The Ganquan Platform, located in the South China Sea, exhibits distinctive topographic and geomorphological features shaped by complex geological processes. Utilizing high-resolution multibeam bathymetry and multi-channel seismic data, this study provides a comprehensive investigation into the sedimentary evolution and stratigraphic framework of the platform. Morphologically, the platform is identified as an elongated seamount, with water depths ranging from 530 m to 800 m and a maximum elevation of 538.115 m. Seismic facies analysis reveals seven distinct facies, reflecting a dynamic and intricate history of carbonate deposition. The stratigraphic framework delineates three primary evolutionary stages: the growth phase (Early Miocene), characterized by the initial accumulation of carbonate sediments; the flourishing phase (Middle Miocene), marked by extensive deposition and platform expansion; and the submergence phase (Late Miocene), defined by progressive submersion and erosion of carbonate features. This evolutionary trajectory was driven by key factors such as terrigenous clastic input, tectonic activity, sea-level fluctuations, and paleoenvironmental dynamics. To assess the properties of the quark-gluon plasma formed in nuclear collisions, the Pearson correlation coefficient between flow harmonics and mean transverse momentum, $\rho\left(v_{n}^{2},\left[p_{\mathrm{T}}\right]\right)$, reflecting the overlapped geometry of colliding atomic nuclei, is measured. $\rho\left(v_{2}^{2},\left[p_{\mathrm{T}}\right]\right)$ was found to be particularly sensitive to the quadrupole deformation of the nuclei. We study the influence of the nuclear quadrupole deformation on $\rho\left(v_{n}^{2},\left[p_{\mathrm{T}}\right]\right)$ in $\rm{Au+Au}$ and $\rm{U+U}$ collisions at RHIC energy using $\rm{AMPT}$ transport model, and show that the $\rho\left(v_{2}^{2},\left[p_{\mathrm{T}}\right]\right)$ is reduced by the prolate deformation $\beta_2$ and turns to change sign in ultra-central collisions (UCC).

The Paleogene nominal species Osteochilus sanshuiensis, Osteochilus longipinnatus, and Osteochilus laticorpus from Sanshui Basin, China, were originally assigned to the extant genus Osteochilus, in the family Cyprinidae. They were lately considered to belong to Catostomidae or the extinct family Jianghanichthyidae. However, the type specimens of the above nominal species have been deemed to be lost, which hindered the corroborated taxonomic assignment of the species. After multiple attempts and inter-institutional efforts, a series of original type specimens were recovered from a warehouse. We herein report the resurfacing and relocation of the specimens, as well as clarify the taxonomic status of those nominal species. Based on the type specimens and our recently collected specimens in the same locality, we propose to revise the three nominal species as one species †Jianghanichthys sanshuiensis comb. nov. In this paper, a laser superdiffraction optical needle direct writing lithography method for single‐exposure fabrication of high‐aspect‐ratio microstructures (HARMs) is proposed. The principles of 3/4 circular image focusing and lithography exposure are theoretically analyzed, and the experimental setup is built. Experiments show that the linear interval and focusing accuracy of this method can reach 60 and 0.1 µm, respectively. Compared with the circular image focusing method, this method can determine the direction of defocus through the opening direction of the 3/4 circular spot. In addition, an optical needle with a resolution of 0.308 µm, a depth of focus of 1.836 µm, and an aspect ratio of 5.9538 is achieved by tightly focusing a radially polarized beam modulated by an annular amplitude type modulator with an annular factor of 0.7. Using this optical needle as the direct writing head, the HARM with a line width of 0.22 µm, a depth of 1.76 µm, and an aspect ratio of 8 is obtained experimentally by adjusting the photolithographic process parameters in combination with the focus detection curve. This method has the advantages of high fabrication efficiency, super diffraction resolution and high‐aspect‐ratio, which provides a new research idea for the fabrication of HARMs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Drawing inspiration from modern integrated circuit systems composed of various electronic components built on a single silicon platform, the emerging integrated photonics can also follow a similar trend in the pursuit of expanded optical functionalities in constructing compact optoelectronic systems. Herein, vertically integrated a micro‐scale light‐emitting diode (micro‐LED) array with a photodetector (PD) side‐by‐side through a transparent sapphire substrate is proposed. The downward emitted photons from the micro‐LEDs can easily transmit through the transparent sapphire and then be captured by the PD fabricated on the backside of the sapphire. Additionally, by integrating a feedback electrical circuit, a self‐stabilized light output power is demonstrated from the micro‐LED array in such vertically integrated LED/PD architecture, which cannot only monitor the fluctuation of light intensity from the micro‐LED array over time but also provide a constant output feedback to ensure a stable light output power. Such a compact and stable DUV light source composed of micro‐LED array is then employed for constructing a DUV maskless photolithography system. To best of our knowledge, this is the first demonstration of maskless photolithography based on DUV micro‐LED active matrix. The proposed vertically‐stacked optical device architecture by leveraging the transparent substrate offers a new path toward the realization of future integrated photonic systems.
