Agonistic behavior is a common behavior among agonistic Chinese mitten crabs (Eriocheir sinensis). Such behavior often leads to limb loss or physical impairment, and significantly affects the survival, growth, and quality of the crabs, and even the yield and economic value for E. sinensis. Agonistic behavior often occurs in agonistic crabs, which is closely related to personality traits and interactive behavior of animals. E. sinensis has personality traits such as boldness, aggression, and exploration as evidenced by the partition-crossing experiment, mirror experiment, and shelter experiment. Agonistic crabs were identified as individuals with boldness, high aggression, and high exploration. The interactive behavior spectrum of E. sinensis was first obtained, consisting of 15 behaviors. This spectrum described and summarized all interactive behaviors of E. sinensis during fights. The interactive behavior characteristics of agonistic crabs were identified as darting, intimidating, grabbing, pushing, stretching, and visitation. These results lay a theoretical basis for in-depth behavioral research on E. sinensis in the future. The technique of identifying agonistic crabs by personality traits and interactive behaviors not only allows for the elimination of agonistic crabs from the aquaculture process and the reduction in negative impacts caused by aggressive crabs, but also allows for the breeding of non-agonistic crabs and the further reduction in the economic losses caused by fighting behaviors. With the rapid advancement of satellite remote sensing technology, many scientists and organizations, including NASA, ESA, NAOC, and Roscosmos, observe and study significant changes in the geomagnetic field, which has greatly promoted research on the geomagnetic field and made it an important research direction in Earth system science. In traditional geomagnetic field research, tesseroid cells face degradation issues in high-latitude regions and accuracy limitations. To overcome these limitations, this paper introduces the Discrete Global Grid System (DGGS) to construct a geophysical model, achieving seamless global coverage through multi-level grid subdivision, significantly enhancing the processing capability of multi-source and multi-temporal spatial data. Addressing the challenges of the lack of analytical solutions and clear integration limits for DGGS cells, a method for constructing shape functions of arbitrary isoparametric elements is proposed based on the principle of isoparametric transformation, and the shape functions of isoparametric DGGS cells are successfully derived. In magnetic vector forwarding, considering the potential error amplification caused by Poisson's formula, the DGGS grid is divided into six regular triangular sub-units. The triangular superconvergent point technique is adopted, and the positions of integration points and their weight coefficients are accurately determined according to symmetry rules, thereby significantly improving the calculation accuracy without increasing the computational complexity. Finally, through the forward modeling algorithm based on tiny tesseroid cells, this study comprehensively compares and analyzes the computational accuracy of the DGGS-based magnetic vector forwarding algorithm, verifying the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method and providing new theoretical support and technical means for geophysical research. Infinite layer (IL) nickelates provide a new route beyond copper oxides to address outstanding questions in the field of unconventional superconductivity. However, their synthesis poses considerable challenges, largely hindering experimental research on this new class of oxide superconductors. That synthesis is achieved in a two‐step process that yields the most thermodynamically stable perovskite phase first, then the IL phase by topotactic reduction, the quality of the starting phase playing a crucial role. Here, a reliable synthesis of superconducting IL nickelate films is reported after successive topochemical reductions of a parent perovskite phase with nearly optimal stoichiometry. Careful analysis of the transport properties of the incompletely reduced films reveals an improvement in the strange metal behavior of their normal state resistivity over subsequent topochemical reductions, offering insight into the reduction process. The alterations in DNA methylation and transcriptome in trophoblast cells under conditions of low oxygen and oxidative stress have major implications for pregnancy‐related disorders. However, the exact mechanism is still not fully understood. In this study, we established models of hypoxia (H group) and oxidative stress (HR group) using HTR‐8/SVneo trophoblast cells and performed combined analysis of genome‐wide DNA methylation changes using reduced representation bisulphite sequencing and transcriptome expression changes using RNA sequencing. Our findings revealed that the H group exhibited a higher number of differentially methylated genes and differentially expressed genes than the HR group. In the H group, only 0.90% of all differentially expressed genes displayed simultaneous changes in DNA methylation and transcriptome expression. After the threshold was expanded, this number increased to 6.29% in the HR group. Notably, both the H group and HR group exhibited concurrent alterations in DNA methylation and transcriptome expression within Axon guidance and MAPK signalling pathway. Among the top 25 differentially methylated KEGG pathways in the promoter region, 11 pathways were commonly enriched in H group and HR group, accounting for 44.00%. Among the top 25 KEGG pathways in transcriptome with significant differences between the H group and HR group, 10 pathways were consistent, accounting for 40.00%. By integrating our previous data on DNA methylation from preeclamptic placental tissues, we identified that the ANKRD37 and PFKFB3 genes may contribute to the pathogenesis of preeclampsia through DNA methylation‐mediated transcriptome expression under hypoxic conditions. Surface gravity inversion attempts to recover the density contrast distribution in the 3D Earth model for geological interpretation. Since airborne gravity is characterized by large data volumes, large-scale 3D inversion exceeds the capacity of desktop computing resources, making it difficult to achieve the appropriate depth/lateral resolution for geological interpretation. In addition, gravity data are finite and noisy, and their inversion is ill posed. Especially in the absence of a priori geological information, regularization must be introduced to overcome the difficulty of the non-uniqueness of the solutions to recover the most geologically plausible ones. Because the use of Haar wavelet operators has an edge-preserving property and can preserve the sensitivity matrix structure at each level of the multilevel method to obtain faster solvers, we present a multilevel algorithm for large-scale gravity inversion solved by the re-weighted regularized conjugate gradient (RRCG) algorithm to reduce the inversion computational resources and improve the depth/lateral resolution of the inversion results. The RRCG-based multilevel inversion was then applied to synthetic cases and airborne gravity data from the Quest-South project in British Columbia, Canada. Results from synthetic models and field data show that the RRCG-based multilevel inversion is suitable for obtaining density contrast distributions with appropriate horizontal and vertical resolution, especially for large-scale gravity inversions compared to Occam's inversion. L-tryptophan (L-TRP) is an essential amino acid for the normal growth of crustaceans. As a nutritional supplement and antioxidant, L-TRP has the function of immune and antioxidant capacity regulation. From July to November, the effects of L-TRP on the immunity, antioxidant capacity and intestinal microflora of the Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) in pond culture were investigated. After feeding an L-TRP diet for 30 (named as August), 60 (named as September) and 106 (named as November) days, respectively, the activities of the immune and antioxidant enzymes in the hepatopancreas and hemolymph were evaluated, and the intestinal microbiota were profiled via high-throughput Illumina sequencing. The results showed that supplementation of L-TRP significantly increased the activities of AKP in the hepatopancreas in September, and significantly increased the activities of ACP in the hepatopancreas in August and September, and the hemolymph's ACP activities also significantly increased in August and November (p < 0.05). Similarly, the activities of SOD, AOC and POD in the hepatopancreas significantly increased in September and November (p < 0.05) after feeding the L-TRP diet; meanwhile, the activities of SOD and AOC in the hemolymph also significantly increased in August (p < 0.05). However, in August, the L-TRP diet resulted in a significant increase in MDA activity in the hepatopancreas and hemolymph (p < 0.05). In addition, the results of the intestinal microbiota analysis showed that Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes and Proteobacteria were the dominant phyla in August, September and November, and Patescibacteria was the dominant phylum in September and November. After feeding the L-TRP diet, the richness of Cyanobacteria and Desulfobacterota significantly increased in August (p < 0.05), and the richness of Actinobacteriota significantly decreased in September (p < 0.05). Moreover, the L-TRP supplementation significantly reduced the abundance of ZOR0006 in the Firmicutes in September (p < 0.05). In conclusion, dietary L-TRP could improve the immunity and antioxidant ability and impact the intestinal health of E. sinensis at the early stage of pond culturing. However, long-term feeding of an L-TRP diet might have no positive impact on the activities of the immune, antioxidant enzymes and intestinal microbiota. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
