With the surge in network traffic, the homogenization of short video content is becoming increasingly prominent, resulting in low-quality entertainment due to proliferation and infringement. Therefore, recognizing visual homogeneity in short videos is of great significance. Considering the extremely similar dynamic evolution in specific regions from intra and inter-frames, introducing region-aware attention is attractive to achieve homogenization recognition. Therefore, we propose a region-aware spatiotemporal Transformer (RaSTFormer) for visual homogenization recognition, including: (1) a region-aware Transformer encoder is designed to extract multi-region frame-level features from short videos; (2) a multi-layer spatiotemporal Transformer decoder is used to aggregate multi-region frame-level features, generating shot-level spatiotemporal features; and (3) measuring symmetric shot-level chamfer similarity to recognize visual homogeneous content. Specially, we established a real-world video homogenization dataset, BJUT-HCD, and conducted extensive experiments. The proposed RaSTFormer achieved the highest mean average precision (mAP) of 98.13% and a top-1 accuracy of 99.37%, outperforming SOTA methods. Although the hydroxyapatite (HA) coating implant prepared by laser cladding exhibits good biological activity due to its chemical composition similar to biological bone, the original surface roughness of the laser-clad coating is high, which is unfavorable for long-term cell adhesion and proliferation. In order to improve the biological activity of HA coating implants and increase the adhesion and proliferation rate of osteoblasts on their surface, microtextures with different length-diameter ratios and depth gradients were prepared on the HA coating surface by nanosecond laser with reference to the microscopic morphology characteristics of the biological bone surface. By investigating the effects of microtexture aspect ratio and depth gradient on osteoblast adhesion characteristics, it was found that bone-like microtextures better controlled and simulated cell-material surface interactions. The geometric morphology of microtextured bone with a wide front end and narrow rear end and a depth gradient from front to back was an important signal for osteoblast proliferation. When the aspect ratio of bone microtexture was 2.5:1 and the maximum depth gradient was 15.7 μm, osteoblasts within the microtexture showed optimal growth, proliferation, and adhesion. Additionally, due to induction by microtexture contour shape and depth gradient morphology, cell morphology showed varying adhesion morphology from the front to the back of the microtexture. The results demonstrated that HA coatings with bone-like microtextures had superior osteoblast proliferation and adhesion properties compared to the original cladded coating surface, beneficial for enhancing the application of HA-coated bone implants in large segment bone repair. Intelligent control has become an important research direction of a combine harvester. However, the impact of cleaning control parameters in rice–wheat combine harvesters on cleaning loss rate and impurity rate often tends to be contradictory. In this paper, an intelligent controlling model based on multi-objective optimization particle swarm (MOPSO) was constructed to solve this problem. The control model can real-time monitor the cleaning performance such as the cleaning loss rate and impurity rate and regulate the cleaning operation conditions such as the angle of the air distributor plate, the opening of the upper sieve and the fan speed. The field operation experiment of 10kg feeding rice–wheat combine harvester proves that the control model based on MOPSO is more effective than the model based on fuzzy control. Objective: The purpose of this preliminary investigation into the pathogenesis of pre‐eclampsia was to screen the differential proteins in the serum of pregnant women with normal pregnancy and early‐onset pre‐eclampsia using isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation (iTRAQ), so as to identify serum biomarkers for the early diagnosis of pre‐eclampsia. Methods: We examined the peripheral serum of 58 normal pregnant women and 42 pregnant women with early‐onset pre‐eclampsia using iTRAQ; the differentially expressed proteins were screened for bioinformatics analysis; and the expression of candidate proteins human leukocyte antigen‐1 (HLA‐1) and β2‐microglobulin (β2M) in placental tissues was detected using western blot. Results: We identified a total of 63 differential proteins in the serum of patients from the normal control group and the pre‐eclampsia group, and this included 24 up‐regulated proteins and 39 down‐regulated proteins. The western blot results of placental tissue showed reduced HLA‐1 expression (1.12 ± 0.23) in the placenta in the pre‐eclampsia group as compared with the normal control group (1.34 ± 0.22). Consistent with the results observed in the serum, β2M in the placenta in the pre‐eclampsia group was significantly elevated (1.05 ± 0.47) in comparison with the normal group (0.75 ± 0.33) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In this study, we found that iTRAQ technology was useful for identifying differentially expressed proteins in the peripheral serum of pregnant women with pre‐eclampsia, and that HLA‐1 and β2M, which may be involved in the occurrence of pre‐eclampsia, show promise as predictive markers of pre‐eclampsia. Current studies lack adequate analysis of the antecedents of the two forms of work-related rumination. However, understanding the relationship between different types of stress and the two forms of rumination is of profound significance for eliminating the influence of negative rumination. In this project, three studies were conducted to investigate the cumulative and immediate effects of challenge and hindrance stress on affective rumination and problem-solving rumination based on one-time, two-time points and daily measurements. Participants were 1109, 605 and 111 employees from a variety of jobs in Chinese mainland. The results showed the relationship between hindrance stress and affective rumination varies over different time course. There was no significant correlation between hindrance stress and problem-solving rumination over any time course. The relationship between challenge stress and two forms of work-related rumination varies over different time course. The results of this study suggest that the antecedent analysis of work-related rumination should not only give attention to the type of work stress, but also consider the time of work stress when analyzing its aftereffects. Comprehensive Summary: Stability against oxygen is an important factor affecting the performance of organic semiconductor devices. Improving photooxidation stability can prolong the service life of the device and maintain the mechanical and photoelectric properties of the device. Generally, various encapsulation methods from molecular structure to macroscopic device level are used to improve photooxidation stability. Here, we adopted a crystallization strategy to allow 14H‐spiro[dibenzo[c,h]acridine‐7,9′‐fluorene] (SFDBA) to pack tightly to resist fluorescence decay caused by oxidation. In this case, the inert group of SFDBA acts as a "steric armor", protecting the photosensitive group from being attacked by oxygen. Therefore, compared with the fluorescence quenching of SFDBA powder under 2 h of sunlight, SFDBA crystal can maintain its fluorescence emission for more than 8 h under the same conditions. Furthermore, the photoluminescence quantum yields (PLQYs) of the crystalline film is 327% higher than that of the amorphous film. Background: To demonstrate and analyze the 18F-FDG positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) findings in this rare nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome (NBCCS). Case presentation: A 71-year-old woman with the left invasive breast cancer was treated with hormone therapy for six months and underwent the 18F-FDG PET/CT examination for efficacy evaluation. 18F-FDG PET/CT revealed the improvement after treatment and other unexpected findings, including multiple nodules on the skin with 18F-FDG uptake, bone expansion of cystic lesions in the bilateral ribs, ectopic calcifications and dilated right ureter. She had no known family history. Then, the patient underwent surgical excision of the all skin nodules and the postoperative pathology were multiple basal cell carcinomas. Finally, the comprehensive diagnosis of NBCCS was made. The patient was still in follow-up. Additionally, we have summarized the reported cases (n = 3) with 18F-FDG PET/CT from the literature. Hydrogel‐based sensing devices show potential in wearable electronics. However, most hydrogels are mechanically weak, bringing functional stability problems in real usage environment that may interact with occasionally external forces. There are demands to develop robust hydrogel‐based devices with good performances. Here, a highly sensitive temperature sensor with robust, ionic conductive, and double cross‐linked polyacrylamide‐sodium alginate hydrogel is developed. It is found that ions with larger radius show higher sensitivity to temperature changes (e.g., Ba2+) in the hydrogel, because ion movement is dependent with ion sizes. The sensor shows advantages of fast response (2.02 s of 40 °C temperature difference), wide sensing range (22–100 °C), and high robustness (withstanding 2000 cyclic compression and 175 N m−1 for 180° anti‐peeling test). The wearable sensor can effectively distinguish the temperatures of various body parts (0.9 °C temperature difference) and monitor respiration (0.5 °C temperature difference) in real‐time. A wearable 5×5 sensing array is developed for direct human‐body temperature mapping, achieving an optimum resolution of ≈0.15 mm−1 and enabling a clear mapping of superficial vascular pathways at the wrist. It has long been an open problem to provide a unified test for the intercept of autoregressive (AR) models. In this paper, we use the empirical likelihood method to solve this issue. It turns out that the resulting test statistic always converges in distribution to a standard chi-squared distribution under the null hypothesis, whether the AR process is stationary or nonstationary, and with or without an intercept. The asymptotic distribution under the local alternative hypothesis is also derived under some mild conditions. Mitogen‐activated protein kinase (MAPK) signalling cascades are functionally important signalling modules in eukaryotes. Transcriptome reprogramming of immune‐related genes is a key process in plant immunity. Emerging evidence shows that plant MAPK cascade is associated with processing (P)‐body components and contributes to transcriptome reprogramming of immune‐related genes. However, it remains largely unknown how this process is regulated. Here, we show that OsMPK12, which is induced by Magnaporthe oryzae infection, positively regulates rice blast resistance. Further analysis revealed that OsMPK12 directly interacts with enhancer of mRNA decapping protein 4 (OsEDC4), a P‐body‐located protein, and recruits OsEDC4 to where OsMPK12 is enriched. Importantly, OsEDC4 directly interacts with two decapping complex members OsDCP1 and OsDCP2, indicating that OsEDC4 is a subunit of the mRNA decapping complex. Additionally, we found that OsEDC4 positively regulates rice blast resistance by regulating expression of immune‐related genes and maintaining proper mRNA levels of some negatively‐regulated genes. And OsMPK12 and OsEDC4 are also involved in rice growth and development regulation. Taken together, our data demonstrate that OsMPK12 positively regulates rice blast resistance via OsEDC4‐mediated mRNA decay of immune‐related genes, providing new insight into not only the new role of the MAPK signalling cascade, but also posttranscriptional regulation of immune‐related genes. This paper introduces stochastic disturbances into a semi-parametric SEIR model with infectivity in an incubation period. The model combines the randomness of disease transmission and the nonlinearity of transmission rate, providing a flexible framework for more accurate description of the process of infectious disease transmission. On the basis of the discussion of the deterministic model, the stochastic semi-parametric SEIR model is studied. Firstly, we use Lyapunov analysis to prove the existence and uniqueness of global positive solutions for the model. Secondly, the conditions for disease extinction are established, and appropriate stochastic Lyapunov functions are constructed to discuss the asymptotic behavior of the model's solution at the disease-free equilibrium point of the deterministic model. This study combined numerical simulation and experiment to explore the influence of the concave‐wall jets with uniformly distributed tangential inlets in the cyclone separator on the liquid–solid separation characteristics and equipment. The results show that as the number of tangential inlets increases, the superposition effect of particle trajectories and flow fields becomes more significant. The superimposed flow field enhances the circumferential flow velocity of the fluid, causing the distribution of the jet along the radial and spanwise directions to shrink, greatly improving the uniformity of particle distribution and turbulent kinetic energy along the circumference, and effectively reducing the impact of particles on local areas near the jet inlet. Since the superposition of circumferential multi‐inlet jets enhances the swirling flow, the local disturbance and wall erosion effects near the jet inlet were reduced. Compared with double inlets, the flow rates of three inlets and four inlets were increased by 50% and 100%, respectively, the maximum turbulent kinetic energy increased by 14.5% and 56.2%, and the maximum escape time of particles was shortened by 3.2 and 3.3 s, respectively, the maximum erosion rates were reduced by 38.4% and 23.6%, respectively, and the separation efficiency and material handling capacity were significantly improved. This study supplemented the theory of concave‐wall jets' superposition characteristics and provided a theoretical basis for applying circumferential multi‐inlet devices in liquid–solid separation equipment. Heracleum dissectum is rich in nutrients, but there is little research on its soluble dietary fiber (SDF). In this study, SDF from H. dissectum was extracted by enzyme extraction (E‐SDF), enzyme chemical extraction (EC‐SDF), and fermentation extraction (F‐SDF). The composition, molecular weight (Mw), structural characterization, and antioxidant activity of SDF extracted by the three methods were compared. This study showed that different extraction methods lead to differences in their structure. The Mw results showed that F‐SDF had the largest Mw, the structure of SDF could be destroyed by enzymatic hydrolysis, and large molecules could be converted into small molecules. The monosaccharide composition analysis showed that the main sugars of E‐SDF, EC‐SDF, and F‐SDF were galacturonic acid and galactose, and the main components of the three SDF samples were hemicellulose hydrolyzed pectin and soluble polysaccharide. Notably, E‐SDF had the greatest antioxidant effect at the same concentration. In summary, different extraction methods can affect the structure and antioxidant capacity of H. dissectum SDF, among which E‐SDF has potential as a functional food ingredient. In the current study, Cnicus benedictus extract was loaded into electrospun gelatin scaffolds for diabetic wound healing applications. Scaffolds were characterized in vitro by mechanical testing, cell culture assays, electron microscopy, cell migration assay, and antibacterial assay. In vivo wound healing study was performed in a rat model of diabetic wound. In vitro studies revealed fibrous architecture of our developed dressings and their anti-inflammatory properties. In addition, Cnicus benedictus extract- loaded wound dressings prevented bacterial penetration. In vivo study showed that wound size reduction, collagen deposition, and epithelial thickness were significantly greater in Cnicus benedictus extract-loaded scaffolds than other groups. To further enhance the precision of carbon trading price forecasting, this research proposes a combined forecasting model, CEEMDAN–VMD–IPSO–BiLSTM, considering the unsatisfactory high‐frequency sequence decomposition and the reliance on unidirectional neural networks in current carbon price‐prediction models. First of all, the original sequence of carbon prices is decomposed into multiple independent subsequences through the completely ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN) technique. The sample entropy values of each subsequence are calculated to reconstruct them as high‐frequency, low‐frequency, and trend sequences. Second, we employ the variational mode decomposition (VMD) approach to decompose the high‐frequency series. The obtained subsequences, along with the low‐frequency and trend sequences, are separately input into an improved particle swarm optimization (IPSO) optimized bidirectional long short‐term memory neural network (BiLSTM) model for forecasting. Finally, an IPSO–BiLSTM model is used to integrate the forecasting outcomes from the previous step, yielding the ultimate results for predicting carbon prices. The case studies reveal that compared with the benchmark model, this model exhibits superior predictive precision and universality. The cleaning loss rate is a crucial performance metric for rice-wheat combine harvesters. Most studies on the relationship between the cleaning operation parameters of the combined harvester and the cleaning loss rate lack research on the dynamic correlation between harvest losses and operational parameters, specifically focusing on the dynamic correlation between harvest losses and multiple operational parameters such as the cleaning loss rate. In this paper, we formulate a dynamic deductive model for the scenario of harvesting loss regulation involving multiple operational parameters, delving into the dynamic associations between cleaning loss and the regulation of multiple operational parameters and constructing dynamic Bayesian network prediction model. Through experimental analysis of the dynamic Bayesian network prediction model for cleaning loss rates, the comparison of results among the other three algorithms demonstrated that it was efficient for our DBN to predict the cleaning loss rate. Purpose: This study investigated the changes in the fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting triglyceride (FTG), and fasting total cholesterol (FTC) levels during neoadjuvant therapy (NAT) for human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer (BC) and the association with pathologic complete response (pCR). Methods: Relevant data from Sichuan Cancer Hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were collected and analyzed, and FBG, FTG, and FTC were divided into baseline, change, and process groups, which were grouped to analyze the changes after receiving NAT and the association with pCR. Results: In the estrogen receptor (ER)-negative subgroup, patients with low levels of FTG in the process group were more likely to achieve pCR compared to high levels, and in the progesterone receptor (PR)-negative subgroup, patients with lower FTG compared to higher FTG after receiving NAT was more likely to achieve pCR. Conclusions: Patients with HER2-positive BC undergoing NAT develop varying degrees of abnormalities (elevated or decreased) in FBG, FTG, and FTC; moreover, the status of FTG levels during NAT may predict pCR in ER-negative or PR-negative HER2-positive BC.Early monitoring and timely intervention for FTG abnormalities may enable this subset of patients to increase the likelihood of obtaining a pCR along with management of abnormal markers. BACKGROUND RESULTS CONCLUSION Yangjiang douchi (YD) is a traditional fermented soybean product, which is popular in Chinese cuisine for its unique flavor. However, due to its high salt content and unstable flavor, its competitiveness in the international market is gradually weakening. Microorganisms have a key role in the production process of YD because it is a fermented food but the effect of microorganisms on the volatile compounds of YD is also not currently clear.In this paper, aroma compounds and microbial diversity in different fermentation stages of YD were analyzed using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry/olfactometry (GC–MS/O) and IlluminaMiseq system sequencing. A total of 78 aroma‐active compounds were detected throughout the fermentation process and they influenced the formation of flavor in YD. Fungi flora were relatively single in YD, and bacteria were rich and varied. A total of 418 species of bacteria were present during fermentation, with unclassified_Staphylococcus, Staphylococcus_kloosii, and Bacillus_velezensis_Bacillus predominating. There were 25 species of fungi at the species level, and Aspergillus minisclerotigenes (OTU 4) played a dominant role in the whole fermentation process.Staphylococcus and Bacillus in the bacterial genus were strongly correlated with most flavor compounds detected, and A. minisclerotigenes in the fungi were more relevant to flavor compounds. Perfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) are persistent and toxic to human health. It is demanding for high‐efficient and green technologies to remove PFASs from water. In this study, a novel PFAS treatment technology was developed, utilizing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) particles (1–5 μm) as the catalyst and a low frequency ultrasound (US, 40 kHz, 0.3 W/cm2) for activation. Remarkably, this system can induce near‐complete defluorination for different structured PFASs. The underlying mechanism relies on contact electrification between PTFE and water, which induces cumulative electrons on PTFE surface, and creates a high surface voltage (tens of volts). Such high surface voltage can generate abundant reactive oxygen species (ROS, i.e. O2⋅−, HO⋅, etc.) and a strong interfacial electrostatic field (IEF of 109~1010 V/m). Consequently, the strong IEF significantly activates PFAS molecules and reduces the energy barrier of O2⋅− nucleophilic reaction. Simultaneously, the co‐existence of surface electrons (PTFE*(e−)) and HO⋅ enables synergetic reduction and oxidation of PFAS and its intermediates, leading to enhanced and thorough defluorination. The US/PTFE method shows compelling advantages of low energy consumption, zero chemical input, and few harmful intermediates. Objective. The percutaneous puncture lung mass biopsy procedure, which relies on preoperative CT (Computed Tomography) images, is considered the gold standard for determining the benign or malignant nature of lung masses. However, the traditional lung puncture procedure has several issues, including long operation times, a high probability of complications, and high exposure to CT radiation for the patient, as it relies heavily on the surgeon's clinical experience. Approach. To address these problems, a multi-constrained objective optimization model based on clinical criteria for the percutaneous puncture lung mass biopsy procedure has been proposed. Additionally, based on fuzzy optimization, a multidimensional spatial Pareto front algorithm has been developed for optimal path selection. The algorithm finds optimal paths, which are displayed on 3D images, and provides reference points for clinicians' surgical path planning. Main results. To evaluate the algorithm's performance, 25 data sets collected from the Second People's Hospital of Zigong were used for prospective and retrospective experiments. The results demonstrate that 92% of the optimal paths generated by the algorithm meet the clinicians' surgical needs. Significance. The algorithm proposed in this paper is innovative in the selection of mass target point, the integration of constraints based on clinical standards, and the utilization of multi-objective optimization algorithm. Comparison experiments have validated the better performance of the proposed algorithm. From a clinical standpoint, the algorithm proposed in this paper has a higher clinical feasibility of the proposed pathway than related studies, which reduces the dependency of the physician's expertise and clinical experience on pathway planning during the percutaneous puncture lung mass biopsy procedure. Low-cost and biodegradable photothermal wound dressings with remarkable therapeutic effects are highly desirable for next-generation wound healing. Herein, we report an efficient photothermal wound dressing mat made of tellurium nanosheet (TeNS)-loaded electrospun polycaprolactone/gelatin (PCL/GEL) nanofibers. The TeNS-loaded PCL/GEL nanofibrous architectures showed antibacterial efficacy against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus of 87.68% and 94.57%, respectively. Under near-infrared (NIR) light illumination, they can facilitate cell proliferation as revealed by in vitro scratch assay. The results from in vivo skin wounds combined with tissue staining experiments further showed that the TeNS-loaded dressing could substantially promote wound healing under photothermal conditions. Using immunohistochemical analysis, we found that the TeNS-loaded PCL/GEL nanofibers + NIR group have a high expression of specific antigens in epidermal growth factor (EGF) (P<0.01) and endothelial cell adhesion molecule-31 (CD31, P<0.05), verifying that the nanofibrous mat can stimulate EGF generation and microvessel proliferation. Sevoflurane (Sev) anesthesia is associated with cognitive deficits and neurotoxicity. This study explores the epigenetic mechanism of SET domain containing 1B (SETD1B) in Sev-induced cognitive impairment in neonatal mice. Neonatal mice (C57BL/6, n = 72) were exposed to 3% Sev for 2 h per day at P6, 7, and 8, and the control neonatal mice were only separated from the mother for 2 h. The mice were divided into groups of 12 individuals, with an equal number of male and female mice in each group. Mice were intraperitoneally injected with adenovirus-packaged SETD1B overexpression vector. Behavioral tests (Morris water maze, open field test, T-maze, novel object recognition, etc.) were performed at P30. Mouse hippocampal neuronal cells were cultured in vitro. SETD1B, C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4), NLR family pyrin domain containing 1 (NLRP1), Cleaved Caspase1, and GSDMD-N expressions in hippocampal tissues or cells were determined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and Western blot. SETD1B and histone H3 lysine 4 methylation (H3K4me1, H3K4me2, and H3K4me3) enrichment on the CXCR4 promoter was analyzed by ChIP. Sev insulted cognitive impairment and diminished SETD1B expression in mouse hippocampal tissues. SETD1B overexpression mitigated cognitive impairment, enhanced H3K4me3 levels in hippocampal tissues, and restrained hippocampal neuronal pyroptosis. SETD1B increased CXCR4 expression by elevating the H3K4me3 level on the CXCR4 promoter, thereby curbing NLRP1/Caspase1-mediated hippocampal neuronal pyroptosis. Background: Several biallelic truncating and missense variants of the gem nuclear organelle–associated protein 5 (GEMIN5) gene have been reported to cause neurodevelopmental disorders characterized by cerebellar atrophy, intellectual disability, and motor dysfunction. However, the association between biallelic GEMIN5 variants and early‐infantile developmental and epileptic encephalopathies (EIDEEs) has not been reported. Purpose: This study aimed to expand the phenotypic spectrum of GEMIN5 and explore the correlations between epilepsy and molecular sub‐regional locations. Methods: We performed whole‐exome sequencing in two patients with EIDEE with unexplained etiologies. The damaging effects of variants were predicted using multiple in silico tools and modeling. All reported patients with GEMIN5 pathogenic variants and detailed neurological phenotypes were analyzed to evaluate the genotype–phenotype relationship. Results: Novel biallelic GEMIN5 variants were identified in two unrelated female patients with EIDEE, including a frameshift variant (Hg19, chr5:154284147‐154284148delCT: NM_015465: c.2551_c.2552delCT: p.(Leu851fs*30)), a nonsense mutation (Hg19, chr5:154299603‐154299603delTinsAGA: NM_015465: c.1523delTinsAGA: p.(Leu508*)), and two missense variants (Hg19, chr5:154282663T > A: NM_015465: c.2705T > A: p.(Leu902Gln) and Hg19, chr5:154281002C > G: NM_015465: c.2911C > G: p.(Gln971Glu)), which were inherited from asymptomatic parents and predicted to be damaging or probably damaging using in silico tools. Except p.Leu508*, all these mutations are located in tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) domain. Our two female patients presented with seizures less than 1 month after birth, followed by clusters of spasms. Brain magnetic resonance imaging suggests dysgenesis of the corpus callosum and cerebellar hypoplasia. Video electroencephalogram showed suppression‐bursts. Through a literature review, we found 5 published papers reporting 48 patients with biallelic variants in GEMIN5. Eight of 48 patients have epilepsy, and 5 patients started before 1 year old, which reminds us of the relevance between GEMIN5 variants and EIDEE. Further analysis of the 49 GEMIN5 variants in those 50 patients demonstrated that variants in TPR‐like domain or RBS domain were more likely to be associated with epilepsy. Conclusions: We found novel biallelic variants of GEMIN5 in two individuals with EIDEE and expanded the clinical phenotypes of GEMIN5 variants. Green mold, caused by Penicillium digitatum, is the major cause of citrus postharvest decay. Currently, the application of sterol demethylation inhibitor (DMI) fungicide is one of the main control measures to prevent green mold. However, the fungicide-resistance problem in the pathogen P. digitatum is growing. The regulatory mechanism of DMI fungicide resistance in P. digitatum is poorly understood. Here, we first performed transcriptomic analysis of the P. digitatum strain Pdw03 treated with imazalil (IMZ) for 2 and 12 h. A total of 1338 genes were up-regulated and 1635 were down-regulated under IMZ treatment for 2 h compared to control while 1700 were up-regulated and 1661 down-regulated under IMZ treatment for 12 h. The expression of about half of the genes in the ergosterol biosynthesis pathway was affected during IMZ stress. Further analysis identified that 84 of 320 transcription factors (TFs) were differentially expressed at both conditions, making them potential regulators in DMI resistance. To confirm their roles, three differentially expressed TFs were selected to generate disruption mutants using the CRISPR/Cas9 technology. The results showed that two of them had no response to IMZ stress while ∆PdflbC was more sensitive compared with the wild type. However, disruption of PdflbC did not affect the ergosterol content. The defect in IMZ sensitivity of ∆PdflbC was restored by genetic complementation of the mutant with a functional copy of PdflbC. Summary: Cancer progression can be restrained by tumor‐infiltrating lymphocytes in a process termed cancer immunosurveillance. Based on how lymphocytes are activated and recruited to the tumor tissue, cancer immunity is either pre‐wired, in which innate lymphocytes and innate‐like T cells are directly recruited to and activated in tumors following their differentiation in primary lymphoid organs; or priming‐dependent, in which conventional adaptive T cells are first primed by cognate antigens in secondary lymphoid organs before homing to and reactivated in tumors. While priming‐dependent cancer immunity has been a focus of cancer immunology research for decades, in part due to historical preconception of cancer theory and tumor model choice as well as clinical success of conventional adaptive T cell‐directed therapeutic programs, recent studies have revealed that pre‐wired cancer immunity mediated by tissue‐resident type 1 innate lymphoid cells (ILC1s) and killer innate‐like T cells (ILTCKs) is an integral component of the cancer immunosurveillance process. Herein we review the distinct ontogenies and cancer‐sensing mechanisms of ILC1s and ILTCKs in murine genetic cancer models as well as the conspicuously conserved responses in human malignancies. Tropical cyclones (TCs) are characterized by robust vortical motion and intense thermodynamic processes, often causing damage in coastal cities as they result in landfall. Accurately estimating the ensemble mean of TC precipitation is critical for forecasting and remains a foremost global challenge. In this study, we develop an ensemble algorithm based on the feature-oriented mean (FM) suitable for spatially discrete variables in precipitation ensembles. This method can adjust the locations of ensemble precipitation fields to reduce the location-related deviations among ensemble members, ultimately enhancing the ensemble mean forecast skill for TC precipitation. To evaluate the feasibility of the FM in TC precipitation ensemble forecasting, 18 landing TC cases in China from 2019 to 2021 were selected for validation. For precipitation forecasts of the landing TCs with a varying leading time, we conducted a comprehensive quantitative evaluation and comparison of the precipitation forecast skills of the FM and arithmetic mean (AM) algorithms. The results indicate that the field adjustment algorithm in the FM can effectively align with the TC precipitation structure and the location of the ensemble mean, reducing the spatial divergence among precipitation fields. The FM method demonstrates superior performance in the equitable threat score, probability of detection, and false alarm ratio compared with the AM, exhibiting an overall improvement of around 10%. Furthermore, the FM ensemble mean shows a higher pattern of the correlation coefficient with observations and has a smaller root mean square error than the AM ensemble mean, signifying that the FM method can better preserve the characteristics of the precipitation structure. Additionally, an object-based diagnostic evaluation method was used to verify forecast results, and the results suggest that the attribute distribution of FM forecast objects more closely resembles that of observed precipitation objects (including the area, longitudinal and latitudinal centroid locations, axis angle, and aspect ratio). The analytical solution of two magnetic-electro-elastic materials with hole-initiated cracks are investigated under anti-plane shearing. The modeling of the cracks is achieved by applying a pair of negative shear stresses in the region where the cracks occur. During this investigation, the fundamental solution of the displacement field is expressed by Green's function method. The expressions of the magneto-electric-elastic wave fields around the interface can be obtained by using the wave function expansion method and Sommerfeld radiation conditions. Then, combined with permeable electromagnetic boundary conditions, the crack problem is reduced to a system of the first kind of Fredholm's integral equations, from which the dynamic stress intensity factor (DSIF) at the crack tip is obtained. Finally, various examples are provided to illustrate the effects of the geometrical parameters, material properties, wave number, and incident angle on the DSIF. Compared with previous traditional numerical and analytical methods, the methods proposed in this article are more applicable in practical engineering and theoretical analysis. Life satisfaction is vital for a smooth transition to emerging adulthood. However, research on age and gender-related fluctuations in life satisfaction has yielded inconclusive and culture-specific results, which necessitates further investigation in more diverse contexts, including the Chinese culture. Despite the attribution theory and the value-as-a-moderator model highlighting the significance of achievement attribution in this period characterized by the pursuit of success, little is known about the specific impact of internal and external achievement attribution on the development of life satisfaction. This study examined life satisfaction trajectories from adolescence to emerging adulthood and explored the moderating effects of gender and achievement attribution, using five waves of data from the China Family Panel Studies (CFPS). The sample consists of 504 youth (52.2% female), whose life satisfaction was tracked from 2012 (Mage = 16.55, SD = 0.50) to 2020 (Mage = 24.56, SD = 0.50). The multilevel growth models revealed that life satisfaction increased from ages 16 to 18, peaked at age 18, fell until age 20, and then remained stable from ages 20 to 24. No significant association was found between gender or external achievement attribution and life satisfaction development. Youth with higher internal achievement attribution had a greater increase in life satisfaction from ages 16 to 18, but had a larger decrease from ages 18 to 20. Adjusting internal achievement attribution may help alleviate the vulnerability of youth experiencing declining life satisfaction when transitioning to adulthood. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Urinary incontinence is highly prevalent in women while pelvic floor muscle training is recommended as the first-line therapy. However, the exact treatment regimen is poorly understood. Also, patients with pelvic floor muscle damage may have decreased muscle proprioception and cannot contract their muscles properly. Other conservative treatments including electromagnetic stimulation are suggested by several guidelines. Thus, the present study aims to compare the effectiveness of electromagnetic stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle training as a conjunct treatment for urinary incontinence and different treatment frequencies will be investigated. Methods/design: This is a randomized, controlled clinical trial. We will include 165 patients with urinary incontinence from the outpatient center. Participants who meet the inclusion criteria will be randomly allocated to three groups: the pelvic floor muscle training group (active control group), the low-frequency electromagnetic stimulation group (group 1), and the high-frequency electromagnetic stimulation group (group 2). Both group 1 and group 2 will receive ten sessions of electromagnetic stimulation. Group 1 will be treated twice per week for 5 weeks while group 2 will receive 10 days of continuous treatment. The primary outcome is the change in International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire–Short Form cores after the ten sessions of the treatment, while the secondary outcomes include a 3-day bladder diary, pelvic floor muscle function, pelvic organ prolapse quantification, and quality of life assessed by SF-12. All the measurements will be assessed at baseline, after the intervention, and after 3 months of follow-up. Discussion: The present trial is designed to investigate the effects of a conjunct physiotherapy program for urinary incontinence in women. We hypothesize that this strategy is more effective than pelvic floor muscle training alone, and high-frequency electromagnetic stimulation will be superior to the low-frequency magnetic stimulation group. Pesticide additives (PAs) are auxiliary ingredients added to the pesticide manufacturing and use processes, constituting 1% to 99% of the pesticide and often composed of benzene and chlorinated hydrocarbons. We selected three typical PAs, toluene, chloroform, and trichloroethylene, to evaluate their retention function toxicity and ecological risk in soil. Soil immobilization techniques and aquatic model organisms were used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the immobilized soil method to determine the ecological risk of chemicals. The 48‐h median lethal concentrations of toluene, chloroform, and trichloroethylene alone in spiked soil on Daphnia magna were 10.5, 2.3, and 1.1 mg/L (medium, high, and high toxicity, respectively). The toxicity of the three‐PA mixtures showed an antagonistic effect. The risk levels of toluene, chloroform, and trichloroethylene in the soil were evaluated as moderate to high, low to high, and high risk, respectively. The toxicity of two pesticide‐contaminated sites in the Yangtze River Delta before and after remediation was successfully evaluated by immobilized soil technology. The toxicity of two soil sampling points was reduced from medium toxic to low toxic and no toxic, respectively, after remediation. The results of our study give a rationale for and prove the validity of the aquatic model organisms and soil immobilization techniques in assessing the soil retention functions toxicity of PAs. Background: Gamithromycin is an effective therapy for bovine and swine respiratory diseases but not utilized for rabbits. Given its potent activity against respiratory pathogens, we sought to determine the pharmacokinetic profiles, antimicrobial activity and target pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) exposures associated with therapeutic effect of gamithromycin against Pasteurella multocida in rabbits. Results: Gamithromycin showed favorable PK properties in rabbits, including high subcutaneous bioavailability (86.7 ± 10.7%) and low plasma protein binding (18.5–31.9%). PK analysis identified a mean plasma peak concentration (Cmax) of 1.64 ± 0.86 mg/L and terminal half-life (T1/2) of 31.5 ± 5.74 h after subcutaneous injection. For P. multocida, short post-antibiotic effects (PAE) (1.1–5.3 h) and post-antibiotic sub-inhibitory concentration effects (PA-SME) (6.6–9.1 h) were observed after exposure to gamithromycin at 1 to 4× minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC). Gamithromycin demonstrated concentration-dependent bactericidal activity and the PK/PD index area under the concentration-time curve over 24 h (AUC24h)/MIC correlated well with efficacy (R2 > 0.99). The plasma AUC24h/MIC ratios of gamithromycin associated with the bacteriostatic, bactericidal and bacterial eradication against P. multocida were 15.4, 24.9 and 27.8 h in rabbits, respectively. Conclusions: Subcutaneous administration of 6 mg/kg gamithromycin reached therapeutic concentrations in rabbit plasma against P. multocida. The PK/PD ratios determined herein in combination with ex vivo activity and favorable rabbit PK indicate that gamithromycin may be used for the treatment of rabbit pasteurellosis. Objective Design, Patients and Measurements Results Conclusions Paragangliomas of the urinary bladder (UBPGLs) are rare neuroendocrine tumours and pose a diagnostic and surgical challenge. It remains unclear what factors contribute to a timely presurgical diagnosis. The purpose of this study is to identify factors contributing to missing the diagnosis of UBPGLs before surgery.A total of 73 patients from 11 centres in China, and 51 patients from 6 centres in Europe and 1 center in the United States were included. Clinical, surgical and genetic data were collected and compared in patients diagnosed before versus after surgery. Logistic regression analysis was used to identify clinical factors associated with initiation of presurgical biochemical testing.Among all patients, only 47.6% were diagnosed before surgery. These patients were younger (34.0 vs. 54.0 years, p < .001), had larger tumours (2.9 vs. 1.8 cm, p < .001), and more had a SDHB pathogenic variant (54.7% vs. 11.9%, p < .001) than those diagnosed after surgery. Patients with presurgical diagnosis presented with more micturition spells (39.7% vs. 15.9%, p = .003), hypertension (50.0% vs. 31.7%, p = .041) and catecholamine‐related symptoms (37.9% vs. 17.5%, p = .012). Multivariable logistic analysis revealed that presence of younger age (<35 years, odds ratio [OR] = 6.47, p = .013), micturition spells (OR = 6.79, p = .007), hypertension (OR = 3.98, p = .011), and sweating (OR = 41.72, p = .013) increased the probability of initiating presurgical biochemical testing.Most patients with UBPGL are diagnosed after surgery. Background: MPTP (1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine), original found in synthetic heroin, causes Parkinson's disease (PD) in human through its metabolite MPP+ by inhibiting complex I of mitochondrial respiratory chain in dopaminergic neurons. This study explored whether yeast internal NADH-quinone oxidoreductase (NDI1) has therapeutic effects in MPTP- induced PD models by functionally compensating for the impaired complex I. MPP+-treated SH-SY5Y cells and MPTP-treated mice were used as the PD cell culture and mouse models respectively. The recombinant NDI1 lentivirus was transduced into SH-SY5Y cells, or the recombinant NDI1 adeno-associated virus (rAAV5-NDI1) was injected into substantia nigra pars compacta (SNpc) of mice. Results: The study in vitro showed NDI1 prevented MPP+-induced change in cell morphology and decreased cell viability, mitochondrial coupling efficiency, complex I-dependent oxygen consumption, and mitochondria-derived ATP. The study in vivo revealed that rAAV-NDI1 injection significantly improved the motor ability and exploration behavior of MPTP-induced PD mice. Accordingly, NDI1 notably improved dopaminergic neuron survival, reduced the inflammatory response, and significantly increased the dopamine content in striatum and complex I activity in substantia nigra. Conclusions: NDI1 compensates for the defective complex I in MPP+/MPTP-induced models, and vastly alleviates MPTP-induced toxic effect on dopaminergic neurons. Aqueous zinc‐ion batteries (AZIBs) exhibit significant potential for grid energy storage due to their low cost and safety. However, the commercial applications of AZIBs face challenges, particularly in the anode, such as zinc dendrites, hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), and zinc corrosion. In this study, a protonated triglycine (ggg) as a multifunctional electrolyte additive for AZIBs is employed. This ggg molecule can dissociate as zwitterion (both anion and cation) in mildly acidic ZnSO4 electrolytes. The NH3+ cation in ggg molecule can adsorb on the surface of the zinc anode, regulating the deposition of Zn2+ and slowing down the side reactions, and the spontaneously dissociated ggg anions will combine with Zn2+ to regulate the solvated Zn2+ chemistry in the electrolyte, establishing the electrostatic interaction via the strong adsorption ability to Zn2+. Theoretical calculations indicate that ggg molecule demonstrates a strong affinity toward Zn2+, enabling the reconstruction of Zn(H2O)62+ and facilitating subsequent de‐solvation processes. As a result, Zn||Zn symmetric cells in ZnSO4/0.2 mM ggg electrolyte exhibited an extended cycling lifetime of ≈4500 h. Furthermore, the Zn||MnO2 full battery demonstrated enhanced capacity and cycling performance with the addition of ggg molecule. Objective: In this study, we investigated the impact of perioperative administration of Bifidobacterium triplex viable capsules on the serum levels of circulating miR-21-5p, miR-135-5p, and miR-155-5p in patients with colorectal cancer (CRC). The purpose of this study is to provide a foundation for future research on the use of Bifidobacterium triplex viable capsules to enhance postoperative recovery in patients with CRC. Methods: A total of 60 patients with primary CRC admitted to the Department of General Surgery at Shanxi Bethune Hospital between June 2020 and December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: 20 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the experimental group. The experimental group was administered oral Bifidobacterium triplex viable capsules during the perioperative period, while the control group was administered oral placebo. Before and after the perioperative period, the expression levels of miR-21-5p, miR-135-5p, and miR-155-5p were compared in the serum of both groups of patients. Furthermore, we established the prognostic value of these three miRNAs in CRC patients. Results: After surgery, the expression levels of miR-21-5p, miR-135-5p, and miR-155-5p decreased in both groups of patients (P < 0.05). Significantly greater differences were observed between miR-21-5p and miR-135-5p (P < 0.001). Expression levels of serum miR-21-5p (P = 0.020) and miR-135-5p (P = 0.023) decreased significantly more in the experimental group than in the control group. The levels of the above three miRNAs after surgery did not correlate with 3-year OS (HR = 4.21; 95% CI 0.37–47.48; log-rank P = 0.20) or 3-year DFS (HR = 1.57; 95% CI 0.32–7.66; log-rank P = 0.55) in two groups. Conclusion: Radical surgery reduces the levels of serum miR-21-5p, miR-135-5p, and miR-155-5p expression in patients with CRC. The use of Bifidobacterium triplex viable capsules assists in achieving quicker perioperative recovery from radical surgery in CRC patients, and this underlying mechanism may be associated with the regulation of serum miR-21-5p, miR-135-5p, and miR-155-5p expression levels. As roads continue to expand globally, the construction of a larger number of bridges has significantly increased the burden on bridge maintenance. Traditional methods for bridge crack detection often suffer from low efficiency and accuracy. To address these issues, we propose an efficient one-stage bridge crack detection method called GBC-BCD based on the YOLOv8n framework. To improve the model’s performance, we introduce the Coordinated Attention mechanism to enhance spatial context awareness and the Bidirectional Feature Pyramid Network to strengthen the ability of feature fusion and multi-scale feature learning. At the same time, in order to make the model more efficient while improving its performance, we introduce the Ghost Module, which significantly reduces the size of the model and raises the speed of object detection. Moreover, we employ transfer learning to improve training efficiency and conserve computational resources for small datasets. Experiments show that our model has the characteristics of lightweight and high speed. Compared with famous lightweight object detection algorithms, the model size is at most reduced by 86.6%, and realises real-time (625 FPS) processing of images ($640 \times 640$640×640), an 8.3 times increment in speed. China has reconfigured the global value chains of a wide range of commodities. This includes carrageenan, a polysaccharide extracted from specific types of red seaweeds used as a gelling and thickening agent in a wide range of applications. In the past 20 years, China has moved to centre stage in the global carrageenan processing sector, with wide-ranging implications for seaweed producing nations and farmers. This is especially the case for Indonesia, a pivotal carrageenan seaweeds producer that exports almost all seaweed to China, cemented by large Chinese investments in processing in Indonesia. Despite the importance, there is a dearth of studies on the Chinese domestic industry and associated trade and investment flows. This study fills the gap by triangulating a range of detailed industry, statistical and interview data, in multiple language sources. It finds that Chinese trade and investment linkages is of net benefit to Indonesia but that Indonesian government agencies at both central and local levels can begin to introduce terms in their favour. Background: Stem cell‐based therapy (SCT) is an important component of regenerative therapy that brings hope to many patients. After decades of development, SCT has made significant progress in the research of various diseases, and the market size has also expanded significantly. The transition of SCT from small‐scale, customized experiments to routine clinical practice requires the assistance of standards. Many countries and international organizations around the world have developed corresponding SCT standards, which have effectively promoted the further development of the SCT industry. Methods: We conducted a comprehensive literature review to introduce the clinical application progress of SCT and focus on the development status of SCT standardization. Results: We first briefly introduced the types and characteristics of stem cells, and summarized the current clinical application and market development of SCT. Subsequently, we focused on the development status of SCT‐related standards as of now from three levels: the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), important international organizations, and national organizations. Finally, we provided perspectives and conclusions on the significance and challenges of SCT standardization. A new multi‐band frequency response controlling method using groove loading technique on the narrow wall of an open‐ended waveguide is proposed by the authors. The feature of this scheme is a larger stopband spacing that is independent of the position of the loading structure. A tri‐band antenna is designed as an example to verify the effectiveness of the idea. Two notches are introduced, and the bandwidths, as well as stopband spacings, can be adjusted by independent parameters. The tri‐band prototype can be fabricated using 3D printing technology or machining technology. Sulfide stress cracking (SSC) failure is a main concern for the pressure vessel steel Q345 used in harsh sour oil and gas environments containing hydrogen sulfide (H2S). Methods used to improve the strength of steel usually decrease their SSC resistance. In this work, a quenching and tempering (Q&T) processing method is proposed to provide higher strength combined with better SSC resistance for hot-rolled Q345 pressure vessel steel. Compared to the initial hot-rolled plates having a yield strength (YS) of ~372 MPa, the Q&T counterparts had a YS of ~463 MPa, achieving a remarkable improvement in the strength level. Meanwhile, there was a resulting SSC failure in the initial hot-rolled plates, which was not present in the Q&T counterparts. The SSC failure was not only determined by the strength. The carbon-rich zone, residual stress, and sensitive hardness in the banded structure largely determined the susceptibility to SSC failure. The mechanism of the property amelioration might be ascribed to microstructural modification by the Q&T processing. This paper discusses the optimization of the growth temperature and Sb/In ratio of 1 µm InSb thin films grown on GaAs substrates by molecular beam epitaxy due to the InSb materials with larger lattice constants have smaller growth windows. The results show that atomic steps can be clearly seen in InSb thin films grown at 420 °C with a Sb/In ratio of 6. The InSb material grown under this condition has the smallest FWHM, indicating the best crystal quality. At the same time, the highest electron mobility measured at room temperature is 38860 cm2 V−1 s−1. The transport properties and crystal quality of InSb/AlxIn1‐xSb heterostructures corresponding to different Al compositions are also studied. The results show that as the Al component increases, dislocation scattering caused by lattice mismatch affects the electron mobility of the channel layer. The highest electron mobility of InSb/AlxIn1‐xSb heterostructures obtained is 18900 cm2 V−1 s−1 at room temperature. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Compared with stem cells, exosomes as a kind of nanoscale carriers intrinsically loaded with diverse bioactive molecules, which had the advantages of high safety, small size, and ethical considerations in the treatment of myocardial infarction, but there are still problems such as impaired stability and rapid dissipation. Here, we introduce a bioengineered injectable hyaluronic acid hydrogel designed to optimize local delivery efficiency of trophoblast stem cells derived-exosomes. Its hyaluronan components adeptly emulates the composition and modulus of pericardial fluid, meanwhile preserving the bioactivity of nanoscale exosomes. Additionally, a meticulously designed hyperbranched polymeric cross-linker facilitates a gentle cross-linking process among hyaluronic acid molecules, with disulfide bonds in its molecular framework enhancing biodegradability and conferring a unique controlled release capability. This innovative hydrogel offers the added advantage of minimal invasiveness during administration into the pericardial space, greatly extending the retention of exosomes within the myocardial region. In vivo, this hydrogel has consistently demonstrated its efficacy in promoting cardiac recovery, inducing anti-fibrotic, anti-inflammatory, angiogenic, and anti-remodeling effects, ultimately leading to a substantial improvement in cardiac function. Furthermore, the implementation of single-cell RNA sequencing has elucidated that the pivotal mechanism underlying enhanced cardiac function primarily results from the promoted clearance of apoptotic cells by myocardial fibroblasts. The incidence rate of developing ovarian cancer decreases over the years; however, mortality ranks top among malignancies of women, mainly metastasis through local invasion. Matrilin-2 (MATN2) is a member of the matrilin family that plays an important role in many cancers. However, its relationship with ovarian cancer remains unknown. Our study aimed to explore the function and possible mechanism of MATN2 in ovarian cancer. Human ovarian cancer tissue microarrays were used to detect the MATN2 expression in different types of ovarian cancer using immunohistochemistry (IHC). CCK-8, wound scratch healing assay, transwell assay, and flow cytometry were used to detect cell mobility. Gene and protein expression were detected using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) and western blotting. MATN2 interacts with phosphatase, and the tensin homolog (PTEN) deleted on chromosome 10 was analyzed using TCGA database and co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP). In vivo experiments were conducted using BALB/c nude mice, and tumor volume and weight were recorded. Tumor growth was determined using hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) and IHC staining. MATN2 was significantly downregulated in ovarian cancer cells. The SKOV3 and A2780 cell mobility was significantly inhibited by MATN2 overexpression, while the cell apoptosis rate was significantly increased. MATN2 overexpression decreased transplanted tumor size in vivo. These results were reversed by inhibiting MATN2. Furthermore, we found that PTEN closely interacted with MATN2 using bioinformatics and Co-IP. MATN2 overexpression significantly inhibited the PI3K/AKT pathway, however, PTEN suppression reversed this effect of MATN2 overexpression. These results indicated that MATN2 may play a critical role in ovarian cancer development by inhibiting cells proliferation and migration. The exponential growth of social networks has resulted in the generation of vast amounts of graph data containing sensitive information. However, the exposure of such data could lead to disastrous consequences. Current graph data protection algorithms lack sufficient research on the attribute characteristics of social users, which results in a failure to safeguard potentially vulnerable private data effectively. To address these issues, an entropy-driven differential privacy protection scheme based on social graphlet attributes (EDP-SGA) is proposed. Firstly, a matrix-based algorithm is proposed for constructing an attribute intimacy matrix, which can quantify the strength of links among social users' attributes. Secondly, an influence algorithm based on user node attributes and information entropy is proposed, which can divide social networks into communities and select seed nodes. Thirdly, a privacy-preserving social network data publishing algorithm is proposed, which can combine graph modification techniques and differential privacy to convert sensitive graph data into an uncertain graph. This study set up four nitrogen application levels (0, 45, 90 and 135 kg/ha) and two planting systems (faba bean monocropping and faba bean and wheat intercropping) to investigate the incidence of faba bean Fusarium wilt under different treatments and determine the resistance enzyme activities and gene expression, protein expression, and other indexes of faba bean plants. At all N levels, faba bean and wheat intercropping controlled faba bean Fusarium wilt by decreasing the content of hydrogen peroxide and superoxide anion in faba bean roots, increasing the enzyme activity and gene expression of the superoxide dismutase and the gene expression of pathogenesis‐related protein 1 (VfPR1), VfPR2, VfPR5 and VfPR10 disease resistance proteins in the roots, with the most significant effects at the N2 level (90 kg/ha). Further investigation of the impact of intercropping on faba bean roots using the N2 treatment showed that faba bean–wheat intercropping upregulated 288 proteins and downregulated 179 proteins compared with monocropping, and the functions of the upregulated proteins were mainly related to energy metabolism, antioxidant enzymes, stress and DNA repair. GO functional analysis showed that the upregulated proteins were mainly focused on the involvement in amide biological processes. KEGG enrichment analysis revealed that faba bean–wheat intercropping upregulated proteins involved in glutathione metabolism and ascorbic acid metabolism. In summary, at the N2 level, faba bean–wheat intercropping effectively mitigated root oxidative stress by enhancing antioxidant and disease resistance mechanisms in faba bean roots. Recurrence of large-scale ancient landslides often manifests as catastrophic events, so it is important to assess their stability by monitoring the deformation process. In this study, the Da'ao ancient landslide along the Jinsha River in China was investigated and analyzed. Field investigation showed that the landslide body is being experienced deforming with many new failures. Three sliding events can be identified according to different main scarps. The Permanent Scatterer Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry (PS-InSAR) data further revealed that the most obvious deforming area is in the middle and toe part of the sliding body with the largest cumulative displacement of 55 mm during 2017 to 2021. Additionally, the relatively stable zone and the accelerating deforming zone are divided by displacement rate. This indicates that the Da'ao landslide is becoming unstable. At the same time, the Particle Flow Code (PFC) simulation verified that the risk of landslide recurrence is likely when subjected to strong earthquakes or heavy rainfall, and the resulting sidings could dam the Jinsha River. In addition, the analysis results suggested that the displacement rates were approximately 5 mm/year and 13.3 mm/year before and after the Ms 5.2 earthquake, respectively, which occurred on 04/21/2019. The deformation changed with seasonal variation during 2017–2021 and lagged behind precipitation, while the earthquake can increase the amount and rate of displacement. The results presented here can help us to understand how landslides recur over time and their deformation and failure mechanisms, which is useful for disaster prevention and mitigation. Aim: Primary mucinous adenocarcinoma of the urethra represents an extremely rare entity. We sought to characterise further these tumours' clinicopathological, immunohistochemical and molecular features. Methods and results: Thirty‐five cases were identified, occurring in 18 males and 17 females. The mean age at diagnosis was 65 years (28–89 years). The main presentation symptoms were haematuria and urinary outlet obstruction. Microscopic analysis revealed that all 35 tumours have stromal dissection by mucin. Ten tumours showed villoglandular dysplasia, nine showed mucinous metaplasia, two showed adenocarcinoma in situ and four showed signet ring cell features. All tumours were immunopositive for CEA, while immunonegative for nuclear β‐catenin; 19 of 23 (83%) expressed high molecular weight cytokeratin; 19 of 33 (58%) CK7; 28 of 34 (82%) CK20; 32 of 35 (91%) CDX2; 22 of 27 (81%) cadherin‐17 (CDH‐17); 26 of 29 (90%) SATB2; and one of 31 (3%) GATA3. Mismatch repair gene products, including MLH1, PMS2, MSH2 and MSH6, were immunopositive, suggesting the MSI‐low genotype of mucinous adenocarcinoma of the urethra. BRAF V600E and ALK rearrangements were not detected. During the mean follow‐up of 20 months, nine patients either developed distant metastasis or succumbed to the illness. Conclusion: Our study, encompassing the most extensive series of 35 cases of primary mucinous adenocarcinoma of the urethra, provides crucial insights into its precise diagnosis, management and potential targeted treatments. We found a greater CDX2, SATB2 and CDH17 sensitivity in these urethral tumours for the first time, to our knowledge.
