and enhanced the activity of manganese superoxide dismutase, catalase, ascorbate peroxidase, and peroxidase in the mango peel. Furthermore, ABT activated phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, cinnamic acid-4-hydroxylase, 4-coumaroyl-CoA ligase, and cinnamyl alcohol dehydrogenase in the mango peel and pulp, promoting the accumulation of antifungal phenolic acids such as gallic acid, catechins, and ellagic acid. Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GSBa-1 may be a potent inhibitor of mango anthracnose, primarily enhancing the resistance of mangoes to anthracnose by synergistically activating ROS in the peel and phenylpropanoid metabolism in the pulp, thereby reducing the incidence of anthracnose effectively. Rectifier plays a pivotal role in wireless power transfer systems. While numerous studies have concentrated on enhancing efficiency and bandwidth at specific high-power levels, practical scenarios often involve unpredictable power inputs. Consequently, a distinct need arises for a rectifier that demonstrates superior efficiency across a broad range of input power levels. This paper introduces a high-power RF-to-DC rectifier designed for WPT applications, featuring an ultrawide dynamic range of input power. The rectification process leverages a GaN (gallium nitride) high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) to efficiently handle high power levels up to 12.6 W. The matching circuit was designed to ensure that the rectifier will operate in class-F mode. A Schottky diode is incorporated into the design for relatively lower-power rectification. Seamless switching between the rectification modes of the two circuits is accomplished through the integration of a circulator. The proposed rectifier exhibits a 27.5 dB dynamic range, achieving an efficiency exceeding 55% at 2.4 GHz. For problem that shearer on fully mechanized coal face has lower positioning accuracy, a shearer positioning method using strapdown inertial navigation system based on Rodrigues parametric method was proposed. The tri-axial accelerometer and suspended gyroscope in the SINS were used to output information of acceleration and angular velocity of the shearer, and Rodrigues parametric method with no-redundancy was applied to calculate the position and attitude data. The simulation result shows that in the process of beveling feed, the maximum positioning error is 0.291 4 m and the maximum error of attitude angle is 0.602 2 °, it meets the requirements of positioning accuracy of shearer.
