Abstract

In order to solve the problems of system peaking and consumption caused by the integration of large-scale new energy sources into the grid, this paper analyzes the source-load-storage peaking capacity and its complementarities, so as to tap the system's peaking capacity and promote new energy consumption. Firstly, taking into account the peaking pricing and compensation for ancillary services for thermal power, energy storage and electric vehicles, the peaking cost sharing and compensation mechanism is analyzed and a deep peaking model is established. Secondly, considering the uncertainty and correlation of wind power, a typical wind power sequence based on kernel density estimation and Frank Copula function is generated and a step-type demand response model is established to realize the graded compensation of the response amount. Then, it is possible to improve the response enthusiasm of demand-side users. Finally, with the objective of minimizing the total operating cost, a joint source-load-storage peak-peaking optimization model considering uncertainty and pricing compensation is constructed, and the improved IEEE 30-node system is used as an example for analysis. The results show that the proposed model can increase the system's peak-shaving capability and renewable energy consumption level by utilizing the flexible peak-shaving potential of resources on the three sides of source, load, and storage.

Abstract

With the accelerated advancement of the construction of new-type power systems and the increasing intensity of grid investment， power grid enterprises have to explore more rational and efficient investment strategies to achieve optimal comprehensive benefits. To this end， taking into account the economic， social， environmental， and safety dimensions and optimizing the comprehensive benefits of grid project investments， a study on investment portfolio strategies is conducted. Firstly， the Shapley value method is applied to allocate the proportions of various benefit functions， revealing the characteristics of different benefit indicators. Secondly， given the key constraints such as investment capacity and load demand， an optimal model for grid project investment portfolios is developed， and the global harmony search algorithm （GHSA） is employed for solution finding. Finally， a case study is constructed to investigate the investment portfolio strategy. The results demonstrate that the proposed approach can assist decision-makers in formulating optimal investment strategies in the new situation.

Abstract

Imbalanced data classification problem has always been a popular topic in the field of machine learning research. In order to balance the samples between majority and minority class. Oversampling algorithm is used to synthesize new minority class samples, but it could bring in noise. Pointing to the noise problems, this paper proposed a denoising autoencoder neural network (DAE) algorithm which can not only oversample minority class sample through misclassification cost, but it can denoise and classify the sampled dataset. Through experiments, compared with the denoising autoencoder neural network (DAE) with oversampling process and traditional fully connected neural networks, the results showed the proposed algorithm improves the classification accuracy of minority class of imbalanced datasets.
