Poverty alleviation by supporting industry is a key measure to promote the poverty alleviation of relocated households. Taking Xundian County, the first county in Yunnan Province that has been lifted out of poverty, as an research case, this article analyzes and summarizes the industry-supporting poverty alleviation achievements and successful experience of two typical relocation areas (Shanhou Village and Eyang Village) in Xundian County. Practice has shown that the key to industry-supporting poverty alleviation lies in targetedness to strengthen the participation of poor farmers in industrial development. The interests of poverty alleviation entities should be linked by market mechanism to establish a benign interaction between all parties for win-win situation, thereby effectively guaranteeing the long-term and healthy development of poverty alleviation by supporting industry.

The introduction of third-party evaluation system and the implementation of third-party evaluation system in poverty alleviation is a major innovation in the targeted poverty alleviation work in our country. In order to improve the third-party evaluation mechanism, further improve the efficiency of third-party evaluation, and enhance the effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation, this paper analyzes and summarizes the main problems existing in the current third-party evaluation practice. In view of the related problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations, which are believed to play a positive role in further promoting the development and improvement of the third-party evaluation of getting rid of poverty.

Eliminating poverty is the essential requirement of socialism. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, targeted poverty alleviation has become a major strategy for poverty alleviation and development in China. Xi Jinping's important exposition of poverty alleviation is the theoretical basis and practical guide to direct the effective implementation of China's targeted poverty alleviation strategy. It has gradually developed into an innovative theoretical system for poverty alleviation and development in the new era, with meticulous internal logic and a reputation for the significance of the times at home and abroad. Xi Jinping's thought of targeted poverty alleviation is the development and innovation of the theory and practice of poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics. It is an important guarantee for China to win the battle to get rid of poverty and build a well-off society in an all-round way, and has contributed China's wisdom and China's plan to reducing poverty in the world.

We report 3D coherent diffractive imaging of Au/Pd core-shell nanoparticles with 6 nm resolution on 5-6 femtosecond timescales. We measured single-shot diffraction patterns of core-shell nanoparticles using very intense and short x-ray free electron laser pulses. By taking advantage of the curvature of the Ewald sphere and the symmetry of the nanoparticle, we reconstructed the 3D electron density of 34 core-shell structures from single-shot diffraction patterns. We determined the size of the Au core and the thickness of the Pd shell to be 65.0 +/- 1.0 nm and 4.0 +/- 0.5 nm, respectively, and identified the 3D elemental distribution inside the nanoparticles with an accuracy better than 2%. BACKGROUND: Different types of self-expanding metallic stents are available for the palliative treatment of malignant strictures at the gastroesophageal junction. To overcome some of the disadvantages in the design of these metallic stents, we designed a silicone-covered self-expanding antireflux metallic stent that can prevent free gastroesophageal reflux after stent placement. METHODS: Seventeen silicone-covered antireflux prototypes were used in 17 patients with dysphagia caused by inoperable malignant tumors involving the gastroesophageal junction. RESULTS: Stent implantation was technically successful in all 17 patients. There were no procedure-related perforations or deaths. As a group, the mean dysphagia grade improved significantly (2.56 ± 0.49 vs 1.00 ± 0.51, P < 0.001) and the mean lumenal diameter was greatly increased (4.11 ± 1.02 vs 14.72 ± 4.01, P < 0.001) after stent placement. Ten patients received ambulatory 24-h esophageal pH monitoring and compared with the healthy volunteers, there were no postprocedural abnormal gastroesophageal refluxes in any patient. Three patients had substantial chest pain requiring long-term analgesics. No other complications were observed. CONCLUSIONS: The newly developed self-expanding antireflux metallic stent is safe and effective for use in the palliation of dysphagia caused by malignant strictures at the gastroesophageal junction. A larger patient population would be required to give valid conclusions.
