With the rapid growth of big data demand, electronic chips and their interconnection technologies cannot meet the requirements of high-speed data transmission and high energy efficiency in computing and storage systems. Compared to traditional electronic chips, Silicon based Photonic (SiP) integrated chips have lower costs, higher integration density, and larger communication capacity. Micro Ring Resonator (MRR), as an important optical device, has the advantages of high sensitivity, small size, and low power consumption, and is widely used in fields such as optical communication, optoelectronics, and sensors. MRR can be used for applications such as high-speed optical communication and optical signal processing. By injecting optical signals into the MRR, functions such as filtering, modulation, and amplification of optical signals can be achieved, thereby improving the transmission rate and reliability of optical communication. This article mainly summarizes the research progress of silicon based MRR at home and abroad from the perspectives of different structures and materials. It also analyzes the application limitations and performance effects of different structures on MRR, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of different materials in preparing MRR. The detailed horizontal and vertical comparison is made for the quality factor, free spectrum width, 3 dB bandwidth and other parameters that affect the device performance. This provides ideas for the further development of MRR photonic devices with higher integration and performance in the future.

Introduction: This work was to explore the efficacy and safety of self-made WenyangJianpi-qushi Decoction plus mometasone furoate cream in atopic dermatitis (AD) of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type. Material and method: 120 patients with this kind of atopic dermatitis were grouped: The Observation group (disease health education + basic treatment + mometasone furoate cream + self-made Decoction) and The Control group (disease health education + basic treatment + mometasone furoate cream), 60 cases in each group. The SCORAD score, serum IgE level, peripheral blood eosinophils, adverse events, recurrence rate, and total effective rate after treatment were observed.Result: Through treatment, SCORAD score of the observation group (29.96 ± 2.88) was lower as against controls (36.04 ± 3.12), p < 0.05. Through treatment, the peripheral blood eosinophil count in the observation group was (311.26 ± 50.19) 106/L, which was lower than (582.71 ± 54.75) 106/L in controls; the serum lgE of the observation group was (712.44 ± 93.32) IU/mL, which was lower than the controls (890.12 ± 81.25) IU/mL, p < 0.05. The Observation group (56/60, 93.33%) demonstrated superior total effective rate to the controls (34/60, 56.67%); The recurrence rate of the observation group was 4/60 (6.67%), which was lower than the controls 16/60 (26.67%), p < 0.05.Conclusion: Self-made WenyangJianpi-qushi Decoction plus mometasone furoate cream to treat atopic dermatitis of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type has significant efficacy and good safety. In recent years, the extinct nuclide 182Hf-182W system has been developed as an essential tool to date and trace the lunar origin and evolution. Despite a series of achievements, controversies and problems exist. As a review, this paper details the application principles of the 182Hf-182W isotope system and summarizes the research development on W isotopes of the Moon. A significant radiogenic ε182W excess of 0.24 ± 0.01 was found in the lunar mantle, leading to heated debates. There are three main explanations for the origin of the excess, including (1) radioactive origin; (2) the mantle of the Moon-forming impactor; and (3) disproportional late accretion to the Earth and the Moon. Debates on these explanations have revealed different views on lunar age. The reported ages of the Moon are mainly divided into two views: an early Moon (30–70 Ma after the solar system formation); and a late Moon (>70 Ma after the solar system formation). This paper discusses the possible effects on lunar 182W composition, including the Moon-forming impactor, late veneer, and Oceanus Procellarum-forming projectile. We report a new method for calibrating the current gain of 10 13  Ω amplifiers in both positive and negative mode used in thermal ionisation mass spectrometry (TIMS). This method uses any isotopic standard or sample to calibrate the gain factor as long as it can produce a stable current signal. It is simpler and more flexible than that recommended by Thermo-Fisher (the manufacture of the TIMS). In these analyses, the gains of five 10 13  Ω amplifiers were assessed. The precision of gain factors was better than 100 ppm (2 RSD) in a day, and the long-term reproducibility was better than 300 ppm (2 RSD) within 2 to 8 months. After a gain was calibrated, the ratio accuracy and precision in the positive mode for 87 Sr/ 88 Sr of NIST 987 Sr and 143 Nd/ 144 Nd of La Jolla Nd were 0.710242 ± 60 (2 SD, n = 14) and 0.511842 ± 10 (2 SD, n = 22), respectively, at intensities of 88 Sr 0.3 V and 142 Nd 0.4 V, while in the negative mode for 187 Os/ 188 Os of Merck Os was 0.120229 ± 34 (2 SD, n = 23) at an intensity of 187 OsO 3 0.01 mV. In addition, a difference in the gain factors between the negative mode TIMS (NTIMS) and positive mode TIMS (PTIMS) has been recognized. The values of the gain factor for NTIMS and PTIMS show a deviation of 0.54% on the Triton and 0.31% on the Triton Plus TIMS in this study; therefore, gain calibration should be carried out on both NTIMS and PTIMS. Moreover, a bias of ~ 1.5 × 10 -5 between H and L Faraday cups for the same 10 13  Ω amplifier has been detected, hinting that the efficiency of different Faraday cups may affect the gain factors, which can be eliminated through the new method of "cross-calibration" discribed in this study., (Copyright © 2018 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.)
