A high-performance MnO2-coated Ti-based electrocatalytic membrane(MnO2/Ti) was prepared by a simple and controllable electrodeposition method. The morphology, elemental content, valence distribution and electrochemical impedance of the prepared MnO2/Ti membrane were systematically characterized, as well as cyclic voltammetric AC tests. The effects of flow rate and current density on the water treatment performance of the MnO2/Ti membrane were investigated. The results showed that MnO2 was uniformly distributed on the surface of Ti membrane,and electrodeposition MnO2 can significantly improve the electrochemical activity and enhance the electrocatalytic oxidation performance of Ti membrane, which could improve the self-cleaning ability of Ti membrane. The emulsified oil removal efficiency was as high as 91% under the operating conditions with current density of 10 mA/cm2 and flow rate of 1.5 mL/min. In addition,the MnO2/Ti membrane showed good stability and reusability. The oxidation mechanism showed that the MnO2/Ti membranes had direct and indirect oxidation activities during the electrocatalytic treatment process, and MnO2 coating could improve the direct oxidation capacity and ·OH, O2·- yields of the Ti membrane.

GPR119 agonists are being developed to safeguard the function of pancreatic β‐cells, especially in the context of non‐alcoholic fatty pancreas disease (NAFPD) that is closely associated with β‐cell dysfunction. This study aims to employ a drug repurposing strategy to screen GPR119 agonists and explore their potential molecular mechanisms for enhancing β‐cell function in the context of NAFPD. MIN6 cells were stimulated with palmitic acid (PA), and a NAFPD model was established in GPR119−/− mice fed with a high‐fat diet (HFD). Terazosin, identified through screening, was utilized to assess its impact on enhancing β‐cell function via the MST1‐Foxo3a pathway and mitophagy. Terazosin selectively activated GPR119, leading to increased cAMP and ATP synthesis, consequently enhancing insulin secretion. Terazosin administration improved high blood glucose, obesity, and impaired pancreatic β‐cell function in NAFPD mice. It inhibited the upregulation of MST1‐Foxo3a expression in pancreatic tissue and enhanced damaged mitophagy clearance, restoring autophagic flux, and improving mitochondrial quantity and structure in β‐cells. Nevertheless, GPR119 deficiency negated the positive impact of terazosin on pancreatic β‐cell function in NAFPD mice and abolished its inhibitory effect on the MST1‐Foxo3a pathway. Terazosin activates GPR119 on the surface of pancreatic β‐cells, enhancing mitophagy and alleviating β‐cell dysfunction in the context of NAFPD by suppressing the MST1‐Foxo3a signalling pathway. In the digital era, cloud computing stands as a pivotal tool in the transformative journey of enterprises, with China's tech landscape serving as a prime exemplar. However, when enterprises embrace cloud computing, they face complex hurdles, mainly technical ones. To understand how the complexity of cloud migration affects their digital transformation, our research meticulously constructed business process models for business deployment in both non-cloud and cloud contexts, spanning the IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS levels. By harnessing China's public cloud market data, we constructed the Cloud Migration Complexity Index, providing a tangible metric to gauge the intricacies of cloud migration and their implications on digital transformation. The findings illustrate that a decrease in cloud migration complexity significantly accelerates digital transformation, with the reduction in SaaS complexity having the most profound impact. Analyzing businesses of varying scales, the diminishing complexity of SaaS predominantly boosts digital transformation for non-SME enterprises, while reduced PaaS complexity is most beneficial for SMEs. This study advocates for the government to expand the PaaS market and suggest that cloud providers develop more PaaS-based products to optimize cloud migration both technically and economically. The concept of 6G has been proposed and has attracted the wide attention of academe. Generally speaking, the 6G network will optimize the performance of 5G, and expand the network scenarios which are difficult to achieve within 5G. However, the introduction of new scenarios and technologies will also bring new security threats to cyber security. The research progress on the key technologies and implementation methods of the 6G were conducted. To summarize a vision of core technologies of 6G, the research work of major 5G/6G research institutions, companies and enterprises were focused on . On this basis, the possible security problems and security challenges in 6G network were put forward. Finally, according to the existing network techniques, the possible solutions and proposed a general security model for 6G networks were discussed.

With the rapid development of modern industrial society, the energy crisis has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in modern society. Electric energy is one of the indispensable energy sources in the current society, and its production has always been concerned by more and more people. Based on the existing raindrop generators, a new raindrop generator, which can make full use of raindrop energy to generate electricity by means of triboelectric nanogenerators and cutting the magnetic line of force, is proposed to solve the current renewable energy power generation problem. Its brief construction model and its application prospects are given by this generator. Preliminary calculations show that the energy conversion efficiency of the hybrid system is about 50%, which improves the conversion efficiency of raindrop energy to electric energy and has good practical value.
