The both primary and secondary technology of power distribution equipment is the development direction of the distribution network in the future, and the both primary and secondary equipment will become an important part of the power distribution system. This paper first introduces the development status of the both primary and secondary technology and the limitations of existing detection equipment. According to the relevant detection requirements and technical standards of the both primary and secondary technology, a special detection system for the both primary and secondary equipment is proposed and the overall system solution is determined. In the following, in the research process of the scheme, the implementation process of key design schemes such as hardware part and software part in the detection system was analyzed. Then the feasibility and practicability of the detection system are verified by field test of On-column circuit breaker of the both primary and secondary. Finally, the research work of this testing system is summarized.

The flocculation effect of the Phanerochaete chrysosporium on the coal slurry were studied by orthogonal experimental method in this study. The results of research show that the P. chrysosporium has a good effect on flocculating coal slurry. The optimum combination of the experimental is the P. chrysosporium, which is cultured in 2 days, mixed with 2 mL coagulant and 2 mL broth. The flocculant is a broken liquid with pH value of 6. The hightest flocculation ratio is 93.5%. The result of FTIR shows that the biological extraction of P. chrysosporium contains a lot of acidic polysaccharides that has the effect on flocculation. Microbial flocculant molecules and particles of coal slurry could be flocculated by “absorption bridge”. Keywords: Coal slurry, Microbial flocculant, Phanerochaete chrysosporium, Flocculation rate

Because of low cost and easy-to-use feature for RFID cards, more and more operators adopt RFID technique to identify their goods. When there are many goods with RFID cards put together, collision happens when trying to identify each good from the other. Some tree-based schemes are proposed to solve this problem. However, tree-based schemes have long identification time, and they need much data exchange. A novel anti-collision scheme for RFID systems is proposed in this paper. Theoretical analysis proves that the proposed scheme decreases the identification time as well as minimizing data exchange.

Beginning late in the 20th century, mobile broadcasting TV has been launched in many countries all over the world. Though it was expected to be one of the most promising technologies, each country still has its own situation, some are successful, and others are disappointing. Meanwhile, the mobile broadcasting TV is penetrating China rapidly because of the development of its special China Multimedia Mobile Broadcasting standard and network.The worldwide mobile broadcasting TV markets are active due to technology development, business models maturity, and competition is aggressive. The potential size and growth rate of the Chinese mobile TV market warrant examination of the wireless development in and outside of the country. Here, we study specifically this unique growing standard – CMMB, including the technology, the consumer demographics, and the business model.
